Updated by Remron We have tried calling customer support numerous times, but we couldn't get through any advisor, also we have used the chat option and I'm really not interested in talking to a robot because it shows only few options. It would be good if you can arrange a call back, I want to speak to the supervisor about it or someone senior, as at the time of payment also it showed me the free cancellation dates, and still on the app its showing as refundable. I'm really not interested in chatting to a robot or chatting like this, so I request a call back on [protected] asap. Also I was promised that I would get a revert from the customer delight team but I haven't heard from them yet This is the kind of response I'm receiving from Goibibo where you can't keep your promises.

I'm really getting a very bad customer service from Goibibo. Even after informing so many times to contact us, no one has reverted yet. This is really not the kind of response expected from Goibibo. Very disappointed with the after sales services. Be assured you have lost a customer. Also same feedback would be provided to others. Thanks

But still I have not got any response. Booking id is HTLMW2X6JQ. I want someone to contact my mobile asap as I don't want any chat conversation to any robots, and I want your customer delight team to contact asap as your floor manager promised.
