Hi Goibibo team,

I had booked my train ticket in goibibo from BBSR to Bangalore Cant on 31 JULY 2022. My booking id is - TRNA1MPFMDCTKH. And pnr no is [protected]. My train got canceled from IRCTC and amount of 4010 is refunded from IRCTC also. IRCTC refund reference no is [protected]. But till now I didn't get my refund in my bank account. Please resolve this issue ASAP

    I have booked train ticket, that trip is not listed in the app my trip section, i couldn't cancel the trip. After cancelling the trip through irctc i didn't received my refund. This website has no proper customer support.

      Money transfer from wallet to bank account

      On cancellation of the flight tickets, the money was refunding to goibibo wallet. On trying to transfer the amount to original source as pet the FAQ. the same was not working either on website or app. No proper customer case option is available for cancelled bookings. No process for raising complain or customer service is available....

      I booked through ibibo for an OYO hotel room and paid online. On arriving at the hotel the receptionist said I have to pay extra 500rs ( in cash and no receipt was given for that ) . When I asked why he said that goibibo is not changing the price we have mailed lots of times and that we won't get any refund also goibibo will cheat. It was late at night and we did not have a choice but to stay there by giving rs 500 extra. There was no helpline number and the call was available on the next day only. When called they asked for invoice . I said he did not give any and asked to pay cash they said they can't do anything without an invoice. The hotel had many reviews stating the same cheating incident charging people more . I asked if they can remove the hotel from the Listing but they did not even hear . Worst behaviour on behalf of goibibo and OYO. Since they are partners they can pull up the CCTV right ? For which I asked . They did not respond properly . I'm planning to move legally . Please don't get cheated anyone . DONT BOOK on goibibo . It's the WORST.

        To whomever it may concern,

        My name is sayani saha, I had done a booking of a hotel named, Hotel Larina Puri through GOIBIBO APP on 11th July 2022.
        Booking reference no-[protected]..
        However due to some unavoidable circumstances, we had to cancel the booking.We had done the cancellation on 19 th July 2022.

        As per the t&c post cancellation the refund must be initiated within next 4 to 5 working days ..it's been near about 15 days post cancellation, we are waiting for the refund..I don't know how worst services you can give to your customer..

        My husband, Mr.Tanujit Roy already had a discussion with two of your executive Shabbir Seikh & maaz ali khan, and both of them are scripting the same thing over and over again..

        Just tell me one thing, i m a regular customer and i thought to trust goibibo over other app and had done the booking..what's my fault over here...???you guys were either fooling us or playing with our money...is this any joke going arround ...if there is any technical fault while processing the refund why the other mode of refund is not used??..For last 15 days my money is with you guys and you guys are neither refunding me the amount neither giving me the proper details..

        Each and every time each o[censored]r executive are scripting the same line.The worst service I faced till now..

        I need my refund on priority basis by today eod ..you guys are playing with our money..stop doing the same..I need my refund by today eod...I don't know how.. i need it

        Stop playing with customer money and fooling them .. request for proper revert and services

          Hi I booked a hotel in Andheri to stay for one night from 29 July to 30 July 2022. Following are the details:

          My stay in this hotel was very bad, severe leakage in room, foul smell, rat infestation, damp bed. This hotel is very bad and does not deserve any rating and should not be in your website.

            please look in to the matter and refund the excess amount charged twice

              I had booked a ticket from Delhi Kashmere Gate to Baddi with Hrtc on Goibibo platform dated 18th may . But after a while, once the ticket got booked, it automatically got cancelled on the same day . Right from that day it's been nearly about 2 and half months and I'm still getting no satisfactory response.

                    I m booked hotel from goibibo for my friend but due to chek in denied issue company customer care give me full refund behalf on cancle the bookings then team is initiated a refund on 4th of May but till date refund no credit i m also call on goibibo more then 200 times .but all team are said please wait 72 hours then no response.i m very frustrated

                      The most horrible and unsafe service ever. I booked a cab for 3 days from travel from Mumbai to Pune (21st July to 23rd July)

                      1. Driver reached 2-3 hours late to pick up passenger.

                      2. The vehicle promised was Ertiga which shows on app as well whereas received old desire car. No intimation in change of car shared. Absolutely against the safety norms. Multiple customer reps calling back after complaining and asking the query again . While Rs 500 was given as compensation it ruined our entire leisure trip with many issues arising time and again highlighted below.

                      3. Driver was not professional, doing Rashdriving.

                      4. Was getting irritated to drop the passenger on 23rd July to their destination giving traffic reasons.

                      5. Was keeping loud music again and again inspite of asking to reduce it. Was getting irritated when passenger were conversing among themselves

                      6. Exceeded speed limit for which even received a challan. Was behaving as if doesn't know the roads at all whereas the driver was local of mumbai. Also while leaving from Mulshi which was final destination driver disappeared in morning without informing us and we had to wait for him to return for almost 40 mins which again delayed our further journey. He was also not responding to our calls when we tried and the hotel security person told us he saw him going nearby and he had to actually call the shop person nearby to ask him to return.

                      7. driver was chewing tobacco continuously and spitting by opening front door on his side

                      Service seems to be outsourced with no proper checks responsibility taken by goibibo . Very disappointed as it was a spoiler for our trip.

                      After all this goibibo says that they regret the inconvenience and their customer service representative was just interested in closing the complaint ticket. How can they be so insensitive? it is their responsibility to ensure our safety and send professional drivers.

                        We have booked a flight from Mumbai to Sharjah on 23 january and return via goibibo in Vistara airline but due to Corona restriction we were unable to travel on that date so Goibibo put the Ticket in open status and sent me a mail that we can book our flight any time and date within one year by giving the fare difference but now the customer support is refusing to book the flight saying the ticket

                          Its been around a month that i cancelled a booking and i have not got my refund back.i have talked to around 15 people from their customer support but they have not took action to look into it. They have really caused a lot of inconvience. Its been a month and still there is no update on when i will get my refund. Please look into it.

                              I booked AIr India flight from Chicago to Bangalore on February 9, 2022 through goibibo. Due to uncertainty in raising covid cases I cancelled my flight on 26 April 2022 by calling Air India customer care in US since Goibibo did not have an international customer care number. Air India customer care said that the refund will be issued within 15 days but that never happened. When I again called Air India, they said since the booking was done via Goibibo they should issue a refund and airindia has no hold whatsoever. When I called goibibo they just said that they will process the refund in 15 days and that never happened. I am fed up calling everyone and i request the consumer forum to help me by asking the concerned people (Air india or Goibibo) to process my refund. I understand that there was a cancellation charge involves and that i wont be getting the entire amount I paid back. But I want the difference amount that back to my original mode of payment. Please help.

                                I have booked a flight ticket from Make my trip on 13th July from Bangalore to Hyderabad. After booking I made 2 cab bookings which was suggested from make my trip from my location to Bangalore Airport. The first cab driver arrived on time (Booking ID - CARPIGBL4C69MCI) and my family was able to reach airport on time. The second cab driver (Booking IDCARPIGBL5PI9DFS)
                                dint even call me and I had to reach out the goibibo customer care to know where the driver was, the customer care told me that he will reach in 2 minutes and later I receive the call from driver and he kept on saying that he is reaching in another 2 mins and after one hour of waiting he never turned up. I had to take my personal car reach the airport and pay for the valet parking and reach the counter to hear that I have missed my flight. I am really upset and frustrated with the pathetic service and coz of which I had to miss the flight and it was an important day as I couldn't reach on time to attend my sisters wedding. Goibibo is giving me a charity of 400Rs for the driver not reaching which I have rejected. I want my flight refund and even If i have to fight for my refund I will do.

                                  Starair cancelled flight due to operational reasons.i booked through goibibo and hence requested refund .starair has refunded the amount to goibibo.goibibo is not refunding the money for almost a month and there is ko way to contact goibibo customer care.no way for me to get my refund in my source account.kindly help here.

                                    There is not a single posibility to conctact an employee. The help files and FAQ etc are of no help. There is no way to update my data, i cannot even check in from the app or website because i cannot login. I would like to cancel my flights.

                                      I have booked capital O 27607 Hotel Kartik Jabalpur on 7th June to 10th June 2022 from Goibibo application but Hotel Kartik denied check inn due to goibibo price and offers.

                                      I have called to goibibo customer care on 7t june for assistance and they assured to help me for check inn in another hotel but still they haven't resolve it and not given refund also. We are unable to contact them in customer care number ([protected])

                                      I have registered complaint 3-4 times but still they have not resolved. I have faced huge problem to get check in. In another hotel in night 7th June due to hotel denied check inn.

                                      Kindly help so that this type of episode will not happen and online companies must pay for it
