I have booked my ticket through Gobibo on 29th may-19 .There was some name error .Same day I contacted to Air lines they said we will change name there is no issue but this request should be come through Gobibo because you have booked tickets through them.Same day I have contacted to Gobibo and registered my complaint which is 27975286. Today is 10th June-19 and still they have not resolved my issue.

    I had bus booking from Delhi to varanasi on 8th of June from k n nehra bus service ...done through goibibo, I reached to bus stand on time but when I enquired about my seat, they denied me and cancelled my booking without intimation and in the same bus they offered me seat at double price, I lodged complaint in goibibo call center but no resolution...instead of this they offered me refund...I pleaded in front of them that my family is waiting for me due to my son fever and my journey is must but all in vain...they sold my ticket to somebody else on double price...goibibo left no option for me..no alternate service...I spent whole night on road ...who will compensate my pain and financial loss because due to this my ticket from varanasi to Delhi on 11th June wasted...now it's my request please penalize bus operator KN nehra...and need compensation from goibibo.

    I received phone call from customer service department but still no resolution.
    1) not received my cancellation refund.
    2) Due to cancellation of my bus on that date, I lost one deal of 15 lac on which officially I should be there...my private job is on stake.
    3) Spent whole night on road.
    4) My family suffered...my son was not well.

      Hi,
      I'm complaining on this forum as I'm not getting any response from the Goibibo team. I booked a hotel through Goibibo which was listed as refundable at the time of booking. However, now when I'm trying to cancel it, the refundable amount is coming down to zero. On the official Goibibo app its still showing as refundable. I complained the same to Goibibo customer care when they informed that they would look into the matter and contact us with their customer delight team, but no response from their end yet. Tried calling Goibibo customer service many times but call is not getting through.
      Humble request to look into the matter and help me out.

      We have tried calling customer support numerous times, but we couldn't get through any advisor, also we have used the chat option and I'm really not interested in talking to a robot because it shows only few options. It would be good if you can arrange a call back, I want to speak to the supervisor about it or someone senior, as at the time of payment also it showed me the free cancellation dates, and still on the app its showing as refundable. I'm really not interested in chatting to a robot or chatting like this, so I request a call back on [protected] asap. Also I was promised that I would get a revert from the customer delight team but I haven't heard from them yet This is the kind of response I'm receiving from Goibibo where you can't keep your promises

      I'm really getting a very bad customer service from Goibibo. Even after informing so many times to contact us, no one has reverted yet. This is really not the kind of response expected from Goibibo. Very disappointed with the after sales services. Be assured you have lost a customer. Also same feedback would be provided to others.         As it has been more than 2 month, I haven't receive any updates on refund or any kind of follow up regarding my jet airways cancelled ticket.
        Every time when I contact to customer care they always give the same answer stating that Jet Airways had not initiated the payment.

        My booking id:TUAKDW33W.
        PNR : XUMBUR

        According to jet airways email that I have received earlier, it state that the payment should be received by 20th may and I haven't receive any amount.
        Please let me know what is the status of my request and till when I can expect the refund.

        Please explain me one thing, how replying to a complaint in words is considered as RESOLVED when goibibio group has not done anything solve the problem apart from sending me same email over and over again ?
        I still have not receive any amount in my account or any time line promising that I will receive my refund in given time slot.

        Remove the RESOLVED tag as the issue has not be resolved yet.
        @goibibo group, past 10 months your team has been lying to me about refunds process and I haven't receive a penny, so at least don't lie here at the Indian Consumer Complaints forum by saying issue has been resolved as it is NOT RESOLVED.

          I had booked a train from dli to jind junction through goibibo app for 26th of pnr: [protected] and trn:12481. The ticket status remained waiting and thus was not confirmed. I was therefore not able to travel. I requested for a refund of the amount i had paid through the app which was answered in denial of any such booking having been done by me. After this i again complained and goibibo team informed me that the refund has been completed and would soon reflect in my account refund date being 30th may but the amount has still not reflected in my account. I seriously doubt the credibility of goibibo now.

            Booked hotel in Shimla. Nabha Guest House. But hotel denied. They said they do not accept online booking. They havn't listed their hotel in goibibo. I want refund.               I had booked my international travel round trip from Muscat to Bangalore three months in advance only to know that my flight is cancelled without any prior notification neither rescheduled.

              I was made aware of this information only when I reached the Airport in the evening on 6th June’19.

              Booking Id: AMDJAPJQD Booked on Fri, Mar 15, 2019

              Compliant Number: 28033361

              Questions to be answered:

              1. Why there was no prior notification on cancellation of flight EK2037 scheduled at 8:25:00 PM MCT from Muscat to Dubai.

              2. Why nobody contacted me for rescheduling this or to arranging alternatives – showcases how proactive the service is.

              3. Even after highlighting the issues to customer care there was no resolution or workaround for hours on call.

              4. Alternatively even after sharing details of EK865 & EK568 flight availability was very much available on the same day at 7.10 PM MCT, Emirates team declined to arrange the same and instead offered me a flight which was scheduled after 24 hours on the next day – which seems ridiculous and unimaginable offer.

              5. Also Anjan (customer care executive) confirmed there cannot be any alternative flights on the same day from a deferent service provider as the same is against their policy.

              6. With all this happening team happily offer to refund the booking amount which was done three months back without any logical solutions

              7. This resulted for me to book alternative flight on my own and had to travel to Kannur and then reach Bangalore by road – which made my travel unimaginably tiring and made me look like a fool to trust GOIBIBO and its partners to be my travel agent when simplest of things cannot be solved.

              I would demand repayment of all my extra charges incurred due to cancellation of my flight booked including the flight I took to Kannur and road travel expenses to Bangalore and arrange my return travel to Muscat as well.

And now my fb account got blocked and fb team send a mail to my ibibo mail to unlock my fb. But i am unable to open my ibibo mail and also cant find the website where have to login for mail.                     Disgusting customer service
                    No revert from goibibo company yet

                    During my journey from Mumbai to Malvan and back I had to pay extra money because of the driver .
                    As he misguided us about the route, took us through the longest route, also goibibo should check the police record of the driver before the trip as the person was very arogant, shown I'd card of the government officials to avoid paying toll ( which we were cluless about) near kolhapur and then caught by the police where I had to pay extra toll and some money to let us go as I was traveling with my family and kids.
                    I was supposed to end my trip at Kandivali but driver ended the trip at panvel without informing us and at night at 10:00pm I had to book a cab myself to go home and pay him extra money again.i spent over an hour on the road trying to connect to goibibo customer service and finally talking to them with no resolution and help from goibibo.
                    This was a horrible experience I had and will never book a cab from your company.

                    I SPOKE TO CUSTOMER SERVICE REGARDING ALL THIS, A COMPLAINT WAS FILLED THE SUPERVISOR ON THE CALL WAS JUST USELESS AS HE DID NOT HELP ME IN ANY WAY.

                    We checked case history and basis the conference call arranged by the team with passenger and cab driver, were informed on cab caught during the journey, due to Driver was not in uniform. Also, Google map route was followed. Moreover, he did not take a different route and there were no tolls plaza during the trip.

                    The best we could offer is refund of INR 940 (trip cost from Panvel to Kandivali) along with 1000 non-promotional goCash.

                      Dear sir/madem i had book cab from goibibo app from Rishikeshh inn hotel to Chandigarh on 7 june 2019 and the pickup time was 11:45 Am, i had payed advance money as Rs 841 online for this booking, but at the time of pickup i called the driver to ask that where is he and when he will reach at my location
                      but drive says that he can't come to pickup

                            I was a booking a flight on 5.6.2019 from warsaw(poland) to new delhi(india).

                            After clicking on proceed to payment on goibibo app, otp was auto-read by their app & ticket was confirmed.

                            I was surprised when checked Sms from bank that

                            " ALERT: You've spent Rs.28912.32 on CREDIT Card xx3022 at GOIBIBO[protected]M on[protected]:10:23:02.Not you? Call [protected]. "

                            While the invoiced amount is Rs. 27822 .which is sent by them on my email (same was shown when booking)

                            called goibibo customer, They said they will increase the invoice amount and will resend it..

                            it has been more than 48 hrs., still no action has been taken . Also, what is this that " they will increase the invoice amount and will resend it.. ""

                                paid for ticket but goibibo did not issue ticket

                                I had booked my ticket from BOM to AKL via SIN for 62K INR. I made the payment via net banking and i received a payment confirmation as well. Even goibibo issued a PNR no. too. PNR EDXTWH.

                                To my surprise they didnt issue my ticket nor did they notify me of any glitch in booking. I even was able to retrieve my payment receipt from the site. When i contacted customer care next day i was informed that they are unable to process...

                                We booked hotel (anand bagh at pollachi) through goibibo website and payment was done very earlier online. During check in we were denied by hotel management saying our property has not conformed any order from goibibo. We were from outstation beleiving we have a stay here, we have no support from goibibo for alternatives. Complained their support team through chat due to technical error of phone calls. Such a fraudulence should be punished like this should never be repeated again.

                                  I had taken a cab from bengaluru to hindupur (Pnr:carpafchg7vkiss) on 24th may. Due to some glitch on the driver's app, he couldn't end the trip for extra 40 hours giving me an incorrect bill. I have still not received a corrected bill and whenever i call, i get the same reply as we have escalated it and you will get a callback. No callback received yet. Corrected bill still awaited.

                                    Never book anything from goibibo.
                                    I had booked 2 rooms for 2 nights at hotel gourish, mahabaleshwar, maharashtra. The room booked was duplex type with balcony.
                                    Room showed the pictures of bathtub and it was promised that electronic safe case is provided in the room see attached pictures). But in the room, none of these was provided. Goibibo had not provided complete information and misled on many fronts. We make these kinds of decision to book hotel based on the photographs only, which were misleading. Also, electronic safe was also not available which made us carry our valuables everywhere we roam. Goibibo group made us pay hefty amount by misleading.
                                    I have registered complaint with goibibo for over a month, and now i am given a reply with pictures of duplex room without balcony when the room booked by me was duplex room with balcony.
                                    Also, when we reached hotel, staff did not let us use the ac, though the ac was available in room, saying that it is not included in the room charges and were asking additional money. At the time of booking it was not mentioned at all that the room was non-ac. On this goibibo said that it is not mentioned in the amenities but when we asked why we were not informed that it is a non-ac room? Goibibo did not have answer for that.
                                    We were traveling with a baby and this caused many problems in the summer heat.
                                    Goibibo is saying that the refund of 2000 thousand is enough as we paid that amount to hotel for using ac for 1 night. We never accepted this.
                                    Goibibo does not accept their mistakes. Additionally, they harass the customer by getting them frustrated. I am done with them. Never book anything from goibibo.
