We were carrying a wall clock and other delicate items in our check in luggage and requested a fragile tag during check-in.. The lady on the counter told us that they don't do fragile tags anymore and assured us that the stuff is safe.. But our wall clock is broken.. We bought it as a souvenir from nainital and ended up wasting our money.. Shame goibibo..

    Dear Forum,

    I booked a flight with the GoIbibo site. It is a Domestic Flight that has an International Flight connection. As per advice from the Airlines, I am suppose to report to my international flight 3 hrs prior. I booked the tickets accordingly. Recently, they have sent an email which states the connection time less than 3 hours..This will end up me missing the flights. I am asking for refund on this but the Goibio team isn't giving any solution to my issues. I worked hard to plan this trip and I cannot afford to loose my hard-earned money for the mistake of someone else. which has
    The Ibibo Goibibo team isn't refunding the amount for which the ticket was rescheduled by them.. I am seeking redressal but no resolution. Booking ID-GOMUPKGINT[protected] - please advice

    I booked a hotel in gurgaon from goibibo. Booking ID was HTL6MEGY9W checkin was on 28 sept. Hotel denied me checkin and I tried contacting goibibo but still didn't get any response. Seems like they are looting and doing fraud.

      Had booked ticket for flight on 15 april 2019 which got cancelled, still there has been no refund. Goibibo support is just pushing it ahead on call with no estimate date.
      It has been a terrible support from the team and called approx 10-15 times.
      Every call they informed of some case filed against jet airways and i will get my refund as it is in process.
      Goibibo is not willing to share me complain number nor any details.

        I opened mail account (M. [protected]@ibibo.com) in ibibo in 2010 and that mail id i given in my facebook account and some other websites.. And now my fb account got blocked and facebook team send a mail to my ibibo mail to unlock my facebook. But i am unable to open my ibibo mail ad also cant find the website where have to login for mail. So i request you to please help me to open my ibibo mail once.

I want to complaint about my data lost which was stored in my emails, i also had some useful and important emails which was needed for future use.             I opened mail account ([protected]@ibibo.com) in ibibo in 2010 and that mail id i given in my fb account and some other websites..               I booked four-star hotel got a third-class worst hotel with the worst food and amenities.
              They showed a superior and best room with valley view but it was not at all as it was offered i raised complaint but till date, i have not got any response
              The hotel was very bad and the food was also pathetic
              I am taking follow up but no response till date has been provided
              Hotel location was very worst it was written it near the lake but there was no lake
              We asked for food but got nothing in breakfast

                I booked bus ticket from bangalore to goa 25th oct. It was scheduled at 7.45 pm from bangalore and scheduled reaching time was 9 am. Please find below issues:

                1. We reached goa check post by evening 6 pm
                2. Still 50+ km from panjim
                3. They give us different bus.
                4 once the driver changed the tyre with new tyre he tied only 5 bolt instead of 8

                  I had booked hotel in oyo 41323 hotel raj heritage from goibibo site, but when i reached hotel honour of the hotel denied to check in because of online booking. He told me that we are not accepting online booking at the mean time i called customer care which given in invoice but the customer care number was oyo customer care number. I talked with oyo customer care and explain everything and oyo assured that in such cases you have to relocation or refund and i dont want any relocation so i told for refund.They told me your refund will be initiated within 7 to 14 days working hour. But after 20 days when i dont get any refund i agained called oyo and i asked for refund but at that time oyo told me that we will not provide you any refund because you booked your hotel from oyo. Then i tried to contact goibi bo but unable to contact. So i am helpless so kindly help me to refund

                    I had goibibo cab on 19.10.2019 from delhi to jaipur in name of my father mr. Ashok bansal. Time of departure of cab was 14:00. I was awaited from cab. Suddenly i got a call from driver and he informed he will arrive at 15:30. I informed to goibibo customer care to arrange another vehicle for that. Because i have to catch flight from jaipur at evening 20:00.
                    Customer care mr. Saumya told that cab will reach at your destination at 14:00 sharp. I awaited up to 15:00 but cab could not reached. Goibibo customer care also could not arrange alternate vehicle. And same they misbehaved with my father.
                    I went to jaipur though some other agency but my flight was missed. I have paid high charges also for cab.
                    I contacted goibibo for refund my flight charged and cab booking charges. But they denied.
                    They were not bothered about costumers problem.
                    Goibibo refunded my only 319/- that was paid during booking.

                    I request to consumer complaints forum to treat this case as urgent and at least i want to refund flight charged.

                      I had to book my flight for 4th nov and instead of it they booked my flight for 3rd nov. I have a full case proof how i double checked my dates. The cost of flight ticket for the airline at 3rd november was ₹2560 so i opted to book the ticket on 4th november for ₹2300 +₹129 convenience fee. According to my google pay transaction i paid ₹2404 due to additional₹25 discount. So there is no possible way i could have booked a flight dated 3rd november since it would have cost me around ₹2700 if booked on 3rd november.

                        Yesterday i came from qatar to india for diwali, chennai, i booked a bus from chennai to my native, by goibibo, apple travels, travels send message that bus cancelled due to damaged, but no any update from goibibo and customer service user friendly, i waited and spend for more time to contact goibibo customer service but no user friendlu, and i didnt get a any feedback and update from travels cancellation, my amount also they deducted not credited back

                            This is for your kind attention that i had made an booking for my wife and my son for the flight 6e141in indigo airlines from cochin to chennai for the date 7th of oct 2019. The booking was made on 17th of sep 2019 and i have also made a payment for the amount 6492/- the amount got debited from my account and was credited into ibibo web private ltd but surprisingly i received a mail in few minutes from indigo airlines saying that we have not received the payment and could not process your ticket's. My question is where my money has gone neither the airlines people got the payment and also i never got the refund amount in my account its been over a month now and when checked with my bank the bank people say that the payment is cleared from our side and it is credited in to ibibo web private ltd so my strong belief is that my money is stuck in ibibo account and request you people to give me the refund amount of 6492/- to my account as early as possible details of your tranaction is given below.

                              Hi,

                              I booked the return ticket from indore-singapore and singapore-indore (Cost:- 27732). I took the flight from indore to singapore but due to some reason i wanted to reschedule my return flight to some other day. I called customer care center to change the dates, they were taking so long time on phone and were not giving proper resolution, at last they said you need to pay 240 sgd to reschedule the flight, i was ok with that but somehow they were unable to do it for me, mentioning me that we are not able to get the price from airlines.
                              Later, after so many retries, i booked the ticket, thinking of that i will cancel that flight as its refundable. I again called the customer center guy and asked to cancel the flight and provide me the refunded amount, so that it can help with some amount from which i booked the new ticket, but i got shocked after getting the cancellation price from them, they said me i need to pay 2150 inr if i cancel that flight

                              They have done a fraud here by stating their own prices which is really not acceptable.

                              I should get some amt back else what is the use to taking the refundable ticket, better we can go by non-refundable as we know we will not be getting any money back and also its cheaper also.

                                The flight no. Tr574 i. E from singapore to hyderabad was expected to land at 00:40 at hyderabad. Thereafter, we had to catch two (2) connecting flights i. E. Flight no. Uk860 of vistara airlines at 06:05 (From hyderabad to delhi) and flight no. Uk631 also of vistara airlines at 9:05) from delhi to chandigarh. Both flights were also booked in the same booking id through your site. As such, all the flights were booked through your site in the same booking id and all were connecting flights.
                                Due to bad weather, the flight no. Tr574 had to be diverted to bengluru (Karnataka) and it were landed very late at hyderabad i. E. Around 5.20 am. We rushed very fast to the vistara counter at hyderabad at around 5.45 am but the official mr. Mohammad hasan sitting at the counter misbehaved with us that ‘gate had now closed, “don’t disturb us, let us do our job. He did not even bother to interact with us and even listen to our request carefully, even he did not bother to make eye contact. He continued putting his head down and doing his other job. We requested him to arrange the journey with another flight but as flight no. Tr574 got delayed as this is none of our flight, he responded with the words that’ it was also not their fault’ and he did not accede to our request. We guess, there was still scope, to accommodate us but he did not bother at all, rather misbehaved with us.
                                We were very must disturbed due to the missed flight and also due to his behavior. We tried to search scoot airlines counter/information centre at hyderabad but we could not find the counter of scoot airlines or any other information centre that could help us.
                                As, we had to reach chandigarh well in time, we had no other option to book another flight from hyderabad to chandigarh on the spot i. E. 22/10/2019. This flight was also booked through your site. Booking reference of this flight is 6e/dh5hkz. We had to pay sum of rs. 15, 920/- for getting indigo flight booked from hyderabad to chandigarh (Flight no. 6e269) (Screen shot attached).
                                I, hereby request you to refund rs. 15, 920/- in respect of having booked the flight from hyderabad to chandigarh and we also lodge complaint mr. Mohmmd hasan of vistara airlines at hyderabad airport for misbehaving and treating us very badly and not guiding us and or acceding to our request.

                                    I had recently emailed but there was no response, i had booked a hotel room which had the range of 700 when i checked but when i had confirmed and paid the amount charged was doubled. I checked with the hotel as to how much was charged for that room it was still showing at the range of 700. Kindly do look into this matter. I have tried calling the customer service, they don't respond even emails are useless.

                                      During air ticket booking on goibibo app 3 emi, s with 0% rate of interst of hdfc credit card were prompted by the system, that is why i opted for 3emi, s on my above credit card of hdfc bank. Now interst of rs648.04 charged on my 1st emi of rs16263.03 by hdfc bank. This is a fraud on your regular customer since many years. Pl refund me interst charged on my 1st emi and make remaining 2emi, s at 0% interst. Hdfc credit card no.[protected]

                                      During air ticket booking on gobibo app 3 EMI, s with 0% rate of interst were prompted by the system, that is why I opted for 3EMI, s on my above credit card hdfc bank.Now interst of Rs648.04 charged on my 1st EMI of Rs16263.03 by hdfc bank, which is fraud on your regular customer since many years.Pl refund me interst charged on my 1st emi and make remaining 2EMI, s at 0% interst.                                         I have cancelled my Jet Airways booking through Goibibo on 18-April-2019. PNR# WDCIRF. It has been more than 6 months now and I am yet to get my refund amount of about 75000 INR. Goibibo customer care is not of much help and not giving a concrete answer on when my refund will be paid. Please help in expediting my refund and let me know a definite date when the refund will be processed. While I have already recieved my other Jet Airways flight refund through other vendor MakeMyTrip, it has been more than 6 months now with Goibibo and any further delay in refund payment will not be acceptable. Jet airways has approved for a Full refund as their flights are cancelled. Can provide evidence based on request. Gobibo Service request number 27898471.
