This is for booking id htltavem55.
I booked the room for 2 people with all the 3 meals included. I paid for the same. But the voucher i received mentioned only breakfast and dinner. When i raise d the concern the person incharge wants me to share screenshots to prove me correct. Or else they don't want me to pay for the lunch which is 750 pp plus taxes, which can be refunded if they find me correct.
The room price with all three meals included when i booked was around 2600 without taxes and 4200 after taxes. Now the prices have gone i bit high and the same room with all the meals is for 3000 without taxes and 4800 with taxes.
The same room with all three meals is for 4000 on make my trip. Should have never booked with goibibo. Screenshots attached.

    Holding my refund by goibibo since more than 2 weeks for failed booking with transaction id trndfhhv9v0yq3. The executives do not respond as well as there is no email id or proper communication. Also they have not provided refund of my cancelled train with pnr no [protected] with transaction id trndfhhwim95m8. The former refund money is released by irctc to goibibo but in turn goibibo has not released it to my accoun.

    I have lodged a complaint to refund my money as the concerned Hotel was not upton the mark and it was booked under Go Stay.

      Dear san,

      I have registered the complaint against ref no[protected] for pre pond return flight schedule sydney to india (New delhi) of my real brother.

      After so many communication with goibibo, their executive always misguide us regarding change in schedule of the said ticket. (Booking ref no - p8dkl4)

      They juct make customer fool and misguide by asking that pls confirm the details of flight availability from qantas airlines for the needful as they cant search flight availability. While as per qantas executive all details are available with goibibo as well but they ignore the same.

      Even after we had confirm the details of flight qf127 - cx695 dt 21.11.19 to goibibo executive then your executive said they can't change the details as we have earlier change the flight details against the same. And advice to process the same through qantas airlines due to already change in flight details earlier and they are unable to do the changes regarding the same. While qantas airlines executive said their is no any issue existing in changing in flight detail and same will be change through goibibo it shows the goibibo people make their customer fool and misguide his customer. Qantas executive also advice us to take up the matter with senior authorities so that issue may be resolve and also take conference call with them.

      At last i have called at least 6-7 time to goibibo customer care no, after confirming the call all details no body pic the call for solution and all is vain.

      They totally create harassment to the customer mentally as well as financially. They are unable to provide the re-schedule details like payment, timing or flight

      I request you to kindly look in to the matter and confirm on very priority basis.

              Dear sir,
              I booked tickets for coimbatore to chennai and though the payment was initiated the booking was not complete and amount was deducted from my account.
              Though i received an email that my refund of 1308 has got initiated.. The booking transaction id trnmfhcne8ounh the amount has not come into my account. And the status says that it has been refunded!
              There is nothing called customer service.. It’s all an eye wash. Nobody to talk and answer..
              Very disappointing service.. Whom do i go and ask or clarify for my refund?

                Hi, i had booked a jet airways ticket for travelling date 13 jun 2019 from mumbai to lucknow with pnr no. Bctlrb12.

                Due to airlines crisis my journey got hampered and i was unable to travel. Its been now going to be 6 months but i havent received by ticket fare back from goibibo.

                I had also booked a ticket for lucknow to mumbai through jet airways directly whose payment i got back within 1 month.

                I dont understand why goibibo is not giving back my money back for which i am sure they would have received from jet airways, as in my another ticket i have got it back from airlines.

                Please advice.

                  I booked flight tickets from aurangabad to hyderabad time of reaching hyderabad 6.25 pm 1st december 2019 and was booking flight from hyderabad to chennai but system automatically selected morning flight of 5.55 am from hyderabad 1st december 2019.
                  How can a passenger travel further before arriving.
                  Goibibo should reschedule our flight from hyderabad to chennai after arriving on 1st december

                    My daughter got sick and we missed the flight and i asked for a full refund. After contacting go ibibo i was being told to provide all relevant documents related to issue of refund which i did and after that nothing happened except me getting emails from go ibibo staff all of them writing me different stories. They have no knowledge at all except telling customer that go ibibo charges will be 300rs. Thats all they can do. They dont even know that i have been issued a full refund from the airline and are emailing me that my refund has been refused. I had to educate them that they are wrong. What for do they charge there fees when they are of no help and the customer himself has to do all the follow ups. Sad that i gave them so much business which i will not from here on.                       I booked a ticket from toronto to new delhi and paid 40, 000/- for a ticket. But when i reached to airport the airlines didn't allow me to check in. I was sent back. Coz they said i need europe visa. Which goibibo hadn't told me. They were telling i need us visa and didnt told me i need europe visa as well coz i have 2 layover.
                      I hadn't returned my money and not even re-booked it.

                      I tried calling them 10-20 times but they are cutting my phone and saying they will call me back. but didn't receive any call. this is so embarrassing to stand at international airport and they are sending me back to home.
                      Now, I don't have enough money to re-book my flight to India. and they are not paying my money back. i even asked them to re-schedule it to coming days but they are not listening. IT is just like I donating money to them on which I am already lacking. Damn... I dont have any way. Please help.

                          I purchased an international ticket with emi offer and as per their website i was supposed to pay the emi of 7500 for 6 months. How ever when i clicked to pay the emi the whole ticket money of 45312 was deducted from my card and when i raised the complain that as per the offer i should be paying the emi and not the whole amount of the ticket and neither i received any document or statement stating that i bought the ticket in emi offer. I had to raise un authorized transaction complain with my credit card company finally with no appropriate reply they offered to cancel my ticket and i had to pay rs.1350 as convenience fees. I feel cheated as a customer to pay fees for a service in which there was no mistake or fault of mine.

                          I had to call them 5 times and finally at 11.45 Pm at night they pushed me to a position where i had no choice but to agree for the cancellation of the ticket.Now my credit card is blocked by my credit card company, i cannot buy a new ticket until i receive a new card and go ibibo offered some rs.500 go cash to use in their site which never came into my account, am sure there are some hidden rules to use all that cash and get stuck with these travel sites
                          Attached is the payment page and it clearly says pay Emi and when you click on pay then the whole amount gets debited and if that's how this works then as a consumer i should have known about how the EMI using card works .This information is clearly misleading the consumer .

                          The go Ibibo customer service is trying to make it is as if it's my fault and they have also gone to level to ask me if i ever used a credit card .my card older than their company.As per the webpage it clearly shows pay emi and not a single place or in terms it has written that my whole money will be debited.i was clearly mislead and i feel i have paid a convenience fees for a service that was truly misleading and ended up with a blocked credit card.Instead trying to justify they could ever do they should write in detail how the emi on tickets work and educate their customer service about the same and not blame the customer.

                            There was booking of two rooms in goodluck residency on nov 7 2019 wef nov 9 to 10 -2019. On reaching at hotel goodluck residency on nov 9 2019 1pm, they did not provide accomodation in their hotel. After one hours they sent me another sub-standard hotel (Hotel raviji"s retreat) which did not have proper facilities. I have booked two rooms for two families 4 persons buthotel raviji'sretreat have provide one room.
                            I have paid two rooms amount rs.4158/-
                            Please return my money and obliged.

                              We have booked tickets from bangkok to Nagpur using goibio
                              But Due to goibio customer care mistake he did not update use the preponde fight from Bangkok to Bangalore

                              And Ibibo has not arranged the alternative airline ticket they ask to buy new ticket from Banglore to Nagpur .

                              what we think is not fair we have not made any mistake then its goibio responsibility to bring us back to our destination as we have paid through there site why did they give ticket with different per and why they have not given. single pnr ticket .

                              AS the air line has update them on 20-oct-2019 the costumer care person did not tell us that the fight was prepod from Bangkok to Banglore .

                              The ticket were booked automatically by goibio we di not select any fight . now they are saying we not do anything we can refund the fight money .you have to buy ticket

                                I had booked hotel in hotel raj heritage from date 06/10/2019 to 10/10/2019.in this morning of 6th oct. When i reached this above hotel, he refused to stay in their hotel and when i asked for the reason, property honor replied we are not allowed online booking. So i returned back and stayed outside.
                                I tried to contact go ibibo customer care but unable to connect with them, then i contact to given number for any questions related to the property, you can contact oyo 41323 hotel raj heritage directly at: [protected] or [protected]@oyorooms.com
                                Oyo also registered complaint regarding this matter and assured that they have been refunded my amount within 7 to 14 working days, but when i called oyo after 20 days for refund they again denied to refund and informed me to take refund from goibibo.

                                  A consumer cheating case i will file regarding the booking booking id htly6yyq8p i paid 5346rs hotel denided my checkin due to rooms not available and you just refunded me 1069rs that's not fare should i give money free for you?? Contact @[protected]. The hotel denided saying that rooms are not available. I paid full money and i need compensation for that you didn't even thinking about my stay.                                     Booked hotel few days backed in Rishikesh but at the time of checkin hotel owner denied me the check in citing the reason that they have payment issues with oyo and goibibo.
                                    He asked us to cancel the booking and book the hotel again by paying cash.

                                    Worse response was from Goibibo team wherin i was asked to wait for few hours and still non resolution provided. I was travelling with my whole family hence had no option but to book this hotel by paying much higher amount.

                                      This company seems to be cheating general public I booked a ticket through goibibo and due to change of flight schedule, I opted for cancellation with full refund. I received message from goibibo for full refund and that refund has been initiated on 31.10.2019 and credited in my account. This is a false and misguiding statement and aim to cheat the people.
                                      I didnt recieved of 16400/- till date and everytime they make execuses and asking to wait for 48 hours.
                                      I dont recommend goibibo to anyone for making bookings and seems to be a fraud organisation.
