Hi,
This is regarding the complaint “ i had booked a hotel in mcleodganj hotel name : oyo 15806 hotel naddi hills “ the confirmation for booking was given on email and when i checked in to the hotel they denied my check in due to the tariff issue, i want to know if there is tariff issue then why you guys give such hotel tariff on your website, i want my money to be refunded back, i will take this matter seriously and will raise on twitter also if money is not refunded bad customer service

I booked a hotel through goibibo but when i checked in the hotel denied check inn, i stayed in another hotel i filed a complaint to goibibo they confirmed to refund the amount of other hotel stay i f share the invoice copy i also shared the invoice copy and now they are just getting things delay to not to refund the amount, their executive name Mr thapa confirmed that payment will be refunded if i share the invoice copy to them Kindly help

      I booked a hotel in delhi using goibibo on 13/04/19 for 6 days. After staying for 2-3 days goibibo cancelled my booking because of service and cleaning issues at the hotel reported by me on which they assured me my full refund of rupees 12140/ and 2000 ngpc which will be credited in 5-14 working days. Now it has been more then 25 days i still haven't received my refund and whenever i contact the customer care they again tell me that it will be credited in next 5-14 working days. Worst service provider.

          I have booked Hyderabad to Ahmedabad filight from your portal and the ticket booking details

          I had a call with spicejet and they are sad that flight was cancelled and they will refunded the amount from their side or they will arrange the same journey in next flight. But goibibo team cancelled my ticket without my informatiom and refund also not give fully. but till now i have not yet to received full amount from your end and parceled amount received 199 instead of 2566. I am enclosed same record for your reference.So many time I am trying call to your customer care number and i have a chat record there is no response from your customer support.

As per jet airways goibibo has to contact with their sales team for refund and after so many request goibibo is not able to connect me with sales team for refund status.

              I had booked a cab for airport transfer on 17/04/19 late night. I had to schedule my travel on 16/04/2019 for which i paid an advance of rs.269 through online transaction.
              But, since then i didnt receive any information about the cab whether its about to come or anything else nor i got the refund for advance amount paid. Now i want the refund back though the medium which was used to pay advance.

                I am privilege customer of goibibo and i have following complaints on my account i'd : [protected]

                1. I faced problem in my last travel in shimla on dated 12th may to 14th may. I faced no of problem regards hotel likes direction not correct,
                Not as per booked 1bhk (Only roomm available)
                Bathroom condition worst.
                I complaint instantly on goibibo and oyo but i got no response from that side even 72 hrs. (See attachment). Pls provide refund as per i faced not will not repeat in future

                2. As per goibibo compliant policy every delay in resolving guest will got gocash+ per hour. I didn't not got any refund of my booking even delay gocash (Shown in attachment). So as per policy provide additional gocash as you committed

                3. I have some gocash+ in my account but i m not able to use it as it shown 'account locked' please unlock it as soon as possible so that i able to use goibibo.

                I hope you will solve all these prob as soon as possible

                  Dishant pasrija who attached the car (Pb01a8673) with goibibo. And this car is drived by gurwinder singh. Distant pasrija is not give the proper salary to gurwinder singh he is worked 23 days in the april month. He gives only 17 days salary. On 6 april 2019 dishant pasrija take booking with another app but he can't pay for this day when his car is in service station he can't pay that is not my fault i am 10 day continue out of station. But he is not give me proper salary he said the company goibibo is provide the salary of april month only 17 days. When i asked to discuss about this with company he asked he already discuss about this and company asked him remove the car from the company. I hardly request to you please help me to provide the proper salary for april month.

                      booked the train ticket but not confirmed. not getting amount back also.

                      Further to my booking confirmation mail, i would like to bring to your notice that i only searched for booking on 27th june, thursday night. Due to some suggestions i think my mother happened to book it for 26th, which was the suggested date by your site.

                      I have been trying to call your call centre numbers continuously to rectify this but it is not working.

                      I need urgent help with this booking as i can only fly on 27th june at night not on 26th.

                      I had to book a new flight for 27th and so would like a refund for this flight now.

                      Urgent response will be appreciated.

                        After choosing for zero cancellation protection also goibibo denied full refund of my ticket. It is a fraud company. They fool the customers by charging more amount and now they stopped responding to my call also. It is a fraud company so please be aware of this fradulent company and dont make any bookings through this website. Very poor service and support from goibibo...

                        I had booked a flight ticket on 15th april, 2019 from delhi to ahmedabad with a travel date on 18th april, 2019 (Vistara airlines morning 8.45 am flight) from my brother mr. Vipin agrawal. The mode of payment was upi. The amount of rs. 5953/- was deducted from my kotak mahindra bank account. There was an email received from goibibo confirming my booking bearing booking id tuafls37u and pnr tqkojg. But being unable to receive my e-ticket claiming that the payment has not received i was then guided to rebook the ticket by goibibo.

                        I made a service request to my bank (Kotak mahindra bank) for the refund query and rebooked the ticket through yatra with reference number[protected] by paying another rs. 7081 for the same flight, same date and same passenger as mentioned above. The payment was made through my kotak bank credit card.

                        Now on checking the query with kotak mahindra bank it has been told to me that the service request for refund has been rejected and the amount of rs. 5953/- has been claimed by goibibo which should be refunded to my bank account as there was no ticket sent to me at the time of booking. On still trying to retrieve my booking with above references, it is displayed the booking is not retrievable. Hence it seems that i have been wrongly charged and the amount should be refunded to me as soon as possible.

                        My complaint is still unresolved and my refund needs to be immediately paid.
                        This is very unfair from Goibibo which does not revert back.
                        I will fight till end if my refund is not made to me as the amount is wrongly charged to my account.
                        I booked a hotel from goibibo booking id : HTLHQZE4NS and when I went there I found that the hotel is closed since last 2 month, and I return from that place I called oyo also but they told me that ask goibibo for your problem. I want my money refund as early as possible. I paid 767 ruppees for that.

                          My refund has not been processed by goibibo people it's been 30 days. My ticket number is[protected] and my pnr is hqlmfi which is been split from the old pnr jkxkur as they were traveling and i was not traveling due visa problem. And now they are not processing my refund and it is causing very much inconvenience. Thry have mailed me regarding the refund also that i will get full refund and also delta airlines have mailed me of getting refund bt m not getting my 70000 rupees. Please help us in this matter.

                            So pl rectify and provide me accommodation with breakfast if it is not happen i will never use this site again n i will delete from my mobile this app.

                            They dont show properly that a particular Spicejet flight has only hand baggage option after we book we come to know and if we cancel the ticket the money will be wasted.

                              I had booked a connecting flight for my parents from kolkata to delhi and delhi to amritsar through goibibo on 14th april 2019 vide pnr ddi8tc and flight no. 6e6616. The flight was to depart from kolkata at 1305 hours.

                              To my utter dismay when i tried to check in i got a boarding pass stating that my flight timing now is at 1605 hours with flight no. 6e206 which means delay of around 3 hours and that too without intimating us in advance. On confirming from the airlines about the change in timing they told us that the request for change in timings was initiated from our end, however, we did not initiate any such request. Even when we asked them for the mail through which the request to change the timing was initiated they even failed to provide the copy of that mail.

                              I also wanted to tell you that my father is a cancer patient and doctor had advised him not to travel for more than 3 hours on a stretch. That is why i had deliberately selected a flight which would have given him 5-6 hours of rest before boarding to another flight. Moreover he had some important obligations too at delhi which he could not attend to owing to the delay.

                              Now due to change in the timings he had to travel 11-12 hours on a stretch which has resulted in deterioration of his health. The doctor has asked us for some very expensive medical tests which we had do just because of the harassment faced at the airport. Being a chartered accountant myself i could not attend to my office from the past 8-9 days due to my father's deteriorated health resulting in the loss of my business as well.

                              Your negligence has resulted in a double blow for me firstly i had to spent a lot of money on my father's treatment, secondly due to the loss of my business.

                              No Response from last 10 Days. Poor Service. Worst Customer Care. No one taking care of Customers.
                              I tried to book a flight ticket from goibibo in Air Arabia, but the ticket was not booked but my money was deducted from my bank account. Knowing in ibibo, it was found that the payment was received but the ticket was not booked. Customer Care said that he would give details by contacting Air Arabia but I have not received any phone yet.

                              I booked 4 flight tickets through ibibo. Com worth rs 73824 today i.e on 29th april 2019 but, , amount got deducted from my account and tickets were not booked.. Now till when i should wait for my money to be reflected back in my account..

                                  I have booked a flight ticket from kolkata to indore (Which is a round trip). The transaction was dated 06th may 2019. The mode of payment was upi. But my ticket was not confirmed and the ticket fare of amount rs 5963 was also deducted from my bank account. The paytm upi has successfully transferred money from paytm. But goibibo was unable to book a ticket.

                                  Please refund my money back to my account as soon as possible.

                                    I have been following up with Goibibo team from last couple of weeks regarding the status of my refund. I have received a confirmation from Jet Airways over email that they have processed the refund from their end. When I informed Goibibo about this, they did not believe it in the first place and kept on saying that they have not received any update from the airlines about the refund. When I agreed that I can show them the email, they asked me to forward that email. I forwarded that email and had to follow up on that to get an update. Even after that, they still said that there is no update from airlines about my refund. Today when I spoke with one of the tele-reps, she said that she will arrange for a call back, but have not heard anything from them so far. This is pathetic and needs to be resolved with utmost priority. I hope you guys understand that due to cancellations, we have booked alternate tickets at higher rates and on the other hand the funds are blocked by you guys.
