I am rahul verma, i booked a ticket today thats 14th may, to travel from kolkata to delhi for 21st may at 2300hrs by go air, it was all good untill i received the ticket, when i received the ticket it was booked for 20th may 2300hrs, and now i have been asked to pay charges for making the changes, i am using go ibibo since years but this is my last time, when i talk to their representative they said it cannot happen as so many customers make bookings from them, i have tried to register complaint but they do not have any specific complaint email id and i do not know what to do as i need to fly on 21st.

    Today I booked 3 air tickets from your site at 12: 27 pm through my paytm upi apps of Rs 15393, my amount was debited but neither my tickets booked nor my money refund.when I get my money back? What do I do now please help me.i was trying whole day but no any messages came or neither my fund refund. I cancel my whole trip due to this poor service. Neither I buy ticket further nor I confirmed other booking due to this mishaps. Please refund my money as soon as possible

      I tried booking ticket from hyd to goa round trip and the payment of 39, 878 was deducted from my account at ibibo but tickets were not booked. And payment is dated on 14th may 2019 at 5.20pm.         I have done the booking for student travel on etihad airways in mid august 2019. As per the etihad baggage rules, a student is allowed to take 3 bags of 23 kg each. However the ticket is showing 2 bags. I am trying to connect to goibibo for clarification but the number provided on website says huge call volume and disconnects. There is no email id of goibibo where i can get clarification on what needs to be done for student baggage allowance and the goibibo chatbot is not able to provide any answers.

        I need to get in touch with goibibo customer service to understand how to get the 3 baggage allowance for students on etihad.

          How we were denied check-in after they took full payment in advance (Goibibo hotel booking id htldsjhw7 on the grounds of some term citing "local id" they use for this racket even mentioned in their policy not even mentioned (Or only mentioned only in small print?).

          Whats even worse?
          Goibibo link /scheme of *money back guarantee* - https://go.ibi.bo/EXAaeT seems to be another big lie!

          Fyi : we even called the hotel prior to reaching and also presented driving license, but in vain and goibibo's staff aditya grover was also made aware immediately, but in vain. Instead goibibo seems to be involved in this racket, just by the fact that they have confirmed "no refund", forget an apology for the trauma caused!

          ALSO, IF GOIBIBO must IMPOSE this MORAL-POLICING, How ETHICAL is for you to ACCEPT FULL PAYMENT without asking for submission of the ID when booking just so the process is at least HONEST, even if REGRESSIVE?

          Or at least REFUND in full even if you overlook the mental agony and harassment?

          Many would view this as DELIBERATE tactic by GOIBIBO to encourage CHEATING its customers. ANY explanation for this, GOIBIBO?

            I made an hotel reservation for the 6 th of may at mohali based upon the information provided by their app from bangloore airport. When i reached the destination i was provided with the info that there was no rooms available. I witnessed the entire issue being handled very poorly and my stay at mohali turned out to be a nightmare and being a first time user of the ibibo app i have made a decision to not to invest my loyalty nor recommend their app to a second person. It seems to be cleverly functioning in a manner to lure customer attraction. I have placed a request for the refund amount of rs 689 which is yet to be resolved. Absolutely disgusting in terms of providing the right info to the customer!!.

                    I booked a hotel through goibibo but when i checked in the hotel denied check inn, i stayed in another hotel i filed a complaint to goibibo they confirmed to refund the amount of other hotel stay i f share the invoice copy i also shared the invoice copy and now they are just getting things delay to not to refund the amount, their executive name Mr thapa confirmed that payment will be refunded if i share the invoice copy to them Kindly help

                        I booked a hotel in delhi using goibibo on 13/04/19 for 6 days. After staying for 2-3 days goibibo cancelled my booking because of service and cleaning issues at the hotel reported by me on which they assured me my full refund of rupees 12140/ and 2000 ngpc which will be credited in 5-14 working days. Now it has been more then 25 days i still haven't received my refund and whenever i contact the customer care they again tell me that it will be credited in next 5-14 working days. Worst service provider.

                            I had a call with spicejet and they are sad that flight was cancelled and they will refunded the amount from their side or they will arrange the same journey in next flight. But goibibo team cancelled my ticket without my informatiom and refund also not give fully. but till now i have not yet to received full amount from your end and parceled amount received 199 instead of 2566. I am enclosed same record for your reference.So many time I am trying call to your customer care number and i have a chat record there is no response from your customer support.

                              Thank you for the response. But this is not what i expect from you, Since last 1 month i am getting the same response from your team. As per jet airways goibibo has to contact with their sales team for refund and after so many request goibibo is not able to connect me with sales team for refund status.

                                I had booked a cab for airport transfer on 17/04/19 late night. I had to schedule my travel on 16/04/2019 for which i paid an advance of rs.269 through online transaction.
                                But, since then i didnt receive any information about the cab whether its about to come or anything else nor i got the refund for advance amount paid. Now i want the refund back though the medium which was used to pay advance.

                                  I am privilege customer of goibibo and i have following complaints on my account i'd : [protected]

                                  1. I faced problem in my last travel in shimla on dated 12th may to 14th may. I faced no of problem regards hotel likes direction not correct,
                                  Not as per booked 1bhk (Only roomm available)
                                  Bathroom condition worst.
                                  I complaint instantly on goibibo and oyo but i got no response from that side even 72 hrs. (See attachment). Pls provide refund as per i faced not will not repeat in future

                                  2. As per goibibo compliant policy every delay in resolving guest will got gocash+ per hour. I didn't not got any refund of my booking even delay gocash (Shown in attachment). So as per policy provide additional gocash as you committed

                                  3. I have some gocash+ in my account but i m not able to use it as it shown 'account locked' please unlock it as soon as possible so that i able to use goibibo.

                                  I hope you will solve all these prob as soon as possible

                                    Dishant pasrija who attached the car (Pb01a8673) with goibibo. And this car is drived by gurwinder singh. Distant pasrija is not give the proper salary to gurwinder singh he is worked 23 days in the april month. He gives only 17 days salary. On 6 april 2019 dishant pasrija take booking with another app but he can't pay for this day when his car is in service station he can't pay that is not my fault i am 10 day continue out of station. But he is not give me proper salary he said the company goibibo is provide the salary of april month only 17 days. When i asked to discuss about this with company he asked he already discuss about this and company asked him remove the car from the company. I hardly request to you please help me to provide the proper salary for april month.

                                        booked the train ticket but not confirmed. not getting amount back also.

                                        I had booked the ticket on march 29th, to travell on date april 17th. Till today status is booking under process.
