Bus provider dined pick up from boarding location at mahabaleswar and asked me to come down till wai by my own. Hi on the 5th June 2022 around 8.30 Am I placed a booking request for a flight from Mumnai to Varanasi. Unfortunately post netbanking payment deduction from my account the GoIbibo website just showed an error "504 payment gateway failure" instead of successful booking confirmation.

Their customer care is bad they dont have solution for the failure and will try to avoid you. I would suggest everyone to avoid GoIbibo. Please...

I booked a flight from Goibibo website and later they told me that I am neither unable to upgrade the flight to business class nor add additional baggage to flight.
