    I have done a booking on 18th December2021, however I cancelled my booking on the same day but its been more than 3 months I didn't get my refund in my account. By contacting their executive they are saying they have done the reversal and also provided me a reference number, the refund amount was 13916.

      I WAS BOOKED A HOTEL ON 10th of FEB 2022 FOR 14th feb check in and the t&c was if I cancel the booking they will refund 100% of money but they didn’t do that..my booing amount was 1888 they refund only 90 rupees..

        Today, i.e. 11th March 2022, I wanted to make a booking for Hotel Panchvati Yatri Nashik for the date. I made the transaction via Google pay QR Code scan, but since my banks server was down, the payment failed the first time. So I changed the Bank and made the payment successfully. But the booking was not made for the said date and I did not receive the booking voucher or confirmation from Goibibo and when I contacted the hotel, they said they did not receive the booking.

        The page My trips is showing a minor glitch and asking to contact customer service. When I called at the customer service number there is no option of speaking to customer care executive as there is no failed booking for the said date and I don't have a voucher number.

        I need a refund of the original amount of Rs 2550 /- to my account asap.

            I WAS RECEIVED BELOW MESSAGE FROM IBIBO GROUP BUT THEY DIDN'T GIVEN ANY REFUND TILL NOW SO PLEASE HELP ME REGARDING THE SAME (I HAVE GIVEN WHATEVER THEY REQUIRED FROM ME)

            Please note that as per the revert received from SAUDI ARABIAN AIRLINES please share the passport copies (Front and back side both) and authority letter signed from both the passengers stating (IBIBO GROUP PVT LTD) to process and collect the refund on their behalf.

            Please note K3 and E3 tax will be deducted from airline side.

            Please note that Goibibo convenience fee INR909 is non refundable for each booking id.

                        I made a booking for the stay on 22nd February 2022 in Goibibo, I made the booking through phone pay of Rs 3036. The money was debited but the booking was not confirmed. I raised a complaint to customer care on the same day but they're simply telling me that my issue is escalated to the concerned team and they are working on it. Every time I speak to them they simply ask me to wait for 48hrs more. It's been the same for the past 10days and still, my money isn't refunded. And there is no update on my issue.

                                I was trying to book flight tickets on 25th feb 22 and for that I made a payment on website through google pay upi. money got deducted but no sign of confirmation on the website.
                                I called goibibo customer care but they told to wait and check but still no money is credited to my account.
                                Also I can’t even reach to customer care now there is no option to talk to customer care operator as no booking is present on my number.
                                13780 rupees were debited for the flight tickets.
                                Please get my money back and stop this fraud or improve your services.

                                  I had booked a stay at OYO 65238 Hotel Crystal Stay, Bhubaneshwar for 3 nights from 26 Feb – 2 Mar22 thru’ GoIbibo on 12/2/22 [ GoIbibo ID HTLDVAKW2H5ARDXB, PNR [protected] ], by paying full advance payment of Rs. 5693/-.
                                  When I reported to the property on 26th FEb'22, after much searching around [ wrong Google Map location, plus local residents not aware of any such hotel] around 1300 Hrs on 26/2/22, with family and luggages in toe, the boy at Reception did acknowledge the booking but refused to let us check-in for want of a negative RTPCR Report. We agreed to show him double vaccination reports, and assured to get the RTPCR by next day after giving the sample, but the reception boy refused. Neither he agreed to provide the Owner’s contact Details, nor bothered to check up with Go Ibibo which had done the booking.

                                  Feeling helpless, I could only contact the OYO Customer Care No. at[protected] [ which was provided on the Booking Confirmation document from GoIbibo) at about 13:06 Hrs and the lady on the other side kept the line on hold for about 10 min – ostensibly for talking with the Owner, and then declared that check-in at the same hotel was not possible. Despite my repeated requests for allowing check-in with double vaccination report with physical checks for fever & symptoms, after having reported there with my wife & daughter with several luggages [ for my daughter’s hostel admission], no solutions emerged even after speaking on OYO helpline for about 15 min. The attending lady also refused to offer any refund either, and told me to take up with GoIbibo which took the booking in first place.
                                  Since I was getting delayed for admission reporting schedule of my daughter, I had to walk out literally with family and all luggages.
                                  As Hotel refused to allow me check-in, despite accepting full advance payment, requested GoIbibo to refund me the full amount. As a matter of fact, refusing entry due to lack of negative RTPCR report is only a sham for cheating hapless customers who pays in advance but are not informed adequately for such tests – incidentally, neither airlines, nor reputed hotels or any public institutions are insisting presently for negative RTPCR report.
                                  The fact that OYO Hotel Bookings do not share any Hotel Contact Details, which only gives OYO Hotels general contact no., it is extremely difficult for customers to contact the particular hotels in advance either to confirm the booking or to know the locations exactly [often wrong locations marked in Google Maps ].
                                  Interestingly, my compaint email to [protected]@oyorooms.com [ which was on Booking Confirmation document] had also bounced subsequently - which proves the sham business that these people are into.
                                  I therefore demand an unconditional apology from both GoIbibo & OYO for the gross harassment meted out to me & my family, and immediate issual of FULL REFUND of amount paid [ Rs. 5693] for the hotel stay.

                                    I tried to book an international flight for del-vte route. My money, of amount 48732:00, got deducted from bank account at[protected]:46 at INB/[protected]/PAYU.IN but my booking was not cofirmed. I need to book ticket again. I cannot book the ticket again until money get refunded back to my account. I tried to contact goibibo and PAYU but no luck yet. Please resolve this as soon as possible.

                                      They took my money but tried to hide their mistakes.
                                      I want a boarding pass as early as possible to travel, Only 35 hours remain to fly now. GOibibo is not responding yet.

                                        I have made this request to your company for refund as the money was
                                        refunded by the airline and was lying as go ibibo cash, I could not
                                        get any reply after this confirmation email and money has also not
                                        reached the account.

                                        While I have read several complaints on the social medial about the
                                        fraudulent refusals and non responses from go ibibo, I have now
                                        started expeineced first hand this time, There are no email ID's or
                                        proper communication channels
                                        and the call center is just raising the hands saying they are from MMT
                                        only for booking (which is cheating another customer)

                                        As a senior citizen, I will now raise this request through courts for
                                        a possible class action law suit on behalf of thousands onf people
                                        fooled by your company unliess I get the refund. I wil make sure this
                                        company details along with
                                        people who are cheated is listed in all social media and possble news
                                        forums for this cheating business

                                        I would like to remind you of the supreme court order and would be
                                        spending even more than my cost to take your company to court if
                                        required,
