I had book ticket udaipur to BHUBANESWAR (connecting flight via hyderabad ) PNR no SJ85WT for 6th May 2019 and i cancelled my ticket 24 hours before departure cause fani cyclone hit BHUBANESWAR through airline indigo and also informed to goibibo customer care.till date I am not getting refund amount came in my account as per cancellation policy. It already take two months, please look into this matter. Resolve this issue on priority basis. Goibibo making fool to costomer...

    I priya had booked train tickets using goibibo app whose status was waiting and it didn't confirm after even when the chart was prepared. So ideally it automatically got cancelled and refund is initiated through irctc but via goibibo and i didn't receive any refund from goibibo's end and it is almost about a month.


    I request you to initiate my refund process as soon as possible

      Sir, my confirmed booking id for sterling kufri is htl6vm5rcp through goibibo. Through confirmation by resort i was told there is no booking by the name of gagandeep seith.
      I have contacted call centre through phone and mail and there is no proper response. I mailed them and got request id number 28035048. The amount of rs 14951 is fraudently taken by goibibo and they are not attending my phone and not replying my mails.

        I had book ticket delhi to haridwar (GOBUSAND5b6c9ebadf) on 14th November in noon and i cancelled my ticket in evening cause of some reasons. No any refund came in my account as per cancellation policy i need to cancel ticket before 8.30 am. If i had book ticket in noon then how can i cancel tickets before 8.30 am on same date no any cancellation policy about that please look into this matter. Goibibo and metro traveller both are making fool to costomer.

          The amount of 7740/- which was refunded by Goibibo has yet not reflected in my bank account.

            But this time you provided me the worst service ever given to a traveller, Also I'm attaching the screen shot of our calling.

            My check in was at hotel silver palace, ahmedabad on 16-june and check out on 17th june..

            We were denied to checked in hotel as we were localite,
            They told that they don't provide room to 2 adults,
            Which was not mentioned anywhere at the hotel policies.

            From 16 date 12:00 to 3:00,
            I was in continues touch with your customers care executive.
            They all give me different commitments,
            But they all fooled me.

            You company has cheated us and fooled us as if I'm begging from you.

            I called at your customers care no
            19-20 times but all your executive just fooled me, told that you will receive a call back from our concern team,
            But i don't know how is your concern team working.

            Calling you 20 times though your company neither bortherd about my booking and my inservices.

            First just check is your concern team Working properly, and if yes then why the hell the are not giving me proper and satisfying answer.

            Ever time when i call you your executive keeps me on hold for hours and hours.

            But no response from your end.

            And 17 many more.

            Mr rinku commited me to give me 1500 in my wallet as a go cash but failed,
            Other executive told me For a alternative property but failed,

            Some told me to give me rooms on same property but failed,
            Some told me to provide me property at other locations in ahmedabad but failed.
            I have wasted my 10 hours in calling your team and your company,
            Everyone told that you will get a callback in 10 min 15 mins from our concern team but no one took an Inicitave to look for a customer.

            Sir may i know the reason behind this type of services..?

            I'm a regular customer in your application but this time your company ### up all the goodwill of yours,
            I fear to book anything from your app.

            What is your concern team doing...?
            What is your management team doing...?
            What is your hotel department doing...?

            How the hell you all are working.
            This gave me very negativity about the service of goibibo.

                I had booked 03 nos room of hotel for13 th june 2019 thru Goibibo online. And i had paid 11988 Rs online to Goibibo. But at time of check in, Hotel booking was not found. That why my whole trip got spoiled due to Goibibo. This is just simple case of cheating with me done by Goibibo. So now i am just saying goibibo to organize my trip for 08 persons and pay full for this trip. Otherwise i have to take legal action against go ibibo. I am following goibibo since last 05 days but their resonse is nothing. I hope goibibo will resolve this isuue as soon as possible.

                  I booked a Jet Airways flight from Goibibo for March 13 from Varanasi to Indore connected flight. Due to non-operation of Jet Airways flight my flight got cancelled but I haven't received any refund till date after having too many follow-ups with Goibibo customer care. They are only saying that I will get my refund soon but they are not telling me the stipulated time frame for the refund. It's been more than 100 days still no refund received from them. I don't know what to do please help me to get my money refunded. I paid 5, 414 using my credit card which I have already paid to the bank. My PNR number is - PKYGDL.

                    Hi, i had booked a round trip from Guwahati to Hyderabad on 25 th and 28 th .I paid using google pay and i was given a payment ref id GOFLDAND52b81560... I recieved a mail saying my booking was under progress, and the payment has been made.Accordingly the money was deducted from my acct amounting to Rs 13169.But i have not recieved any e tickets till now.In the app there is no mention of my upcoming booking, instead they show that the payment has not been made, so booking could not be done.But i have a screenshot of the app previously saying payment recieved.I need the tickets or my money back...plz help

                      I had made a flight booking from your services two days back. I had used two cards for the transaction. The first card didn't show booking and hence I used another card for the same. The booking got confirmed on the second card yet the amount is debited by both the cards. In the FAQS it states that the refund shall be generated in 2 days and yet it has not been received. I have been trying to reach your executives unsuccessfully. The Gia ia not compatible enough and only states to connect to the agent but hasn't done that yet.

And were asking my bank details and everything but they were actually trying to purchase with my bank details. They got my mobile number from consumer complaint forum.                           Please note that I booked a 3 rooms in Hotel Uday Residency from goibibo website check in - 29/05/19 check out- 31/05/19. The primary reason to book this hotel was Swimming pool facility, however, when we reached their this was not operational and they said it will take 1 day for it to be ready for use . I called the goibibo customer care straight away and discussed my concern, I also gave them the option that they can shift us to some other nearby hotel having swimming pool. They could not find something so Mr. Farhan khan from goibibo decided to pay me one night refund of Rs 5200/- for my 3 rooms and he also sent me a mail in which he asked for my bank details . I sent him those details and he told me that it will take 5-14 days for the refund to reflect in my account. Today it’s been more than 18 days and I have not received anything. I again called goibibo after the completion of 15 days and they kept on giving me new complaint numbers and kept on saying that we have received your bank details and money will come in 24 hours. This time I am giving goibibo a chance to resolve the issue and lodging a complaint on your platform only but if it is not resolved then I will complain to consumer court.                             I am regular consumer of GOIBIBO. Recently I book a flight from Jodhpur to Bombay . This flight Ticket cost was Rs 3596. Booking ID was GOFLDANDf929d[protected]. While making payment of Rs 3569 online through SBI Bank netbanking. I pay Rs 3596 which was transferred to GOIBIBO vide transction ID [protected]IGAGILLQR1. At the time of booking flight ticket there was balance of Rs 3247 gocash+ in my GOIBIBO account. This amount also deducted from my gocash+ balance against flight booking. I lodge the complain earlier but following reply received:

                            " In reference to your concern, we tried to pull up your booking details with the information you shared, however, we could not find the booking id/transaction details you are referring to"

                            I am enclosing pic of my bank statement, ticket detail & gocash+ deduction pic.

                              Dear sir,
                              I had booked for 3 Rooms (1 BHK unit) for 3 Families with 1 Extra bed each for 2 Nights (05-07 Jun 2019) at Holiday In Homestay at Shimla through Goibibo App.
                              Firstly 2 days prior, I called to the Hotelier No. given in Booking Voucher & confirmed my booking. On check-in day also in the afternoon, I called & spoke to concerning person regarding booking.
                              But when we reached there, the caretaker Mr. Ramprakash denied the booking saying they don't have any information from GOIBIBO about our booking. When we called back to Hotelier no. at delhi office, then they managed to accommodate (dumped) us in one 3BHK unit that too without any extra bed. It was midnight & lift was not working still Nobody helped us to carry our baggage from vehicle to room on 4th floor.
                              Next day morning (6th June) I called to Goibibo helpline & informed about our condition & then they changed our room but again this time one 2bhk unit & one 1bhk unit, whereas our booking was 3 Different 1bhk unit with 1 extra bed each for 3 families. While talking to Goibibo helpline they committed to Refund the amount for 1 night & apologised for the inconvenience.
                              But since then after making 8/9 calls to Goibibo helpline, nobody is replying properly. I had to narrate my whole story each time to new executive & he replies by saying your query is raised & will give call in next half hour, 2 hous or 24 hours. I have recording of all the calls on Goibibo helpline with each executive.
                              I hope this complaint will be heard & solved positively. Thanks & regards

Then i tried to contact the officials of goibibo, but unfortunately i couldn't. Please do the needful to deactivate this account as soon as possible.                                       My pnr no is [protected], travel date was on 09th of may, when i booked my booking status was on wait list, uptill my travel schedule my booking was not confirm. I have been penalized by Ticket checker (TC), 1k INR per ticket as per irctc rule if booking is rejected due to any reason than passenger gets full refund, however it is more than 1 month but still i didn't got any refund.
                                      I am surprised that their is no follow up email or sms or call from goibibo which leads to spam.
                                      I wrote 4-5 emails to you guys but still i didn't got any reply from you again poor service and seems as an spam.

                                        I have booked a hotel at kolkata through goibibo.
                                        I wanted to know the contact number of that hotel as I want to know the exact location and some more details as I have two days meeting at kolkata. I had called the customer care number but the executive was not at all interested in providing me ant details.the executive had put my call on hold for 20 to 25 minutes and after that he told me that I ll get a call in half an hour and ll get the contact number of hotel.its almost one hour and I didnt get any call. I think I did a mistake by booking through goibibo...with this type of poor service I ll advice everybody through every source not to make any booking through goibibo..i ll go tomorrow and I do not have any details of hotel...I have so much other work but so much time is wasted just because I booked the hotel through goibibo...if you cannot provide service to customer than why does you provide option to book through go Bilbo...just because booking is done through this site the customer have to suffer so much...
