On 18th January, 2020 at night. i was trying to book hotel shompen in Port blaire from Go Ibibo website, after selecting the room and filling the details of guests, at payment section, I selected UPI payment mode and they offered discount for Rs15 on total amount that was Rs 3725 and hence making net amount to be paid as Rs3710.
There was a QR code to be scanned for making payment through UPI, i scanned from my phone, and at BHIM UPI application i got confirmation screen for amount deduction, the moment i approved and payment got dedcuted, but on payment screen of GoIbibo there was'nt any response.
I waited for so long, but no refund and booking status: "Booking under Progress" .
I have contacted Goibibo they said they didnt recieve, and they cant help it. my bank have deducted the money on the name of Goibibo, Pls refund the amount.
