I have booked flight for 5th November 2021 on 15 October 2021 on Goibibo site but not received the ticket or PNR number from them or the airline.
Goibibo said the PNR Failed as per attachment but not refunded the amount even after 3 months.
Reason for no refund from Goibibo:
Your refund application for Failed sent is still pending approval. As per the airline, delay is due to limited staffing during these unprecedented times.
Once they process the refund, it will be auto-credited to your account and a notification will be sent. No telephonic/ e-mail follow-up is required. We appreciate your patience. Last updated: 15 Jan

Oops! Just like you, we, too, hate it when such delays happen! Here is everything you should know in this situation.
1. Please note you would have already received a PNR/booking reference number.
2. For transactions which are delayed, our system keeps retrying for 20 minutes to get final confirmation from the bank. After that your booking will either be confirmed or the amount will be refunded to your bank account within 5-7 working days.
3. In case your booking is not confirmed, we recommend that you make a fresh payment on the provided PNR.
