I would like to claim ticket refund for denied boarding of my flight on[protected] with Etihad Airways.
Booking ID - GOFLIF[protected] purchased[protected] from Goibibo website.

This flight was supposed to depart from Bombay Airport[protected] and arrive at Sydney Airport[protected].However, the flight was canceled and I was denied boarding. The cancelation of the flight happened due to the outbreak of COVID 19 and scheduled international flights were suspended on[protected].

I canceled my flight with Etihad Airways directly. I was informed by customer service that my cancelation was successful and Etihad Airways refund the amount of Rs 34, 297 to Goibibo account.

This happened in 2020 and here we are in 2022 and I am still not able to recover my refund from Ibibo Group. Since then, Goibibo customer service has forced me to submit additional information and play a cat and mouse game.

I am writing because I am deeply unsatisfied with Goibibo customer service and I never thought that I would have to file a complaint at the corporate level, since Goibibo received excellent reviews back in 2020.

    I booked a hotel on 14 th feb from goibibo and i have been told from the hotel that thr rooms are not available. Goibibo asked me to walking and book anyother hotel and they will pay the difference. They also sent me an email promising me the difference to be paid by them. I booked the hotel and paid full amount at the hotel as they asked me to which i also have mentioned in their email . And now i am calling them everyday for my own money to get refunded and the customer care attendent are so professional to fool the customer and keep them delaying. Nothing happend till now.i am getting interest charged on my creit card for that transaction and Instead of refund they keep asking me to share different details everytime i call. So fed up with this harassment everyday on call. And i request everyone not to use goibibo please. I am thinking of going to court for the harassment they caused me. Thats how bad they are!

      Dear Sir. i have booked a one way cab from goibibo website vide booking id CARPAG7MSMNKLYL from New digha to Kolkata(Newtown Area) on 20th March2022 at 10 am. I have made a advance payment while booking and the remaining amount 3085 to be paid to the driver. But after reaching my home in kolkata the driver showed me a false receipt in his phone showing 31km extra and total remaining bill as 3085 +448=3533rps which i have paid thinking it's true. Later i received the original invoice from goibibo which was showing i have paid 3085...The driver charged me extra charges showing false receipt in his mobile. As a proof my wife was standing besides me when the whole incident happened..I have instantly called goibibo customer care about it, they have taken 48hrs for investigation and told me today that the driver told them he has taken 3085 only and they also found it seems true. Now they are asking proof from me about the extra payment or charges the driver taken. I was so disappointed about the whole incident and it's so misearable and bitter experiences i have been through...Please take necessary action against goibibo and the driver for charging me extra 448 rps showing a false receipt on his mobile

        On 18th march i had booked a ticket for udaipur to vadodara through goibibo, as per booking the time of bus was 11.22 pm the bus operator name was shree balaji travels, but the bus didn't came at that time then i tried to contact the bus operator and he said that he doesn't have any bus at this time, then i tried to contact goibibo but they didn't responded and ruined my journey,
        i have waited over 2 hrs but the bus didnt came and no one was responding, even the bus was not shared by goibibo,

        i paid Rs 950 for the ticket.

        please look into the matter.

            I have bbok my ticket in Feb 2020 for Booking ID GOFLDAND3DA[protected] for travel to AMD - JAI through goibibo from spiceJET, which i was travelling in April but due to lockdown all the flight has been cancel and govt order to refund the amount.

            the problem is from the account which i booked the ticket has been closed due to online fraud which i inform goibibo and Spicejet both and i have given my new account details and the bank closing letter with seal of bank to goibibo with reference id[protected],[protected],[protected]

            spicejet refund the amount to goibibo but goibibo refund as gocash rs 5095, i have been trying to get my money from my account from past 5 to 6 month but again they are
            forcing me to submit LOA From bank and making thing Round and round. i have talk all the excutives that i dont want my amount as go cash i wanted in my new account which is on my name as the primary traveller but i am not getting the response

                I have booked a hotel room through ibibo and after staying on call with them for 2 hours they are not even able to refund my money nor even able to provide me an alternative.

                As a regular user of ibibo, I didnot expect this to happen.

                Now I have to leave the property and do a fresh booking which is costing me double the price plus the double commute charge and 3 hours of inconvinence

                      It been 8 days since the request for the complaint has been registered at your app
                      for the bus service. I booked a bus on 11th of March 2022 from Kolkata to Digha
                      Transporter name Santosh Bus Service booking ID : GOBUSANDD7596681BE,
                      for the date 12th of March 2022, the bus service got cancelled from the
                      transporter as there was breakdown of bus, the transporter requested to book an
                      another bus for the same date from another boarding point, I did the same the
                      other booking was successfully completed. It's been 8 days since I have lodged a
                      complaint ( Compalint I'd :[protected] against the refund of the first
                      booking of the bus service that got cancelled from transporter end booking ID
                      mentioned; but there is no response from your side. No one from Goibibo
                      customer or RED BUS is being able to be reached out for the same it's in
                      process in process and in process only? For how long do I wait for the same?
                      Rs.1650 matters to me I want refund for the whole amount.
                      Refund my full money 1650 on a immediate basis as this was there fault and the
                      bus service got cancelled from there end. This is number of the transporter
                      Santosh Bus Service [protected] who may confirm the same that the service
                      was cancelled from there end.

                        This was a fully refundable booking. I canceled the booking on 29 Jan.
                        i have been trying to connect to customer care since then, they are either making fake promises and resolving my case or worse not even responding.
                        I’ve submitted mails with my bank statement as well. Still there is no response.
                        It’s already been 2 months and I’m frustrated now.

                          The company goibibo fraud against fully paid hotel booking, pathetic IDIOT CUSTOMER care support, their wrongly and blatantly lied assurance of resolution of the issue.

                          Dear respected fraud company, I have a holiday planned (including flight, sightseeing, cruise, etc.) which has a very crucial component of hotel stay at goa, unfortunately, the booking was made through your fraud company website on 1 March for which you have charged me in full. The booking details are attached herewith for your reference (since re iterating on phone through CUSTOMER care has been difficult for your employees to comprehend and they tend to disconnect conversation in between), wherein it has been conveyed in so much pride by your fraud company that THANK YOU FOR BOOKING WITH US, YOUR BOOKING has CONFIRMED NO NEED TO CALL US.

                          I have CONTACTed the property as being aware of your reputation and came to know from hotel property that they do not have any such booking.

                          It is 19/Mar/22 today 3 days from hotel check-in and your pathetic ### CUSTOMER care support executive either gives false assurance of resolution in 6 hours (after 2 days have passed) or simply disconnect calls middle of a conversation.

                          I am attaching voice recording COMPLETELY for your training and monitoring purpose and to educate your pathetic IDIOT CUSTOMER care support executives.

                          I am also coming to goa (red fox hotel, for which I have paid in full) on the day of the reservation, you can do whatever it may and resolve the stupid issue. I do not care what fraud reason you have, because I am not paying a single paise more than what you have cost me for the reservation made in advance.

                          Unfortunately, your company does not have an ombudsperson, but I am sure you could understand the frustration when you are giving assurance that GOIBIBO is recovering post-pandemic to restore the business but without any commitment.

                            We booked a ticket through go ibibo, which was cancelled by go first airline, and no alternative flight was provided to us. We had to book another ticket and we were charged convenience fee twice- once on the cancelled tickets and once on booking of new tickets.

                                It has been a wonderful experience with Goibibo since I have opted for travelling but a recent experience that I faced was not tolerable. My flight with PNR UNL44T was cancelled (Passenge name: Airy Sanjeev, Phone number: [protected]) and they initiated the refund with some deductions which should not happen. Apart from this it has been many days since Indigo has initiated the refund but till now it has not been credited to my bank account from Goibibo' side. It is a humble request from my end to refund the money back to my original bank account asap.

                                  Hello,

                                  I had booked air-tickets through Goibibo Kotak app. These tickets were subsequently rescheduled and cancelled due to health reasons. Indigo airlines has confirmed that they have issued refund to Goibibo. However, Goibibo has not issued this amount to me. They don't have a way to contact customer support for tickets booked through Kotak. Email and Phone are both non-operational.

                                        Booking id GOFLDMTMOB1ABD[protected]: The flight was for my Mother-in-law's medical operation in AIMS New Delhi Hospital on 10th November 2021. As per her Doctor's instructions, I changed the date to 10th March 2022 as she was unable to travel back then. But she died on 14th January 2022 due to the Covid19 issue. I have submitted all the scanned documents including Municipal Death Certificate, Covid19 positive certificate from KPC Hospital, Jadavpur Kolkata, and all the POA and POI ids still till date my refund for Covid19 issue as stated in their Goibibo App that full refund will be given if Covid19 positive and if the passenger has died has not been processed. Provide the refund as my Mother-in-law has died on 14th January 2022 and there is no point to take the flight. And I have raised till now 9 requests id's but nothing has been done. I want a full refund of the full ticket. Rs. 10456/- in total.
