Resp Sir/Maam,
On 12/05/2022 I booked bus from bikaner to pune (Booking ID: GOBUSMOB5FAD877408) (PNR No.[protected] on Goibibo. (Travelling date 15/05/22) That Bus had accident near khinvsara and then bus operator asked to cancel ticket. Refund already processed by travel agency on 15/05/2022 But is still pending from your end.Tried contact you many times but dont have any access to your customer care also. Please take care of this and process refund pending from 2 months.

    I booked 3 tickets from Prayagraj to Moradabad on 6 July 2022 at around 6:00 P.M. First Goibibo showed me available tickets but when I booked the tickets they went in Tatqal WaitingList. Latter those tickets did not confirmed and my status goes to cancelled tickets but still I do not get my refund amount. I made an inquiry in IRCTC they told me that your amount is refunded please contact to your booking agent and now Goibibo showing that your journey is completed. Please look in to this matter and provide my refund . My PNR number is [protected]

      Paid for insurance for flight delay / cancellation and received policy number TMFPO[protected]. The flight got cancelled and now claim is being denied. After 3 weeks havent received the policy copy after repeated reminders and support team not responding. Goibibo SR[protected].

          I booked flight tickets for myself and 2 more members of our family from Visakhapatnam to Jaipur with my onward journey on 3rd July, 2022 and return journey on 6th July through goibibo. While my onward journey went as per the plan, the return journey flights were cancelled by Air Asia airlines.

          As the flights were cancelled and the alternate flights suggested by Air Asia did not align with my schedule, I cancelled the return journey flights and made alternate arrangements. The details of the transaction amount are as follows:

          Total amount paid for onward and return journey: Rs. 42, 823
          Refund transferred to wallet: Rs. 13, 993
          Refund to my bank: Rs. 13, 743

          When I talked to Air Asia, they informed that they processed complete refund but goibibo processed partial refund. I am wondering how goibibo can deduct penalty from my refund for cancellation of flights by the Air line, causing me lot of inconvenience. Instead of giving me a freebie for the inconvenience caused to me, goibibo deducted penalty from the refund amount, that too after receiving complete refund from the airlines.

          Please help me in getting remaining part of refund amount from goibibo at the earliest.

            We have booked hotel through goibibo on Jun 26, 2022 to jul 02, 2022 as Oyo hotels .

            Horel denied stay saying their contract with Oyo is closed and didn't allow us to stay.
            When asked for refund they said v have to take it up with goibibo.bht there is no response from goibobo regarding refund and since we ahev converted this to emi, emi will hit the account on 02.08.2022.please help

              Goibibo.com doesnt allows the customer to delete/deactivate their account according to the customer's own consent.Even their is no support for this option on their chat bot, mail or helpline number. In case of discontinued use of account. How the customer can delete/deactivate account.

                  On june 10, 2022 I booked a flight ticket from hyderabad to coimbatore for the date of july 21, 2022 through the goibibo website. My got deducted instantly but my ticket was not booked. Also, I am not able to reach any customer support from goibibo.
                  I request the goibibo to kindly look into this complaint and solve the issue.

                    Hi Team,

                    I have booked room in Hotel Amber for the date 1st of july 2022 to 3rd of july also when i was booking hotel its showing if we cancel booking before 30th of June it will not be chargeable extra but now its been 10 days over when cancellation request raised amount is not credited in my account also after taking several follow ups i didn't get any proper resolution as on the call customer support team said refund will reflect in 1-2 days but still not credited.

                    Please look at this matter and resolve on priority i want my refund before 8th of July 2022

                        I have booked ticket from mobile app Goibibo where bus name mango shrinath travels covering route from Indore to satna showed sitting seats and i have booked the same sitting seats 4 w of bus but after 1 inspection it was okk but after some time tc came and said that no such seats are assigned to you and have to travel sitting in luggage or store room of bus which was quite difficult for me as I’m ill and the journey from Indore to satna is of 14 hours Plss resolve me grievances as soon as possible

                          I tried booking a hotel through Goibibo for 11010 rs. The payment failed and hotel was also not booked but money debited from my account. It's been 2 days no updates from Goibibo. Please resolve it and help me in getting my money back.

                                      I have booked train ticket for 3 person with go confirm scheme and 960 was irctc fare and i have paod 407 rs extra for go confirm scheme and after chartpreparing my ticket got waitlisted and as per normal irctc procedure 960 rs(actual fare ) refunded by irctc and go ibibio provided me 1920 rs voucher code and tried to book bus with this voucher and i found it is impossible because its a scam...

                                        Dear Team,

                                        I have just returned from a 2 month International Vacation, part of which was booked through you and I must say, it was a real mess and terrible inconvenience!

                                        I had a very unpleasant and extremely inconvenient experience with my flight.

                                        I had booked flight QR 4791 on 11th May 2022 from Mumbai to Zurich via Doha.

                                        Booking ID : GOFLIMTAND1F3A[protected].

                                        Basis some tie-up between Qatar and Indigo, I was surprised to find myself sitting in an Indigo flight, instead of Qatar Airways, which I paid for!

                                        Needless to say, there is a big difference in the service experience between the two (in flight entertainment/dining to name a few)!

                                        I had a baby stroller, which I was told at the check-in counter, to carry with me till the aircraft gate and hand it over to the flight attendant there. I was given the attached baggage token for the stroller. On reaching Doha, I checked with the flight attendant before alighting, and she assured me that the stroller will be sent by the airlines directly to Zurich and I need not collect it in Doha. I was told that I have to collect it in Zurich directly.

                                        I had a layover of 6 hours at Doha airport. To be on the safe side, I re-checked at the Transfer desk there too and was informed that I need to collect my stroller in Zurich directly.

                                        On arriving in Zurich, to my utter dismay, I was informed that the stroller has not reached Zurich!

                                        I had to waste 3 hours at the airport and missed my pre-booked cab to my hotel. Zurich airport said that the airlines failed to transfer it in Doha and ship to Zurich!

                                        I was asked to collect it from Zurich airport after 2 days, while they make arrangements to get it from Doha.

                                        The reason someone carries a stroller to another country is because it is a necessity when travelling with small children!!

                                        For 2 days, I was restricted in exploring places that I had planned to visit in Zurich as I could not manage with my child without the stroller!
                                        And after 2 days, I had to waste another day travelling back to Zurich airport (4 hours to-and-fro) and then spend another 3 hours at the airport to get through the red-tape involved for such things! And the stroller arrives in a damaged condition! In addition, the expensive cost of travel in Europe when travelling on a 4 hour journey to the airport! Plus the pre-booked cab fare I had to forfeit when i landed in Zurich (mentioned above)!

                                        So 3 whole days of my Europe holiday were wasted just because some staff did not do his/her job!

                                        I want this complaint to be addressed by your senior management, to know how your lapse has been so very inconvenient and irritating! I seek an urgent and favourable response to my complaint, as you have left my family utterly disappointed, irritated and frustrated for the loss of valuable time and money and baggage damage on an international trip!
