I had cancelled my ticket booking ( PNR N8NBXR) through Indigo web based .The web assistance says the ticket booking has been cancelled ( with no cancellation charges) and the money ( Rs 17387/-) refunded to GoIbibo as the booking was done through GoIbibo.

Regret the money is not yet credited to my account.

thanks Consumer Complaints team, I got the refund from Goibibo.
I've done so many calls regarding my refund of Flight from DELHI to Ahmedabad. PNR ZCPL2D, NEKP6K, E7T7VC and complain no. 27989034, 28014140, 28025484, 28024594. This has to be done ASAP as it was non of my fault to miss the flight. And please refund our amount or else we've to take big actions regarding this issue.

    Its wonderful seeing the groups going towaqrds technology and goibibo got GIA for their cost cutting, however its so terrible. For a simple querry i have been wasting my hours and getting into loops n loops.
    Whenever i tried calling goibibo in their toll-free numbers the automated tone tells me always that they are flooded with call and for hotel booking do it via website.
    i TRIED WRITING TO THE MANAGEMENT regarding the same, and even for writing to their management they need a service ticket number.
    How will you get a service ticket number - by talking to the rep which you wont ever be able to get.
    What a loop goibibo . If you are so high on cost cutting, shut the website start a cheaper business which doesn't involve customer serviec.

      I booked hotel Ganga at Shimla on 4th Jun around 10:30 pm (Booking ID: HTLUNECGYE) for 3 days from 5th to 8th Jun through Goibibo. I traveled to Shimla from Delhi on 5th Jun in my own car with my family and reached the hotel around 06:30 pm. Hotel staff denied checking in the hotel because they didn't receive the booking confirmation from Goibibo. I called in the Goibibo customer care and asked them to solve it but after 15 min they called me and said that they are unable to resolve my query and will refund the entire booking amount in 14 working days. I was really surprised by their behavior, how could they do this to a customer who already paid the entire amount in advance and they already confirmed the booking by sending a booking voucher to me.

      This was ridiculous I traveled in the car for more than 10 hrs feeling very tired and sitting in the lobby with my family. After that, I left my family in the lobby to find out the rooms in another hotel and it was very difficult to find the room due to the season time.

      After discussing with the hotel staff I got to know that these are the usual cases with Goibibo. Every day 1-2 customer faces the same problem.

      I think some strict action has to be taken against Goibibo, so in the future, another customer couldn't face the same problem.

        Hi,
        I'm complaining on this forum as I'm not getting any response from the Goibibo team. I booked a hotel through Goibibo which was listed as refundable at the time of booking. However, now when I'm trying to cancel it, the refundable amount is coming down to zero. On the official Goibibo app its still showing as refundable. I complained the same to Goibibo customer care when they informed that they would look into the matter and contact us with their customer delight team, but no response from their end yet. Tried calling Goibibo customer service many times but call is not getting through.
        Humble request to look into the matter and help me out.

        We have tried calling customer support numerous times, but we couldn't get through any advisor, also we have used the chat option and I'm really not interested in talking to a robot because it shows only few options. It would be good if you can arrange a call back, I want to speak to the supervisor about it or someone senior, as at the time of payment also it showed me the free cancellation dates, and still on the app its showing as refundable. I'm really not interested in chatting to a robot or chatting like this, so I request a call back on [protected] asap. Also I was promised that I would get a revert from the customer delight team but I haven't heard from them yet This is the kind of response I'm receiving from Goibibo where you can't keep your promises.

          Hello team,
          I am following up with your customer support team since last 1.5 months about refund of my amount for cancellation of tickets. My PNR number is UACNEH. I have been paid partially and remaining amount is still pending since last 1 month. Every time I called them I been asked to have patience and I will get call back. But no response and 3 supervisor attended my call till date all assured to get my query resolved ASAP.

          This is the worst service I have ever received and I will never ever used your portal to take servt and I advise others too to avoid such pathetic service

            Dear Team,
            I have booked a flight ticket on Goibibo to travel from Chennai to Doha on ******. My PNR (*****).
            I changed my flight to 17th august directly with indigo for the same PNR and got the confirmation on the same. Due to change of date and fare difference Indigo airline refunded ***** INR to Goibibo. But when I checked the same PNR on Goibibo it still shows old booking only.
            Also I got the confirmation from Indigo stating that amount is refunded to Goibibo but so far there wasn't any communication from Goibibo.
            I have searched a lot for a mail id to write to, couldn't find any answers from Goibibo for my refund.
            Requesting your support to avail my refund ASAP as this is pending for long time.

              We booked four room in Galaxy inn hotel manali by goibibo online booking systems from 05.06.19 to 07.06.2019 for two days and online advance pay Rs. 15896/- through atm card. but when we reach on hotel there are one room is found in very bad condition. so that we are not stayed in 1 room. not responace given by goibibo nor hotel manager. Hotel manager make a worst behave with my family group. so that we taken one room far 500mts in other hotel # DEVLOK#. after calling goibibo not take resopence anf not refund of one room RS. 3996/- . we have 35 calls by two mo. no [protected] and [protected] . many time hold long period . but not responance.
              please give my refund by goibibo and take needful action against goibibo and hotel.

              In reference to your concern, please be informed that our concerned team spoke with the hotelier multiple times and was denied on refund, basis they offered room cleaning to the guest but guest did not agree to the same.

              As an intermediary service provider, the best that we could do is advocate your case with the hotel management. They would have a final say in case of refund.

              The best we can offer is 3000 non-promotional goCash in your gocash account, which can be used in one go (apart from taxes) on the booking.

At the time of booking flight ticket there was balance of Rs 3247 gocash+ in my GOIBIBO account. This amount also deducted from my gocash+ balance against flight booking.

                    I have booked 2 rooms at OYO Snow Point INN 15022 Dhanaulti for dates 7th June-8th June 2019 (1 Night) as I was travelling with my family and friends and we have prepaid the amount in advance.

                    There was a lot of drama which happened at the hotel as we requested for a little early check in as we were travelling for the night and wanted to get fresh, which was denied saying that they don’t have rooms available and check-outs are yet to happen, we accepted that and asked if we can get one room at least as soon as check-out happens as we can get fresh, which was also refused (though checkouts were happening). We were waiting in the common area which was very unhygienic as a lot of filth was lying around, also the common area toilets were not in the condition that one can use it, we requested for getting the same cleaned so that we could use it, which was also turned down. The two people present at the hotel apparently managing the show were very rude and non-professional which resulted in a
                    little altercation related to condition of the hotel and facilities available.

                    Despite of this fact and condition we started waiting, though a little baffled by the behavior and the condition of the hotel. At this point I decided to raise the complaint about the condition of the hotel, as I was raising the complaint, the guy standing the hotel reception came to saying that they don’t have the booking for us, they have not received any intimation and they can’t give us the rooms. We enquired about the process on how you receive the booking as there was no computer and he said that owner gets the booking, we demanded to speak to the owner/manager which was denied saying he is sleeping.

                    At this point in time the other person told us that the booking is there however they can’t allot us the room as there is no electricity for last 32 hours and they cant sustain operations like this. Also, we would also be troubled in case there is no electricity and would keep complaining. This statement was confirmed with the guest who were checking out at that point in time.

                    Looking at the condition we decided to take other hotel as were waiting at the hotel for more than 3 hours and our patience was running out. I was constantly in touch with the Go-Ibibo team to get some resolution. This was the condition and the situation at the hotel which we have to face.

                      I have been trying to reach Goibibo for almost a week, to no avail. Once that I did reach, they put me on hold for so long that I had to hang up. Highly disappointed with your customer service.

                      I had booked a hotel ‘18340 Oyo Grand Pune’ for 4th June. Due to some work, I reached late at around 10pm. The staff denied me any room, saying that a previous customer took the keys of the room that was allotted to me by mistake, and that my room was blocked. They refused to arrange for any alternative either. I had to book another room (which was also an Oyo) so late at night.

                      1. Want a refund for Oyo Grand Pune
                      2. Want a refund for the alternative hotel (Oyo 22997 Beverly Hills Pune)
                      3. Kindly remove this hotel from your list.

                        There are so many websites for ticket booking, i left all websites and booked through GOIBIBO just for this discount of Rs. 1000/- for each ticket as each ticket cost more than Rs. 8000/-

                        I want the clarification on priority and my discount amount as well.

                          We book flight tickets with value of 340000 around from India to South korea.

                          We add all GST input details and they did not provide any GST invoice and no reply yet.

                          This is worst experience form Gobibo which worst costumer support. Even they supervisors also said they will initiate special request. But even though no reply.
                          Almost one month over which we raised complaint.

                          We request to take care this issue with high priority. Otherwise would like to raise legal process of not providing GST bill for payment.

                            I had booked a Volvo bus from kullu to delhi dated 1 July 2019 (8.00 pm)

                            What's Wrong ??

                            1)The bus come late around 9.15pm.No prior information was given to us regarding this.

                            2)The bus is no way near Volvo .It doesnot have any blanket, charging sockets were not working and also somewhere not present.
                            Very conjusted while sitting.Poor Ac's.

                            3)Right from the start the bus speed and movement seems to be suspicious.The way driver was taking turn in a hilly area seems like we may soon be in the headlines of the next day newspaper titled 'Bus fallen from hill in Kullu'.Its very clear that the bus is not in good condition to drive.We constantly tried to reach FOX TRAVELLER but no one is taking our phone to help us.

                            4)After this drama, we finally called GoIbibo Customer Care Center and informed them about all these.From GoIbibo we got an excellent reply "PLEASE GIVE US 24 hour".I think they must be thinking of replying to our ghosts because the bus ride is getting more and more scary.

                            5)Around 4 am in the morning the bus stopped at a location.We asked driver what happened .He told us that some part of the bus has fallen somewhere.We asked him which part .He didn't gave us info.We have seen in the panel that it was clearly written that "BRAKE FAILURE ISSUE"..After that we refused to travel further from that bus and all the passengers get down.After that we asked for alternate but the driver is not listening to use and he is adamant to drive that bus..No alternate was arranged for us . They keep insisting us to take the bus although accepted that he is having problem in driving the bus

                            PLS NOTE THAT WE HAVE COMPLETED ONLY 33% of our journey in that bus which is displaying "BRAKE FAILURE".

                            What's next ???

                            We have arranged our own transport to reach to our home in Delhi safely.We got late by 5hours due to all these drama.After that we are constantly reaching Fox Traveller and Goibibo for our satisfactory refund but they are only passing the complaints from one department to another.
                            One Executive said that take 50%, another said that take 60% and this keeps on repeating.

                            What we want
                            We want complete refund of our tickets.There is no point of settlement in between and why we should settle with GOibibo.
                            a)67% of the journey was completed by us on our own Expense + b) Our bus type got changed + c)All those frustations that we faced in risking our lives

                              We had booked return flight tickets for Mumbai- Singapore from Goibibo on 13th April 2019 for travel date on 2nd June 2019.After full payment we got booking confirmation email from Goibibo and We also called Singapore airlines to check bookings and the airlines too confirmed return flight bookings.So we went ahead to do our hotel bookings & visa etc
                              However when we just happen to call Singapore airlines 3 days before our flight, jus to know status update as a routine...we were shocked for life to know from Singapore airlines that our return flight bookings were cancelled by Goibibo on 13th April 2019 (same day of our bookings) Goibibo had cancelled our bookings without even informing
                              us about it and after taking full payment and we happen to come to know by chance 3 days prior to our travel date coz we thought of checking the flight status with the airlines... After several attempts to contact the customer service of Goibibo we were told that yes the Bookings our cancelled by the airlines and we can't do anything about it ...when we raised our voice and told them that we are not first time traveler's and that we have already spoken with Singapore airlines about it...they still were on denial tone of their mistake/rather I should use the word fraud...after lots of argument and threatening to lodge a case in consumer court they agreed that it was technical error but my question is how come they didn't knew that the bookings were cancelled ..this is how it works...who is responsible for this error...3 days to our travel date with all further bookings done, this is how Goibibo get hold of their customers ...left with no choice but to travel in whatever flight available (we had done bookings much ahead of time to get better deals and good airlines as we were traveling with a child)and now they were offering us a one stop low budget flight with restricted meal option, no entertainment on board to keep lil one engaged, for the price we paid long before for Singapore airlines.We seek monetary refund from Goibibo for mental stress and physical discomfort suffered by us and our family due to careless handling of duty executed by Goibibo.

                              I am repeating this information don't know for how many times now...it was also mentioned in the complaint above and we have officially lodged complaint with your customer care centre too on 30th of May 2019...since than we are just told that higher authority will call regarding compensation settlement but as of now noone has called back...and your team here on this consumer forum are unable to find basic information from your booking data, you do not have an official email address where one can lodge a feedback or complaint, your app claims discount only to attract customers, even at this forum I suppose noone is appointed to solve the issues on priority, even here you take consumers on a ride.I demand a strong & immediate action against Goibibo from this forum and a heavy monetary reimbursement as they are unnecessary taking such a long time to clear our complaint and physical & mental stress we are going through because of their irresponsible act towards customer issues

                                Hello Sir/Madam,

                                Date of incident: 23/04/2019.

                                I had booked a KLM /Jet airways flight from Munich to Bangalore and return on 24th May 2019 and 9th June 2019 respectively.
                                I was asked by Jet airways to cancel the flight onward and backward journey as Jet airways is cancelling all the flights and I will get my refund back.

                                Msg received from JetAir:

                                "Dear Guest, we regret to inform that your flight 9W236 09Jun19 from BLR to AMS is cancelled due to operational reasons. We regret the inconvenience. For tickets booked on our website, mobile app or via our Contact Centre, please click bit.ly/9Wsupport to request for a refund. For tickets booked through travel agents, kindly connect with your travel agent for refunds."

                                Hence I cancelled and asked Goibibo to refund my money.

                                Since past 2 months, Goibibo is telling me that the refund from Jet airways is pending and I need to wait for more time (they are not clear on the timeline).

                                However I called up Jet airways on their customer support and Jet airways has told me that the ticket booking documentation is under KLM and they cannot reimburse any money.

                                While Goibibo tells me that Jet airways must refund the money and not KLM.
                                Since I have paid my money to Goibibo, I expect Goibibo to refund back my money.

                                    I Have Booked 4* Hotel On 31st March For 15 June to 18 June But Suddenly i saw that they cancelled my booking, after several call to goibibo then they saying that "WE DETECTED FRAUD" But when i asking REASON Or PROOF then No Reply.

                                    Now i have to book same hotel by paying extra Rs 9,[protected]

                                    They Simply saying "Re-Book the hotel again we have refunded the amount" But Due to this i need to pay 9K-10K Extra For Same Hotel While they have't give any VALID REASON.

                                    Thats Why i need to face lots of problem.

                                    No Call or Email Receive From Goibibo
                                    No LEGIT Reason Provided For Cancellation

                                      I Akshat Jagga has been booking my flights through Goibibo only . Earlier, I booked from Toronto to New Delhi through Jet Airways 9w233 PNR no. SUDKDK on 20th April 2019. The carrier cancelled its flight and I am still awaiting refund of the payment. I thought next booking through Goibibo will be made only once I receive my money back. However, I reconciled myself thinking that process might be taking longer time, I went ahead booking another ticket from New Delhi to Toronto for 6th September 2019 . My ticket got booked through 2 booking IDs i.e. booking id : MYSMF[protected] and PNR - W5ZN5Q and booking ID AMDW6MZOH on Air Canada.
                                      I was aware of multi carrier booking and transit visa requirements which Goibibo suggested but this came as a surprise that flight from Detroit to Toronto has zero baggage policy. This time again, I felt cheated. How come Goibibo suggest and international travel with one carrier having zero baggage policy during transit flight. Where will baggage go ??
                                      Further, on knowing this, I had no other option but to cancel the same. But again, KLM flight is showing refundable ticket but Air Canada with zero baggage policy on transit is showing non refundable.
                                      This is upsetting and seems Goibibo to be following malpractices to lure customers .
                                      I have been so far loyal customer of Goibibo and was always suggesting others also to consider best rates and services but these two experiences have shaken me and forced me to think otherwise.
                                      Here, I look for early remedy of my two issues as follows :
                                      1) Refund of my earlier flight from Toronto to New Delhi via Jet Airways which got cancelled before departure
                                      2) Resolution of my recent complaint of wrong booking with zero baggage for transit route.

                                        I have booked hotel on 4th June for reserving holiday on 10th June..my rs was deducted on 4th June and got hotel booking id.. after few days I found that there is some bug in app and hotel didn't have confirmation.. goibibo don't have ide a about that..I called them more than 10times but got answer in such way that your ticket was escalate..
                                        I faced lots of inconvenience due to that with my 2yr daughter.
                                        Still I didn't get refund.
