I have booked my ticket of new delhi from kharar my payment got deducted but booking was failed the last date of refund was 15th of june it's already 17th and i have not received my refund yet i want my refund the booking id is "TRNMGAFUPECP2O"

    I booked a hotel in Ranikhet through goibibo, but due to some reasons i had to cancel the booking on 1 June 2022 and applied for a refund. The total refundable amount was 23, 606. they refunded 3, 801 in UPI but the rest 19, 805 they refunded in goibibo wallet. i applied to transfer the wallet money to my bank. But since then they have not refunded the money. I tried to contact goibibo customer care many times, but i could connect with them only once and then they asked me to again provide my bank details which i did. But, they stated that the bank details are wrong( i provided them with the bank details 2 times, and both times their app was showing incorrect bank details). After that, there was no update on my refund. i tried to call them but their call never connects. It is a big amount, but the lack of support from the company created hopelessness. i have escalated this issue more than 5 times but nothing is happening.

      Refund of failed date change by Goibibo

      I had paid 4099 for date change but after promising call bak call Operator Priyanka Rawat in 2 hrs Iv not heard from them 32 hrs even..I in meantime understood the date change process on app and after waiting for 6 hrs did so @ 3699 and date was changed instantly
      I need the refund of my 4099 immdtly...

      I have made the 2 bookings, and you can check into the screenshot how many time I had to call when hotelier denied my check -in request and asking for extra amount, I have reached at 2:30pm from 2:30pm to 6:15pm I was outside of the hotel where 44 temperature I had to wait for more then 4 hours everytime your executive tell me wait wait for 10 minutes, 5minutes 20 minutes, 45minutes you made me & my family stand outside into the property or making me fool
      I told so many time to your executive that there is now battery left into my phone please transfer my booking or do something so that I can check in but everyone was making me fool,

      You are sending me the msgs I have attached into the screenshot,

      Also I have received one msg that my query has been closed without my concern you are doing this cheep thing.

      I had to pay 1600 per hotel apart from your booking which I made 2 bookings with the same email id with different mobile no
      Financial loss, emotional harrsment, time waste, mentally torture I had to face all of these

        Flight booking GOFLIMT7AD6A[protected].
        Cancelled due to covid reason but still waiting for full and final refund for person who had covid...it's been 6 month and GOIBGO have already deducted too much amount. They made in huge loss. i have tried all platforms to reach GOIBGO, but as always worst service ever means ever. Now onwards won't book any flights and won't allow other to book from GOIBGO. now lodging complaint in consumer forum to get refund as per law at earliest.

          I had booked my hotel On 13 June but due to medical emergency I cancelled on same date and requested for refund and all they do is delaying it. I also uploaded all the documents for it.

              This bus operator later told me that pick up point was not available. They said they will cancel the ticket and give full refund. They have cancelled the ticket and initiated refund from SRS travels side. But I have not got the amount in my bank account.

                I had booked an couple friendly hotel room but when I visited there they didn't allow to board the room and said the hotel don't allow un married couples and said to contact with customer care.

                I sent many emails and complaint on customer care number but they are not agreed to refund the amount

                  Hi Sir / Madam,
                  I tried to book Airticket through Goibibo portal dated 08 Jun 22 for DEL to RDP .

                  The Booking money deducted but no ticket issued as Booking declared unsuccessful .
                  The Rs 20, 236/- had been deducted from SBI A/C - [protected]

                  Although Goibibo assured to refund the money back with 2-3 days but still the amount is not reflecting on the Bank account .

                  Kindly support and make this refund possible .

                    I would like to say that I had booked bus from the booking app Goibibo, the booked ticket was from Agra to Basti dated 13/06/2022 and the bus operator was Krishna City Connect, firstly they hadn't send me the bus no. Of the bus and booked my seat on a bus that hadn't reached its boarding point, secondly the bus operator whose mobile no. they had provided, that guy hasn't called me a single time to tell me about the bus and didn't provide any other information about the bus, whenever I had called him he misinformed me or hadn't received the call, he told me to wait on any other place instead of the boarding point where also I waited for one hour, but the Krishna City Connect bus didn't show up.
                    I just want my money refunded and a complaint to be logged against the bus operator.

                      I have booked Townhouse 937 The Grand Hospitality, Tiruppur through Goibibo. When I reached the hotel the executive said rooms are full. Goibibo has taken additional bookings than the room availablity. Since then I am trying to reach their customer care, executives are placing call on hold to check with the hotel and never returned to call. Written mail to [protected]@oyorooms.com customer care as given in the booking confirmation document, mail is bouncing. I don't know how to get my amount back.

                      Please beware of such frauds, it's always good to book hotels directly than the cheaters like Goibibo

                        I would like to update you that Yesterday I was travelling back to Delhi from Dehradun and I booked Cab from Goibibo Portal (Booking IDCARPDGANGZ3S9DC) Rs 3847/- I paid by Debit Card.

                        I Paid 100% Payment Advance and when we reached Dehradun Station Cab Driver cancelled my booking without my permission. I clearly update him that I stuck in a traffic please wait for me i will reach at xyz time he said Okay I will wait please come.

                        When I reached Dehradun driver said Sir I cancelled the booking you can take your refund from company and I am very much ready to drop you Delhi but I will take 4000/- in cash.

                        Now i am continuously in touch with Goibibo team for my refund they're denying me. I would like to request you to please look into the matter and refund my payment on priority basis.
                        I am going to attach their GST Invoice as well, I am not able to understand when I didn't travel how can they release payment to cab driver.

                        Kindly check and do the needful.

                          I booked a ticket AMDO2BPXE ( for 2 persons ) from Goibibo in Feb 2020 by British Airways Sin-Lon-Sin, but due to covid & travel ban, could not travel on my travelling dates, which was April 2020. I received a confirmation from Goibibo, that my ticket is extended for 2 years. Recently when I sent email ( As there was no contact number any more), I got a reply your ticket status is closed. For any refund or trip cancellation, pl visit my trip page. When I logged in on that page, it says no such booking? I had no option but to write a consumer complaint. Pl help me to sort this issue, as I would like to travel in sep 2022.

                            I made a booking with goibibo and the hotel information was misleading and the hotel room was utterly unhygeinic and full of fungus
                            I paid for a luxury room and got a third class pathetic room and the staff was also rude
                            When i called the goibibo customer care they disconnected my call multiple times in the middle of the conversation then an executive said we will give you a resolution in an hour and mever called back and then whenever i called again i had to explain the entire situation again to bo avail
                            Then the customer support said we cannot help you because the hotel denies the refund
                            So i was forced to stay in a pathetic dingy place inspire of paying 7000 rupees per day for a room
                            I feel utterly harrassed and humiliated
                            And its really shameful for an organisation like goibibo to give such worse timw to its customers

                              I made a reservation at centrepoint hotel in jalandhar on 9/06/2022 but later on i got a better deal at other hotel through goibibo because my reservation was under free cancelation i applied for it and took the gocash option but due to some technical issue it got abrupted system suggested 60 seconds but its been 2 days no sign of refund trying to figure out when will i get the refund because my date of departure from jalandhar is in less then 7 days and have to book other hotel below is my reference detail

                                I faced checkin issue at oyo 435 hotel amshi international and they told me that they have removed their hotel from goibibo so they can't allow to checkin therefore I contacted oyo and they have told me that they return the money to goibibo.
                                I am trying to reach goibibo team nearly 1 month but I couldn't reach them. Kindly return back my money.

                                  On 10th June 2022, I tried booking a flight through Goibibo website from Nagpur to Mumbai. Amount got deducted through UPI but the site did not respond to it and booking was not done.
