I have cancelled my ticket and ended with wrong refund amount. So please check the below details. Booking ID GOBUSANDcb[protected] Original Ticket Cost is Rs. 650 ticket cost after using Promo code and My goCash is Rs. 480 Final ticket amount paid by credit card is Rs.480 Cancellation charge as per bus operator is Rs.65 only. So if i cancelled the ticket i should get Rs. 415 back to my credit card account and promotional amount Rs. 120 to My goCash account which is debited from My goCash while booking above mentioned booking id. But instead of this my refund amount is revised to Rs.373 only it should be Rs.415. and this Rs.373 also spilitted as Rs. 253 for bank account and Rs.120 for goCash account. After discuss with customer support executive about wrong refund calculation, he assured me to resolve the refund issue and accept to refund of Total Rs 415 to my bank account. But I have received only refund Rs.253 to my bank account and Rs. 2 to my gocash account out of Rs 415 . Still balance Rs.160 is not credit to my credit card account.

My cancellation date is Feb 2 but still i didn't get my money back. No response from customer support. Guys Don't waste your money with these cheated people.

    I booked a bus ticket for Chennai to Bangalore for travel on January 26.. Two days before travel date they said the operator has cancelled the ticket and they dint provide me any alternative travel arrangement nor refund.. Every time I check with them, they say that they are working on it...No confirmed date for refund..

      i make a payment for examination fee of ccs university meerut on the behalf of Registration no:14V2426561 of BCom 1st year (Private) through my account SBI.From my account transaction of Rs 1800 was deducted with ref No. IG00PKMK4 date 14/02/2015 but it was not shown in form print receipt. and earlier three times i faced this problem .The earlier deduction was also not refund which was make 4-5 days earlier and not transaction was not updated in the forms..
      Kindly solve out my problem

        sir i had booked my spicejet ticket with PNR NO. P3Q9UI through goibibo.com for 11th of november 2015. spicejet has cancelled all the flight. i called goibibo so many times from the day of 11th november till date but they always gave me wrong information. sometimes customer care said it is refunded from airline side and they r going to refunf in my account within 5 days and sometime they said its not refunded from airline side. they always waste the time of customer as well as money. today i called directly to spicejet people and they said it is already refunded back to goibibo people. only option now is to put case against goibibo.com

          Customer support is not at all good. I got no response even after 20 days. I hate to book in goIbibo again. My main issue is goibibo charged 99 rupees for my travel insurance but, I didn't get any insurance certificate even after the journey. Customer care numbers are definitely stupid. There is an IVR on the call which cannot solve our problems. 24x7 customer support can be considered as 24x0. I am not sure why you guys calling that as Express support. it is not even a passenger support.

            I transfered money to Oxigen wallet on 13 feb around 12:20pm but it got transferred to Ibibo web pvt. ltd. How it got transfer? I dont know..               I was booking ticket from bookmyshow, com when i got the high security password and entered it. the site stopped responding. and when i checked my the account statement in netbanking i found money is already taken by ibibo and the seat is still vacent.. when will it get refunded??

                I have booked a bus ticket through your website and the journey date was on 27th-Jan-15 09:00 P.M. This is the second time i was booking through goibibo and i have read their refund policy while booking that you will deduct 50 Rs for cancellation if it is done before 24Hrs. I tried cancelling the ticket on 24th Jan and i was not getting any confirmation sms. So i called up their customer care and he said that the specific bus provider does not have cancellation policy and he instructed that i can have a word with the bus operator. I had been to the bus operator couple of times and he also said that it is not possible from his side. I called up again to your customer care on 26th and after hearing my queries those guys disconnected the call 3 Times. Finally i spoke to one guy and he helped me for the cancellation and he also mentioned that the cancellation amount will be 50 Rs. I booked the ticket for 450/Rs. and i received only 275 Rs. as refund. Usually i used to book tickets via Redbus.com and i have never faced such a difficulty there. I have register the complain in GOIBIBO website and i received a mail that i will get a response within 72Hrs. Itz been more than 2 weeks i didn't get any response [Tracking ID, Goibibo - 127484 ]. I am drafting this complaint as a final try before i go to the Consumer Court. I need the penalty for this or else i would be approaching the court. I will wait for 48 Hrs for a solution on this. Kindly do the needful.

                  I have booked ticket in goibibo.com using this registered Email(bio.[protected]@gmail.com). Journey date: 26 Jan 2015 Departure Time : 21:15 Booking ID : GOBUS7ccdd[protected] Travels Company name: Palraj Travels Actually what I have experienced. Bus Came at 10.20PM Bus got breakdown from starting stage itself. I just asked with Driver their response is very worst, They told alternate bus will come only at 12.30AM of next day. If you like, travel otherwise go home or find alternate way. Still that is a lady passenger I don't like to wait up-to next day. Asked goibibo to cancel my ticket and refund my amount. I have complained about this to goibibo CC already with phone at 11pm on the same day. They asked to sent an Email. I written that too. I have asked about this several time. They asked 10 working days to refund my amount. Still I didn't get any reply. Today 12/02/2015. Still there is no response from goibibo, Their Customer service stopped I think. Where can I complaint?

                  If you can Why don't you check this matter in deep. They may entered in check post know. In tamil nadu have more than 7 check post in their way. You can check into that? why you peoples are blindly believing their?

                    I had booked a flight on November 4 2014 for my brother and my sister in law from mumbai to male and made a payment of 42710 wide a credit card of my friend Bharat dave and hereby was shocked and astonished to see the messaged on 27th of January just a Few days before my travel itinerary ie 3rd feb 2015 stating that the filght has been cancelled and hereby i called up goibibo to confront the same. To my surprise goibibo had no idea about the changes or cancellation happening and hereby upon calling up several times and getting the phone hanged up on my face twice or thrice i finally managed to get a cancellation request for the itinerary with PNR no M57D6P(spice jet ) or NSGM57D6P (with goibibo) Now that i was been given a commitment of full refund from both the parties i m yet awaiting my amount and hereby i m not able to contact the goibibo as the IVR option on their phone number does not have ne such options . So also upon contacting the spice jet airlines they told me that the refund of my amount partly ie 353100 is been done on the 30th January it self and the other remaining amount is under process . I havent received any amount till yet and it seems these both companies are using my money for past 3 months and here i had to shell out 14000 extra in order to catch up with other plans which i had made for my brother and sister in law as they were to go for their honeymoon and all was pre booked i hereby request you to kindly look into the matter and help me with the same Main concerns WITH GOIBIBO 1. why the amount is not yet been remited to my acount even when they have received it on the same day of my cancellation request 2. Why dint they inform me about the cancellation and hanging up the phone to the customer and also the IVR options being really bad and not alloing to go to ne customer care executive WIth spice jet Holding back my 7500 rupees approx and also cancelling the flight at the last moment i needed to be compensiated for them using the money for 3 months Also they said they would be holding back the remaning amount for 10 to 20 orking days which ould add up to around alom one month practically and i sense no reason for them holding back the money Regards Ankur palan [protected]

                        Goibibo has been a pain ever since I tried booking a ticket with them. While I was booking my ticket, the amount got deducted but the ticket never got booked. I called up Goibibo customer care and was informed that they have received my amount in their agency account and the amount will be refunded within 48 hours. But to my surprise nothing happened. I followed up with customer care and they told me to wait for 2-3 days more. Nothing happened. When I called the 3rd time, I was told that the refund has been done but I had received no amount. They told me that there is some problem with my case and refund will reflect in my account within 48 hrs but all I got was nothing. Now, I am not able to reach the customer care because of their stupid IVRS. It has been my worst experience with an ecommerce portal and I would recommend using Makemytrip for all your bookings and boycott goibibo as they are fraud and have anti-customer policies.                           Even so am I facing the same problem. I booked a ticket for 20th April. The flight got cancelled due to the declared lockdown directly by the Airline(Spicejet). I could not reach out yo the Customer care nor the email id works nor the web form as suggested by them works. My PNR MB1EVM and my registered number: [protected]; Date of journey 20th April, 2020 from Pune(Lohegaon) to Kolkata(Netai Subhas). I have already contacted directly with the Airline and they have initiated the refund to the GOIBIBO agency. Please look into the matter. It is my request to the Agency to initiate my refund process as soon as the amount hit your account. Looking forward for your early response.

                            I cancelled 2 out 5 five tickets from Goibibo on 6th december last year, and i got a invoice for Rs 4500 as my refund amount for that cancellation. But after one month i got back only Rs 555 as refund amount. when i tried to contact their customer care, i was not getting any proper response from the team.

                              I've requested rescheduling this so many times, I've sent the request through website, only one representative called back in 2 days ago and claimed it cannot be rescheduled. I called Etihad and couple of other travel agents, they all say Goibibo can reschedule this but you guys are claiming it cannot be. This is a fraud. All international tickets can be re-scheduled, there are no exceptions to this. How can you create such rules and not put upfront to people. I'm not asking for refund, I'm asking for rescheduling. By all means you'll have to do this. I read the ticket details CAREFULLY before booking and it clearly said it can be re-scheduled for Amount (X + Y), no where it said non-refundable cannot be re-scheduled. They're fraud.

                                  Hello, I would like to share my story how I was cheated by goibibo. First I found a cheap ticket around at cost of 44k, and use discount code which gives discount of 4000/- and book a ticket by doing payment of around 40k. but it gave me error after paying the amount and I raise a ticket in the system. just after some time I check the fair gets down to 43k and I can have discounted rate around 39k. I talk with their support but they are really very very busy even after half hour I didn't able to talk with them. I send mail to their management, support everybody. Than I got call after around 10 hours, and I also confirm the rate with their officer that it will be 39k and they booked it manually by confirming with me. but when I got the invoice I can see they charged 40k around. So even after confirming the rate with me they charged old amount. But as I didn't have much time I didn't raise any issue. Ticket PNR number : NCOHVZ Now due to some circumstances, I have to cancel the tickets, so I first call to Goibibo customer center to know how much I will get as refund if I will cancel the tickets, but they told me that sorry they are not able inform me the amount for the non-refundable tickets, I should contact to air company. So I used to call to Jetairways, even they are also not able to answer this questions, they asked to contact to goibibo and told me that if they will not give enough information he is ready to talk in conference with goibibo. But I know goibibo will minimum take 30 mins to pick up my cell through customer service. huh!!! So again I used to connect with goibibo, I asked the same thing, they only tell me that you will charge only for the base fare due to non-refundable tickets, about the tax I will get refund, but how much even they are not sure to tell me. They told me that you will only know after having refund in your account. and that is also after 45 to 90 working days!!! Still I just used to cancel my ticket with this guy, still no information about the refund amount Again I used to call with jetairways if they have some details after cancelling the tickets, but still they don't have any update on it. They again asked me that only travel agent can give you details about the refunded amount. Now I am totally confused where to get the details of refund. Nobody is taking responsibility to let me know the refund amount. A very worst customer service I found so far!

                                    Fraud and scam for hotel booking

                                    Address: Gurgaon, Haryana

                                    This company keeps offering lower rates then other travel service websites and when the time comes of giving the confirmation to the booking they will debit the payment and then say payment failed and re-forward to the revised price web page which offers higher pricing.

                                    When spoken with their customer care they say they cannot do not anything, it is a regular problem and should re-try the booking.

                                    Advise not...

                                    Dear Sir I booked a ticket for Hyderabad-Trivandrum on 06/10/2014 in Jet Airways through GOIBIBO for 4 passengers (Booking ID No.TUABC4T94 / PNR NO. LCKAHI) for a journey on 21/11/2014. I cancelled one passenger's ticket on 07/11/2014 (8PM) and that of the other three passengers again on the same day ie. on 07/11/2014 (8.36PM). I got confirmation mails from GOIBIBO for these two cancellations separately stating that I would receive the applicable refund notification within 2 working days. Due to non-refund of amount, I called up GOIBIBO on 13/11/2014 at 11.02 AM and one rep. (Gunjan) replied that they will take 12 to 15 working days to make the refund. After sending several reminders/calls they reported that the refund was made with the respective Bank under reference no.9619019. But on verification it was noted that the refund was made only for one passenger (Rs.2044/- Mrs Anitha Sabitha ticket no.[protected] and the cancellation for other 3 passengers(Jayaprakash[protected], Anjana[protected], Aswathy[protected] made separately on the same day itself has not been refunded. So I sent reminders/calls to them showing the mistake and requested to refund the balance. On 02/12/2014 they informed me to allow them some more time, so that they can investigate and advise me accordingly. In reply to my further enquiry, on 11/12/2014 they informed that they will check the same and revert the maximum on Monday EOD. After that they neither send me reply nor refund the money.                                       Hi, I am Aman Chandak, booked a ticked from goa to pune on 3rd Jan, booking id. GOBUS27ca[protected], but the bus got cancelled by the operator and then I called goibibo to get refund my amount to me. I called them like 15times till now to get my refund and every time I get the same reply it will be reaching you by 1-2 days, I really don't know much more days they need now. I want my money back asap. Really unsatisfied by the service of goibibo this time.
