I have booked a ticket from Dubrovnik to Delhi with PNR MQ44KV. The ticket was booked on 1st Jan 2020 for travel date 18th July 2020. The booking was done via Goibibo

However, due to the ongoing Coronavirus pandemic I was forced to cancel my tavel plan since international travel was banned and tourist visa was not available.

However goibibo is not giving me the refund even though almost 2 years have passed.

    Biggest mistake of my life to book a hotel from their app and ruined my trip. After they failed my booking and asked me to book a new hotel with my card at the hotel (not from theie website or app). They asked me to walk in and book the hotel and they’ll pat half of the amount because they cancelled my previous booking. I booked a hotel gor 60 thousand and now all im doing is calling them every day and asking for my refund but they dont care. They also sent me an email regarding the amount to be refunded and accepting that they will refund the money also they only credited only 9 rs out of full amount and now everyday they come with a new idea of delaying. Its been two months and this is my second complaint here. I regret booking from this fraud company. And their well trained customer care who exactly know hpw to fool people. Want to file a harassmesnt suit against this company.

      I was trying to book train tickets on 14th march 22 and for that I made a payment on website through google pay upi. money got deducted but no sign of confirmation on the website.
      I called goibibo customer care but they told to wait and check but still no money is credited to my account.
      Also I can’t even reach to customer care now there is no option to talk to customer care operator as no booking is present on my number.
      137 rupees were debited for the flight tickets. here is my booking id - TRNDG7W9PRRIKH
      Please get my money back and stop this fraud or improve your services.

      Even I did not get my refund, even tho the booking was cancelled, I have been so much frustrated about it, it's a sum of 2877 rs, I tried my best to call them none of them is working please do help or guide if anyone knows how to get it back

                I am writing to you to raise an issue about: Flights

                The issue that I have experienced was: I had booked 2 tickets from Denpasar, Bali to New Delhi, India airport with layover in Kuala Lumpur under the names:

                Assumed Travel Date: Mar 14, 2020

                Unfortunately the flights got cancelled due to Covid. I tried reaching out to Goibibo using their customer care number which just used to reply various things (underlying message was "We won't listen to you. We won't offer customer support. Our app is good when it comes to taking money but USELESS when it comes to refunding the hard earned money of customers".

                Surprisingly I got a call from Goibibo agent for some other service where I, somehow made them listen to the query. They initiated the return and upon asking where can I reach to them if the refund is not done, he just gave me email ids under the presumption that I can reach out to them.

                Since then I have been writing to them, mailing them, trying various features on their apps but unable to get my query resolved and get my money back.

                Call with agent happened on: 30/05/2021

                ASKS FROM GOIBIBO:
                1. Refund Principal Amount (INR 10, 127 + INR 9, 936 = INR 20, 063) + interest
                2. Open up a genuine customer support & Care number
                3. Improve their apps. If can't be done please close it. You have more damages to offer than services

                  I have not yet got any refund from the company even after mailing them a zillion times. There is no response. I have tried contacting them on all social media platforms. I have booked an international flight for ₹27712. They’re either replying by saying they don’t have my bank details or they’re unable to contact me. But I have also mailed them my bank details many times. Firstly they were saying that even they haven’t received the refund from the airline. When I contacted the airline they said they’ve refunded the amount and you’ll get the refund from the third party platform only. When I showed them this mail. Now they’re delaying the refund by saying they don’t have my bank details or they’re not able to contact me. I have already mailed them my bank details also a zillion times. Then they want me to fill these details on some link they’ve sent which is not even working. I am so frustrated and disappointed. It has been more than 2 years now.

                    I had booked air tickets for my wife Ms Tripta Joshi from Delhi to Depansar Bali and back (01 Oct 20-09 Oct 20).The flights were not operational due to Covid.On contacting, the Vet Jet Airlines confirmed that they had refunded the booking amount (Rs17040/-) to Goibibo.
                    In their email, Goibibo had also confirmed that refund was approved on 7 Oct 20 and will be processed.
                    However since then there has be no response as there is no option to talk to representative on customer care Number and all emails are auto generated with no option to reply.

                        I would like to claim ticket refund for denied boarding of my flight on[protected] with Etihad Airways.
                        Booking ID - GOFLIF[protected] purchased[protected] from Goibibo website.

                        This flight was supposed to depart from Bombay Airport[protected] and arrive at Sydney Airport[protected].However, the flight was canceled and I was denied boarding. The cancelation of the flight happened due to the outbreak of COVID 19 and scheduled international flights were suspended on[protected].

                        I canceled my flight with Etihad Airways directly. I was informed by customer service that my cancelation was successful and Etihad Airways refund the amount of Rs 34, 297 to Goibibo account.

                        This happened in 2020 and here we are in 2022 and I am still not able to recover my refund from Ibibo Group. Since then, Goibibo customer service has forced me to submit additional information and play a cat and mouse game.

                        I am writing because I am deeply unsatisfied with Goibibo customer service and I never thought that I would have to file a complaint at the corporate level, since Goibibo received excellent reviews back in 2020.

                          I booked a hotel on 14 th feb from goibibo and i have been told from the hotel that thr rooms are not available. Goibibo asked me to walking and book anyother hotel and they will pay the difference. They also sent me an email promising me the difference to be paid by them. I booked the hotel and paid full amount at the hotel as they asked me to which i also have mentioned in their email . And now i am calling them everyday for my own money to get refunded and the customer care attendent are so professional to fool the customer and keep them delaying. Nothing happend till now.i am getting interest charged on my creit card for that transaction and Instead of refund they keep asking me to share different details everytime i call. So fed up with this harassment everyday on call. And i request everyone not to use goibibo please. I am thinking of going to court for the harassment they caused me. Thats how bad they are!

                            Dear Sir. i have booked a one way cab from goibibo website vide booking id CARPAG7MSMNKLYL from New digha to Kolkata(Newtown Area) on 20th March2022 at 10 am. I have made a advance payment while booking and the remaining amount 3085 to be paid to the driver. But after reaching my home in kolkata the driver showed me a false receipt in his phone showing 31km extra and total remaining bill as 3085 +448=3533rps which i have paid thinking it's true. Later i received the original invoice from goibibo which was showing i have paid 3085...The driver charged me extra charges showing false receipt in his mobile. As a proof my wife was standing besides me when the whole incident happened..I have instantly called goibibo customer care about it, they have taken 48hrs for investigation and told me today that the driver told them he has taken 3085 only and they also found it seems true. Now they are asking proof from me about the extra payment or charges the driver taken. I was so disappointed about the whole incident and it's so misearable and bitter experiences i have been through...Please take necessary action against goibibo and the driver for charging me extra 448 rps showing a false receipt on his mobile

                              On 18th march i had booked a ticket for udaipur to vadodara through goibibo, as per booking the time of bus was 11.22 pm the bus operator name was shree balaji travels, but the bus didn't came at that time then i tried to contact the bus operator and he said that he doesn't have any bus at this time, then i tried to contact goibibo but they didn't responded and ruined my journey,
                              i have waited over 2 hrs but the bus didnt came and no one was responding, even the bus was not shared by goibibo,

                              i paid Rs 950 for the ticket.

                                  I have bbok my ticket in Feb 2020 for Booking ID GOFLDAND3DA[protected] for travel to AMD - JAI through goibibo from spiceJET, which i was travelling in April but due to lockdown all the flight has been cancel and govt order to refund the amount.

                                  the problem is from the account which i booked the ticket has been closed due to online fraud which i inform goibibo and Spicejet both and i have given my new account details and the bank closing letter with seal of bank to goibibo with reference id[protected],[protected],[protected]

                                  spicejet refund the amount to goibibo but goibibo refund as gocash rs 5095, i have been trying to get my money from my account from past 5 to 6 month but again they are
                                  forcing me to submit LOA From bank and making thing Round and round. i have talk all the excutives that i dont want my amount as go cash i wanted in my new account which is on my name as the primary traveller but i am not getting the response

                                      I have booked a hotel room through ibibo and after staying on call with them for 2 hours they are not even able to refund my money nor even able to provide me an alternative.

                                      As a regular user of ibibo, I didnot expect this to happen.

                                      Now I have to leave the property and do a fresh booking which is costing me double the price plus the double commute charge and 3 hours of inconvinence
