I have done booking of train reservation for two passenger (For 14/01/2020) in 6 jan 2020. I have paid thorugh google pay 626rs. Amount got deducted.. I want refund soon.

I was booking ticket from Goa to Dubai Oman Air lines on 15th December 2019 but the transaction was failed and I got messaged showing refund is initiated on 22nd I got message showing refund is successfully transferred but it didn't come to my account so I contacted customer care on app and told them I have not received in my account till date it's not showing in my account.

I had booked an hotel with booking id htl7l4mtfr located at ooty from 27-31st of december, we have booked it 1 month priorly as we are going there from pune. I had booked a hotel from goibibo sites on dec 20, 2019. The hotel was booked with the name of oyo 46752 hotel sun n wind from jan 2 to jan 5, 2020 with booking id htladv3wgn. But when we reached this hotel, the owner of the hotel refused to give us the room. He said he will not give the rooms in the name of oyo company. He said his hotel is not under the oyo company, so, you have to again book the hotel, if you want room.

It has been more than 10 months and a new year has started. But, i haven't receive any refund or any kind of follow up regarding my jet airways cancelled ticket.

I have received mails from goibibo that refund has been processed, but the amount is not yet credited back to me. I checked with bank, they said payment is not released by goibibo.
When will i get my refund back? Want concern...

I want to delete my goibibo account, there app or website don't have this option. And customer support only provide help with booking. Also, there write to us section asks for service request number. What if i don't have service request number? I can't write to you?
I tried calling several times on there costumer support number but no help from them....

The flight was cancelled by jet airways, a refund request was made by at the link provided by goibibo.
There was no update on this from goibibo for months.

On my followup (Ticket #[protected], they tried calling me and explaining the reason that they are working with jet airways to process the claim but...

I booked a hotel, rahat guest house at banaras with payment of 576 rs for one night 28-29th december, 2019. I booked a ticket from Delhi to Kanpur and the amount had been deducted from my account and payment failed is showing into the app. I am getting my payment back or not .
Pathetic services goibibo . If in urgent I have to go somewhere you people cant help into this. Money is deducted from the account and you dont have portal for the bus option . So why you created this option....

I booked my Singapore - Chennai - Pune Indigo international flight Ticket through Goibibo mobile App for Rs. 28, 972/- for the travel date 30thNov’19. The full payment was made and tickets delivered. On 28thNov’19, as my stay in Singapore needed extension, I rescheduled my flight again through Goibibo mobile App. I choose Singapore- Chennai -Pune Indigo flight for 17thDec’19 for Rs.19300/- approx.

I have partially cancelled the booking on dec-12. It was confirmed amount would refund within 26-dec. But amount is still not refunded to my account. I don't know the reason behind this. This is not fair. I just dont want to use the goibibo app in the future. I dislike the app completely.
Please do the needful.

Booked hotel via goibibo app on 22nd dec2019, booking id htl9hrsgek, oyo 66499 hotel sri saravana bhavan, coimbatore but hotel team denied the booking done via goibibo citing the reason oyo don't pay the money to them, hence hotel team charged rs3600/ from me for the stay.

Request to refund the amount charged from me via app.

Also oyo team don't have the basic check on quality of hotel...

I just booked a hotel in Chandigarh and goibibo is just listing the worst hotel and their service is very worst and i complained regarding the same many times but i didn't get any further response from goibibo and money is fully wasted and I'm a contacting goibibo but not response still now. I want goibibo to resolve my issue asap.
