I have received a schedule change alert from airline for my flight, ps392, from del to kbp, on 04/08/2020. It will now depart at 21:55 on 04/08/2020 instead of leaving at 00:45 on 04/09/2020. The reschedule means my connections will no longer work and i will not be able to catch the flight from delhi to kiev and the next flight aswell from kiev to barcelona. Since there i spoke with at list 10 agents of your sub-optimal customer service asking for an alternative connection (Service request[protected]. Nobody call me back to give me a solution, the only options they gived to me when i call you were two:
- accept the reschedule without any cost and lost my first flight from goa to delhi, departing at 17:25 goa - 20:10 delhi terminal 2.
- change my flight from delhi to barcelona, departing 21:55 on 04/09/2020 and stay in delhi 24 hours layover, with a charge fee of 13.890rp.
Goibibo is not responsible for any schedule change by the airline after issuance of the ticket but it has been very convenient for goibibo to change the departure time of my international flight after 24h after buying the tickets. This is the second time that i have problems with a reservation made through goibibo and i can assure you that customer service is disastrous. I guarantee you that you have lost a client.
