Cancelled on 19/10/2019 for cab booking for my trip dated 27/10/2019 from jaipur sanganeer airport to dargah ajmer sharif.
But no refund amount is paid against my full and final payment. What the hell is this? Is this what u people call customer satisfaction.
I will file a case in consumer forum for this cheating. Process my refund immediately.

    not providing a gst invoice as shown at website while booking a hotel room

    I had booked a Hotel room through goibibo.com at Hotel Pankaj, Trivandrum after providing my firm's GST details. While booking the room, Rs 1144.00 was collected as GST and was informed that the Tax breakup could be collected at check out. However, the Hotel authorities denied me the same. Upon contacting goibibo.com; they emailed a Tax invoice that showed GST collected as ''0.00''.

    No refund given by goibibo. No proper response and hopeless service.
    When i filed a complaint for refund they didn't reply or answered with regards to my query but later on they started sending emails as there is no response from your side we are closing thus complaint, whereas I've never left sending a mail to them regards to my refund but no response.
    Attaching the response by airseva as goibibo was claiming that its jet airways problem to give the
    Refund but airseva clarified that its the travel site to do it...

      मेने दिनांक[protected] को goibibo की वेबसाइट से गुडगाँव से देहरादून के लिए बस की दो टिकट बुक की थी (बुकिंग आईडी gobusandca57c6ab5b, सीट न – q, r) बुकिंग के समय आपके पोर्टल में सीरियल में महालक्ष्मी ट्रेवल एजेंसी की बस जिसका समय 04:40 दर्शा रहा था पर यह कहीं नहीं दर्शा रहा थे की यह सुबह की है या शाम की, हमने सीरियल के हिसाब से 04:40 की दो टिकट बुक करा दिए. (बिल न- 146531)

      जिसका pnr no. Ts[protected]vlh/371205/ahmd-ddn जो की रुपए 1793 में हुई थी.बुकिंग शुरू होने से लेकर बुकिंग कन्फर्म होने तक यह कहीं भी नहीं दर्शाया गया की बस सुबह की है या शाम की.

      आज सुबह 04:15 मिनट पर जब बस कंडक्टर द्वारा फ़ोन किया गया तब पता चला की बस आज सुबह की है, आप लोगों द्वारा दी गयी अधूरी जानकारी के कारण हमारी यात्रा नहीं हो पायी.आप किर्प्या हमे हमारे रुपए रिफंड कीजिए क्योंकि यह सब आप लोगों की गलत जानकारी द्वारा हुआ, में साथ में दस्तवेज सलग्न कर रहा हूँ.जल्द से जल्द मेरा रिफंड रुपए 1793 मुझे दीजिए अन्यथा मुझे उपभोगता कोर्ट में जाना पड़ेगा.

      I had Booked two bus tickets from Gurgaon to Dehradun (Booking ID GOBUSANDca57c6ab5b, Seat No - Q, R) from GOIBIBO website on[protected] at the time of booking Mahalaxmi Travel Agency bus in serial in your portal The time was showing 04:40 but it was not showing whether it was morning or evening, we booked two tickets of serial 04:40 according to the serial. (Bill No. 146531)

      Whose PNR NO.TS[protected]VLH / 371205 / AHMD-DDN which was Rs. 1793. From the start of booking to till the booking confirmed it is not shown anywhere that the bus is in the morning or evening.

      When the bus conductor called at 04:15 this morning, it was found out that the bus is this morning, we could not travel due to the incomplete information given by you guys. Please refund us our money because all this Due to wrong information of the people, I am attaching the documents together. Give me the refund of Rs 1793 as soon as possible, otherwise I will have to go to the consumer court.

        I have been fooled since afternoon.
        I have rescheduled my booking.
        Payment have been done mail received reservation confirmed. And your representative have also confirmed that payment have been received.
        But no any mail received regarding my new booking or tickets.
        As per telephonic conversation your representative have told me that my booking is confirmed and on that basis i have made my further booking.

        Kindly provide me the solution as soon as possible as my travel date is 19/10/2019.

          This is in regards to the cancellation of your reservation with the booking id:-tua3zglce. I got the cancellation confirmation on 28 september, still there is no response from your side. I have been following up everyday and get same response by them, we are working it will take 5 working days. It's almost 1 month still no refund. I have kept on following with goibibo team, abd everyday they give me same response. They are not at all curious on refunding my money. This is really bad service by goibibo. Please take action so that i can get my refund. Almost 46k has been blocked by goibibo team. This is really bad service. Please take action and give my refund.

            Its getting frustrating now.its been more than 72 hours. I am calling go ibibo again and again but nobody is helping. I am calling 7 times a day and everytime they says "we are calling you in 20 minutes" but nobody answers. this is getting ridiculous behaviour or customer service Mr. Shubahm, Mr. Ujjawal are the guys who are picking up calls and promising to call back in few minutes. but I am feeling harassed and unanswered after 72 hour of complaint.
            it is so unfortunate to travel with the help of goibibo that they are compensating your problem with 500 rupees only. they are saying we are so sorry for the life threatening experience you had with our service so for that we are offering you 500 rupees. I am so shocked by listening this and replied sorry dude I dont need your 500 rupees you just say it to social media forum and say mam with the sorry we are giving you resolution of 500 rupees. I am just wondering... is this the cost of a human/ customer/ consumer who is using your platform to book journeys from you guys?500 rupees... seriously?? I started my round trip journey by 6:50AM from Saket to ChandigarhIt was really pathetic experience the driver was driving so slow just to make extra time and money.
            In sometime I got to know that the outstation cab which I booked is speed meter locked that means this car can not run more than 80km per hour. So the journey which you could have completed in just 8 hour took me 12 hour. Express way are meant to cover the gap but even motor cycle and Delhi autos were overtaking you.
            My concern is: if you guys have such cars you should inform the customer for that first.
            I had my meeting by 11AM, which I missed because of this stupid policy of GoIbibo
            I reached there by 12:15 so my whole trip was futile and I stayed there for 15 minutes only and then by 12:30 we started from Chandigarh. That guy was not medically fit to drive car (first), he was continuously having Gutkha (which smelled like hell in the car), he was smoking too, and then he stopped his car to refuel three times and he purposefully Taking the long ques so that he can make more time and money. So we reached Delhi back by 7 pm which means the journey which I could have completed in just 8-9 hours it took 12 hours. And cherry on cake is he started feeling dizziness so you have to be attentive too so that you don’t meet with an accident. The car doesn’t have any music system so that you can get entertain and of course that leads to yawn more and more and driver feels sleepy.
            I paid all road taxes (930 rupees) and the toll even after I did pay through gobibo option as well.
            I want 70 percent refund back. Because it is complete unprofessional attitude of the driver and goibibo. And harassment of a customer and such a careless attitude towards consumer.

            You guys have your own meter and google map recording and you can varify my above statements for it. Specially the time I stopped to attend my meeting. And the time he spent at dhabas, petrol pumps.

            Last but not least I don’t want you to cut drivers money for this it is completely your responsibility to check on this whether the car have speed meter lock if it’s there you should inform your customer about it. So that they can cancel it on time.

            You guys really wasted my time and ruined my important meeting. and put my life on risk

              Hi. My name is maricel zafranco and i am based in new zealand. This is to dispute a transaction made on my account last october 1, 2019 worth $503 new zealand dollars by ibibo group prvt ltd, sify technologies limi. Please let me know how i can refund as this was a result of a scam. Someone called me and told me they have to refund me from my anti virus protection, and as a result, they were able to hack my personal account details. Please let me know what we can do about this.

                No proper response from customer care, took my payment and didn't alloted the room, continue facing issues from last 4 booking, cab charges paid extra for inconvenience, high risk of getting looted out side the road while waiting for 5 hours o[censored]nresolved problems. Every hour their representative calls just gor reconfirming the issue instead if resolving the problems making unnecessary delay and they really doesn't care of their word that ""we are sorry for the problem"" if this is so, then why to wait out side the road in night even after advance payment, feeling high risk of getting lynched or beaten by local gundas as in night no any person available on road and not any transport facility available to get away from the area

                  My name is Vishudh Anand Shamra, I am a genuine customer of Goibibo and have been using this app for tickets booking since very long, on date[protected] I booked a train ticket from Punjab Mail and journey date was[protected], Goibibo booking ID was TRNAFG8N2XAR8X, and PNR was [protected] and Goibibo Invoice ID was TRTI7523497, but I cancelled that ticket next day on dated[protected] due to change in my Journey plan, that time my ticket was in waiting list (RLWL/15), after that Goibibo deducted 144/-rs. From my ticket amount, in which 47/-rs. Gorail amount, and 97/-rs. deducted from my payable amount, this is too much as ticket was not confirmed and I cancelled it 8 days before the journey, Goibibo always promises they only deduct handling charges on a waiting ticket. This is very bad experience for me.

                    I have to inform you that i had on[protected] booked one room in oyo 29832 hotel trishla, bhopal for the period from[protected]vto[protected] through goibibo website and paid the room rent of rs.861/- through online payment.

                    Goibibo booking id: htlhr8ssc3, pnr no. [protected] andadvance receipt no. Is hdar[protected].

                    However, on reaching bhopal, hotel trishla had refused to accept the online booking and denied me hotel room based on paid online booking done through your website. They informed me that they are having dispute with oyo and they are not accepting paid online bookings.

                    I had called the number given in your message (I. E. [protected]) several times but the person attending the call didn't respond honestly and connected my call with other people suffering like me.

                    I had no other option but to make alternate arrangements by paying cash.

                    I therefore request you to arrange to provide refund me my hard earned money immediately since i was denied room by hotel trishla, bhopal despite booking the room by making online payment through goibibo website.

                    Please resolve the matter urgently.

                    While applying for Anna university transcript online on[protected], one transaction failed showing some error but amount deducted from my Federal bank account(Reference id[protected].This amount is not refunded. I had to make payment again.

                        I just booked my stay at pondicherry and i booked my stay via goibibo and i have chosen for goibibo certified stay for a complete peaceful stay. Tv was not recharged while i was checkin to the hotel i found many services issues and washroom was dirty and ac switch was broken which is not safe to touch and from ac water was leaking and washroom toilet basin was very dirty and looked like a public toilet and later i communicated with hotel but no response and i just totally wasted my weekend and also i paid extra inr 1200 for early check in.

                        I want goibibo to return the whole my i paid as per they committed me for 100% money back guarantee in case of service issues.

                          Hello,
                          I have made a reservations dated 25 september from phuket to bangkok for self and my wife vide booking id mysmf[protected] for a flight departing at 1020 and reaching bangkok at 1150 hr. The flight was chosen based on my planned itinerary and schedule at bangkok. However, my flight timing was rescheduled to 1535 without my consent. Information was passed on to me with adequate notice and i vehemently objected to the same. Finally after long persistence i was told by the customer care to go ahead for the next reservations as they had taken up a case for full refund with the airline. It's been now close to one month but goibibo has not refunded my money and are only delaying me the refund.
                          Through this esteemed platform i now wish put some sense back to goibibo.

                            When i have arrived to hotel, i didn’t see anyone at hotel not even security guard & as well as receptionist. I have made immediate call to given number. I tried calling multiple times then i decided to another hotel to stay.

                            Note: i’m telling this thing again n again & don’t try to manipulate that i was not visited to hotel. If any staff would be there then i would have communicated where as in my case hotel itself was closed & i didn’t see any staff & reception.

                            I tried to knock here & there so at least some one should come out to help us. Where as after 45 mins of struggling, we all 4 members went to another hotel.

                            I need complete refund + 5000 compensation which i have paid due to hotel problem.

                                I booked a room to stay through this app... After reaching the hotel, the manager is saying that no rooms are available although i hv booked a room... Then the manager is saying that contact the goibibo n he can't do anything... I was with my friend who is completely sick n can't even work properly... At that time i tried to contact goibibo customer care but there was an error even now showing error whenever i try to contact them... Anyhow i managed to book another one which was way more expensive... But i didn't hv any options

                                  That i have tried in your online support platform named "gia" regarding my request for mobile number change in my existing flight tickets as i have entered a wrong number at the time of booking.
                                  But no response was there. And your toll free number is not replying any call.
                                  So i need a urgent help in this case.

                                    I booked a train from PTKC to SRE for 18 October 2018. The train got cancelled but app isn't showing any relevant data and I tried to call but they denied for having any booking with them. I just need my hardly earned money back. PNR - [protected]. When I called there customer care they've got a dumbest bot on their service which tells that they don't have any booking. I tried to cancel the ticket but it's already cancelled with no refund

                                      I made a booking from new delhi to chennai on 21st september, 2019 with booking id nakz4c7pa. I used the gopaypal coupon which had 500 instant off and 300 cashback in paypal. It is very annoying that the 300 cashback is still not reflected in the paypal account using which i made the payment. I[censored] guys are provided a service, you should abide by it and i do not have the time to keeep tracking and inform you.
                                      Atleast look into the issue now and let me know the status
