I booked a ticket for Hyderabad-Trivandrum on 06/10/2014 in Jet Airways
through GOIBIBO for 4 passengers (Booking ID No.TUABC4T94 / PNR NO.
LCKAHI) for a journey on 21/11/2014.
I cancelled one passenger's ticket on 07/11/2014 (8PM) and that of the
other three passengers again on the same day ie. on 07/11/2014 (8.36PM).
I got confirmation mails from GOIBIBO for these two cancellations
separately stating that I would receive the applicable refund
notification within 2 working days.
Due to non-refund of amount, I called up GOIBIBO on 13/11/2014 at 11.02
AM and one rep. (Gunjan) replied that they will take 12 to 15 working
days to make the refund.
After sending several reminders/calls they reported that the refund was
made with the respective Bank under reference no.9619019. But on
verification it was noted that the refund was made only for one
passenger (Rs.2044/- Mrs Anitha Sabitha ticket no.[protected] and the
cancellation for other 3 passengers(Jayaprakash[protected],
Anjana[protected], Aswathy[protected] made separately on the same
day itself has not been refunded. So I
sent reminders/calls to them showing the mistake and requested to refund
the balance. On 02/12/2014 they informed me to allow them some more
time, so that they can investigate and advise me accordingly. In reply
to my further enquiry, on 11/12/2014 they informed that they will check
the same and revert the maximum on Monday EOD. After that they neither
send me reply nor refund the money.
I request you to kindly help me in this matter to get my refund.
