I have booked hotel on 7th for staying two nights in mayuram homestay (Hampi) in goibibo app from 8th - 10th march 2020. My booking id - htl2wa96f. But on 8th morning at 7:30 i got a call from goibibo saying that the room i have booked is taken over & is not available. They raised the ticket[protected] told me that they will look for alternative in 2 hrs but no one didn't called me. I called the coustmercare at 9:34 & they told me they will get in touch in 30 min but no one from goibibo called me. I again called them at 10:16 they told me they will get in touch in 15 min but still no goibibo personbcalled me.

    I have received a schedule change alert from airline for my flight, ps392, from del to kbp, on 04/08/2020. It will now depart at 21:55 on 04/08/2020 instead of leaving at 00:45 on 04/09/2020. The reschedule means my connections will no longer work and i will not be able to catch the flight from delhi to kiev and the next flight aswell from kiev to barcelona. Since there i spoke with at list 10 agents of your sub-optimal customer service asking for an alternative connection (Service request[protected]. Nobody call me back to give me a solution, the only options they gived to me when i call you were two:
    - accept the reschedule without any cost and lost my first flight from goa to delhi, departing at 17:25 goa - 20:10 delhi terminal 2.
    - change my flight from delhi to barcelona, departing 21:55 on 04/09/2020 and stay in delhi 24 hours layover, with a charge fee of 13.890rp.
    Goibibo is not responsible for any schedule change by the airline after issuance of the ticket but it has been very convenient for goibibo to change the departure time of my international flight after 24h after buying the tickets. This is the second time that i have problems with a reservation made through goibibo and i can assure you that customer service is disastrous. I guarantee you that you have lost a client.

      I have booked flights through goibibo for travel to london on 7th march and return on 15th march for me along with my wife and daughter who is 1 and half years old and tickets booking amount is refundable and same is mentioned clearly on the flight ticket.
      I have booked the tickets in month of august 2019.
      Now, i have raised the request for rescheduling and goibibo executive denies to help with the same and says booking is under non refundable.
      I have sent multiple mails, even shared ticket pdf too but not help.
      They are just passing time and executives behave like fools who are trained not to help and just waste time.
      Please help, if i can get refund or reschedule of tickets and i have totally lost hope with goibibo.

        Travel from kolkata to delhi on 13 march 2020 – indigo flight
        Travel from delhi to kolkata on 16 march 2020.

        More than 4 hours have passed but did not get confirmed ticket yet with pnr.

        Total money deducted is rs. 10547/-

        Now i donot know i will at all get the ticket or not. Called indigo they said no booking done yet in the name of amita singh

        If you are not able to book tell me if i need to cancel your booking because the booking has not been done by airline yet.

        This is sure cheating from your side. I will never use goibibo to book any flights or hotels and discourage others to do the same.

        If your booking is not resolved within this evening 6 pm please cancel and do total refund as you are responsible for this. Tom when i again book the ticket the ticket prices will go up. Who will bear the expenses.

        Please reply asap. Your phone numbers are bakwas. No call from your side. Make my trip is much much better.

          We have flight booking from mumbai to krabi via singapore (Flight no : sq425 and sq8332) on 7th march 2020.

          We want to cancle our flight tickets due to corona virus reason. And want full refund.

          We have booked our tickets through goibibo.com and we are waiting for your confirmation to refund full amount. We have raised ticket for the same on 3rd march tracking id [ goibibo[protected] ] and yesterday it got escalated to higher management. But every time we are not getting any reply from your side. Yesterday you told that we will get confirmation tomorrow. Everytime we are getting same answers, as well it takes half hour to take calls from your side. It's been week we are calling you and not getting any update. I have called 'n' number of times, every executive said will resolve but no one able to do so. Because of them i wasted many hr. To calling these people.

          Every time they are saying sigapore airline is not picking call. They need there confirmation to refund my amount of 25k.

          Pease i am requesting you to provide proper details and we want full refund as soon as possible. As tomorrow is our flight date. We will loose 25k because of your delay work

          We have checked on singapore airline site. They have mentioned 'we will waive all cancellation and change fees for customers with tickets issued on or before 3 march 2020 for travel on any singapore airlines or silkair operated flights from 3 march 2020 to 30 april 2020 ' also all flights from 8th march were canceled by airline due to corona virus reason and respective people got their full refund.

          Can you please give us the confirmation from your side that your going to refund our money for same.

            We had booked 2 tickets delhi - singapore and return - pnr - uuifia on 9th march 2019. These were cancelled by jet airways much before the departure date. We have not received our refund yet.
            Inspite of several chats with goibibo, the refunds have not been received yet.
            If we do not hear from you within 7 days of this complaint, we have nooption rather than approaching the apellate council and the consumer court for this clear act of cheating. You have not only caused us financial loss as wellas mental agony.
            There has not been a single communication from you in this last one year regarding any updates on our refund.

              I have paid rs. 502.50 on line for priya pickles on priyafoods website
              Order no. 85434 dt 19.02.2020
              For which the amount has been debited from my account.
              I have not received any order confirmation, nor the amount has been reverted back to my account,
              When i called priya foods they asked me to place a fresh booking saying they have not received the payment. i guess the amount is stuck in the payment gateway so please initiate refund back to my account. Would appreciate if you can get this issue resolved asap!!! Payment details : bank : union bank of india, payment mode : net banking date : 19 feb. 2020.

                Hello everyone,

                Issue : goibibo baggage policy.
                Loss : huge amount loss

                I had my travel from bangalore (India) to dusseldorf (Germany) on feb 2020. I have booked my ticket with the goibibo airline services (To and fro journey).in the generated ticket by goibibo the baggage policy is mentioned as below.

                Allowed baggage :

                2 pc - check-in 23 kgs each
                1 pc - cabin 7 kgs each

                I have traveled from dusseldorf to bangalore on december which is my onward journey and no issues with the travel.

                Dusseldorf - bangalore airline details:

                Dusseldorf to munich - lufthansa airlines
                Munich to bangalore - oman airlines

                During my return journey from bangalore to dusseldorf they have not allowed me with the following baggage.

                Baggage info :

                2 pc - 23 kgs each
                1 pc - 7 kgs each

                The oman airways said they will allow only 30 kgs (1 pc is 15 kgs) which i don't aware.

                I have not aware this because i have traveled from dusseldorf to bangalore with the same airlines. During my return journey i dont have a choice apart from paying the excess baggage amount since i cannot call to the goibibo service in the short of span of my boarding.

                Goibibo interaction after the issue:

                I have called the goibibo customer care next day and escalated the issue. I got vey poor response as follows.

                1. Goibibo says we know the oman airways provides 15kg of baggage of each piece.
                Question: as a service provider if they knows the baggage allowance why cant it be printed in the ticket.

                2. I have sent around 40 emails and more than 50 calls to the customer care and the response is very poor and they say that you need to check with the airlines.

                Question: when we travel through multiple transists having more than 3-4 flights in between, do we need to check all the airlines to confirm the baggage?

                3. The service provide (Goibibo) says yes you need to check with airlines.

                Question: if we want to check all these information with airlines then what is the point in booking from goibibo?

                I have escalated this issue for more than 20 days and still continuing their response is as follows.

                "we cannot do anything this is as per our policies and this is the final decision"

                I have gone through the all the terms and conditions of the goibibo website and found weird terms and conditions in my opinion.

                When a customer travels through some airlines cant those airlines information is clearly printed in the ticket?

                Its a system generated ticket they can print if they want, if they knows the information how a customer will get know?

                For example: "if any flight ticket cancels their flight until unless they provide the re-ticket we are not responsible for the amount paid"

                What is this, then what is the need of booking from the service.

                Moreover i sent all the attachments related to the tickets and their terms and conditions and clearly and they are telling its their final decision and they cant do anything.

                I would like to bring this issue as many people are facing the same issue when i read through the reviewed and they are fed up to bring to the social media to make everyone aware.

                My dear people please be aware with the services while booking tickets be clearly check with them if any details are confusing. This is to create the awareness.

                Looking for the help to recover my money.

                I have all the proofs if required i will provide those.

                  Dear goibibo,
                  It feels very sorry for a such a big travel agencies failed to provide any solution to me and the respons recived from all the customer care executive from[protected] to[protected] are totaly out of the context and it feels that they are totally non trained and unaware of goibibo policy and industry function. During this period i recived call from someother supervisor/ executive give confidence to resolve and provide with the solution but now when i am try to reach back to them they are totally unavailable and cc executive denied for call transfer.

                  For one more time i am going to write what i have gone through during these 3days and can be verified through call recorders too.

                  -on[protected] at 5:45 i have made a first call to goibibo for the wrong booking dates during that call i have requested customer customer care executive to call spicejet for the verification of the booking during that call the spicejet customer care executive ask for goibibo reference id which the customer care executive of goibibo has failed to provide in three attempts later he disconnected the call after is disconnection i have called the spice jet regarding the booking during that call i come to know that booking has been made through makemytrip which cannot be possible so again called goibibo regarding the same and requested again to verify the booking with the spicejet that time they put my call on hold later the requested me that they will arrange call back from their site after which i received an email with the complaint id and statement that the issue will be resolved in next 2 hours or sooner after that i received a call from mr hemendra kumar between 7:30 to 8:00 in which have discusses the full issue which can be verified through call recordings after that he has requested a time of 24 hours to 72 hours to verify with the backend technical team to verify the technical glitch.
                  Next day on 1st of march i received a call from technical team asking for call recording proof and other proof after that i called goibibo again and requested a call back from mr hemendra kumar. When mr hemendra kumar called i again discussed that all this technical glitch need to be verified from goibibo and but that too to go ibibo failed to provide.
                  On 2nd of march i've made around two to three calls tu goibibo requesting a call back from mr hemendra kumar and from mr aman rai whose email i have received stating that it is going to be calling me over the issue which till date have not received.
                  On 3rd of march that is today from morning 9 o'clock i am calling goibibo requesting support and help to resolve the the issue but the feedback what has been received from the customer care executive after that the senior customer care executive after that the assistant manager operation and then executive escalation was very hurting and not accepted from a company like goibibo.
                  I wanted you to be aware of that trip to shirdi are not meant to be as party or pleasure trip which have a spiritual sentiments due to are all this wrong bookings and unaccepted response from the the goibibo team the sentiments of my parents a truly hurt.

                    Today i have done a booking for ashwin hotel at igatpuri for 2 adults and 1 child (7 years). After booking is confirm, i receive a call from hotel that child amount is not included in booking and need to pay extra at counter. I have done booking for 1night rs.2230/-for 2 adult and 1 child as per confirmation. Now they are asking me to rs.1400/- for 1 child as per hotel price. Is it justifiable? If i am entering the member as 3, then why website is doing the booking for 2 member and 1 member payment at hotel counter. Attaching the booking receipt. Also, they are telling me to pay full amount for child not even half. No one is helping me. I have done a complete recording of call where customer team is telling 7 year child will be consider as an adult. How??

                      Sir i did paymnet on 24th feb for bathinda to nanded train bookings via debit card but some issue my tickets cancelled by ibibo group gurgaon but paymnt rs 3535 deducted from my acct. Next day on 25th feb i recd mail from ibibo group - abt refund of my paymnt - but till today i dnt recvd any kind of paymnt,

                      Im sending u both ibibo group mail abt refund and my transaction history. Pls refund my money asap.

                          166.38 rupees was deducted from my airtel payment bank account and my number linked to this is [protected]. This is a fraudulent transaction as it was not made by me. Also i was not being notified when the amount was deducted from my a/c and there was also no message for this deduction. I hereby want your kind attention to this and stop this fraud and refund back my money to my account. Do this as soon as possible.

                            Respected Sir,

                            I have booked my flight from Mumbai to Taipei via Singapore on 5th March and a return on 25th March respectively via Goibibo.

                            Due to Covid-19 outbreak, Singapore airlines had cancelled my flight from Mumbai to Singapore dated 5th March and I am still on the waiting list...

                            I would like to cancel my flight for full refund due to the above-mentioned issue.
                            Further to this I have also received a confirmation for cancellation for full refund from Singapore Airlines..

                            But I have not received anything from Goibibo apart from contacting them for almost 10 times in a week.

                            PS: My booking reference/PNR number is VZDTNC..

                            I do not know what to do since my flight is scheduled for a waiting list on 5th March and still Goibibo's poor service the issue has occurred.

                            I have also attached a mail screenshot from the airlines regarding the cancellation for full refund for your kind perusal.

                              I have made a payment from my ICICI bank account for an amount of Rs 1541.00 to goibibo.[protected]@axisbank through upi ID[protected] payments on 24th September 2019.The company GOIBIBO continued to confirm that the transaction is unsuccessful and the payment was not received by them upto 9th December 2019.After receipt of the money on 9th December 2019.They found that the payment received against payment ID GOHTLDANDNY2W8Y5 was to be refunded as the transaction was unsuccessful.
                              Goibibo refunded the money on 09th January 2020.
                              I have requested a compensation from goibibo as per the declared written policy of goibibo and written RBI guideline but they denied the same and refused to follow RBI guidelines and honour their own policy in writing.

                                On 24th feb 2020 i filled a complaint in goibibo customer care whose ticket number is 31194735. I have not received any resolution from go ibibo. They are harrasing me mentally as they are not even listening to me. I called them so many times but then also they are not helping me out. I wanted to book a hotel on urgently basis and i called goibibo for the same as i was not able to use my wallet amount. Go ibibo customer service is so poor that they are not giving me any type of help. I also mailed them several times but they didn't reply.

                                  I had booked my flight from mumbai to taipei via singapore on 5th march 2020 and a return on 25th march 2020 on goibibo website.

                                  Due to covid-19 outbreak, singapore airlines had cancelled my flight on 18th february 2020 (Bom-sin dated 5th feb 2020)

                                  I got a call from goibibo representative enquiring about the reschedule to 5th march 2020 twice... Once on thursday (20th feb 2020) and yesterday (25th feb 2020)...

                                  Now its just a week left for me to board the flight still goibibo has not provided me a confirmed ticket. Its been 7 days and less than 10 days for me to travel and i cannot believe that goibibo has such a poor service.

                                  I would like to have my confirmed rescheduled ticket (Booking ref no.: vzdtnc)

                                    At around 10:45 on 24th feb 2020 i tried to book 2 airline tickets from mumbai to delhi dated 15/02/2020. the transaction id was 054146. the transaction was failed but the amount, rs. 5699 was deducted from my account.I request you to refund the money as soon as possible.the the phone no. given during the time of booking was [protected]. please reply to this problem as soon as possible on the email id: [protected]@gmail.com or message at [protected].

                                      Oyo 41323 hotel raj heritage
                                      I had booked hotel in hotel raj heritage from date 06/10/2019 to 10/10/2019.in this morning of 6th oct. When i reached this above hotel, he refused to stay in their hotel and when i asked for the reason, property honor replied we are not allowed online booking. So i returned back and stayed outside.
                                      I tried to contact go ibibo customer care but unable to connect with them, then i contact to given number for any questions related to the property, you can contact oyo 41323 hotel raj heritage directly at: [protected] or [protected]@oyorooms.com
                                      Oyo also registered complaint regarding this matter and assured that they have been refunded my amount within 7 to 14 working days, but when i called oyo after 20 days for refund they again denied to refund and informed me to take refund from goibibo.

                                        Dear sir,

                                        Writing you this email is to make you understand and needed some important facts to come to your notice which i had experienced travelling through your prestigious bus service

                                        On 22 of february 2020 i was passenger booked on one of your bus rj 19 pb 9001 goa to jodhpur ac sleeper which was breakdown in surat due to bad conditions. Forgive me for consuming your precious time but i personally feel obliged to make you understand about the scenario we passengers exactly faced rude behaviour by bus driver. They were not at all co-operating in giving us proper answers, because of this immoral treatment from bus driver i & many o[censored]s had a grueling experience in arranging another bus which was non ac. I paid rs.12600/- for ac sleeper so please refund it.

                                        I assume that this email would definitely make you take up some corrective action against those bus driver & operators. It would be a learning lesson for them, which is not at all expected being in hospitality field. It was really horrible experienced and because of them i was way behind my schedule for my trip.
