Dear sir,

We would like to bring to your notice about booking of air ticket of true jet air lines through you on 21st jan 2020 twice with reschedule.

Booking id : 2tl98s24

1) on 20th date, mysore to chennai journey was on time and their service was ok.
2) return journey on 21st morning 6.50 am with same truejet flight. after boarding, they cancelled flight by giving technical reason. (1st cancellation)
3) they assured me to give evening flight at 18.50 with reschedule, but again they cancelled it. (2nd cancellation)
4) again you were issued the ticket for 22nd morning 6.50 am with truejet flight only.
5) i started from hotel at 4 am to airport. after entering to airport, they had sent me a message that again flight got cancelled. (3rd cancellation)

6) again, i had booked another ticket with spicejet by paying rs. 4400/-.
For this, i lost the following losses:
A) taxi fair - 1200/- (I had paid twice)
B) hotel stay - 3000/- (I had paid extra for two days)
C) business loss - 500000/- (I was missed very important business meeting)
D) flight ticket with spicejet from chennai to bangalore - 4400/-
E) bangalore to mysore taxi fare: 3000/-
D) physical and mental harassment :e) refund of truejet flight got cancelled from chennai to mysore : rs. 2, 258/-

Total: 513858/- + physical and mental harassment

Please send me the losses immediately to my bank a/c as below. Else, i am going to take legal action as well as i will complaint to consumer court for the heavy losses.

In reference to your complained, seems your issue has been resolved from the company side as we have given you the alternate flight ticket for your journey.

We would also like to inform you that goibibo is merely ad booking platform between the customer and airlines, we also have to follow the terms and conditions of the airlines. Reschedule is something which is not in our hands.

    This is regarding case number: 30897230, 30874257

    I booked a air asia flight via goibibo for 20th Dec 2019 with PNR RZ3S9M.
    While checking in my baggage Air Asia charged me with INR 8000 for access baggage. Now the problem starts as flight got cancelled on that day.
    Goibibo refunded ticket amount of Rs 6453 in my HSBC account within 3-4 days but they told me access baggage amount will be refunded by air line as they charged it.
    When I contacted Air Asia customer service they told me that they will give access baggage money to agent as ticket was booked via agent.
    Today it has been more than 30 days and still my money is not refunded.
    PFA ticket invoice, cancelled boarding pass and access baggage receipt.

    Every time a case timeline is about to get over goibibo opens a new case.The customer care agent agree over call that money needs to refunded but are not taking any action.
    They have even asked my NEFT details on[protected] but still I haven't received the refund.

      This complaint is regarding refund delayed by goibibo for my international ticket cancellation. Please refer details:

      Travel Date - 24th Nov, 2019
      From - CDG, Paris
      To - Mumbai
      Airline - Air India
      Booking done through - GoIbibo

      I cancelled above mentioned ticket on 10-Nov-2019 and expecting refund in 20 working days as per airlines site.

      Moreover, I am chasing goibibo since 06th Jan and they said that they have initiated refund but it will take 5-6 working days but no refund yet.

      After 10 times follow up, they are saying that they have problem refund process and doing follow up with concern team but every receive below mail without money updates.

      How can they same problem for somany days considering their usage by users?

      I started feeling cheated and thats why raising this complaints expecting some relief from you.

        This is to infor you today (21st january 2020), i have booked one ticket from goibibo whose pnr number is: nj2dqz, airline indigo
        Problem is that i selected the roundtrip date 17th march 2020 to 23rd march 202o and payment inr 47, 284 has been processed as well, but when i am taking the ticket arrival and deparature date is same 23rd march 2020. Its really problemetic.

        So kindly do the needful so that i can received correct round trip ticket.
        Journey date should be: 17th march 2020
        Reverse journey date sholud be : 23rd march 2020

        Note: for your reference, i am sharing my ticket which i have received from your end.
        So please do the needful asap and revert back to me.

        Hello team,

        This is to infor you today (21st january 2020), i have booked two ticket from goibibo one of the pnr number is: nj2dqz, airline indigo
        Problem is that i selected the correct roundtrip date 17th march 2020 to 23rd march 202o and payment inr 47, 284 has been processed as well, but when i am getting the ticket arrival and deparature date is same 23rd march 2020. Its really problemetic. For the same within 10 minutes i discussed with their support executive hemant & riya.
        As per hemant, if i cancel it within 24 hours, there are no deduction (In terms of any charges/penalty charges or others), i will receive full refund that means inr 47, 284
        So, i have requested them to cancel but they applied penalty charges 1150+1150= inr 2300
        When i am contacting them they are advised that its a gateway charges, but there are no gateway charges. And for the same they have send me 3 emails and its clearly stated that its a penalty charges.

        Note: i have call records with hemant and email proof for the same that there are no charges but penalty fee applied.
        Now i want legal activities over hemant and goibibo as they are robbing.

        Secondly, same penalty applied for another ticket whose booking id: booking id gofldand7996b[protected]

        So, i need compensation with full refund and compensation for harrasement as well

          I booked a hotel in digha kanchan international and canceled as it had free cancelation before the booking date... But i not getting my refund back which is 2338/-.. I sending the go ibibo them several msgs and called them too but no active response at all... They only sending me emails we appreciate ur patience u just wait for refund as the rnn not generating... It's about 25 days passed but till yet i am not getting my money back... From the perticular cancelation quary menu of this site the blocked my no.. So i can't do msg too for any enquiry for this cancelation and refund issue... Such a fraud site never do booking again through this site

                Myself komil vyas yesterday i booked a bus ticket from your website from delhi to ahmedabad the name of the travel agency is raj kalpana. The arrival time for ahmedabad was 10.16am. The bus delayed the arrival time by 2hrs. The service really worst, even they didn't take stop for dinner at some sofesticated place. The place was really the worst of i had seen. No proper food with hygiene is available.

                The staff behaviour wasn't polite they were too rude. I haven't paid 1300rs for such kind of service.

                I need some sort of action from your side. We are booking from your website with a hope of trust and credibility for the best of service. But if this is your service in front of 1300rs then i wont be booking form your site anymore.

                I book online four seat in same row but in srs bus i go four seat in different row.i journey with my two child of 12 and 6 year kohlapur to sirohi in srs on date 13.01.2010.i am unhappy and unsatisfed due seat allocation and delay bus according timing. It is almost three our delay.i need action against responcibal part.

                    Currently i'm living in china country,
                    I'm well known customer to goibibo...
                    Previously i can use many many times and even share with other people to use your services..
                    This is apart

                    I bought ticket from guangzhou to kolkata via yangon connecting flight.. Pnr no hfgzpf on january 18th 2020

                    Amount is deducted and shows tickets are available even bought a ticket
                    I have all screenshots of every moment..

                    After 10 hours waiting i call to my brother and explain about this ticket is pending from guangzhou to yangon...

                    I know clearly you are playing with me

                    Because upcoming chinese new year... So chinese people can travel by using flight services
                    Because of this you block my ticket for your selfish sake
                    After that you called me and demand extra 8000 indian rupees to confirm my ticket
                    Even thought on next day tickets prices are same like yesterday
                    I call to customer service and want to refund and again bought my ticket on monday ie january 20th
                    But now again you are paying with me to demand extra money or simply you said refund my money

                    I don't want refund

                    Do you think customer is foolish???

                    Why they customer can choose your services?

                    Now i'm facing too much issue with your service
                    And to be frank i'm not foolish person to leave this issue

                    You will see how much serious is this when i back to india for my exams..

                    Because you are playing with my career
                    Because of your worst service i lost my career and job opportunity to..

                      I started booking a ticket for train which cost me ₹243 through goibibo.
                      I credited ₹143 from my bank and ₹100 from my goibibo cash.
                      All done for payment, just remain to irctc confirmation, which failed to access because i crossed my booking limit now i need to cancel ticket so i cancelled and proceded for refund but i only got my gocash but not my ₹143 which credited from account. They said we had refunded, but i didn't recieved.
                      Now what should, where should i go for refund... Please support!

                        I booked a hotel in pondicherry and goibibo is just listing the worst hotel and their service is very worst and i complained regarding the same many times but i didn't get any further response from goibibo and money is fully wasted and i'm a contacting goibibo but not response still now. I want goibibo to resolve my issue asap. Refund my full money

                          I had book a airline ticket from varanasi to banglore on 17th january 2020 around 2 pm for travel on 18th january 2020... Payment for the same was deducted instantly but the ticket was confirmed by 8 in the evening...in such a situtaion i had to postpone my travel...
                          The ticket was cancelled and only around rs 2500/- to me.
                          I repaetedly requested to postpone my ticket as i have to travel in the coming week...
                          Was this my fault...? Why should i bear the financial loss in addition to postponment of my travel?
                          Please help me against this cheating practices..

                          Room booked, , charges deducted.. but hotel says no tie up.. so no check in allowed..I called 5 times .. Everytime goibibo customer service staff misguided.. they don't bother you are suffering with all family members.. oyo customer care executive too misguided...

                          Horrible..

And booked a ticket from vtz to del on[protected] flight no ai452 by air india flight to 3 passengers name,,, 1. Satya srinivasarao kotikalapudi 2. Padmavathi kotikalapudi 3. Bindu bhargavi kotikalapudi booked by goibigo.com, on[protected] i am call to your call center and say requested two passengers cancelled names padmavathi kotikalapudi 2. Bindhu bhargavi kotikalapudi, she says ok two passengers is be canceled third pax is available. Amount will be refunded in three to seven days to your account[protected] in my account refund amount is 4630/-by airline. Passenger a booked againticket for return flight and his brother also booked ticket up down by airindia. Pnr hdtq2,,,, y2td7,,, ymq32,,, passenger go to airport and airport staff says that pnr (Jkgjr) also full canceled so passenger not traveled. He come my office and says your is not booked you upsate my all journey and give me full refunded for all pax. I say sir some thing roung by airways or goibigo so please give a time me. But he not lesent my words and he give police complaint. Soplease reqeusted to sir/madem that day means[protected] i will say only two passengers cancelled but your staff should be all tickets cancelled so please given back my full refundede for all pnrs (Jkgjr, hdtq2, y2td7, ymq32) for only one paasenger. And please save me iam also complaint to your call center by last 24 hours two to three times.                               Goibibo is a big brand but they don't take their customers seriously as i have booked a flight with gobibo and after that, there was an option of booking cab too, i didn't even take a moment and just booked a cab too because i am working at bangalore and here you could not expect an on-time pickup. On that day goibibo scheduled cab reached my location late and by that, i missed my flight. I then and there called goibibo and told to pay the extra amount that i am paying to the airlines for the next booking but they refused to pay. This is a very unprofessional behavior shown by goibibo as i was waiting for my cab since 3:00 pm but cab reached my location at 5:15 pm and the cab that i got was having different vehicle number and was not even accepting the otp, i am writing this here because i want justice and these things should not be repeated with anyone. Fake goibibo.

                                There was a change needed in name of passenger, i tried reaching ibibo support but was unable to reach you via mail and chat too.in chat i got contact details of spice jet. I talked with them and they shared that they have cancelled my ticket with full refund also no cancellation charges from there side because i reached them in 30 minutes from ticket booking time. Since i want full refund from your side too with no cancellation charges because there is no information in ticket booking area about not able to change passenger name anytime and also please update contact details since number shared is always busy.

                                I somehow got connected via toll free IVR number to domestic helpline. Spice Jet was helpful and refunded whole amount since I contacted them within few hours of booking.

                                  Payment has done rs.1940 on 9th jan2020 to goibibo for booking two train tickets, but payment has done but booking is not confirmed yet, please confirm the bookings or else cancel the bookings and refund my money immediately. And everytime in goibibo help desk it saying that within 30 minutes booking will be confirmed, but it was not confirmed yet.in goibibo app trips it is not showing about any details of my booking. Please make these correction s immediately.
                                  I want immediate reply or immediate action in your behaviour towards your customer.
                                  I need a toll free number where i can talk to a assistant directly without these chats.

                                    I travelled on 13 jan 2019 from delhi to kota (Rajasthan) with navrang travels, pnr : ts[protected]fidk/143292/dhlkta36

                                    As per ticket boarding point: karol bagh hanuman ji ki murthi ke pass
                                    Karol bagh
                                    Landmark: karol bagh, time 21:50 hrs.

                                    I was standing in front of boarding point, bus was crossed in front my eyes but not stopped at boarding point, then i called to the given number and said please stop the bus i am coming, he said ok no problem. After that i said to agent please arrange one cab so that i can reach to the bus, but he replied that it is not his look out. Then i hardly found a cab and i asked him to bring me at my bus. He charged me rs 100. It was my compulsion at that time so i paid him rs 100.

                                    Now my question is that who is responsible for this damage? Who will pay my rs 100 now? If bus is crossed boarding point then who is responsible for pickup the bus, how i run with luggage?

                                    I want clarifications. Please give me asap.

                                      I can't delete or remove my trip history for goibibo app or website.
                                      There is no option provide by goibibo

                                      I tried to contact goibibo but i could not contact woith them. Even they haven't this option in there help menu.
                                      I suggest goibibo to put this option "delete trip history" in trip history tab.
                                      I booked bus ticket from Ahmedabad to Pune on 14 Dec and I made payment through Google pay of Rs 1885 but booking not done however amount was deducted from my account.please resolve and refund ASAP.find the attached detail.this is second time I am facing this problem with goibibo.
