I booked hotel rana residency. When i went there i got to know that the room werenβt available there. Inspite of knowing that rooms arenβt available, goibibo took the booking. When i asked for refund, senior executive - hotel, mr pravin kumar asked me for my bank details, which is again rbi guidelines.
Then as a solution, he said he will give me a better property, i chose 4 hotels.. Out of 4, he couldnβt book any one that.
Then he booked a hotel in thane which is 24 kms from the hotel which i initially booked,
Mr pravin kumar was too rude.
This all took around 3 hours.
Then i booked a room from oyo.
Ibibo Group / Goibibo customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
I tried calling this number[protected] for emergency got a message login with website. There is no mail-id or phone number for direct contact with them.
For international flight booking they picking up phone very quick.
