While booking flight ticket, goibibo promotion offer mentioned gocash will be deposited against the email id mentioned while booking but they nowhere mentioned that without login offer will not be applicable. I have repeatedly made complaint to their customer support but they are not responding. I lost Rs.3000 gocash + extra Rs.2000 as their charges for booking through goibibo. Also they give offer of Rs.3500 discount while booking for hotel but also put tern and condition that maximum Rs.2000 can be avail in 1 day. Now this is clearly fraud, 1 side you are mentioning discount of Rs.3500 and giving only Rs.2000.

    I have flight booked from goibibo.com with Spice jet PNR Number : NSGQ4EI5S on 21/01/2015 which got cancelled and they said amount will be refunded to my agent which is goibibo.com but till now I didn't received any refund amount spice jet said that they had already processed the refund and paid the refunded amount to goibibo.com but I did not received any refund from them till now. Could you please resolve this ASAP

    When I tried calling their customer care it only takes me to computer generated system but no real agent talks in person so please contact me ASAP with resolution on this

      I booked a bus with Kesineni Travels using goibibo which got cancelled 2 days prior to the journey date and Travel guys told us that after our travel date the OTP will be generated and sent to us via EMAIL (which was provided) and that OTP had to be used to refund my money by goibibo as per the process. And as per the goibibo support team, we should get our money without OTP in case of bus cancellation and that has to be done within 48 hours of bus cancellation. I tried to contact support team several times by mail now and they are not responding properly. The reference number of my discussion on this with support team is #1946220. I would really appreciate if this can be resolved as soon as possible.

        i had made a flight booking on 19th feb 2015 Booking ID: N6ET2K34L, on the same day i cancelled my booking. I got a sms and mail on 19th feb after-noon stating that the refund has been processed and it should take 3-5 days to get credited to my account. After waiting till 25th feb called up their customer care number, but to my shock no no real person spoke to me, every time i called it was sent to a computer generated call. Which online travel sites doesnt have a proper customer care number? After failed call attempts i finally sent a mail to their support team, i only got an auto generated reply stating that i will be contacted within 24 hours by their customer support team. I waited till 26th feb and no reply. ON 26th i posted my complaint to their facebook page, i got a reply from them stating that it should get resolved soon. I was getting upset with their false responses so i called up at their oethr number ( that deals with holiday packages) they asked me to contact the other number (computer generated call) i told them that no real person speaks and as i am really upset and i want to know the status of my refund, the customer care executive asked my name n number and also took note of the booking id and told me that i iwll get a call back from the team within 15 to 30 minutes. I did get a call back the executive named Mubarak, he told me that my refund was processed on 19th feb and the refunded amount has been credited on 25th feb. I asked him to to mail me with the details, he mailed me with the bank reference number (Bank Reference Number: BBBR[protected]) and told me to get in touch with my bank. Today on 27th feb i called my bank branch ( bank of baroda) they told me that no such refund has been sent to my account, and they cant trace it. I can now understand that the bank reference no provided by goibibo team is not a correct one and no refunds has been processed. I am a regular traveller i used oethr sites to book my travel packages n flights and never faced such terrible issues. I am upset with Goibibo services. i iwll be obliged if my issue would be resolved ASAP.

            HiTeam, I booked ticket from Shirdi to Pune on 23rd feb at10pm.At end moment they cancelled the bus and even not inform to us and not giving any other options to get travelled.And even from your side no one informed to us... I tried your call but not a single number is reachable to you.I want my refund back... Asap... We suffered alot on that night because of you guys...                 Hi team, I have booked 2 tickets on 06 jan 2015 using goibibo.com with Pnr B51GXCB51GXC and SEKV2R.spicejet cancelled this flight from their end. As per process i should have receive complete refund because flight i selected is refundable. I log complaint and I received the amount for one pnr but not received for second pnr. I wrote to goibibo.com with complaint no 157403 and 188310. But there is no positive response from goibibo.com Also customer care not allowed to talk to executives very frustrating experience with goibibo.com

                  Hi, I tried booking an air ticket from your GOIBIBO app. But it failed, stating “booking aborted”. Booking Amount has already been deducted from my bank account. in my back account statement, it is showing as successful payment. I’ve not received any gocash or refund. On the goibibo app, it's showing as ticket aborted. I tried your customer care number like 10-12 times. There is no option to reach out for this issue. I've already raised the request through express care twice, but i haven't heard anything back from you guys. I tried booking the ticket under the name of “Mr. Gunti Rahul” from Hyderabad to Tirupati on 4th August 2015 at 2.15 pm.                     I had booked a flight ticket with Goibibo.com in the month of December 2014 (Booking ID- NSGNBG6JN). Bad Experience : There was "Technical error" when I tried rescheduling my flight which I wanted to due to some reason. Worse Experience : When I called Goibibo.com customer service, they misguided me by asking to "Cancel the ticked and book new". The customer service agent assured me that I will get the refund in "5-6 working days" and hence I cancelled the ticked and booked new. Its been more than 2 months that I am awaiting the refund of cancelled ticket. Worst Experience : The story doesn't end here, when I sent e-mails of refund to them, they denied the refund saying that "We found that you have flown in this sector". I have all records (E-mail confirmations, cancellation invoice etc.) to prove that they had booked and acknowledged my cancellation request, still I am not understanding how can I get the boarding confirmation. Horrible Experience: When I tried calling their customer service to understand the situation, there is no option to speak to the agent about this, IVR message appears that "Your number does not show any upcoming bookings" and the call is disconnected. How is the customer supposed to deal with this?

                      I booked ticket through Goibibo. PNR J2E8WL, Flight was cancelled by spice jet. Despite of 10 calls i got half refund that to incorrect. Balance i am awaiting for last 1 month. In fact now they removed the option to talk to CC executive from their helpline no. Worst Experience. Thinking to take them to court or this agony of customers will not stop

                        I have booked a ticket through goibibo.com from Bangalore to Tirupathy for 20th Feb 2015. Booking ID- GOBUS15b[protected]. At eleventh hour bus operator has cancelled the ticket & advised to contact Goibibo.com for refund /alternate arrangement. This caused me lot of mental & physical harassment as i was travelling with my family at night 11 pm with nowhere else to go stuck at a lonely pickup point. I tried several times on their customer care no to enquire as well as website under 24X7 Express Care link under support. But site is not responding at all. I tried from Mobile App also but it was also not responding. All call center numbers are only IVR & no direct helpline & no representative is there to help. Moreover goibibo sends messages stating welcome on board & share your experience and states that i have travelled in the bus, when the bus itself was cancelled

I had the worst kind of experience from goibibo. It should be their responsibility to credit the amount back immediately. Call center guys dont even know what they are doing.                                       No ticket has been booked in my booking history but i can see amount been deducted from my account. I need refund for the ticket as the flight has already gone and there was no ticket received by me. No customer care is there to resolve my query. i called all numbers but they are only voice response and nothing else. i called corporate office they just said i will help but then after 2-3 calls they are now disconnecting my call after picking at once.

                                        I ANJANA make a payment for examination fee of ccs university meerut on the behalf of Registration no:14V8440558 of B.A 1st year (Private) through my account SBI.From my account two transaction of Rs 1880 each was deducted with ref No. IG00PRVQD9 date 17/02/2015 and Ref. no. IG00PVDCJ6 date 18/02/2015 on the same Registration No. but it was not shown in form print receipt. deduction was also not refund and not updated in the forms.. In between this a transaction of Rs 1880 with Ref. No. IG00PVBZU2 date 18/02/2015 was successful. Sir/Madam please refund my amount Rs 3760 of two transactions which was unsuccessful. Refund in same account KALPNA SAINI Kindly solve out my problem... Thank you...
