I paid a sum of Rs.1200.00 online on the dishtv website on 02.01.2022 towards the 3 months Subscription through my banker Union Bank of India in online banking. Although I paid the subscription to dish Tv and money was debited from my banker., the amount is credited in Ibibo Web Private Ltd., and the Dish tv is expressing that money has not been received by them( mercantile).I request you to kindly reverse the transaction or refund the AMOUNT IMMEDIATELY.I am unable to subscribe to the dish tv further owing to the loss of faith now.

    I have tried to book the flight twice for 17-18feb on goibibo.. from Mumbai to Kolkata. but date changed to 17-18 March automatically twice. Once i tried with extra amount for date change. Is it some kind of joke going on? How can the date automatically change twice?? That too on the same day.. I am definitely selected February I am sure.. please get back to me at earliest.       Hello Team,

      I have try to book train ticket from goibibo on 2nd Feb, payment done by UPI Citi bank, amount got deducted from my bank but ticket not booked some webpage error occurred after amount debited. Tried so many ways to approach goibibo helpdesk but there no option to approach goibibo neither calls nor emails. Can't expect this type of bad service form Goibibo.

          Dear/sir madam on 26 january 2022 time 10:39pm I have booked two flight tickets from Mumbai to Varanasi from goibibo with amount 12, 449 bt i did not get any ticket on my email and phone after sometime I claim a complaint to goibibo customer care and there executives committed me to refund money bt they don't it's been seven days gone bt I did not get my money back... Please help to get my money back..

              Hi,
              I stayed at Hotel Shreenithi, Madurai using goibibo booking. I have given my GST details in the app as well as to hotel team.
              They committed me to share the GST bill via whatsapp/email.
              Right now hotel refuses to give the gst bill since the payment done to goibibo.
              Goibibo team also not responding for my request for the bill.
              There is no customer care contact point available in goibibo for further escalation.
              Hence posting here.

                I had booked onward and return flight tickets (PNR MRK9PX)from Pune to Chennai for my daughter, through Goibibo.com online portal on 9th Dec 2021. Travel date was 8th Jan 2022 from Pune to Chennai and return was on 16th Jan 2022. The online portal clearly advertises, that 100% refund would be provided if the traveler is tested COVID positive upto 12 hours prior to travel. Based on RT-PCR tests done on 6th Jan 2022 and report received on 7th Jan 2022, my daughter tested COVID positive. As shown in Goibibo, I selected the relevant option for refund due to COVID and uploaded the RT-PCR test certificate on 7th Jan 2022 itself and much before the 12 hour cutoff. Since there was no onward journey, I had to cancel the return journey as well.

                Based on my refund request, I get the following message from Goibibo on 9th Jan 2022.
                "Dear Drishya,

                For your refund request on your flight booking ID: GOFLDMT015E[protected] and PNR: MRK9PX, we wish to inform you that "You have chosen to close the claim request".
                Hence, the refund is not applicable as per the airline.

                Team Goibibo"

                Though the above message was sent, I get a 2nd message that an amount of Rs.106 has been refunded to my GoIbibo wallet. There are no phone numbers or emails provided on Goibibo site to raise a complaint or to talk to someone. This is absolute cheating and online fraud. Secondly an amount is deducted as tax while booking the tickets, when the person has not even travelled, why charge him tax. This tax amount itself is close to Rs.700 per trip.

                Sincerely requesting your support in resolving this case and ensure that the full booking amounts are refunded as advertised on your portal and also ensure that relevant contact details are updated online for customers to reach Goibibo team in case of concerns.

                  Hi had booked flight for 30thJan2022 from goibibo website PNR: JB2FQ. on 25th Jan2022. On payment page after payment it was not showing success and I did payment trice. After that I called customer care executive and informed about refund of two payments, he informed within 48 hours payment will be refunded which did not happen. I had asked for email address where I can send details, the email address he provided only used for auto responder emails. Now their customer care number has no option to reach out to executive because journey is completed and I am unable to log any complaint against them. Reach out to me on[protected] for more details

                        Dear Sir/ Ma'am,

                        1. It is intimated that I had booked two flights on PNR MTJPNL for Mr. Kartik Panwar (BLR- DEL on 14 Jan 2022 and DEL-BLR on 19 Jan which was later on rescheduled by me for 23 Jan 2022). The traveller availed the flight from BLR to DEL on 14 Jan but the airline rescheduled the flight for 23 Jan 2022 and provided an alternate flight which was not meeting travel requirements, so the airline cancelled the ticket for 23 Jan 2022 and intimated on mail that a complete refund has been initiated for the same.

                        2. However, Goibibo has withheld the refunds and intimated me that no refunds are authorised for the flight despite the airline confirming me that the complete refund has been processed. On checking in the app or website the 23 Jan 2022 journey which was cancelled is not being shown up in the goibibo account used for booking the flight. The flight which was earlier booked for 19 Jan is being displayed as 'cancelled and no refund authorised'. When I click to see the refund fee breakup, it says 'sorry, could not be retrieved.'

                        3. You are therefore requested to kindly look into the matter and refund the amount as it cannot be withheld by the travel agent i.e. goibibo if the airline has cancelled the flight after the traveller denied to take another flight by the airline, for which refund has been initiated by the airline already. Relevant screenshots with comments written on screenshots in green color are att to this mail for your perusal please.

                        4.Looking forward to a logical and prompt response. Thanking you in anticipation of a suitable action in advance.

                            Goibibo promises to give 100% refund if traveller gets covid within 14 days of travel. I submitted my reports on time and i raised cancellation request and refund request but the team is not processing the same and not giving refund

                                  I booked a flight of indigo airlines( Del to Nag) from goibibo app, the flight got cancelled on the day of departure and no other arrangements were made. The total amount I paid was 3273. I requested a refund for flight cancellation as the flight was cancelled by the airlines due to operational issues. The refund amount I received is rs 109. Even though it was the airline who cancelled the flight.

                                    I booked 2 rooms in a Hotel in Shimla from 23rd Jan 2022 to 24th Jan 2022. I reached there in the evening and the Hotel Manager (Torrentium Lodge) asked he is not having any room available as the already residing customers continued their trip. I called Goibibo Customer Support and one of their executives told us that he will talk to the Hotel Manager and will let us know and this took him nearly 2 hours. And after two hours he told us that the Shimla is packed full with tourists and he is not able to find any hotel nearby then at 10 pm at night he told us to move 25 km from the original place where we booked and we asked him that its heavy snow on the way and accommodate us in a nearby hotel. And then he confirmed automatically to a hotel and said he couldn't refund us the amount and we were stuck in the snow in the middle of the night and were not able to reach the hotel. And after that, I called their customer care support again to give us the refund, and then the executive told us that we are working on providing you with the refund amount and will call and confirm in another 45 minutes and nobody called. I am really unhelpful about the incident. Provide me with a refund.

                                      Please find attached herewith screen shot of the canceled flight Refund of Rs. 3088, Message from Goibibo. As per Goibibo confirmation, the refund processed on 24 December and will be reflected after 11 Jan 2022.As of today (Monday, 24th Jan 2022) No refund has been credited to my bank account with SBI. As confirmed by bank, RRN No.[protected] digit) does not exist in the system.

                                      Sir, I had cancelled my reservation booking on 14 Dec 2021 (Booking Ref. GOFLDMTF51A[protected]) and I received email that the money would be refunded by 31st December 2021 -11 Jan 2022. On app it shows the refund processed. RRN Number is 11 digit and it is INVALID(RRN No. is always 12 digit). This is shear cheating. The money has not been received inspite of repeated requests.

                                      On 24th January I filed complint about Ibibo not refunding the amount of Rs 3088 for cancelled ticket which was due on 11th January 2022.
                                      ibibo sent a RRN (11 digit) which is not valid. Only query fro Ibibo was asking my mobile number. My mobile number and email address and the refund reference of Ibibo was furnished, But no response from Ibibo
