I am writing to you to raise an issue about: Flights

The issue that I have experienced was: I had booked 2 tickets from Denpasar, Bali to New Delhi, India airport with layover in Kuala Lumpur under the names:

Sanchit Gupta
Booking Date: Oct 06, 2019
Assumed Travel Date: Mar 14, 2020
Unfortunately the flights got cancelled due to Covid. I tried reaching out to Goibibo using their customer care number which just used to reply various things (underlying message was "We won't listen to you. We won't offer customer support. Our app is good when it comes to taking money but USELESS when it comes to refunding the hard earned money of customers".
Surprisingly I got a call from Goibibo agent for some other service where I, somehow made them listen to the query. They initiated the return and upon asking where can I reach to them if the refund is not done, he just gave me email ids under the presumption that I can reach out to them.
Since then I have been writing to them, mailing them, trying various features on their apps but unable to get my query resolved and get my money back.

ASKS FROM GOIBIBO:
1. Refund Principal Amount (INR 10, 127 + INR 9, 936 = INR 20, 063) + interest
2. Open up a genuine customer support & Care number
3. Improve their apps. If can't be done please close it. You have more damages to offer than services
