I had try to booked a ticket on dated 30.06.2019. In this case, payment done and show error then after come to homepage but balance had deduct 1, 445.00/-. Again i try, as same to last attempt and deduct again 1, 445.00 and train ticket didn't come.
Till now balance has not come as deduct 1, 445.00 + 1, 445.00.

I booked train tickets for 28th June from agra to jammu but train get fully cancelled by railways.     I have travelled to prayagraj dated 18 and 19 june and at gorakhpur dated 20 and 21 june and duly filled business traveller with company name, address and gstn but when completed the trip invoice not showing gstn details for both bookings. My booking id were htldslwkur and htlb2m8hac. There is no way i can connect to goibibo officials or write to them there is no option in their website or app or toll free numbers all are misleading.

      I booked 20 days stay with oyo 2379 nahar heritage hotel in bangalore via ibibo group (Online booking), ibibo charged my credit card $197.92 for the reservation and i received the confirmation. Every looked fine until i tried to check in on july 1st, and i was told by the hotel that they didn't have my reservation and they couldn't do anything about the reservation. So i tried to contact ibibo several times, but no answer. This is a fraudulent.

          I had made a booking for three rooms for 6 adults and 3 children for our stay in mount abu through goibibo in hotel golden berry for two nights i. E. 13th and 14th june 2019. Upon reaching the hotel at around 1 pm we found that the hotel does not have any collaboration with goibibo and the hotel has filed an fir against goibibo as they have on their own put golden berry hotel in their portal. When i called on the number provided in booking which was of oyo i was informed that oyo is not responsible for this booking and i need to call goibibo. When i reach goibibo i was informed that i will be getting a call back in 5 minutes but that 5 minutes took 3 hours to come and by the time goibibo called me i had booked a hotel. This incident completely wasted my trip to mount abu.

          SIR, I m book my ticket from your site on dt 16.04.2019 from Badlapur to Bhusawal of shree durga travels but and used my credit card for ticket booking also amt debited of rs.1275 /- of ticket booking but ticket details not received from your site ..

            Explain why your cost is too much more than irctc.

            My booking id is HTLE824QSL. I didn't get GST invoice while i have entered GST detail of company at the time of booking. Also i was charged 2237Rs (1855 Rs through debit card and 382 from Gocash+) while i got receipt of only 2110Rs. It is cheating with customer. No one is responding on 24x7 call centre, worst experience your Gia system.
            I had booked a hotel after I reach the hotel but no rooms there... After i coplaint the customer care after that he said to me your money is refund but my money is not refund in my account...
            Please refund my money.. Otherwise I will...

              I have been trying to connect with the customer care form last 2days but i have not received any proper response.
              I tried booking ticket on 29th june but the booking got failed. Still my money got deducted.

                  I had booked flight ticket in jetairways from madras to mumbai. But that flight has cancelled due to the airways was shutdown. It have passed 60 days and even i was cancelled the ticket before 55 days still i'm not getting my refund. Still my refund is in process. Whenever i contact customer care every executive asking for details but no progress. Already 10 emails done but no feedback. 1st time i m facing this kind of issue. Goibibo cannot handle customer proficiently. Already shared my statement with the team

                    and regarding the mail, already shared credit card statement with your team and it proves clearly that on 12th june 2019, transaction in the name of IBIBO GROUP PRIVATE LTD GURGAON for rs 13896 . then how could u deny for the same .

                      It is so upsetting that i made booking with goibibo.com. My whole journey, effort of having peaceful holiday, our money, and surprise trip to my husband has been ruined. I really thank you goibibo. I am highlighting below points about my wonderful journey on 23rd june 2019 from nainital-delhi (Pnr:74zub7sp):

                      1. Bus was booked from nainital-delhi, where they had to drop us from nainital to kathgodam by taxi at 8:00 pm. Hell ya! Firstly, we didn't recieve ant boarding details at all, secondly we kept calling goibibo customer care 50 times and tehy ddnt understand our problem, thirdly, the contact eventually shared ([protected]) was not sharing anything but-its a 27 traveller. Wtf, what does it even mean?? After that he was cutting our calls.
                      2. At 8:30 pm we were communicated that we need to take cab from nainital to rusi bypass to get to our bus. Again, when it was all dark, raining heavily and all of our body was wet, our phone was wet and stopped functioning because of you freaking # people.
                      3. We paid 500 to cab and we reached bus, and see what??? Its a small like matchbox bus with all seats wet (Since water droplets coming inside from window), i haven't seen such a cheap volvo in my entire lyf. Goibibo is cheating on people by writing incorrect detaisl on website.
                      4. All passengers had same issue, somehow every managed to reach, many lost their bus, many lost their luggage, some lost their phones, our phone got crashed due to rain. And great news is the operator is not their, no list of passengers. Only # driver and illiterate conductor was their who said, sit anywhere else we will not move the bus. We all sat on wet seats and then he moved the bus.
                      5. Bus had no suspension at all, all the time it was giving us jerks and many people started vomitting, whole bus was making sound grrrrrrr vibrations. We could not even sleep on wet seats. Many started crying because they were not able to do anything as goibibo customer care even did not help us.
                      6. Few aged people were in pain sitting on last seat even when they booked seat in front rows.
                      7.in fact operator canceled 5 tickets from the bus when they said that refund the amount of taxi that we too because you did not provide us the conveyance.
                      8. Driver did not stop at any hotel all night so that we can go to toilets, they were so misbehaving and when he finally stopped it was already 3:20 am.

                      Now i am sharing below the contact numbers we took out by calling most 30-40 times on goibibo, who did not help at all.

                        The above flight was scheduled to take off at 18:55 and ended up leaving Mumbai only some time after 2100 hours.

                        I had a connecting train to Dehradun (nanda Devi Express) leaving at 23:45 from NDLS which I missed and had to take a Uber ( I was accompanied by my 22 year old daughter, so very risky) to Dehradun as I had to reach Dehradun by 5:30 a.m. on the 14th June.

                        Very disappointed in the service.

                          I tried to book a ticket from delhi to istanbul in 22nd march 2019 using my credit card. The goibibo site deducted an amount of inr 32, 234 from my credit card. The transaction number for authorisation of payment is[protected]. The billing of transaction by goibibo to my american express credit card is [protected]. I didnt recieve a flight ticket & the above amount has not been refunded back to me. I have been trying to desperately call goibibo but they have the most pathetic ivr system which doenst allow to complain if you dont have a pnr. Please resolve my complaint at the earliest.

I don't think your complaints team has read my message carefully as you have asked for a transaction id, which I have already shared in my complaint. Reposting again for your reference. The transaction number for authorisation of payment is '[protected] six five zero zero zero seven three six six'. The billing of transaction by goibibo to my American express credit card is '[protected] - one three zero zero zero nine four zero six one.

                          As informed in my complaint above, your IVR is the most pathetic IVR as it doesn't allow any interaction unless I have a booking ID. Which in this case I don't have since you guys very conveniently deducted my money & didn't issue a ticket. I sent an email to your email id & I got a 'no delivery' message. Please resolve my complaint immediately.

                            My name is Amrutha MP, and I have booked a flight ticket last 27th (27/05/19) from Silugiri to Calicut. I got a onestop flight at bangalore. Since my flight from Silugiri to Bangalore was delayed I was unable to catch my connection flight from Bangalore to Calicut. Hence I cancelled my flight with the airlines from Silugiri Airport. The airlines have refunded the amount to Goibibo and from Goibibo i haven't received any refunds. While trying to contact Goibibo over the phone im not able to reach them as the customer care is saying "Dear customer we are facing an unexpected call volume". When trying to chat with your executives using your app also im not getting good response. This is the only medium i can comunicate the problem. I need my refund as soon as possible orelse I am going to file a case against Goibobo in consumer court. Below given is the flight details.

                              I have made a booking from goibibo. I was trying to book the hotel for june first week (Sat and sunday) and ended up paying for july first week (Sat and sunday). I reached out to goibibo team and requested them to make the changes and if required i will pay the extra amount as well. Goibibo team has rejected the request and said it non-refundable and they need to escalate this to senior team to change the booking dates. Its been 23 days now and i am still waiting for there response. I have also sent an email to their management team however there is no response. The ticket number[protected] is still in process with no resolution. I have also tried contacting them through social channel however there is no response. I have paid rs. 8188 for this booking as now its not of any use as the date for which i need this booking has already passed. Now i request them to process this refund back to my card and cancel the booking for july 1st week (Sat and sunday).

                              i have checked with Hotel team, they refused to change the booking date and also denied for refund. They asked me to contact your guys for refund. I called your customer support team, they asked me to wait for a call back. I have done this booking from Goibibo, not from hotel so why are you asking me to contact Hotel for refund. This is the last time i m responding to your post, if i dont get the refund in next 3 days. i will be bound to take this to legal team.

                                I made a booking for hotel pema yangsel at paro, bhutan on 18th may 2019 for 2 rooms 2 nights for 20th and 21st june, 2019 through goibibo and made full payment on that day only.

                                When i reached the hotel with my family on 20th june 2019, they denied the booking and said they can allow only on making full cash payment again.

                                I immediately called goibibo from my bhutan number (International sim card) about this. Though it was expensive but i had no choice. The person said he will call back soon and sent the email also regarding the same but nobody called. I tried again many times but couldn't get through. I tried to log in but your website said "this number is not registered"

                                I was along with my wife and kids and had no option but to pay the hotel again in cash.

                                Is this the way you operate and treat your customers. Its been 4 days and still i need to chase you people. After many tries on 24th morning i got connected to one person faiz who listened and told that he would reply for sure in an hour. 5-6 hrs past and i have not received any call back. Goibibo ivr option is very complicated it it always takes to domestic hotels customer care where they say they will connect to international and you hear the fixed voice that your estimated time is one minute and you are first in queue for about ten minutes then it gets disconnected and if you are lucky then the person ask you how may i help you and then when you told the whole story he puts you on hold and say we'll look into this and talk to the management and call back sometimes says 15 minutes sometimes in an hr and so on but they never reply back.

                                I even have the call records.

                                I'm fed up and request the consumer complaints forum to resolve the same.

                                I paid around 1Lack for my international ticket via jet and KLM to Goibibo. It's been 2 months and I haven't received the refund of wither flights. they have conveniently said that the KLM flight is so a jet flight and refused refund of any kind. I asked them for my jet refund number but they refused any I formation.

                                  I have been running around an issue for days. All that ibibo could offer me was false promises, pathetic customer service, denying manager assistance and hanging up call on my face.
                                  I had booked a hotel names balaji comforts in bangalore hsr layout. The hotel made me wait for an hour before denying me a check in. They were not ready for the price i booked for and demanded more money. I had driven 20 kms in the traffic to reach there. I did not have enough money on my card to book an other hotel and had to stay in my car for 4 hours. It was such a frustrating time for me the customer service was not connecting. It said high call volume and asked. Me to seek help from the website. It was useless.
                                  The amount of frustration i had to go through was sad but even worse was when i got through the customer service. They hung up on me. Yesterday also an agent called me and offered a call back in 15 minutes and again hung up on me.
                                  I have no other option but to go for a complaint at the court.
                                  Please look into this matter and do the needful

                                    I have booked a car on rental from bangalore to mandya on 6th june 2019 which met accident and driver left us there.. After goibibo customer service said to compensate this by providing 1300 rs also driver took 1000 rs for petrol. So total 2300 rs is not transferred yet. I am following from last 20 days.. This is not appreciated

                                    I booked train ticket for sleeper class, the final ticket was in waiting so irctc refunded money after deducting RS 60 but i have received refund after deducting 120 that is not mentioned in goibogo website. Why is this charges taken by goibigo? My PNR is [protected] and [protected].
                                    My complain on 19th April regarding cancellation of tickets from Dubai to Mumbai jet airways is showing resolved... But actually it didn't resolve till date and refund pending since three months
