I was trying to book new delhi to haridwar tickets from goibibo site and same was debited twice from my account in the following reference id
Trnafbw3hrwm3t dt 4-5-19 and
Trnafbw3dwydun dt 4-5-19
I got refund of trnafbw3dwydun dt 4-5-19 but not of trnafbw3hrwm3t dt 4-5-19
On chatting with helpdesk they are not understanding and gave reply of trnafbw3dwydun dt 4-5-19.
I also require refund of trnafbw3hrwm3t dt 4-5-19 as no ticket has since been booked.

    Worst experience
    I have booked a hotel using goibibo for mount abu location booking date[protected] with booking id "htltstuaq6", while i arrive at abu on 4th-may-2019 at visited the hotel for check-in hotelier told me they don't get any booking from goibibo.

    I called to customer care and wested my about 2 hours on call to resolve this issue.

    They told me i can book hotel my self they are ready to reimburse with rupies - 3000 (How they can decide this reimburse money?) even i try to manage with same, i wested my more than one hour to search hotel there because of saturated and mostly room was full in hotels.

    I have only 4000 cash amount available as i have planned this trip accordingly now i have to manage the hotel and all other things in 4000 really? I found the hotel with rs 2500 but now hotelier said my if i want bill i have to pay 22% (About 3050 approx total amount) more than booking amount so i agree to stay there without the bill.

    Now talked with goibibo customer care again i told them whole scenario about my cash and hotel where i am staying but they told me i have to take a bill from the hotel else they are not ready to give anything so according to them i am not stying in abu they talking me about rules and process wtf... Finally i got frustrated due to there # process.

    Means after reaching the destination if you don't get a hotel or service due to goibibo! Do we have to follow goibibo rules list really?

    I thought i go there for abu trip without any tension. But i feel i was there to resolve the issue of the hotel created by goibibo.

    They just close the ticket as i have attached a screenshot with this ticket.

    Route behaviour with a superior waiting time of call 15 to 20 min,
    Two-time call getting cut while i am on hold so i have to explain the whole scenario two time wtf...

      Spicejet has processed my refund, now my money is lying with goibibo. Goibibo has to refund my money. Attaching email for reference.

        I had a jet airway booking for the month of june (2019), since the flight has been cancelled, i am eligible for a refund, which the travel agent (Goibibo) do not bother to process it since a month almost. Inspite of the calls and emails and message to them on social media, nothing seemed to be effective.
        Kindly if you could help me receive my refund, would be great.

          I tried booking international tickets through goibibo and i get a message of payment failure. I tried to rebook the flight and it is successful. Meanwhile the earlier payment automatically gets successful and i am charged twice. When raising multiple queries and calling them umpteen times, they have stopped responding and haven't refunded. Please help how to sue the travel site and get our due.

              I booked a cab through goibibo app for 19th april 2019 in bangalore (Pnr-carpwfbbi6ip857). I contacted the support team for the amendment of the cab but they refused to do that. I asked them about the cancellation policy on which they told me that if i cancel my booking now i’ll get back 90% of the amount back. So on hearing this i cancelled my booking but not got any refund. The support team then told me that this booking cannot be refunded. I called them so many times, mailed them my query but the goibibo team is so unprofessional that they themselves are not clear with the company policy.
              I request you to kindly take a severe action against them and i am free to provide any sort of document required for that.

                  Events:
                  Booked a round trip from hyderabad to bangalore.
                  Opted for airport cab from bangalore airport to the city.
                  Issue:
                  -received a message stating the cab is for "drop to hyderabad airport".
                  -tried to book the cab from the link given only to find that the destination was prefixed to "bangalore airport" (Looks like a system bug as in none of the scenarios bangalore airport could be the destination by default.) anyways, the cab was booked from hyderabad to bangalore after which i could find the cab booking department's number in the booking page. I cancelled the ticket and raised a request for refund on the same.

                        Today, the 4th may, 2019 i opened an account in goibibo.com with my mobile phone number [protected] and found that with different email address which is not mine. As the site do not provide facilities of changing email address i cannot change the email address into the account i use and i fear that by opening the account i'm now in risk of losing my confidential by the user of that fraudulent email account holder.And I have recently booked a ticket and that has been canceled by itrtc site but I have not received any confirmation about refund .

                                I tried to book flight ticket on 10th april 2019 through hdfc emi 3 times, but all are failed transactions and i got a response that goibibo didn't received the same, please contact bank for the refund if any,
                                When i contacted my bank, they replied that all 3 were claimed by goibibo and they didn't got any refund update.

                                Since it was failed transactions and no id are available, now goibibo can't able to trace the same, but bank charged the same on me.

                                    Every time you came with different excuses, we are collecting all the excuses, so it will be useful for us to show our concerned to consumer forum, we only asked you why it was showing discount just before the execution if it is not actual (if it has some terms and conditions), it seems your portal make a disillusion to clients & once they stuck in it. You will charge as arbitrariness way.
                                    Your portal was not supposed to show discount of EMI when we give you payment in one go! While other hidden charges which has not mention during the charge.

                                    It was more costly to buy from you rather then from other reputed portals. Who never use to misguide the customer as you are in practice to do.

                                    One thing I would like remind you that doesn’t matter how much it will take but we are not going to leave single penny on you. while also claim for mental harassment & compensation for the same.

                                        Few weeks back we have booked 2 tickets on 09th april 2019 from bengaluru to london (Travel date 15th april 2019) through goibibo and paid full ticket amount to goibibo. (Rs.57340)

                                        Since there was reschedules of flight from one of the airways, we cancelled ticket on 11th april 2019, believing that goibibo will refund the amount asap. We thought refund will be immediate, since we opted for refund to goibibo account only, not to our personal savings account.

                                        Reality is they just refunded domestic flight amount from bengaluru to delhi (Rs.7800) but didn't refunded international ticket amount from delhi to london.

                                        We waited for 3 days and tried to call goibibo customer care. Sarcastically, they were disconnecting our call each time or else put on hold for 30 mins with no response. And now they don't even have any contact number to call.

                                        Even now the refund status shows as "refund pending from airways". When we enquired the same with airways they are telling that its goibibo responsibility to refund not airways.

                                        So am fed up contacting goibibo from past 3 weeks and all roads are closed to contact them. My plans to book alternative tickets were stuck due to shortage of money.

                                        I sincerely request you to please resolve my refund issue and get my amount back from goibibo.

                                        This is most negligible answer from Goibibo. Have I paid the amount to Goibibo or Jet Airways.
                                        Its responsiblity of Goibibo to refund not from Jet Airways. You guys have some deal wilth Jet Airways not with customers.

                                        Will Goibibo book any ticket if we customers do the same like, we will give amount later just book the ticket, you won't do right. How come you guys play with customers money.

                                        And what are the fake status shown in Goibibo website, "Refund sent to Bank". Based on Fake Status by Goibibo I yelled at my Bank officials that amount is sent but not reflected. You are telling its delayed from Jet Airways, then why its posted refund sent to Bank. You guys are cheating us with fake promises.

                                        As I told in first complaint, Jet Airways is least bothered If we have booked tickets from Travel Agent like Goibibo. Goibibo has collecetd my money and Goibibo should return. Its upto Goibibo like how the deal happened between Goibibo and Jet Airways.

                                        You guys are not ready to give timeline for refund and still post fake status in Goibibo account. Its more than 22 days am getiing the same status.

                                        So let me know whether its will be refunded or not, we need to take other action based on your response.

                                        Goibibo people,
                                        Give some reponse to the above post which I have cretaed on MAY 07. Because of you people so many lifes are suffering. You guys want customers money to move your business, when there is loss again you enjoy with customers money. Just give me one proof that Jet Airways says that Goibibo customers money will be refunded by Jet Airways. Goibibo has lost all his name and fame, you guys are cheating people in the name of Jet Airways.

                                        Complaint has not been resolved YET...am not sure how come the status got changed. It must have done by either Goibibo or the consumer forum but not from myside.
