I have booked a hotel at kolkata through goibibo.
I wanted to know the contact number of that hotel as I want to know the exact location and some more details as I have two days meeting at kolkata. I had called the customer care number but the executive was not at all interested in providing me ant details.the executive had put my call on hold for 20 to 25 minutes and after that he told me that I ll get a call in half an hour and ll get the contact number of hotel.its almost one hour and I didnt get any call. I think I did a mistake by booking through goibibo...with this type of poor service I ll advice everybody through every source not to make any booking through goibibo..i ll go tomorrow and I do not have any details of hotel...I have so much other work but so much time is wasted just because I booked the hotel through goibibo...if you cannot provide service to customer than why does you provide option to book through go Bilbo...just because booking is done through this site the customer have to suffer so much...

    I have booked OYO 35366 hotel shiv murti booking id HTL9W5T34Q. Amount 2820 deducted from my bank ac .But when Mr Rakesh had gone to the said hotel owner clearly denied check in .your contact number which was printed ia a OYO help desk number and they also told that hotel got full so there was no other option to find new hotel ...
    So please dont cheat people like this and give me full refund ..

      I had my jet airways flight on may 23 which was cancelled by airline.. It's been 2 months since goibibo called n said they will do the refund.. But till today no respond from them.. I cannot contact them as everything is automated.. I think there should be better customer care no from whom we can get our problem solved.. I'm really tired trying to contact them.. After I complaint here they will send one mail saying will call in 2 hrs but they never do.. U r losing ur customer seriously.. Plz contact me soon

        Hi Goibibo & Legends Inn, Coimbatore.
        Would like to share few information about hotel service which your team to take stern activity to improve your golden service OR otherwise will spoil your reputation is sure.
        With reference to the goibibo booking id HDLZMCPFJ8, reached your hotel at 4.15 early mornings and come to know there is no room vacancy. Immediately we kept our bag in your reception and went for walking and back to hotel at 7.15 AM on the same day 12.06.19, come to know still there is no room available to accommodate through Mr. Easwar (Receptionist) and we asked to be seated. Immediately found Mr. Easwar allotted room to one gentleman with smile and we requested him that why hesitating to give room to us even though we hired early check in through goibibo after said new customer absence at reception.
        Mr. Easwar got angry on me and arrogantly said that “Legends Inn” will prefer the customer directly booking with them and further any query any, he asked me to wind up from that place and asked me to check with only goibibo or otherwise have to wait till 12.PM as per the policy because of availability of room.
        We do agree policy because we are working in corporate companies as professionally with legal background but the way Mr Easwar treated us like a beggar like showing his hand and asked me to go and sit at corner without respect is disheartening is the reason why spending time and writing the letter to avoid rotten eggs in servicing industry. We have not expecting red carpet treat and as a common man who paid should have an at least minimal guarantee of respect. Finally he offered a room at 7.30 AM because he himself felt guilty about treated us and we didn’t open our mouth for any reasons. (Pl refers CCTV footage).
        Pros. 1, Hotel situated at posh area, service is good except one bad experience, and food is good.
        Overall shall rate 5/5.
        Note: 1. This is my first complaint after 30 stays in Pan India through goibibo FYI.
        2. Copy sent to goibibo through “APP” in review option.

          I have booked a hotel in Chennai Velachery, fro 14th check-in and 15th check out for oyo orchid Sanskrit Velachery through goibibo and amount has been paid through phone pe ...that particular hotelier didn’t allow as no I’d is showing from their end so they denied us ..but here we lost our money worth Rs 950 which is not refundable now nd also my valuable time .i contacted ur customer care serivice but the response is very bad they didn’t sort out my query

          I have booked ticket through goibigo PNR no-IMKLPF in January but the flight was cancelled by jet Airways and I have complained on 31.03.2019 to goibigo for refund they respond for maximum time 45 days but till now no refund is being credited to my account. Now no customer care no was working no help is being provided by goibigo.
          23.04.2019 money has been deducted from my account without entering OTP Ticket has not booked from Redbus.

          I had tried ticket from Chennai to kumbakonam.

            Hi GOIBIBO Team,
            EXTREMELY DISSATISFIED With your services. After receiving booking confirmation and payment deduction almost 25 days before, When we reached the hotel, They said the hotel has revoked its services and many times informed Goibibo but the listing is still active. I am frustrated with the non-active work and lethargic nature that u are listed with dead hotels and the customer is getting fooled. My parents, aged 67 reached the hotel and found that the booking is not LIVE.
            WHAT KIND of services are you giving. Shut down your business and sit at home. You guys dont deserve to be in market.
            With this I demand my Full refund of 12101 as well as a compensation of 15, 000 INR as today on the day of check-in I had to book another hotel in DOUBLE the rate for the lesser service hotel that too with only breakfast. I am unhappy and I will take you to the consumer forum if you don't accept this.

            Travel agency Goibibo - not compensating for refusing services . At the time of checkin My 67 year old parents were refused services and at 2 Pm in heat, they had to search another hotel. they got a lesser value hotel with low cost in double the price just because of mistakes of goibibo. In travel industry price goes high minute by minute...I booked presidential suite with breakfast, lunch and dinner with goibibo and what I got at the day of checkin is Refusal and i had to book a simple room with breakfast only.

              I was booked hotel on 9th & 10th hotel cama rajputana hotel at mount abu.we checking on Early morning hotel team provide 2 PM. we are already confirm with goibibo team & also Hotel staff but both are not provided.Hotel staff member not give proper answer & behaviour also not good.

              My suggestion is Do not book cama rajputana hotel & do use booking website like GoIbibo group

              i will go to police & Consumer Complain team, .

                Please note that I had booked a hotel for 10th of June 2019 in Shillong called Jessica Residency via Goibibo. This hotel was listed to be an Airconditioned property on Goibibo. When I reached the hotel they informed that the entire hotel does not have any air conditioning.
                I immediately reported the matter to Goibibo and requested them to arrange for another hotel to which they offered a property 31 kms away. I refused that.
                Then they offered me either rupees 2000 in cash or rupees 3000 in Goibibo cash. I refused both as I required a better solution.
                I requested their supervisor to call me to which they said they will arrange a call back.
                Today is the 14th of June and inspite of my repeated emails and calls no one from their customer service is contacting me and I am forced to register this complaint against them.

                    I had cancelled my ticket booking ( PNR N8NBXR) through Indigo web based .The web assistance says the ticket booking has been cancelled ( with no cancellation charges) and the money ( Rs 17387/-) refunded to GoIbibo as the booking was done through GoIbibo.

                    Regret the money is not yet credited to my account.

                    thanks Consumer Complaints team, I got the refund from Goibibo.
                    I've done so many calls regarding my refund of Flight from DELHI to Ahmedabad. PNR ZCPL2D, NEKP6K, E7T7VC and complain no. 27989034, 28014140, 28025484, 28024594. This has to be done ASAP as it was non of my fault to miss the flight. And please refund our amount or else we've to take big actions regarding this issue.

                      Its wonderful seeing the groups going towaqrds technology and goibibo got GIA for their cost cutting, however its so terrible. For a simple querry i have been wasting my hours and getting into loops n loops.
                      Whenever i tried calling goibibo in their toll-free numbers the automated tone tells me always that they are flooded with call and for hotel booking do it via website.
                      i TRIED WRITING TO THE MANAGEMENT regarding the same, and even for writing to their management they need a service ticket number.
                      How will you get a service ticket number - by talking to the rep which you wont ever be able to get.
                      What a loop goibibo . If you are so high on cost cutting, shut the website start a cheaper business which doesn't involve customer serviec.

                        I booked hotel Ganga at Shimla on 4th Jun around 10:30 pm (Booking ID: HTLUNECGYE) for 3 days from 5th to 8th Jun through Goibibo. I traveled to Shimla from Delhi on 5th Jun in my own car with my family and reached the hotel around 06:30 pm. Hotel staff denied checking in the hotel because they didn't receive the booking confirmation from Goibibo. I called in the Goibibo customer care and asked them to solve it but after 15 min they called me and said that they are unable to resolve my query and will refund the entire booking amount in 14 working days. I was really surprised by their behavior, how could they do this to a customer who already paid the entire amount in advance and they already confirmed the booking by sending a booking voucher to me.

                        This was ridiculous I traveled in the car for more than 10 hrs feeling very tired and sitting in the lobby with my family. After that, I left my family in the lobby to find out the rooms in another hotel and it was very difficult to find the room due to the season time.

                        After discussing with the hotel staff I got to know that these are the usual cases with Goibibo. Every day 1-2 customer faces the same problem.

                        I think some strict action has to be taken against Goibibo, so in the future, another customer couldn't face the same problem.

                          I'm complaining on this forum as I'm not getting any response from the Goibibo team. I booked a hotel through Goibibo which was listed as refundable at the time of booking. However, now when I'm trying to cancel it, the refundable amount is coming down to zero. On the official Goibibo app its still showing as refundable. I complained the same to Goibibo customer care when they informed that they would look into the matter and contact us with their customer delight team, but no response from their end yet. Tried calling Goibibo customer service many times but call is not getting through.

                          We have tried calling customer support numerous times, but we couldn't get through any advisor, also we have used the chat option and I'm really not interested in talking to a robot because it shows only few options. It would be good if you can arrange a call back, I want to speak to the supervisor about it or someone senior, as at the time of payment also it showed me the free cancellation dates, and still on the app its showing as refundable. I'm really not interested in chatting to a robot or chatting like this, so I request a call back on [protected] asap. Also I was promised that I would get a revert from the customer delight team but I haven't heard from them yet This is the kind of response I'm receiving from Goibibo where you can't keep your promises.

                            Hello team,
                            I am following up with your customer support team since last 1.5 months about refund of my amount for cancellation of tickets. My PNR number is UACNEH. I have been paid partially and remaining amount is still pending since last 1 month. Every time I called them I been asked to have patience and I will get call back. But no response and 3 supervisor attended my call till date all assured to get my query resolved ASAP.

                            This is the worst service I have ever received and I will never ever used your portal to take servt and I advise others too to avoid such pathetic service

                              Dear Team,
                              I have booked a flight ticket on Goibibo to travel from Chennai to Doha on ******. My PNR (*****).
                              I changed my flight to 17th august directly with indigo for the same PNR and got the confirmation on the same. Due to change of date and fare difference Indigo airline refunded ***** INR to Goibibo. But when I checked the same PNR on Goibibo it still shows old booking only.
                              Also I got the confirmation from Indigo stating that amount is refunded to Goibibo but so far there wasn't any communication from Goibibo.
                              I have searched a lot for a mail id to write to, couldn't find any answers from Goibibo for my refund.
                              Requesting your support to avail my refund ASAP as this is pending for long time.

                                As an intermediary service provider, the best that we could do is advocate your case with the hotel management. They would have a final say in case of refund.

                                The best we can offer is 3000 non-promotional goCash in your gocash account, which can be used in one go (apart from taxes) on the booking.

                                    Dear Sir,
                                    I had done booking of Royal Room with Breakfast at Hotel Limra Surat from 11th to 13th June 2019 via Goibibo with booking ID HTLABQMKVP and Hotel staff has allotted a different category of Rooms and I had done complaint to Goibibo for the same with ticket no 28085102 but till now I had not Received any solution from Goibibo.

                                      I have booked 2 rooms at OYO Snow Point INN 15022 Dhanaulti for dates 7th June-8th June 2019 (1 Night) as I was travelling with my family and friends and we have prepaid the amount in advance.

                                      There was a lot of drama which happened at the hotel as we requested for a little early check in as we were travelling for the night and wanted to get fresh, which was denied saying that they don’t have rooms available and check-outs are yet to happen, we accepted that and asked if we can get one room at least as soon as check-out happens as we can get fresh, which was also refused (though checkouts were happening). We were waiting in the common area which was very unhygienic as a lot of filth was lying around, also the common area toilets were not in the condition that one can use it, we requested for getting the same cleaned so that we could use it, which was also turned down. The two people present at the hotel apparently managing the show were very rude and non-professional which resulted in a
                                      little altercation related to condition of the hotel and facilities available.

                                      Despite of this fact and condition we started waiting, though a little baffled by the behavior and the condition of the hotel. At this point I decided to raise the complaint about the condition of the hotel, as I was raising the complaint, the guy standing the hotel reception came to saying that they don’t have the booking for us, they have not received any intimation and they can’t give us the rooms. We enquired about the process on how you receive the booking as there was no computer and he said that owner gets the booking, we demanded to speak to the owner/manager which was denied saying he is sleeping.

                                      At this point in time the other person told us that the booking is there however they can’t allot us the room as there is no electricity for last 32 hours and they cant sustain operations like this. Also, we would also be troubled in case there is no electricity and would keep complaining. This statement was confirmed with the guest who were checking out at that point in time.

                                      Looking at the condition we decided to take other hotel as were waiting at the hotel for more than 3 hours and our patience was running out. I was constantly in touch with the Go-Ibibo team to get some resolution. This was the condition and the situation at the hotel which we have to face.

                                        Hello,

                                        I have been trying to reach Goibibo for almost a week, to no avail. Once that I did reach, they put me on hold for so long that I had to hang up. Highly disappointed with your customer service.

                                        I had booked a hotel ‘18340 Oyo Grand Pune’ for 4th June. Due to some work, I reached late at around 10pm. The staff denied me any room, saying that a previous customer took the keys of the room that was allotted to me by mistake, and that my room was blocked. They refused to arrange for any alternative either. I had to book another room (which was also an Oyo) so late at night.

                                        1. Want a refund for Oyo Grand Pune
                                        2. Want a refund for the alternative hotel (Oyo 22997 Beverly Hills Pune)
                                        3. Kindly remove this hotel from your list.

                                        Very, very disappointed. Please do the needful.
