As i booked tickets and i had given a refund of 600 rs only being a partial refund policy and what a rubish app, no mail id, no customer care available to contact, behaving in such a way like they are treating corona patients and if we goo for new booking the all facilities are awesome, i will take an initiative to communicate this to about everyone that never book a ticket from go ibibo, its better to travel from make my trip who assisted nicely and i never felt that its any situation of panic [protected]

    I booked a room at ymca sattal campsite through goibibo app.
    When i booked it said 100% free cancellation. After booking, it became non refundable.
    And it says 0 amount will be refunded.
    I should get full refund.
    Ymca sattal hasn't received the money.
    I am unable to cancel with a refund.
    Please help.
    I need a cancellation with full refund.

      I needed to cancel by flight ticker due to corona issue, hence i tried to cancel through gobibo website which did not allow me. Later i called customer service department where the call did not get connect even after waiting for 45 min. I tried connecting 5-6 times, anyhow once it got connected and after giving all flight details to customer service representative, i was assured that my flight wil be canceled and will get the refund.       I booked 3 rooms in a hotel fern surya resort at kasauli through goibibo reference htl 28k4dgy for april 3-4. Since govt has issued advisory refraining all travels, we have tried innumerous ways and time to reach goibibo and the hotel to reschedule our stay if not cancellation with full refund.
      The hotel number provided continues to be unattended and goibibo has a stupid ai based attendant who would not understand anything and keep on repeating nonsense as a parrot.

      Goibibo does not have any contact number or email id to address the issue. Please help.

      I have again tried to reach the hotel on the phone nos provided by Goibibo with no response. Also, no response from Goibibo so far. While on similar note, I have received the refund from Agoda and Indian Railways the other bookings done by us for this trip.

        I'm working in bahrain, i'm planned to come india for vacation on 22nd march so i booked flight tickets from goibibo application (Three tickets)

        1. Air arabia (Pnr no[protected]
        Bahrain to sharjah to chennai

        2. Spice jet (Pnr no u4iskr)
        Chennai to madurai

        3. Srilankan airlines (Pnr no txs4xv)
        Madurai to colombo to bahrain

        In that due to corono virus spread, air arabia cancelled their flight and refunded full amount to the passanger (Goibibo). I contacted air arabia head office in bahrain, they said they refunded full amount to the agent (Goibibo) so u contact ur agent. So i contacted goibibo regarding this issue they are not response properly. And also i cancelled all my flight tickets. But they only refund 147inr. I want my money refund. So please help me.

          I had booked a ticket from copenhagen to delhi and delhi to mumbai from goibibo for 21st and 22nd march 2020. Because of covid 19 i had to prepone my return and had initially requested for reschedule but with no response at all from goibibo after i tried to contact them i had to book a fresh ticket back and since 11th march i am trying to contact them to cancel my above ticket but they are simply not responding no one picks up calls in customer care even after waiting for 1 hour on calls. I just get a standard message that customer care is busy and no response at all. Please help me get my refund.

            Hi, I had booked hotel bookings for Istanbul from 7-10March for 2 rooms for 4 adults and my arrival was on 7th March due to my previous visit to Rome on 29 Feb I was not permitted to board the aircraft and hence i was not allowed to enter Istanbul. I have been following up wih the call center for refund but so far no news.

            Need refund for all the 3 hotel bookings done by me. HEre is my email id - [protected]@yahoo.com and my contact ph number - [protected]

              I have booked 2 tickets from palmerston north to cochin and return too.. Due to the corona virus issue the respective government is not allowing to travel on the particular time that i have taken ticket. I already talked and mailed with airlines and they informed to contact third party agent for the refund purpose. I have contacted multiple times with goibibo customer care and till now no response given from them.. Help me on this.

              I already contacted with air newzealand and they informed, that I have booked ticket via using a third party agent so goibibo will be the decision taker. Till now the agent won't allowing to cancel and full refund of my booking. Help me ASAP

              Air newzealand customer care informed that they already initiated of the refund those who are traveling to March 31 . Still goibibo not informed me the same.. let me know the complaint status ?

                Booked flight ticket via goibibo app (Booking id: tua172try). Ticket was confirmed at the time, and i have a copy of the ticket they provided at the time. But currently they are suddenly showing my payment is being processed still and my booking isn't confirmed.
                They don't attend calls unless travel dates are within 15 days. I am continuously being forwarded to the online self support method. The online support is handled by a bot and it's useless. It keeps generating the same message but does nothing.

                    I have booked 2 tickets for shj to tvm last month and now due to coronavirus, i just wanted to cancel or reschedule my booking. When called to the call center, for the new bookings, the people are answering, but for cancellation, nobody is answering the call. I have wasted around 1 hour calling these irresponsible guys. I talked with the executive (Tiwali) for the second time and i asked for her manager. She put me on hold for 2 mins and after that she said our manager is on leave. Nobody is responsible for cancellation. I think the people over there at that concerned department is sleeping or dead... No answers till now

                      The airline has cancelled the flight to my destination and have received the email from both Goibibo and Airline however the refund has not been initiated and nor the customer service is answering the call. The call is just being on hold for more than an hour and then been disconnected.

                          We had this hotel booking of dubai from 14th march 2020 to 20th march 2020.
                          We had made the booking through goibibo and we approached them on 12th to cancel the booking due to covid-19 problems going on worldwide.

                          We got the answer from them it will take 24 hours, then we approached hotel directly to cancel the booking and explained them the problem, they were willing to cancel but we were told that it can be done through goibibo only.

                          Despite numerous mails from that day to goibibo we are getting no response.

                          Now the time has already been passed, who is going to repay our money??

                            I received an email as a revert to my call last night i. E 11th march 2020 mentioning about the passenger’s corona waiver being permitted. The email also stated that i’ll get a call on within 2 hours, but it didn’t happen. The flight is on 15th march, so i’m wandering how and when is the waiver getting credited and worried about it. I’ve been calling since morning on the customer care number and it’s been hours and no one answers.

                              We booked the flight ticket in goibibo portal in the last week of feb 2020 for the travel from bangalore to sanfransico and back.

                              Us banned the passengers travelling from/through europe to enter the country.

                              But, when i requested for the cancellation of the flight ticket. There is no response from goibibo

                              Only one time in 6 days, we got connected with the customer care executive.

                              He told that there will be a deduction/loss of rs.22k towards the cancellation.
                              When there is problem across the globe and the airlines are instructed to do free cancellation, they are charging.

                              No issues, we agreed for it and requested to cancel. But the ticket is not yet cancelled.

                              Please look into

                                Hello Team,
                                I have my planned flight on 17th Mar'20 from Dusseldorf (Germany) to Mumbai and return flight on 22th Mar'20 (PNR-WDUJL2 ). Now, our government has asked to avoid foreign travel in view of rising coronavirus cases worldwide. Also, Indian coming from Germany would be quarantined for 14 days. Considering the scenario and impact, I want to cancel my travel and request vouchers.

                                I have called Goibibo 100 times from my international numbers. I dont have any record how much money I have wasted in waiting for my number to come. Nobody picks up the call. Worst worst service.

                                KLM airlines has already issued an advisory that passengers willing to cancel their booking due to corona virus can claim for the same amount of vouchers and I want full amount of vouchers worth my booking.

                                @goibibo Please take immediate action on this issue and process my refund as soon as possible.

                                I have called the goibibo multiple times to cancel my ticket. KLM staff is willing to help but they can’t access my booking. I can’t cancel my booking on the site as well. It’s not working.
                                @goibibo- please guide me the process to cancel the booking and get the same amount of vouchers.

                                  This is regarding my international flight booking from new york to bengaluru on 14th of march with emirates airlines. Ticket no:[protected]; booking id: mysmf[protected]

                                  Due to the current immigration rules imposed to contain coronavirus, i had asked for a reschedule of my flights. it has been more than 24 hours and there is no update on that yet. I tried reaching out to the customer care some 1000 times but no response. Infact, when my call got connected in the morning, the support executive just tried to fool me and misled me saying that i'll have to contact the emirates airlines directly.
                                  I spoke to emirates airlines and they made it very clear that they have already shared the process details to reschedule a flight with goibibo and that they are not charging any fees for the reschedule. It is mentioned on their website also.
                                  Nobody is responding from the goibibo side. I have beena regular customer of goibibo and now i am being fooled like this.
                                  I request you to look into the matter asap and the fight is to depart tomorrow. I hope you will take the matter seriously.

                                    Our government has asked to avoid foreign travel in view of rising coronavirus cases worldwide.

                                    We want to cancel travel to germany via doha (Qatar) as i am travelling with 2 years kid. Also qatar has restricted travel of passengers from india which can be read in the article below :

                                    We have mailed multiple times to goibibo for full refund of the flights but their customer care is non responsive. Also, after long wait when we question about refund, they are telling that no waiver/refund will be provided
