I have booked a ticket from Chandigarh to new delhi but that was showing an error of waiting for payment, where payment has been made and my credit card statement is saying that i have paid the money to goibibo. Tried a lot to call goibibo support on all the number no call connection. I created mail account having shree. [protected]@ibibo.com id in ibibo and that mail id i used in creating my fb account. And now my fb account got blocked and fb team send a mail to my ibibo mail to unlock my fb. But i am unable to open my ibibo mail ad also cant find the website where have to login for mail. I tried booking ticket from hyd to goa round trip and the payment of 39, 878 was deducted from my account at ibibo but tickets were not booked. And payment is dated on 14th may 2019 at 5.20pm. student extra baggage for us on etihad

I have done the booking for student travel on etihad airways in mid august 2019. As per the etihad baggage rules, a student is allowed to take 3 bags of 23 kg each. However the ticket is showing 2 bags. I am trying to connect to goibibo for clarification but the number provided on website says huge call volume and disconnects. There is no email id of goibibo where i can get clarification on what needs to be done for student baggage allowance...

feel blatantly cheated out of booking and money both

How we were denied check-in after they took full payment in advance (Goibibo hotel booking id htldsjhw7 on the grounds of some term citing "local id" they use for this racket even mentioned in their policy not even mentioned (Or only mentioned only in small print?).

Whats even worse?

I made an hotel reservation for the 6 th of may at mohali based upon the information provided by their app from bangloore airport. When i reached the destination i was provided with the info that there was no rooms available. I witnessed the entire issue being handled very poorly and my stay at mohali turned out to be a nightmare and being a first time user of the ibibo app i have made a decision to not to invest my loyalty nor recommend...
