I have not received any tickets for the above bookings made.
I am not able to connect with any customer care executive on this regards.

Kindly help me out.

    166.38 rupees was deducted from my airtel payment bank account and my number linked to this is [protected]. This is a fraudulent transaction as it was not made by me. Also i was not being notified when the amount was deducted from my a/c and there was also no message for this deduction. I hereby want your kind attention to this and stop this fraud and refund back my money to my account. Do this as soon as possible.

      Respected Sir,

      I have booked my flight from Mumbai to Taipei via Singapore on 5th March and a return on 25th March respectively via Goibibo.

      Due to Covid-19 outbreak, Singapore airlines had cancelled my flight from Mumbai to Singapore dated 5th March and I am still on the waiting list...

      I would like to cancel my flight for full refund due to the above-mentioned issue.
      Further to this I have also received a confirmation for cancellation for full refund from Singapore Airlines..

      But I have not received anything from Goibibo apart from contacting them for almost 10 times in a week.

      PS: My booking reference/PNR number is VZDTNC..

      I do not know what to do since my flight is scheduled for a waiting list on 5th March and still Goibibo's poor service the issue has occurred.

      I have also attached a mail screenshot from the airlines regarding the cancellation for full refund for your kind perusal.

      have made the booking on 19th feb 2020 but did not get any information. tried contacting the customer care with no hope. had gone on chat but they did not respond. have taken the money with no tickets and for refund they charging. most pathetic service and last time i shall be using this site

        I have made a payment from my ICICI bank account for an amount of Rs 1541.00 to goibibo.[protected]@axisbank through upi ID[protected] payments on 24th September 2019.The company GOIBIBO continued to confirm that the transaction is unsuccessful and the payment was not received by them upto 9th December 2019.After receipt of the money on 9th December 2019.They found that the payment received against payment ID GOHTLDANDNY2W8Y5 was to be refunded as the transaction was unsuccessful.
        Goibibo refunded the money on 09th January 2020.
        I have requested a compensation from goibibo as per the declared written policy of goibibo and written RBI guideline but they denied the same and refused to follow RBI guidelines and honour their own policy in writing.

        Goibibo refuse to pay rightful compensation for delay in refund of payment by months even as per goibibo policy or reserve bank of india policy.It is shameful and lack of respect for rules and regulations.

          On 24th feb 2020 i filled a complaint in goibibo customer care whose ticket number is 31194735. I have not received any resolution from go ibibo. They are harrasing me mentally as they are not even listening to me. I called them so many times but then also they are not helping me out. I wanted to book a hotel on urgently basis and i called goibibo for the same as i was not able to use my wallet amount. Go ibibo customer service is so poor that they are not giving me any type of help. I also mailed them several times but they didn't reply.

            I had booked my flight from mumbai to taipei via singapore on 5th march 2020 and a return on 25th march 2020 on goibibo website.

            Due to covid-19 outbreak, singapore airlines had cancelled my flight on 18th february 2020 (Bom-sin dated 5th feb 2020)

            I got a call from goibibo representative enquiring about the reschedule to 5th march 2020 twice... Once on thursday (20th feb 2020) and yesterday (25th feb 2020)...

            Now its just a week left for me to board the flight still goibibo has not provided me a confirmed ticket. Its been 7 days and less than 10 days for me to travel and i cannot believe that goibibo has such a poor service.

            I would like to have my confirmed rescheduled ticket (Booking ref no.: vzdtnc)

              At around 10:45 on 24th feb 2020 i tried to book 2 airline tickets from mumbai to delhi dated 15/02/2020. the transaction id was 054146. the transaction was failed but the amount, rs. 5699 was deducted from my account.I request you to refund the money as soon as possible.the the phone no. given during the time of booking was [protected]. please reply to this problem as soon as possible on the email id: [protected]@gmail.com or message at [protected].

                Oyo 41323 hotel raj heritage
                I had booked hotel in hotel raj heritage from date 06/10/2019 to 10/10/2019.in this morning of 6th oct. When i reached this above hotel, he refused to stay in their hotel and when i asked for the reason, property honor replied we are not allowed online booking. So i returned back and stayed outside.
                I tried to contact go ibibo customer care but unable to connect with them, then i contact to given number for any questions related to the property, you can contact oyo 41323 hotel raj heritage directly at: [protected] or [protected]@oyorooms.com
                Oyo also registered complaint regarding this matter and assured that they have been refunded my amount within 7 to 14 working days, but when i called oyo after 20 days for refund they again denied to refund and informed me to take refund from goibibo.

                  Writing you this email is to make you understand and needed some important facts to come to your notice which i had experienced travelling through your prestigious bus service

                  On 22 of february 2020 i was passenger booked on one of your bus rj 19 pb 9001 goa to jodhpur ac sleeper which was breakdown in surat due to bad conditions. Forgive me for consuming your precious time but i personally feel obliged to make you understand about the scenario we passengers exactly faced rude behaviour by bus driver. They were not at all co-operating in giving us proper answers, because of this immoral treatment from bus driver i & many o[censored]s had a grueling experience in arranging another bus which was non ac. I paid rs.12600/- for ac sleeper so please refund it.

                  I assume that this email would definitely make you take up some corrective action against those bus driver & operators. It would be a learning lesson for them, which is not at all expected being in hospitality field. It was really horrible experienced and because of them i was way behind my schedule for my trip.

                      This is regarding my online booking done with you on 21/2/2020 from me and family for onward n retun journey from new delhi to montreal.

                      I have wrongly made the retun booking for 13th june 2020 instant of 15th june 2020. For which i have raised the complain/changes online on same day around 7pm.

                      I again approached yours team very next morning at 09am on 22nd feb and i have spoken to ms siya she told me there are some charges of around 352 inr per passenger i will calculate the same and call back to you in 15 to 20min. Till 01 hrs i dint receive any call then i crossed check the same with british airways they informed that we dint received any request to making changes till now pls speak to yours agent if we get any information from there end we can make necessary changes till 24hrs.

                      This shows yours team is how much depended on system what automation system have replied to customers is correct and authentic without any cross check by any one.

                      Yours team dependence on systems and lethargic work now till date they are trying to convince me on there rules and regulations which they own are not aware about.

                      They say i have to inform to them on same day if any necessary changes need to do. What was that i did online? Which is more authentic in service sector.

                      It’s clear at my end that i will not get penalise for the error done from yours end. Hope you understand my concern as a customer and take necessary action and resolve my problem asap.

                      Hope you understand the importance of relationship between a service provider and customer.

                        Sir, i had booked ticket by goibibo on 17th feb 2020 from chennai to kochi pnr no. D6sghv on 23rd march 2020 total amount paid as per goibibo is rs.4654 and i cancelled the ticket on 20th feb 2020. As per cancellation charges 96 hours rs2500 refund but only rs164 is given.

                        Cash refund 164.
                        Can you explain this refund.
                        What sipcejet claims is agency amount given rs.3466.

                          I had booked 3 rooms for 03 night at hotel sea horse, digha from 22 march (Check in) 25 march (Check out)

                          In the booking page it shows that free cancellation till 19 th march but when i cancelled the ticket it shows that amount not refundable. This one type of cheating. They are misguiding the people by doing this.

                          If amount is not refundable don't write free cancellation before 24 hrs of check in time

                          I want my hard earn money at the earliest.

                            I had booked 3 jet airways tickets (Pnr - wajeji) from mumbai - london - washington dc through goibibo on 19th feb 2019. The flight was cancelled due to jetairways closing down its operations. I was assured by jet that the refund of the cancelled ticket amounting to rs. 1, 70, 000/- will be done by goibibo asap. Its been a year now and i have still not received the refund. I am in urgent need of funds as i have lost my brother in law in july 2019. Since i am not receiving a proper timeline for getting my refunds i am now filing a legal complaint against goibibo for cheating and fraud for not giving my refund for one year.

                              unable to delete account or history

                              On goibibo, there is no option to delete booking history. There is no provision to delete the account also.

                              This is a clear intrusion of privacy as i should be able to manage my data as i deem fit. Every other travel planning app has this option. Only goibibo doesn't. Extremely dissatisfied with this.

                              I would request goibibo to get this rectified as soon as possible.

                              It is deeply inconvenient...

                              I have booked the ticket from Lucknow to Ahmedabad, PNR no 09hfgg by GOAIR from your esteemed company. The flight was cancelled by goair. Immediately I lodged complain to [protected]@goibibo.com, I got return E mail where they inform Lodge complain on line for Refund.NOW THE PROBLEM STARTS

                              1. I am 66 years old at the time of booking perheps i would have given wrong mobile no. but my mail id is correct.
                              2. Whenever I tried to lodge complain on line it ask for Mobile no and when i give mobile no it does not allow me to go further.
                              3. I tried to contact your consumer care no but same due to Mobile No it does not allow me to move further.

                              1. Please arrange to refund the money in same account from where the money was paid. My mail id is correct.
                              2. Please arrange to give facility to talk to your customer care executives.

                                I was done a flight booking through goibibo vide booking id - tuakhtvpm, for air india flight for 13th march vide prn - yd3z7, booking date - 15th feb'2020. As per their booking confirmation i suppose to get confirmed ticket within 30 mnts, but till date they were not process my confirmed ticket. Through their customer support they are rounding me and same text or mail continue they were sending.. I am too much worried that, due to this flight booking pending i will getting problem for my upcoming trip.

                                Just now I received the E-ticket via Goibibo Mail and whatsup by booking mobile number. Also my PNR was changed and booking date and time was remain same. So, There will be no problem for this relate any more. I was cheaked with the Airlines (Air India) as well and their also showing my confirmed ticket. Thanks a lot.

                                For my Booking I was plan further for hotel booking and return ticket according this flight booking and I know need the refund process and I have to go from Kolkata to Bagdogra (Siliguri) on 13th March itself, So request you process this with Goibibo for confirmed ticket only.

                                We are giving money for web check in via goibibo and they are not give the selected seats for which i pay the seats kindly get the resolution ...

                                  On 18th January, 2020 at night. i was trying to book hotel shompen in Port blaire from Go Ibibo website, after selecting the room and filling the details of guests, at payment section, I selected UPI payment mode and they offered discount for Rs15 on total amount that was Rs 3725 and hence making net amount to be paid as Rs3710.
                                  There was a QR code to be scanned for making payment through UPI, i scanned from my phone, and at BHIM UPI application i got confirmation screen for amount deduction, the moment i approved and payment got dedcuted, but on payment screen of GoIbibo there was'nt any response.
                                  I waited for so long, but no refund and booking status: "Booking under Progress" .

                                  I have contacted Goibibo they said they didnt recieve, and they cant help it. my bank have deducted the money on the name of Goibibo, Pls refund the amount.

                                    On 15th feb 2020, i booked the air india flight ticket (Delhi to hyd) in goibibo for 20th feb. Amount was deducted but status was shown as booking confirmation pending. I had contacted the goibibo customer care and they told me that the status would be finalized after 30 minutes. I contacted them after 30 minutes and they asked me to wait for 24 hours. After 24 hours i contacted them again and they told that they couldn’t finalise the status of my booking and asked me to take refund. I rejected the refund and asked customer care to connect the call to higher official. The official named rahul told that i definitely had to take refund and i told no to him. He told me that he initiated the process of refund without my acceptance. My trip was cancelled due to their negligency and i had to book another ticket which costs rs. 10, 000/- more than the previous one. Its probably they faked the status of my booking because i booked it in less cost than usual. I hope u take the severe action on them.

                                      With immense grief, i would like to let you know that the services from goibibo customer care has been really dissatisfying and disappointing.

                                      I had flights booked on jan 25th to berlin, however due to an emergency i planned to reschedule the flight. Upon calling goibibo customer care, i was told that only flight difference will be chargeable and the flight will be kept on open status and i have the option to reschedule it anytime with just the flight difference and no other charges will be applied. Hence, i decided to keep the flight at open status in order to reschedule it.
                                      I need to travel to berlin by 22nd february and have been continuously calling the goibibo customer care, however the agents keep hanging up saying they will call back. They neither call back nor help in getting the flight rescheduled.
                                      Please take some immediate action, so that i can book my flight for berlin by today as per the promise.
                                      Ibibo Group / Goibibo customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
