I made following booking through goibibo with ref# N6EOE3YHL as my connecting flights. Our originating flight was from Auckland, New Zealand and with recent announcement by Indian government our travel must postponed.
I used my New Zealand contact number to book our flights. Unfortunately, the goibibo system doesn't recognized my contact number. It is very frustrating, no matter what option I choose I can't get into our booked flight.
This is all to just get simple help or touch based with goibibo. I dialed all possible support contact number to get help from goibibo but couldn't get through for assistance. I didn't stop there, I tried contacting them via Twitter but regardless multiple approach no proper response.
I've attached flight cancelled status by Airlines. I found this very unethical. Now, can someone please assist to process this refund?

i have not get full refund as i had cancelled my bookings due to Corona Virus in Delhi.
pls give me full refund so that i can take another flight in upcoming months.
