I booked hotel rana residency. When i went there i got to know that the room weren’t available there. Inspite of knowing that rooms aren’t available, goibibo took the booking. When i asked for refund, senior executive - hotel, mr pravin kumar asked me for my bank details, which is again rbi guidelines.
Then as a solution, he said he will give me a better property, i chose 4 hotels.. Out of 4, he couldn’t book any one that.
Then he booked a hotel in thane which is 24 kms from the hotel which i initially booked,
Mr pravin kumar was too rude.
This all took around 3 hours.
Then i booked a room from oyo.
