I was trying to book my train tickets from delhi to dildarnagar station on 27th november 2019 in sleeper class and in goibibo sites booking was available and i proceeded with that but after deduction of amount from my credit card actual booking converted into wait list and it's really painfull for me and in agony i cancelled my booking immediately and suffered huge cancellation charges of rs 300/-. I have booked hotel oyo 37887 sikandra agra on 03.04.2019 my booking id was htlulusfd9 with pnr [protected], and i reached at hotel the did not allow me to check in and i have called to igobibo executive but no one help me. Hotel manager was saying that he would not allow any booking below ₹999/- and goibibo paid him only ₹ 600/-

Easyjet airlines has processed by cancellation amount on 27th sept but goibibo has still not transferred the funds back into my account. Its been more than a month. Every alternate day i get a reply that we are working on your query but there is no action. Appreciate if goibibo team can look into this at the earliest. To my surprise i got a reply today that it takes time to validate the payment receipt. Does it take onemonth to validate?...

I'm dr. Pranjal moharjal, i had booked a room at hotel oyo 46615 qlark attic in rajeev nagar dehli on 2 nov. Through goibibo for one day stay nd payment already done.
When i reached at hotel. Hotel manager said.. No room available nd contact goibibo group.. Hisself not responsible for this problem.... What the hell.. Such management...

I have made a bus ticket from sagwara (Rajasthan) to kota on 27/10/19, travel date - 28/10/19 we had informed by the bus operator that bus is not going to operate today (28/10/19) so you will be refuned in 24hrs, today (02/11/2019) not yet refunded in my account.
Now here is the only final hope to get my refund. Please help me out.

I booked train tickets to kottayam to madgaon. After 12 hours they they didn't confirm that tickets. They told booked after one hour it confirmed or cancelled but after 13 hours that tickets were cancelled nor confirmed it seems that booking in progress. Pathetic Experience with IBIBO

I have booked a flight ticket from kolkata to bangalore for 5-nov-2019. Since there was offer on hdfc debit card of flat 10% cashback, i applied that promocode. On payment page it showed bank discount of rs851 when i provided my hdfc debit card details. But full price of rs8574 was deducted. When i logged into hdfc netbanking and checked under cashback redemption and enquiry section, there was no cashback points credited.

Goibibo hasn't refund my flight cancellation charges of around 53000 rs. With jet airways. I cancelled my flight in april 2019 and after multiple calls and tweets all i hear is that they will contact once they will get money back from jet airways team.

They don't give any clarity on how much is wait period, their response team never has answer for the query....

I had booked my flight with pnr ylqry.. But in midnight, i got a mail of cancellation of ticket & refund. I didn't cancel my flight. I have to travel on the respective dates. I am calling to customer care & not getting proper response. My hotel bookings are done on scheduled dates. I don't have much time to wait for this. If i will not get solution within 24hrs, i will go with legal action against goibibo..

I opened mail account (M. [protected]@ibibo.com) in ibibo in 2010 and that mail id i given in my fb account and some other websites.. And now my fb account got blocked and fb team send a mail to my ibibo mail to unlock my fb. But i am unable to open my ibibo mail ad also cant find the website where have to login for mail. So i request you to please help me to open my ibibo mail once....

We booked 3 rooms at hotel sarkar palace, ooty for nov 1 and 2 of 2019. We cannot go now as there is heavy rain and landslide. We were carrying a wall clock and other delicate items in our check in luggage and requested a fragile tag during check-in.. The lady on the counter told us that they don't do fragile tags anymore and assured us that the stuff is safe.. But our wall clock is broken.. We bought it as a souvenir from nainital and ended up wasting our money.. Shame...

I booked a flight with the GoIbibo site. It is a Domestic Flight that has an International Flight connection. As per advice from the Airlines, I am suppose to report to my international flight 3 hrs prior. I booked the tickets accordingly. Recently, they have sent an email which states the connection time less than 3 hours..This will end up me missing the flights. I am asking for refund on this but the Goibio team...

Had booked ticket for flight on 15 april 2019 which got cancelled, still there has been no refund. Goibibo support is just pushing it ahead on call with no estimate date.
It has been a terrible support from the team and called approx 10-15 times.
Every call they informed of some case filed against jet airways and i will get my refund as it is in process.
Goibibo is not willing to share me complain number nor any details....

I was subscribed with ibibo.com and i had an email account with them. They discontinued their email service and hence my email account has also been discontinued. I want to complaint about my data lost which was stored in my emails, i also had some useful and important emails which was needed for future use. I would request you to lodge my complaint and tell them to provide the data that was in my email account. I hope for some required action...
