I have tried to book a flight on 18th april,
From kolkata-bangalore dated 15th may. Payment got deducted but booking id or booking email not received. I have tried to upload the payment proo[censored]sing gia, but it is a tedious automated chat and not helpful. Now it is 22nd of may still no refund has been initiated. Now i am compelled to slam goibibo on social media of this issue is not fixed in next 5 days.

    Sir,
    I have booked a train ticket from my GOIBIBO App vide PNR no.[protected] and your txn. no.[protected] on 24.03.19 from KJM to CSMT station having travel date of 02.04.19. But on the journey date I was waiting at my boarding station KJM to board the train which got suddenly diverted to some other route and as such I could not board the train. After which I filed a TFR from the GOIBIBO app on the very same night. Now I want to know the status of my refund as I don't know anything regarding the same. Kindly look into the matter at an earliest and let me know the status.

      I think you did not get my query. If we have not done any transaction on 18th April, how we will get the charges. and Ibibo is the the name which is very clearly mentioned in it. So how anybody else's transaction is it?

        I have been chasing goibibo from last 45 days against the booking made through website for jet airways from mumbai to dehradun.

        First of all, i have been informed that my flight was canceled and refund will be processed with 10-15 days. After multiple follow up, again i was make to understand that based on recent circular, the refund should be processed, latest by 20 may 2019.

        In between, i have been informed that they have initiated the payment from their end and it should reflect my account within 5 to 14 days.

        Wording from goibibo - "over the call, we informed you that full refund for (Bom-ded 5906.0 & ded-bom 4829.0) is initiated from our side it will be reflected in your bank account within 5 to 14 working days so hope your query is resolved."

        Then again on 10th of may, i have been informed that my booking made under reference no - tuabcn396 has been processed from their end and they would like to know if i have receive the payment

        Wording from goibibo - this is in reference to your query under booking id : tuabcn396we tried to call you [protected] however cant be able to contact you. Kindly let us know once you received the amount so that we can close the query from our end.

        Now after multiple followup, today i have been informed -

        "for further assistance feel free to write to us preferable time so that we can call you and assist you according to your query as we are unable to check any flight booking with this email id."

        This is complete customer harassment, which i am facing with goibibo team.

            I've booked a ticket on goibibo on 25th of april from new delhi to guwahati. The amout was deducted from my account but the booking was not confirm even after 2 hours of payment. I called the goibibo helpline. The person who received my call said that your payment is succesful but the ticket rates are raised so your booking is not successful. Its better to cancel your booking. I asked him whether you are going to deduct any charges he replied as your booking is not confirmed your money will not be deducted and will be refunded within 4-14 days. It's been more than 25 days now. I still haven't got my money back. I'm a student for me the amount is big. I'd called their excecutive they all transfer the case to their higher authority. This is getting worse. And from the last two days they aren't replying my mail. I want full refund of my money asap.

            My goibibo case ticket number is 27643171.

              Hello. It's very hard to say this that your goibibo company employees are totally uneducated and ###. I'm a driver partner of your your cab service from Ahmedabad, Gujarat. I'd tripped 3 times in the month of April dated 3, 5 and 7, 2019. Now due to my bank account has been closed so I've updated new one but after updating new bank account details till date I didn't received my last months 3 trips money. And from there they are telling me wait for one week. So will you please tell me that how many week I have to wait. Such a idiotic way to explain. Your employees are fool and also they are making me fool. This is not the way to handle a driver partner. For what reason they are holding my money.

                  I took ticket from mussorie to delhi fro ibibo bus. My seat number was 3 6 9 12 pnr number 64v5hpag for dated 19 may 2019. All seats were single seats. But at the time of boarding i was not given seat number 12. I was asked to seat on without push back seat. Any how i came to delhi. I suffered a lot in this regard. My back is restless today. I want complete refund of one seat.

                    1. Hotel booking done for guest @ chiplun by my credit card of amount rs. 937/- & recvd the voucher instantly, guest reached at hotel.
                    2. Hotelier denied the booking because goibibo did not cleared the earlier balance payment (Irrelevant to us).
                    3. Called at call goibibo customer care and resolved the issue assuring the payments from goibibo by their agent.
                    4. Next day @ checkout, my guest was charged rs. 1200/- for his stay as goibibo did not paid the hotelier.

                      Now they have agreed to give dinner and break fast
                      But please do cancel my tomorrow's booking in hotel maharaja
                      Sirbooked pinewood for pinewood pangot for 18.05.2019 bad management even so called manager was not ready to start generator. Not a family type. I went to nainital took hotel the earls court with dinner and brack fast.

                      Today i book country inn nokuchiataal. Which is with small rooms neither having break fast or dinner. Even room service water is of future choice local water. Wow standard of country inn and commitment of goibibo.
                      You just cancel my tomorrow's booking with hotel maharaja. I think standards are really gone low.
                      I have suffered all you booking amount lose.

                          On 19th April I requested for refund of cancellation of Jet airways flight from Delhi to Mumbai of 11 June as below.

                          (Thank you for calling goCare. we have registered your service request under Dom Flights - Refund - Refund Status Enquiry / Request. Your service request id is 27557490.)

                          But on 5th May I called them they said no refund request has been taken for cancellation.
                          I provided my above request number then they said due to system error it was not processed.

                          And again they provided me the new request number and said with a week it will done and I will receive a call from refund team. But till now nothing done. I don't what to do now. Please help if anybody can help?

                              I booked a oyo room for 16th may, 2019 and we reached the destination. There was no oyo room at that location. I called the customer care on goibibo and they couldn’t find the booking details for my number and couldn’t find any detail, i shared the booking id as well. I had booked the room for a patient and we had to face so much trouble. The lady from customer care didn’t wish to help me also. I want to raise a complaint and want it to be escalated. The worst part was nobody tried to help from customer care and i had to cancel the room after that with zero refund. I will take till matter to court.

                                Flight has been cancelled by spicejet which i had booked through goibibo. How do i get the refund. I’m unable to contact goibibo after trying a lot. Customer care numbers are of no help as they are computer generated. They are putting up limited options which does not match to my question.                                   I did a hotel booking for puri for upcoming 31st may'2019 to 2nd june'2019. Post cyclone there is no electricity restored along with water problem exists. Hence tried calling goibibo customer care no to get the status. But every time the customer care no got disconnected automatically to get update from gia. But the chat suppprt is really bogus and answered nothing related to my query. Aftet talking to hotelier (The only option given by goibibo) he asked for canceling the booking and complete refund would happen. But in my goibibo app i can see 0 refund. Incase of natural calamity where the hotel is not accepting guest, how can goibibo is doing this kind of fraid with people.

                                      Q 1: mention of a policy designed tactically deliberately by goibibo to be easily missed to cheat unsuspecting customers like in the case of goibibo booking id htldsjhw7d?

                                      Q 2 : also, how does goibibo even encourage such partners imposing such moral-policing policies in 2019? Stayuncle.com does not. Clearly, if goibibo had the will, it would choose not to, but it won't. Why, because there is easy money to be made of[censored]nsuspecting customers?

                                        On 12th may we had a flight from hyd-delhi (Pnr se6l9n), we reached to take the boarding pass before 40 minutes (Due to car breakdown). But flight staff refused to give us boarding pass as their closing time for check-in is 45 minutes before departure and we were late by 5 minutes. Flight staff didnt even try to assist and told to book a new ticket for next flight.
                                        But in goibibo from where we have booked the tickets, there is nowhere mentioned about spicejet stating close of check-in time is 45 minutes.
