Can you guys please share some number where i can reach out to you or please arrange a call ..this is really annoying...no one bothers to even call when a customer's refund is due for more than a month
secondly wherein Air Asia the airlines has released the amount and refunded the same in total as confirmed in their email and also by their representative in call centre .how can you as an agent eat my money and think of not processing the refund.
Dont force me take something legal, please smothen the process of refund since in this case the Airlines will be with me and in my behalf.

this is horrible that no one can reach you...
call ASAP and resolve the issue.i cant think of booking through goibibo again in future with this kind of experience.Total amount is around 14000, please refund.
