On 28th october i was trying to book bus through phone pay while trying my amount from phone pay debited but at the same time bus booking failed. Now my amount is debited from account but bus not booked so i need refund. If my money stuck in bank please provide mail that my amount is stuck in bank not in goibibo account. Because i try to raise complaint in bank they want mail as proof that amount not paid to goibibo after debited from bank. Please need in help urgent. Please send mail to [protected]@hdfc.com that my amount is stuck in bank not paid to goibibo. You can check the amount transaction successfull in phone pay and at the same time bus bookin failed in attached document. Please help

    Hello sir,

    I made booking at hi win hotel at chilaw on 5th of december for staying on 9th december check in to 10th december check out. I got the confirmation mail as well as message from goibibo regarding hotel booking. I already made a payment online and also get confirmation from goibibo.
    But this is the worst service that after getting a booking amount a hotel manager denied that i'm not getting money and also said that you need to pay again. We accept only cash. We are not having any kind of tai-up with goibibo.

    At the last moment of stay this kind of things happen than what can i do..?? Where i'm staying..?? This is shrilanka not india.

    So i want my money back as well as i mentally harassing to find emergency hotel and also pay at there.

    Total money back :- rs. 2122 /- inr to hotel hi win at chilaw, shrilanka and rs. 2250/-inr to hotel airport residency at nigombo, shrilanka.

      I have booked one flight ticket on 20/11/19 @amount of 4131/- at 8.57 pm through google pay. The money was deducted but the transaction was declined after some time. It was assured that money will be revert back with in 3 days but till now (09/12/19) money was not credit to my account. Everybody was blaiming others. Kindly resolve my issue and give my money back.

        Sir refer one of my frnd who complete her first journey. My registered no is [protected].

        For her referring i got 50 go cash on 23rd october. But still remaining 100 go cash which should be credited to my account has still not been credited.

        My frnds journey has been completed on 30th November.

        Accordingly you are requested to credit the remaining amount of 100 go cash!!!

        Further your CUSTOMER CARE officers dont answer properly. Maximum time the calls disconnect and a link is sent which is totally useless. that jia is only a machine which provided repeated content.

        I made a transaction in Big Basket of amount 771.60 last wednesday, 04/12/2019, through IBIBO payment gateway but the transaction failed. The said amount got debited from my account but didnt get credited yet. Attached the screenshot of the transaction. Kindly help to resolve this.

            I booked a flight (Hyderabad to paris) i wanted to reschedule my flight since it had long layover at jeddah. I told them to reschedule it with a flight having less layover. I called them 100 times and requested again and again but in vain. Everytime they assured me that they will do it but nothing happened.
            My money is stuck since the flight is non refundable. This is how goibibo makes money? Horrible customer service. Full of liars. I am still waiting for solution. I will never make a mistake to book anything from goibibo.

              Called made to goibibo customer service to enquire about cancellation refund, seeking information only. Executive confirmed he will get back with the information. But cancelled my flight.
              Now i demand that we must be booked on the same flight at the same cost. Please request for recording for goibibo. The case will be crystal clear without a doubt.

                I booked a ticket from Goibibo app...From Mumbai to Bhubaneswar via Hyderabad...I paid 8778 via Google pay...And the amount was immediately deducted from my account once I tapped on payment...but my booking failed due to some reason...I contacted goibibo and I was told that money was not received by goibibo team and I should speak to my bank...Now it's been 4 days and I have spoken to my bank and they said that money has been deducted from your account and has been received by goibibo team and they have also shared me a transaction details which clearly shows money is successfully transferred and it's with Goibibo. Everytime I speak to Goibibo team they say talk to your bank they are the one who will initiate your refund and bank says money is with Goibibo..Now I want help and my money back.Please help me.

                  I traveled on following pnr from ahmedabad to auckland via singapore.

                  Ahmedabad to singapore jgitrr on 23rd nov.
                  Singapore to auckland khfysh on 23rd nov.

                  My return was planned on 1st dec. On the same pnr and ticket no. For the same sector. But my ticket was "auto canceled" and i have to rebook the ticket with additional charges.

                  I finally traveled on following pnr -
                  Auckland to singapore 6b64nh on 1st dec.
                  Singapore to ahmedabad jgitrr on 1st dec. With ticket no. 086-[protected]

                  I seek your help to know what exactly happened and why my ticket got canceled, i would like to raise an issue with the same for refund and compensation.

                    Ibibo group / goibibo — pending refund status...
                    I didnt receive refund of my ticket which i cancelled from go ibibo with booking id :- trnafhi1hj76zy and i m yet yo receive refund of ₹1135 in my account. Goibibo has told they have refunded it but it didn't reflect in my account. I contacted bank with reference number but didn't receive any help from there and have been told to contact the source so kindly help me with my refund.

                      I have booked a flight from varanasi to kannur (Via hyderabad) on 05-oct-2019 for the date 25-dec-2019
                      Yesterday on 03-dec-2019 i have received a message from indigo, saying the flight booking has been canceled due to operational reason.
                      As mentioned in the cancellation message, i spoke to the indigo customer care executive and enquired about similar flight to the destination but she couldn't find any suitable flight for me. She asked confirmation for cancellation and she promised that the full amount rs. 17, 432 /- will get refunded to my bank account.
                      Later i started receiving emails and smss saying that only partial amount will be refunded i. E, a partial refund of amount rs. 10832 /- will be initiated for refund and remaining amount shows as penalty/deduction.
                      Again i had a call with indigo customer care executive and they are saying it is with goibibo. Goibibo has to process from their end. I'm unable to contact goibibo customer service via their chat box/email/phone number mentioned in their site and it all looks fake.

                      Where is the remaining amount? Please explain me the details.

                        I opened mail account (M. [protected]@ibibo.com) in ibibo in 2010 and that mail id i given in my fb account and some other websites.. And now my fb account got blocked and fb team send a mail to my ibibo mail to unlock my fb. But i am unable to open my ibibo mail ad also cant find the website where have to login for mail. So i request you to please help me to open my ibibo mail once.

                            I had booked room trough goibibo website, booking id:htlb3wmlxj
                            26th november 2 am at the white balcao, as there was no place available there, the management asked me to cancel the booking after keeping me waiting for few hours, ensuring the money will get refund and they will do a waiver with goibibo if any problem presist. But there is a new comment started showing in the site as "non refundable" after i cancelled (Which wasn't there at the time of booking) tried contacting goibibo from then there is no call connecting or no response. I again called the white balcao, they say we didn't charged anything as we don't have any place available and asked to contact with the website, again assuring the refund.
                            When a hotel i booked can't provide facility, asking to cancel the booking, repeating they don't charged anything and assuring refund as they can't provide the facility why goibibo want to steal the money?

                                I have done a payment of rs.3926 via google pay in the goibibo app. But neither did i receive any ticket nor any confirmation that the amount has been received. I confirmed with my bank and my bank clearly states that goibibo has received the money. The most pathetic part is they dont even have any human customer care number who can confirm and revert back the money. They dont have an email id where you can complain. Requesting this fraudster company if they have minimum amount of shame they should return back the money.

                                  I booked a hotel room through goibibo (In goa - hotel neelam grand in the name of name: diya jagger, booking id: htl4lslnuk, payment id: gohtldv34lslnuk) and paid all charges for the room, including extra bed (Apparently showing at the time of booking) that we needed, through goibibo. After paying the amount when i received the booking confirmation, i was shocked to see the terms that included a statement stating that as per hotel policy we have to pay for compulsory gala xmas dinner on 23rd and 24th december at the hotel (Its xmas, which is a 25th december event, but customer has to compulsorily bear the dinner cost on 23 and 24, december. I immediately called goibibo to escalate the matter, because i was not aware about the gala dinner. If it would have been apparently visible, i would not have booked any room in that hotel. But the customer service representative said its hotel policy and we as customers need to pay. He said goibibo cannot do anything. When asked to connect to the supervisor/manager, he clearly refused.
                                  I exchanged a couple of emails raising a query (Ticket #[protected] and explaining that, we do not want the gala dinner. I also mentioned to them that no financial charges should be hidden/masked at the time of booking and must be visible apparently on the face of the booking, in the same way as room rent, extra bed charges etc are visible. As we are using goibibo as a medium for our booking, all incidental financial expenses should be visible on the face of the booking, irrespective of whether it is hotel policy or not, so that as a customer we know how much our total cost is.in fact, goibibo should inform such incidental charges in a flash message to its valuable customers so that customers don’t feel cheated or alternatively they can include the gala dinner charges along with room booking charges. They kept replying that gala dinner message was there and kept resolving the query on their own without providing proof that gala dinner message was there on the booking page.
                                  Though we made booking on 27th november and raised the query on the same day, only after 4 days of back and forth communication, goibibo sends me a screenshot proof showing me that there is a message on the booking page stating that as per hotel policy customers have to take the xmas gala dinner compulsorily. I am sure, there was no such flash message when i did the booking, it was introduced or put recently i. E may be today, to prove their point. Had the message been there when i booked and when i raised the query, goibibo should have sent the screenshot when i first raised it to them, which they didnt do. Now they are expecting me to pay for the gala dinner, which i don’t want.
                                  This is a clear case of misrepresentation and scamming the customer.
                                  Goibibo should either cancel the gala dinner charges or cancel the hotel booking and refund the full amount

                                  They contacted us through email but they have closed the query without resolving it and providing any proof of what I am asking them. They claim that hotel policy for Galal dinner was apparently visible on the booking page, which I am denying. I asked for proof which they are just ignoring and not discussing at all, not even replying to that point. If the policy was visible, I would not have booked the room at all. Only after I asked them about the visibility of hotel policy for gala dinner, they have changed their booking page to highlight the hotel policy for gala dinner.
                                  this is a clear case of negligence from GOIBIBO, which they are now trying to cover up taking help from their IT Department.
                                  Request your intervention to either cancel the dinner or cancel the booking or let GOIBIBO pay for the dinner., which we are not interested in taking.

                                    I had booked a flight using HDFC debit card on goibibo, under the ongoing offer I was supposed to receive the cashback. But its been over a week now, haven't yet recieved it. I can't find any means to contact the customer care neither on app nor on the website to know the status. The app does not address the issue for debit card cashbacks anywhere.

                                      I booked hotel and after applying hdfc card coupon code, showing amount 3931. I entered cvv and then got message to approve amount 4531 (Illegal) so went back thinking more charges on credit card. So went with hdfc debit card. After entering details i got button with label "pay 3931" since matching amount i clicked that which redirected to payment gateway and shown amount 5731 approving so i tried to cross check details and click back button. But they read otp from message and auto approved the transaction deducting more amount.

                                      Being in it also i got cheated not sure how many others would have been cheated with this.

                                      I use coupon code from booking pizza to everything and whenever had issues. But this is fraud.

                                      Please help to escalate this

                                      After complaint I assured with the none cash refund and it will be in form of voucher flat 1000 on hotels. Though i have loss of 1500 I agree and confirmed that it should be flat and without any conditions.
                                      Now there are others coupon codes on site and if i am applying i am getting around 800 discount already and then i used the voucher code so only 200/300 is applied and other code is removed.

                                      So I had confirmed this before as I know there are trap for vouchers but they again given false promise. This is fraud company, please dont book it via it. And if you booking please check all checkboxes checked and coupon before. You need to very cautions with cheaters.

                                        Booking id - htlvf5dbts.. Oyo 16496 trinayani atithi niwas. My booking was for 3 rooms scheduled on 28th-29th november for 9 people. We reached the hotel on 28th november 10 pm. After reaching the hotel we were stunned to hear that no rooms were available. And we were treated with some very bad behaviour by the hotel authority. I want my full refund of rs 1638 and the hotel authorities deserve a punishment. I have not experienced any trouble with go ibibo on my previous bookings from other accounts. But this was a horrific experience. I want my full refund
