Called goibibo customer care for support as the bus was break down. But they could not arrange any other bus and i was all alone standing at 12:30 am on road without security. The bus operator or the goibibo did not take any responsibility. They didn't not even refund and i had to pay for the ticket three times more and travelled at 1 am sitting beside the driver in the cabin....

Infact the customer care number mentioned on their site is also not working. Today i was trying to book a flight from kochi to pune and i select a particular day and searched, when i clicked on the flight which i needed, it moved to another page showing better options, i was not able to book flight for that exact date as the site got stuck when i clicked that i don't need suggestions.

It's my decision to select whether i need that particular flight or need to select the suggested one.
