Dear sir, myself sourabh kumar vishwakarma, go for railway exam in prayag raj and booked a two ticket in rajshila travels through goibibo on travel date 30/05/2019 from delhi to prayagraj. But the bus are not drop in my destination, bus are under rto raid in kanpur due to extra load and its drop in kanpur at 10 am. So i want to give me my total fare because of service not complete.

    But at transaction page it failef and ticket got cancelled
    Also 6014 amount got deducted from account
    And a message with words "6014 has been sent to ibibo group private li gurgaon"
    So ticket not booked money is deducted...
    Please kindly refund it as soon as possible
    Refund it otherwise action has to be taken from my side...

      As i have book flights from surat to haydrabad with return ticket.
      My return ticket have written july month instead of june month so we try to reschedule ticket but goibibo take charges for that and they have not mention any details regarding rescheduling process on there website. So i want my rescheduling free of cost and also i was call in customer care twice and they do not reply of our quotation perfectly please proceed as soon as possible.

        I booked a train from DLI to Jind Junction through goibibo app for 26th of PNR:[protected] and TRN:12481. The ticket status remained waiting and thus was not confirmed. I was therefore not able to travel. I request for a refund of the amount i had paid through the app. I also brought the issue in concern of the irctc. Fortunately they cancelled the ticket and also initiated the refund process. Now the refund lies with goibibo only.

          Stayed at oyo flagship 29650 booked from goibibo website. The staff at hotel is good and polite. But the address updated on goibibo is incorrect. As per goibibo the hotel is 1.1 km from durgapura railway station but in exact it is 13 km away. Hotel has repeatedly sent emails to goibibo to update the same but they have not done it yet. Also, even after paying the complete amount on the goibibo website at the hotel i was asked to pay rs 290 as goibibo has not updated complete details to the hotel.in morning at 4am we had to call goibibo multiple times and it took 45 mins for the issue to be resolved. The agent at goibibo is very rude and mentioned me and my husband are not allowing them to take correct action. This is pathetic customer service.

We paid RS 400 for taxi (to and fro) due to incorrect address by Goibibo. Not sure who will refund the same. The customer service agent promised to call in 10 mins but no call even after 30 mins. Had to call multiple times for something which is incorrect by Goibibo. They have mentally harassed us at such odd hour at 4 am. Need the resolution for the same asap.

            Hello,
            I booked an Internation trip via Goibibo and i had added a connection protection to my itineary. However when checked online it was not listing on my Trip details. Contacted the company staff and they told me that the connection protection has not been added and it can only be added at the time of booking. However no where in the terms and conditions it states that it can only be added at the time of booking. Please see attached the terms and conditions. Also when called on the customer care they just gave me assurances on call back within an hours. However I havent got a call back till now from their end. SR#27954211 has been raised but no response yet

              My name is mayank garg. I booked the flight from goibibo 1 month ago and they showed me a connecting flight from delhi to bangalore i. E delhi to hyderabad (Spicejet - 9:30pm on 15th april) and hyderabad to bangalore (Air india - 3:30 am on 16th april). When i reached airport then spicejet confirmed that their flight is running at 12:30 instead of 9:30 pm and they have told the same to all the booking websites but goibibo didn't updated and showed me wrong itinerary due to which i have to miss spicejet as well as air india flight that day.
              Spicejet agreed to pay full refund and same has been transferred to me but air india applied cancellation charges. I asked goibibo team to process my refund but they are not processing
              I already registered a complain with goibibo with request no 27504961.
              But its still open with their customer delight team and they are not responding to me. I have made several calls and mailed them number of times but didn't receive anything. Its been more than 1 month now and i still didn't got the refund for air india flight.
              Whenever i call goibibo support then first support team tell that this issue is with customer delight team so they will get back. They told that they can't even cancel at their end and process the refund amount as this case is pending with customer delight team.
              I'm frustrated now as there is nobody to help me from goibibo.
              Please help me out and help me in processing my refund.

                  The air ticket was booked from goibibo app on dec 25, 2018. The flight was cancelled on 12.03.2019 from the airline side and request for full refund of fare amount was submitted by me on 12.03.2019. It has been more than two months, but till date, the amount has not been refunded back to my account. How can there be so much delays in getting refund in this it age? The refund should not be more than a fortnight. Further, i have not received any progress on this matter from goibibo side??? I am trying to do the chat but sir, it is useless!! No call back yet received from goibibo side.

                      Despite of following you again and again you are telling me that refund request has been initited for jet airlines having pnr yrjhne. And when i call jet customer care they tell that we have not received any refund request from your partner which is goibibo. I am getting fooled by goibibo since more than a month and chasing them like anything as like i am begging for my own money. It is almost rs41000 and goibibo is wasting my time like anything.

                        Our flight was 1.15 on 26th may goa - delhi. When we reached airport, we got to know that the flight has already taken off. It was midnight flight. There was nowhere mentioned in the ticket or the email, whatsapp message, that it is 24hrs format or am pm. My pnr is jm258 air india ai-884 2 adults 1child. When i call them, they say it's general and most of the customers know this. What about those who are not frequent flyers. I have never seen such off timings.. I booked another set of tickets from goibibo and the amount got deducted and booking cancelled... Money got stucked for 14days there. I wanted to use bajaj emi card but was not working and the tickets prices rose to 26, 000 per adult so we had to stay back one more day, book hotel and book next day flight from makemytrip. And i received smooth payment experience from them.. Also the flight was showing 17.25 and i received whatsapp message mentioned 5.25 pm clearly. Goibibo please refund me my ticket money, the difference amount of the ticket i booked, my expenses... Or i will take you to court... All your agents were blaming me where you don't even care to inform your customers or to mention on ticket or terms and conditions.

                        You should mention that in your 3 pages long ticket with important information that you follow 24 hrs format or that it's am pm in your ticket, email or WhatsApp. MakeMyTrip has done that to provide smooth hassle free service. Because of your lack of service, we missed our flight. Where is it written that you follow 24 hrs format or am pm. How do I know what time format you follow. I need my full refund and compensation.

                          Amount debited from my hdfc nre account through upi transaction for a bus booking, but nothing happened, no booking was done. I have send mail submitting deduction proof to [protected]@goibibo.com for refund, but no response. After that i have made the booking again through debit card, this time booking confirmed. Suspecting some problem with nre account upi transaction. Kindly refund my money.

                            Please refer above mentioned booking id for two rooms hotel booking at valley view cottage, gethiya, nainital (Uk). The booking was already canceled (Or not showing) when i along with family members reached at the valley view cottage. We reached late on account of delayed schedule of train. I was told by concerned oyo agm that my booking was not showing. It is hereby requested to refund my amount as i could not stay on booked dates. I was told by the concerned manager that my refund request was sent by them. Please do needful to process my refund amount after deducting due cancellation charges (If any).

                                I booked my outstation cab with this pathetic goibibo company from delhi to agra at 5:30 pm on 24th may. At 5:30 when the driver didn't showed up, i called him and he gave me an excuse that he cannot come. I called the goibibo executives and they told me they are looking into the matter. After multiple calls and wasting my one hour, they called and replied that they can't arrange the cab.
                                I mean are we fools or what? There are important work and medical emergency. Shouldn't they inform it earlier?
                                I have to go through lot of trouble by going through offline agencies to book a cab since other online plateforms are asking for minimum 3 hours booking time.
                                Moreover, they have still not initiated the refund for the booking done. Apart from refund, i want to claim damage charges from them. They just can't escape from giving a hell experience to customer and then calling and saying we will refund your amount.

                                  Dear all,

                                  I had cancelled 3 flight tickets which was booked through goibibo and received a sms confirmation. This tickets were in jet airways as business operations closed for this airline. Cancellation requested on 19th april however when i checked status with goibibo on 24th may, they have replied that they have not received any cancellations request and jet airways has asked to raise cancellation request by 20th may.

                                  This is serious lapse from goibibo part. I want refund of my all tickets in full.
