I tried to call multiple times, and reach out to the portal for chat support, but didn't get a response.

Issue: I was booking a flight from GOP to BLR. After making the payment, the amount got deducted from my account but the booking failed.

I wanted to raise complaint, but didn't get any support from goibibo website....

I am Unable to web checkin and upgrade baggage allowance. Tried contacting customer care, extremely rude and unprofessional behaviour. Need urgent help....

I had did a transaction of Rs 16512/- on 10 Apr 22, the reg number of Goibibo is [protected], the amount is debited from my account, but the booking isn't confirmed, I need the tickets issue or refund my money now....

I have emailed and called customer care 50 times and registered complaint also for to cancel my booking as bus operator is unethical rude arrogant and unprofessional

I could not travel as he alloted my seat to another...

I have paid 1441 for a hotel on 7 apr 22, at 10:24 pm, through upi i.e axis bank BHIM upi. And amount is debited from my bank but goibibo app kept the loading interface and then marked it as booking failed. They said wait for 30 mins for getting refund but its been an hour now haven’t got any refund.
Tried calling customer care but the robot doesn’t connects to customer care EVER!

We have cancelled our flight tickets prior to one month still cancellation fee is charged too much, requesting to reduce my cancellation charges, you are almost charging 31000 of 41000 total travel fees which is way huge amount for me, please reduce my cancellation fee....

I tried 200 times calling customer care they auto reply and shut off without talk to me
So rascal you people are that if we experience bad during first travel by bus and if we don't want to travel again by same operator
I insisted to cancel and refund same day of booking
