Hi,

Please note that i’ve been consistently following up with goibibo team for refund of my cancelled jet flight from hong kong go mumbai on 30th march 2019. Yet the refund isn’t processed and the team isn’t giving me concrete reply.

What i got to know from employees of jet airways that all the refunds for the cancelled flights are been processed by them but goibibo is claiming they haven’t received...

We are totally dissatisfied with the hotel treehouse silken and goibibo because of the way this request is closed without our consent. You have taken our money, cancelled our booking without our consent, did not allow us to check in the hotel and also taken the money and cancelled our booking,
Moreover both of you are telling that goibibo has taken the money and goibibo is telling hotel has taken the money. Which is not professional...

Kindly help regarding the issue.

1. Room issue :
The room doesn't have a separate key card, every time we need to enter into the room we have to call the reception and ask their bellboy to open our room with their master keycard.
Check the photos below, 219 is written with a marker and that key is used just to switch on the lights.

If we check same booking in hrtc website then there is proper route showing. Goibibo is very cheap site, please dont install the app. And never book any bus, flight, hotel or train from goibibo.

I had done a hotel booking for my family for international hotel stay (Booking no htl4ta98d3). I mailed the hotel to reconfirm booking and found that there is no booking. Waiting for the refund since many days.
Please help me in getting the refund. I am cheated and this organization is a fraud. This not only caused financial trouble but also mental agony. They should penalize for this.

we have booked 02 rooms in Aditya velvet heritage, Jodhpur. We are sitting outside the hotel now with 1.5years baby. The hotels are saying that they will not give us room as goibibo are not paying them from past 6months.

I booked a return trip tuarh9h84 from brussels to chennai dates 19-dec-2019 (Bru-maa) and 18-jan-2020 (Maa-bru). But i received lot of flight changes and every time i need to call the support and again there is another flight schedule change. It may be due to the airlines but the staff does not able to consider my concern like my delhi - istanbul has rescheduled which reduced my layover in istanbul from 2h 10min to 1h 25min which is too risky...

I had booked return bus ticket from ooty to bangalore for the date 8/10/2019 10am through goibibo app, the travelling agency is kukushree travels. But my bus cancelled by the agency at night 9:30 pm on 07/10/2019. This last minute cancellation of bus and no alternate arrangements made by goibibo left me in troublesome situation. This has caused me a mental harrassment as well as i had to pay huge amount to travel by booking on urgent basis...

I've booked a prepaid booking in hotel aab residency ooty. After a long process of reaching difficulties the manager said that they are not accepting any booking from goibibo.
Now i have to book another property and at late time i have to book another property with much higher amount
I want the difference amount for the inconveniences caused by you.
This way is highly unprofessional and unacceptable....

The company has not refunded my cancelation amount whicb i have cancelled my booking for guntur to amaravati tour. When i have repeatedly asking the goibibo messenger its showing the refund is under processing and its damn showing like that since two months. I need my money back as i was in starvation of money. I just need my money back as soon as possible orelse i will be forced to get lost of prestige case honest case through court...

I have already paid the full amount of booking still while checking in the hotel adked me for the discount availed by goibibo.. The customer support of goibibo is not working to help me resolve the issue. There is noway to contact a customer care executive feom the company to help me with the situation. The hotel guy is harassing me for the discounted amount that goibibo has offered....

I have a booking for oyo flagship 41002 hotel vijay palace. They denied my check in as it was from goibibo. I have been calling the goibibo customer for so long but their hotline for hotels are not working. I am being forced to sit on road with all my baggage.
The payment has already bone done. Upon reaching the hotel i was denied checkin that they have blocked goibibo reservation yet they are showing up on goibibo website and application....

Myself ashwani mankotia. I had done a bus booking with goibibo and done all payment online the expected time of arrival of the bus is 23:15 hrs i wait till 23:45 hrs. Between that time i call to bus operator but they didn't pick up my call. And there is no gps in bus and on app. It shows there is gps facility in bus.

I call at there care center and ask for refund after tell them my whole problem.

I want to access my ibibo mail box for otp from fb. I can’t recover my fb account as i have provided my email address of ibibo mail. Fb is sending otp to my mail adress of [protected]@ibibo.com. And i can’t access it any more and can’t able to open my fb account. Even on google it shows on searching for ibibo mails it shows for goibibo only....
