Booked hotel few days backed in Rishikesh but at the time of checkin hotel owner denied me the check in citing the reason that they have payment issues with oyo and goibibo.
He asked us to cancel the booking and book the hotel again by paying cash.

Worse response was from Goibibo team wherin i was asked to wait for few hours and still non resolution provided. I was travelling with my whole family hence had no option...

This company seems to be cheating general public I booked a ticket through goibibo and due to change of flight schedule, I opted for cancellation with full refund. This msg received against cancellation of bus ticket booking transaction on 23.10.2019 but till date refunded not received. 10 days has already been passed from the date of receiving the sms from the vendor

Flight Cancelled by Airline due to technical reason but not refunded the amount.
As i have communicated to Goibibo they are repeatedly sent the note of awaiting for response from Airlines.

Date of Flight Cancelled : 6.10.2019 more than 1 month there is no any positive response from Goibibo.

Kindly take necessary action and settlement of case as soon as possible....

I am complaining about not getting my refund back for the booking i had cancelled in april 2019 at pune hotel of amount rs. 3560. I tried many a times to contact their service provider to get help but no any response given by them. They are giving excuses and ignoring the topic. When you booked a flight through goibibo you can see 2 different options in their android application, "cancel" & "know your cancellation charges". When i clicked on "know your cancellation charges" there is another message saying
