I booked the hotel in oyo 9856 hotel mp in raipur. My pnr no:[protected], the hotel manager is saying he will not accept the online payment which i have done it for goibibo when my money will be return in my account whole money and i am not staying in the above hotel and i have shifted to another hotel now tell me when my money will be return in my account so please tell me as soon as possible

    I have booked 3 flight for my family at 16 feb, 2019 (Goibibo.com) for aan-auh-del and del-auh-aan from jet airways pnr number is lsftmm and booking id is tuaqkfqsi.
    Flight got cancelled on 19th april 2019 since than i am following for refund amount from goibibo

    Kindly help me for refund amount as soon as possible.

      Had a very bad experience with juststay gulmohar hotel. We had requested for an early check in and were promised by mr rakesh sharma that it will be provided on our arrivalat an extra cost of rs 300/-. But on reaching the hotel, we were very rudely told to book in another hotelfor couple of hours and return at 11 am for check in at just stay gulmohar. On further requesting, mr rakesh sharma vacated the room he was occupying and gave us (6people) one single room to freshen up. We waited till 11 am and went for our tour. On returning at 7pm, we were alloted rooms with dirty soiled bed sheets, dusty stinky room and unclean bathroom. The only positive part of the stay was the good food cooked by suraj the chef. Wifi was very very weak and only available at the reception. We will not recommend this hotel to any fellow travellers.

          Hi, this is dr sajit kishan, regd mobile no [protected]. I have tried for a booking on[protected]. I have a transaction of rs.17298 via upi. Transaction id[protected].
          This was for a booking to mangalore-auh on 24-11-19.
          I have contacted my bank they told the transaction has been successful and money has been transferred to goibibo.
          I am unable to reach customer care after multiple attempts. It is very horrible customer service. Uttelry disppointed. Please kindly respond.

            I have tryed to make ticket on 23 nov 19 at1pm through ibibio twice but money deducted 535rs ones through amazon wallet and once icici cerdit card. But ticket not generated. Till time my money not refunded.
            I have try to contact go ibibio on app and on phone but both of those place no options reflect about my camplane.
            I tried twice to make ticket but both time it fail and money deducted.
            Please refund my money.

            Goibibo service not helping customer for domestic flight booking.
            I tried calling this number[protected] for emergency got a message login with website. There is no mail-id or phone number for direct contact with them.

            For international flight booking they picking up phone very quick.

              We booked tickets to mauritius from delhi. At the time of booking it was mentioned that 1pc checkin and 7kg cabin baggage allowed along with meals so we proceeded with the bookings but when booking get confirmed we got to know that we are allowed only 7kg cabin bag and that is too without meals.

              While checking again for same ticket at same cost check in baggage and meal was mentioned. And also when checked directly with airlines we got to know baggage and meal will be included. And simultaneously goibibo was asking for 9300 inr per baggage.
              Goibibo is a big fraud.

                I had booked a ticket with tejas train from lucknow to delhi with goibibo but booking failed and my money was deducted. Transaction id trndfhhv9v0yq3 on november 3. It has been more than 3 weeks but refund is not deposited in my account. There is no proper way of communicating the executives on phone or mail. I have written on this previously also.

                  On 21st november 2019 night, i try to book a train ticket from delhi to mangalore with goibibo app but while booking after entering otp my booking get failed and my money (3916 inr at 09:38 pm) get deducted from my account. After that, i try to reach goibibo serval time but i only able to contact a bot chat and that was not helpful it just gives repetitive answers. After that, i booked my ticket again on the same night and my money (3916 inr at 10:02 pm) gets deducted again but this time my booking was successful, but i didn't get the money from my previous failed booking and now today is 24th november 2019 and i didn't hear about my money.

                  Kindly please respond quickly and refund my money.

                    I booked hotel rana residency. When i went there i got to know that the room weren’t available there. Inspite of knowing that rooms aren’t available, goibibo took the booking. When i asked for refund, senior executive - hotel, mr pravin kumar asked me for my bank details, which is again rbi guidelines.
                    Then as a solution, he said he will give me a better property, i chose 4 hotels.. Out of 4, he couldn’t book any one that.
                    Then he booked a hotel in thane which is 24 kms from the hotel which i initially booked,
                    Mr pravin kumar was too rude.
                    This all took around 3 hours.
                    Then i booked a room from oyo.

                        We wanted a room with balcony and booked a room on goibibo, after booking confirmed with goibibo that room is as per our specifications and then got email for the same from goibibo. When we reached the hotel they denied check in for room with balcony, as requested and confirmed by goibibo. When we called goibibo they said to take the room available and they will give 25% discount or we just have to get 25% refund even if we don't check in. We waited for more than 2 hours in the reception of the hotel without any hope and customer care people of goibibo are harassing us to take the room without balcony or else they won't be giving any refund to us.

                          With regards to booking id - nsgr8788s

                          On 19th november 2019 after booking my international flight tickets, i moved to immediately cancel the same. On receiving no confirmation of cancellation (After using the app service to cancel) i contacted the customer care to enquire regarding the status. I was told my ticket hasn't been cancelled and because i was a privileged customer i can make a cancellation request within 24 hours and my tickets would be cancelled without any cancellation charges.

                          On immediately reverting back asking for cancellation (Within the 24 hrs window) i received no reply. And later on my next email, i was informed that i was no longer eligible for free cancellation as i had communicated 24 hours after. Which was completely untrue, on providing the proofs of my emails to them they agreed that they were at fault and since then i have been unable to receive any reply from them.
                          I have also escalated my request to the management and have received no reply.
                          I am now considering legal actions this company and there attempts to defraud customers.

                            I have not received a refund that was initiated a month ago on th 10th of october. I referred with the bank with the transaction id given by goibibo, and they said that the amount was not refunded. My booking id is-trnm1jocp7wmdx.                                 This is for your kind attention that i had made an booking for my wife and my son for the flight 6e141in indigo airlines from cochin to chennai for the date 7th of oct 2019. The booking was made on 17th of sep 2019 and i have also made a payment for the amount 6492/- the amount got debited from my account and was credited into ibibo web private ltd but surprisingly i received a mail in few minutes from indigo airlines saying that we have not received the payment and could not process your ticket's. My question is where my money has gone neither the airlines people got the payment and also i never got the refund amount in my account its been over a month now and when checked with my bank the bank people say that the payment is cleared from our side and it is credited in to ibibo web private ltd so my strong belief is that my money is stuck in ibibo account and request you people to give me the refund amount of 6492/- to my account as early as possible details of your tranaction is given below. I had raised a complaint against ibibo web pvt ltd on 25th of sep 2019 and nether my issue is resolved nor i received my refund to my account. These people are cheaters and never they sort out customers problem.

                                Had written a complaint on 5th of nov -2019 about this and there was no response received from this company if i dont receive my refund i shall file a case against ibibo group and make you people pay me a heavy compensation. Again my transaction details are given below for your kind reference and gently request you to pay me back the refund as early as possible.

                                  I am very much disappointed with the support which I get from Customer care executives. I requested for reschedule of my travel date from Stockholm to Delhi. My actual travel date Is 28 Feb 19 and I requested customer care person to reschedule yo 21 Feb due to some personal work at home. Its been a month now and they keep saying no seats available etc. I spoke to Airindia person they said seats are available for 21Feb and goibibo can easily reschedule that.
                                  Daily I am spending lot of money in doing international calls and no progress yet.
                                  This is my last effort If my reschedule is not done for 21st feb then I am not going to book anything from goibibo in furture. I use to do a lot of international travels and all I book from your website.
                                  Kindly resolve this on priority.

                                    I am writing in to raise a critical privacy issue i am facing.

                                    I changed my mobile number and it got reassigned to someone else. Now i am unable to use my goibibo account cos i cant change the number associated with my account.

                                    Also, i can see the trip details of people who had used my current number earlier. So in similar way, whoever got my old number can see my old trip details too now!

                                    This is a major privacy issue caused because you have made accounts linked to phone numbers, which is something that frequently changes.

                                    Accounts should be linked to email ids and not phone numbers, else give option to delete account, else how is out data safe with you???

                                      I booked hotel from goibibo and made full paiment but when i reached at hotel i got to know there is no booking from me when i called customer care they told me that i can search for diffrent hotel because that hotel is full .i have to search another hotel in midnight .

                                        This is for booking id htltavem55.
                                        I booked the room for 2 people with all the 3 meals included. I paid for the same. But the voucher i received mentioned only breakfast and dinner. When i raise d the concern the person incharge wants me to share screenshots to prove me correct. Or else they don't want me to pay for the lunch which is 750 pp plus taxes, which can be refunded if they find me correct.
                                        The room price with all three meals included when i booked was around 2600 without taxes and 4200 after taxes. Now the prices have gone i bit high and the same room with all the meals is for 3000 without taxes and 4800 with taxes.
                                        The same room with all three meals is for 4000 on make my trip. Should have never booked with goibibo. Screenshots attached.
