I had booked 3 rooms for 03 night at hotel sea horse, digha from 22 march (Check in) 25 march (Check out)

In the booking page it shows that free cancellation till 19 th march but when i cancelled the ticket it shows that amount not refundable. This one type of cheating. They are misguiding the people by doing this.

I had booked 3 jet airways tickets (Pnr - wajeji) from mumbai - london - washington dc through goibibo on 19th feb 2019. The flight was cancelled due to jetairways closing down its operations. I was assured by jet that the refund of the cancelled ticket amounting to rs. 1, 70, 000/- will be done by goibibo asap. Its been a year now and i have still not received the refund. I am in urgent need of funds as i have lost my brother in law in july...

On goibibo, there is no option to delete booking history. There is no provision to delete the account also.

This is a clear intrusion of privacy as i should be able to manage my data as i deem fit. Every other travel planning app has this option. Only goibibo doesn't. Extremely dissatisfied with this.

I would request goibibo to get this rectified as soon as possible.

It is deeply inconvenient...

On 18th January, 2020 at night. i was trying to book hotel shompen in Port blaire from Go Ibibo website, after selecting the room and filling the details of guests, at payment section, I selected UPI payment mode and they offered discount for Rs15 on total amount that was Rs 3725 and hence making net amount to be paid as Rs3710.

On 15th feb 2020, i booked the air india flight ticket (Delhi to hyd) in goibibo for 20th feb. Amount was deducted but status was shown as booking confirmation pending. I had contacted the goibibo customer care and they told me that the status would be finalized after 30 minutes. I contacted them after 30 minutes and they asked me to wait for 24 hours. After 24 hours i contacted them again and they told that they couldn’t finalise the status...

With immense grief, i would like to let you know that the services from goibibo customer care has been really dissatisfying and disappointing.

I had flights booked on jan 25th to berlin, however due to an emergency i planned to reschedule the flight. Upon calling goibibo customer care, i was told that only flight difference will be chargeable and the flight will be kept on open status and i have the option to reschedule it...

I issued multi city ticket on 15th february to cok dmk - 23 feb 20 & connection flight to dmk vte - 24 feb 20 and paid 13, 121 through amazon pay. But ticket is not issued & booking id is not created.

It showing that - booking id: the ticketing time limit has expired for the given booking booked on sat, feb 15, 2020.

Payment has been deducted and i received the confirmation which is payment received and we are working to generate the tickets (Invoice) will get back to you shortly.

But no confirmation has received. Now while i tried to confirm with air india flight they are saying there is no booking we are found against your name.

I booked an 'air india' ticket yesterday through goibibo. My money was debited from my account but my booking has not been confirmed. It has been more than 24 hours. Their customer care number is always busy and i have also sent several emails and got no reply yet. Their customer care service is very poor. I need a booking confirmation immediately. They have caused me a lot of stress and frustration! My booking reference number is "j7eg3"....

I have booked flight from delhi to toronto for aug 30. I have paid full payment of rs 71174.00. They have not yet confirmed the ticket. I called them around 15 times, they are only asking to wait for 2 hours then 4 hours then 1 day then 12 hours.

My booking id is gofldand7403a[protected]. I booked my ticket yesterday at noon. Bu t till now i have not received my ticket. T he customer care is repeatedly telling that the ticket will be issued after 30 minutes. This is going on since yesterday. I have already mailed to ceo, management & support team. I booked air india flight ticket 15 feb2020 from visakhapatnam to new delhi traveling date 14 mar 2020 and pnr no hscn3.
Amount detected my account successfully 7940 rs. After that massage came your payment received successfully and your ticket generated within 30 min. But ticket not generated and goibibo customer care saying your amount not received.
Still my ticket status booking in progress.
And custmer care not answering...

I booked a flight from delhi to kannur on 15 of feb at 05:50pm and got a message that booking is under process and payment was deducted from bank but till now ie 16 feb i have not got any response from their end and its still showing booking under process i called them a 50 times but no one is responding to calls.
I have faced a huge time and money loss with this......

My booking is not yet confirmed, u r asking to wait for 30 minutes from long time.. Only ur not responds.. There is no human at all. It's so much frustrating.. I need to book ticket again if it is not confirmed. This is HARRSINATION.. Not giving any response at all.. I have paid for this.. I need response now.. I should get the proper response now itself. While booking the ticket from dublin to mumbai, goibibo showed me it's a connected flight from dublin to mumbai with stop at london. By connecting flight means customer assumes it to have same pnr number, luggage transfer by airline and immigration at dublin airport and no check in required...
