I booked a oyo room for 16th may, 2019 and we reached the destination. There was no oyo room at that location. I called the customer care on goibibo and they couldn’t find the booking details for my number and couldn’t find any detail, i shared the booking id as well. I had booked the room for a patient and we had to face so much trouble. The lady from customer care didn’t wish to help me also. I want to raise a complaint and want it to be escalated. The worst part was nobody tried to help from customer care and i had to cancel the room after that with zero refund. I will take till matter to court.

    Flight has been cancelled by spicejet which i had booked through goibibo. How do i get the refund. I’m unable to contact goibibo after trying a lot. Customer care numbers are of no help as they are computer generated. They are putting up limited options which does not match to my question. My flight was booked for kolkata to gangtok/gangtok to kolkata for 14th july and 22nd july 2019. Both these flights has been cancelled by spicejet

      Hello team,
      I did a hotel booking for puri for upcoming 31st may'2019 to 2nd june'2019. Post cyclone there is no electricity restored along with water problem exists. Hence tried calling goibibo customer care no to get the status. But every time the customer care no got disconnected automatically to get update from gia. But the chat suppprt is really bogus and answered nothing related to my query. Aftet talking to hotelier (The only option given by goibibo) he asked for canceling the booking and complete refund would happen. But in my goibibo app i can see 0 refund. Incase of natural calamity where the hotel is not accepting guest, how can goibibo is doing this kind of fraid with people.

          Refer screenshot image that compares how goibibo mentions a policy in black &white and small print while it's competitor highlights the same in color.

          Q 1: mention of a policy designed tactically deliberately by goibibo to be easily missed to cheat unsuspecting customers like in the case of goibibo booking id htldsjhw7d?

          Q 2 : also, how does goibibo even encourage such partners imposing such moral-policing policies in 2019? Stayuncle.com does not. Clearly, if goibibo had the will, it would choose not to, but it won't. Why, because there is easy money to be made of[censored]nsuspecting customers?

            On 12th may we had a flight from hyd-delhi (Pnr se6l9n), we reached to take the boarding pass before 40 minutes (Due to car breakdown). But flight staff refused to give us boarding pass as their closing time for check-in is 45 minutes before departure and we were late by 5 minutes. Flight staff didnt even try to assist and told to book a new ticket for next flight.
            But in goibibo from where we have booked the tickets, there is nowhere mentioned about spicejet stating close of check-in time is 45 minutes.

              I m very sorry to say that your services are very slow and poor..
              I have made the booking from new delhi - london 16th july 2019 and from london - new delhi 7th aug...
              By mistake i have written the wrong surname on my wife ticket so i called instantly after 10min of booking to your executive regarding changes he said me for your delhi - london i will cancle the ticket without any charges u just have to book new ticket if any difference u need to pay i said ok and new ticket is issued with the difference of 400rs.. For my return tickets he said me your booking is still in process and not confirm yet... So i asked him to make sure that ticket should be issued with new name or u cancle it... He has taken my passport and assured me that ticket will be issued with new name and may be possible u need to pay nominal charges i said ok... But ticket is issued with same wrong name... And from past 4 days i m calling your all executives to solve the matter but no one is doing anything it is not my fault if any charges occurs then u have to bear because i have intimated you on time. Please go thru it resolve my problem
              You can also here the recording of the person to whom i talked in night for 40 min.. Even i asked him to cancle my return ticket because till 45 min i have not received confirmation of ticket and i[censored] r not cancelling then make sure to issue ticket only with new name

                I tried booking a bus ticket for my wife from banglore to hyderabad. As she was travelling i had provided her mobile number and my emailid for the travel related updates in my app.

                I had chosen the payment as google pay and started the booking and the amount got deducted and also there was a pop up saying that the amount request has been sent please open the app and pay the amount. It was just stuck up in that page and my ticket was not booked.

                When i contacted the goibibo they are telling that they didnot received any amout from myside and when i said that i had the transaction id of the payment and proof of the upi app. They didnot responded to me.
                I'm cheated with goibibo and still waiting for them to reply.

                  I was trying to book my air ticket on 14may19 at 10:39:55 from oman (Muscat) to india (Allahabad).

                    I had booked a cab from delhi to jind for 14th of may. I cancelled the booking two days prior to it and thus was supposed to get a refund of Rs.402 which i had paid earlier for the booking. Though i recieved a mail that i would get the refund and another mail stating that the refund is complete, i haven't received the refund at all. The costumer service on call for goibibo is down and i don't understand where to even enquire.

                        Dear sir,

                        It is with deep regret i have to write this message to you as there is no escalation matrix designed within goibibo to highlight my grievance.

                        I have booked a ticket from goibibo in feb 2019 under an zero cancellation policy of hdfc credit card. At the time of booking the ticket, it clearly mention that you are eligible for this offer.

                        Unfortunately i had to cancel the ticket for some personal reason and when i tried to claim my refund from hdfc for the cancellation charges, it mentioned that i have used gogash of inr 625 due to which i am not eligible for the offer.

                        It was a clear misdirection by goibibo at the time of booking due to which i have to face financial loss.


                        I have been following up with the customer care for more than a month, but i have not received any responses from there end as they keep saying you will receive a call back with 24 hours but that never happens. I have no other means to escalate the issue. I am hopeful that you direct this grievance to the appropriate department as i have no clue about the progress of the complain.

                          I paid approx 1450/- via e-payment, but after my check-out company not providing GST invoice.

                          I tried to contact with customer care with service number[protected], they are providing normal payment voucher, where no description of SGST and CGST and revert that we provide only this invoice.

                          as government norm of GST it right and responsibility of every citizen and merchant of to get GST invoice of every payment.

                            This is in regards for the reimbursement of extra amount rs. 5611/- which is still not been credited to our account after sharing our banking account details. As we were been provided sub-standard room and our whole stay was spoiled. After following up several times, we are been told that the payment is still not been processed.                             I was trying to book a flight last night. bhubaneswar to bangalore. AirAsia time : 9:15 AM. Whike.making the payment the oage went unavailable. Later i checked, my money was deducted but no booking id was generated. I am not even able to chat or send an email because you guys need details which have not been generated.

                              I have booked a ticket from Chandigarh to new delhi but that was showing an error of waiting for payment, where payment has been made and my credit card statement is saying that i have paid the money to goibibo. Tried a lot to call goibibo support on all the number no call connection. Also no support available on app, automatic replying GIA is just a ###... i have all the payment proof and not confirmed voucher or TRF number.

                              It is so disgusting to know that goibibo has no customer support, it is really a ridiculous thing ever ever have seen.

                                    I am having comfirmed flight bookings from bangkok to kolkata and kolkata to new delhi for 22nd may 2019. Today, morning i contacted your 24 customer care no. And talked to your executive. But my experience with your team was not at all satisfactory. He was not able to answer my queries; rather he was reluctant to answer and finally he disconnected the call wihtout completing the conversation. This is very disappointed on the part of goibibo and it should see that this level of customer service is improved.

                                      I booked flight ticket from ahmedabad to warsaw through goibibo by my international debit card. But due to your technical issue that ticket was sold out and the refund process was done from your side. I got refund money but too less. That's i can understand but again i tried to book another flight ticket through your site then payment has been cut from my account and i haven't got any kind of confirmation of that booking. When i'm calling to your customer care number they are refusing my call by saying that you have not any recent bookings with this mobile number.
                                      What should i do? And you don't have any another customer care number for abroad customers. Book my ticket and send me confirmation otherwise i will file consumer complain against your company. I'm too much tired by your worst customer service. Waiting for your response.
