The air ticket was booked from goibibo app on dec 25, 2018. The flight was cancelled on 12.03.2019 from the airline side and request for full refund of fare amount was submitted by me on 12.03.2019. It has been more than two months, but till date, the amount has not been refunded back to my account. How can there be so much delays in getting refund in this it age? The refund should not be more than a fortnight. Further, i have not received any progress on this matter from goibibo side??? I am trying to do the chat but sir, it is useless!! No call back yet received from goibibo side.

    We own a micromax service centre. we have an online portal named MTK providing sales and services among micromax partners only. we have made payment throgh online net banking using ur gateway. then showed payment failed and reopened the page for online payment again. once it showed payment failed but deducted from account.

    kindly help to refund the amount.

      Despite of following you again and again you are telling me that refund request has been initited for jet airlines having pnr yrjhne. And when i call jet customer care they tell that we have not received any refund request from your partner which is goibibo. I am getting fooled by goibibo since more than a month and chasing them like anything as like i am begging for my own money. It is almost rs41000 and goibibo is wasting my time like anything.
      Please do the needful so i can get my refund as soon as possible

        Our flight was 1.15 on 26th may goa - delhi. When we reached airport, we got to know that the flight has already taken off. It was midnight flight. There was nowhere mentioned in the ticket or the email, whatsapp message, that it is 24hrs format or am pm. My pnr is jm258 air india ai-884 2 adults 1child. When i call them, they say it's general and most of the customers know this. What about those who are not frequent flyers. I have never seen such off timings.. I booked another set of tickets from goibibo and the amount got deducted and booking cancelled... Money got stucked for 14days there. I wanted to use bajaj emi card but was not working and the tickets prices rose to 26, 000 per adult so we had to stay back one more day, book hotel and book next day flight from makemytrip. And i received smooth payment experience from them.. Also the flight was showing 17.25 and i received whatsapp message mentioned 5.25 pm clearly. Goibibo please refund me my ticket money, the difference amount of the ticket i booked, my expenses... Or i will take you to court... All your agents were blaming me where you don't even care to inform your customers or to mention on ticket or terms and conditions.

        You should mention that in your 3 pages long ticket with important information that you follow 24 hrs format or that it's am pm in your ticket, email or WhatsApp. MakeMyTrip has done that to provide smooth hassle free service. Because of your lack of service, we missed our flight. Where is it written that you follow 24 hrs format or am pm. How do I know what time format you follow. I need my full refund and compensation.

        I am received the Intimation from your end for refund the amount of Air ticket of Jet Air PNR No SGPZBD for Rs 1944/- dated 17/06/2019. Still the amount not received at my bank account.

        After several time follow up with your customer care ...I am not getting the satisfactory answer from them.

          Amount debited from my hdfc nre account through upi transaction for a bus booking, but nothing happened, no booking was done. I have send mail submitting deduction proof to [protected]@goibibo.com for refund, but no response. After that i have made the booking again through debit card, this time booking confirmed. Suspecting some problem with nre account upi transaction. Kindly refund my money.

            Dear sir,
            Please refer above mentioned booking id for two rooms hotel booking at valley view cottage, gethiya, nainital (Uk). The booking was already canceled (Or not showing) when i along with family members reached at the valley view cottage. We reached late on account of delayed schedule of train. I was told by concerned oyo agm that my booking was not showing. It is hereby requested to refund my amount as i could not stay on booked dates. I was told by the concerned manager that my refund request was sent by them. Please do needful to process my refund amount after deducting due cancellation charges (If any).

                I booked my outstation cab with this pathetic goibibo company from delhi to agra at 5:30 pm on 24th may. At 5:30 when the driver didn't showed up, i called him and he gave me an excuse that he cannot come. I called the goibibo executives and they told me they are looking into the matter. After multiple calls and wasting my one hour, they called and replied that they can't arrange the cab.
                I mean are we fools or what? There are important work and medical emergency. Shouldn't they inform it earlier?
                I have to go through lot of trouble by going through offline agencies to book a cab since other online plateforms are asking for minimum 3 hours booking time.
                Moreover, they have still not initiated the refund for the booking done. Apart from refund, i want to claim damage charges from them. They just can't escape from giving a hell experience to customer and then calling and saying we will refund your amount.

                  Dear all,

                  I had cancelled 3 flight tickets which was booked through goibibo and received a sms confirmation. This tickets were in jet airways as business operations closed for this airline. Cancellation requested on 19th april however when i checked status with goibibo on 24th may, they have replied that they have not received any cancellations request and jet airways has asked to raise cancellation request by 20th may.

                  This is serious lapse from goibibo part. I want refund of my all tickets in full.

                    I have continuously emailed & called executives name mr amit, mr sunny, mr sunil kumar, ms amarjeet etc even i sent email to operation manager of hotel sreemoyee inn, also to goibibo executives to email id rms11209, tcm615766, iert82239 etc but yet not received my compensation amount rs 7000. My recent registered complain number is 27908513. Executives like mr sunil kumar, ms amarjeet behaved very impolite way and unprofessional way. I am screen shot of email sent to mr raghunath operation manager of hotel sreemoyee inn. I am very disappointed with goibibo. I want my compensation amount rs 7000 right now to my bank account or else i will be bound to cancel all my upcoming stay with goibibo in future.

                      I booked hotel in sri nagar for 21st may check in & 22nd may check out but sri nagar is shut down so i am asking for the refund because its not my fault if i am not able to reach there due to sri nagar closed by goverment... I am really fail to understand why should i pay if i am not able to reach at srinagar hotel as sri nagar is shut down and this cancellation is due to sri nagar shut down not by me.. Even i have received the refund from airline against my air ticket so i am expecting the refund or other solution for my hotel booking..

                        I have tried to make a bus booking through goibibo.com on 23rd May and paid through debit card option
                        The booking failed but my account got debited by rs.190.Though the amount has not been refunded to my account.
                        I have contacted customer care, bank everywhere but no use. Where is my money?
                        It was my mistake to have booked through goibibo which has very poor customer service. I want my money back.

                          I have been in contact with the goibibo team from feb 2019 because i didnt recieve cashback. They assure me that i will get within 15-20 days. Now it is may now and i came to know that still i didnt get the cashback. There were two queries of me:-

                          1. I had applied the citi bank credit card promo code of 10% on 28580. I got the cashback on 02/03/2019 of rs 2778/-. (Which i already got it)
                          2. Same i had applied for my next flight and the promo code was valid while making the payment, i have been chatting with goibibo team for so long they didnt mention what u r telling me now. Promocode was successfully applied at that time. If there was such a thing like it is valid for a single flight so how could it can get valid for my second flight. I also read the term and conditions very carefully and in my previous mails i clearly mentioned that i didnt receive the cashback of my 2 flights but your team never mentioned of such a thing of having cashback of just for one flight.
                          Lets say i have forgotten that i have read t&c or may b not, but i think most of people does the same thing as per the process: like we open app, choose flights accordingly n then select offers, after fill the details and make the payment. But in whole process if promocode is valid then only it will work whereas, i my case, one executive is saying u cant use promo codes twice and other was saying that u used the different promo code.
                          One executive also said while using app i[censored] have applied promo code it will show that it is valid but technically as per t&c it is not valid.. So hybrid kind of app. I have witnessed such drastic experience for the very first time..

                            It is such a painful process working with Goibibo. I wish I looked for those horrible customer experiences online before booking tickets on Goibibo. What a cheap customer support, what a cheap explanations. You need LOT OF PATIENCE to work with these guys .. LOT means A LOT. At one point, you will definitely end up thinking like forget about the money you paid for tickets, leave dealing with these guys and that at least gives you peace of mind. 100 of emails, 100 of phone calls (it's more pain as I have call them from international), repeated explanation and finally you will deal with some irresponsible customer care. The most disgusting thing is, the explanation and reasons provided by each customer care representative misleads and confuses a lot. From my experience what I feel is, the customer care support is not really trained well.

                            Wed, Apr 17, 2019 I booked the tickets for my parents and in-laws (4 Tickets) and due to medical issues, I requested for cancellation of 2 tickets (My parents) within a week. Submitted all the medical certificates requested by them and from thereafter I had to call them everyday to check the status on cancellation. Finally after terrible arguments, May 2nd they cancelled tickets and there after a new battle started for refund.

                            One of the customer care person tried to bluff me by giving stupid reasons. He said he tried calling Airlines for refund status and he was put on hold for 90 minutes. When I called Airlines the response time and support is exceptional.

                            Days, Weeks, Months will pass on but these guys will give you the same response (copy/paste update).

                            I am still waiting for my refund .. and after more than a month battle, today I got a new update saying, they are working with Airlines and it could take 30-45 working days for some validation from Airlines.

                            Friends, please be careful with travel agents like Goibibo. You may go with these guys when you decided that you will not cancel the tickets or deal with customer care or don't bother about refund.

                            Another advice, I provided my mobile number with country code (USA) and clearly mentioned many times that I am calling from Skype App for international calls, so do not call back to that skype number and try calling to my mobile number if they want to reach me. The customer care calls back to that skype number and I get an email saying "we are trying to reach you but not able to" ... some/few customer care representatives are good that they call to my mobile number but it's again they call me during midnight or early morning hours (02:00 - 03:00 AM)...

                            Hello Goibibo,

                            I would like to use "Consumer Complaints" instead of internal Goibibo ticket for multiple reasons, first thing my experience with Goibibo customer care is really painful and the second reason, I want other Customers to know how it is working with Goibibo, good or bad.

                            Coming to the point, today I got a response from Goibibo customer care, saying:

                            "This is in regards of your (Concern) under booking id (TUAZRVV2I). we have revert from airline and they has denied for medical waver so your refund will be process as per fare rule cancellation policy.
                            We tried to get in touch with you for the same . However, no response received from your end."

                            - First of all, I did not get any call from Goibibo customer care. May be they tried some different number.
                            - I called back Goibibo customer care and he told Airlines refund policy is only in case of traveler's death and I was asked to reach airlines for further assistance.
                            - I reached Airlines by Twitter and here is their prompt and humble response.

                            @Goibibo, I got a message again with same copy/paste information "British Airways they do not provide medical waiver also ticket is non refundable" Did I ask for Refund or Value for Ticket as credit?

                            Please try to understand customer concerns correctly. BA confirmed they don't refund but they did confirm they provide value of ticket as credit to use in future. So please try for it and not for refund.

                              After successful Cancellation of flight ticket the refund amount didnt get credited on my account.Also when i try to call customer care it says we are busy with many calls already please use the Goibibo App.Kindly refund the amount or else i will have to move legally.Couple of months back i lost my money on the same Goibibo App and till now it doesnt received.Very bad experience with goibibo.

                                      I have booked a train ticket from my GOIBIBO App vide PNR no.[protected] and your txn. no.[protected] on 24.03.19 from KJM to CSMT station having travel date of 02.04.19. But on the journey date I was waiting at my boarding station KJM to board the train which got suddenly diverted to some other route and as such I could not board the train. After which I filed a TFR from the GOIBIBO app on the very same night. Now I want to know the status of my refund as I don't know anything regarding the same.                                         Then after we did not do any transaction from goibibo, though we have received the charges of rs. 510 twice on 18th april, 2019.

                                        Kindly clarify the charges and help us with the detail.

                                        I think you did not get my query. If we have not done any transaction on 18th April, how we will get the charges. and Ibibo is the the name which is very clearly mentioned in it. So how anybody else's transaction is it?
