I opened mail account (M. [protected]@ibibo.com) in ibibo in 2010 and that mail id i given in my fb account and some other websites.. And now my fb account got blocked and fb team send a mail to my ibibo mail to unlock my fb. But i am unable to open my ibibo mail ad also cant find the website where have to login for mail. So i request you to please help me to open my ibibo mail once....

I have done a payment of rs.3926 via google pay in the goibibo app. But neither did i receive any ticket nor any confirmation that the amount has been received. I confirmed with my bank and my bank clearly states that goibibo has received the money. The most pathetic part is they dont even have any human customer care number who can confirm and revert back the money. They dont have an email id where you can complain. Requesting this fraudster...

I booked a hotel room through goibibo (In goa - hotel neelam grand in the name of name: diya jagger, booking id: htl4lslnuk, payment id: gohtldv34lslnuk) and paid all charges for the room, including extra bed (Apparently showing at the time of booking) that we needed, through goibibo. After paying the amount when i received the booking confirmation, i was shocked to see the terms that included a statement stating that as per hotel policy...

I had booked a flight using HDFC debit card on goibibo, under the ongoing offer I was supposed to receive the cashback. But its been over a week now, haven't yet recieved it. I can't find any means to contact the customer care neither on app nor on the website to know the status. The app does not address the issue for debit card cashbacks anywhere.

I booked hotel and after applying hdfc card coupon code, showing amount 3931. I entered cvv and then got message to approve amount 4531 (Illegal) so went back thinking more charges on credit card. So went with hdfc debit card. After entering details i got button with label "pay 3931" since matching amount i clicked that which redirected to payment gateway and shown amount 5731 approving so i tried to cross check details and click back button....

Booking id - htlvf5dbts.. Oyo 16496 trinayani atithi niwas. My booking was for 3 rooms scheduled on 28th-29th november for 9 people. We reached the hotel on 28th november 10 pm. After reaching the hotel we were stunned to hear that no rooms were available. And we were treated with some very bad behaviour by the hotel authority. I want my full refund of rs 1638 and the hotel authorities deserve a punishment. I have not experienced any trouble...

I am regularly booking hotels through GOIBIBO. this time i booked a hotel for Rs 9865/- and requested them to cancel hotel or change booking dates .

it was a non refundable booking of Star Home stay resort at Kutch . earlier also several time on my request GOIBIBO cancelled booking / changed dates or refunded the full amount.
this time GOIBIBO agreed to refund the amount but later after 30 minutes they denied to refund...

I booked the hotel in oyo 9856 hotel mp in raipur. Flight got cancelled on 19th april 2019 since than i am following for refund amount from goibibo

Had a very bad experience with juststay gulmohar hotel. We had requested for an early check in and were promised by mr rakesh sharma that it will be provided on our arrivalat an extra cost of rs 300/-. But on reaching the hotel, we were very rudely told to book in another hotelfor couple of hours and return at 11 am for check in at just stay gulmohar. On further requesting, mr rakesh sharma vacated the room he was occupying and gave us (6people)...

Hi, this is dr sajit kishan, regd mobile no [protected]. I have tried for a booking on[protected]. I have a transaction of rs.17298 via upi. Transaction id[protected].
This was for a booking to mangalore-auh on 24-11-19.
I have contacted my bank they told the transaction has been successful and money has been transferred to goibibo.
I am unable to reach customer care after multiple attempts. It is very horrible customer...

I have tryed to make ticket on 23 nov 19 at1pm through ibibio twice but money deducted 535rs ones through amazon wallet and once icici cerdit card. But ticket not generated. Till time my money not refunded.
I have try to contact go ibibio on app and on phone but both of those place no options reflect about my camplane.
I tried twice to make ticket but both time it fail and money deducted.

We booked tickets to mauritius from delhi. At the time of booking it was mentioned that 1pc checkin and 7kg cabin baggage allowed along with meals so we proceeded with the bookings but when booking get confirmed we got to know that we are allowed only 7kg cabin bag and that is too without meals.

While checking again for same ticket at same cost check in baggage and meal was mentioned. And also when checked directly with airlines...
