I have booked ticket in goibibo.com using this registered Email(bio.[protected]@gmail.com).
Journey date: 26 Jan 2015

Actually what I have experienced.
Bus Came at 10.20PM
Bus got breakdown from starting stage itself.
I just asked with Driver their response is very worst,
They told alternate bus will come only at 12.30AM of next day. If you like,
travel otherwise go home or find alternate way.
Still that is a lady passenger I
don't like to wait up-to next day. Asked goibibo to cancel my ticket and refund my
amount.
I have complained about this to goibibo CC already with phone at 11pm on the same day.
They asked to sent an Email. I written that too.
I have asked about this several time. They asked 10 working days to refund my amount. Still I didn't get any reply.
Today 12/02/2015. Still there is no response from goibibo, Their Customer service stopped I think. Where can I complaint?
