I booked a bus ticket from Jodhpur to Udaipur on 13th Feb 2022. The ticket amount of Rs. 815.75 was deducted from my account, however, the booking was not confirmed by the authorities (screenshot attached). I tried reaching out to the concerned authorities, but no email ID has been provided. Moreover, the booking is not displayed in the 'my trips/bookings' section, and on calling the listed contact number, an automatic response is generated with no option for addressing my grievance or talking to an agent.

It's been 10 days and I still have not received any response from the service provider. Neither is their customer complaint system active for the aforementioned issue nor is there any designated team/email to reach out to. It's the worst service.

    I have made booking of a connected flight on Goibibo site. No once of the flight is canclled by airline. I am trying to reach to Goibibo support to undertsand what can be alternate arrangement but there is not way to contact them, there is no customer support at all. This is very pathetic and highly unacceptable behavior of this company. I need resolution on this issue Immediately. How can I travel otherwise ?? this has paralyzed my travel now.

      Hi sir/ma'am,

      I have booked ticket from goibibo website to travel from coimbatore to thiruchendur on[protected]. The journey was on[protected]. Number of tickets are 2 and total amount is Rs.1106. The amount was debited from my account however the ticket was not booked and the goibibo doesn't provide any customer helpline number or mailid to complain about this. Please help me to get my money back. I have the proof of payment.

        Never buy flight ticket from them. 100% refund was offered based on RTPCR positive result. They rejected my claim without any reason and not responding to emails now. Looks like we have to approach consumer court to get my money back. Kindly avoid goibibo to save your hard earned money from this looters.

          I am arbaz hussain i made a payment of 10348rs from paytm payment bank on[protected] with reference id[protected] at 09:33 pm ([protected]@paytm) for flight ticket on 17th feb i want to book ticket and i want refund in my bank or in goibibo wallet itself because i have to book ticket and go to pune i cant wait for 5-6 working days for refund which i have read on google it takes, because there is no customer care support not even a single number of Goibibo is working and no official help desk mail support.Please kindly look into this it’s my hard working money I want my refund at any cost.goibibo is harassing me mentally each and everyday not expected this kind of behaviour from goibibo.

            On 9th of February 2022 I was doing flight booking between Ahmedabad to Jammu Round Trip.

            I was doing payment using Internet banking but my booking got failed. Rs.7540 got debited from my account.

            I have contact Payu for help and they have responded as below:-

            Your transaction with the PayU ID: [protected] has been successfully processed. We request to contact the merchant www.goibibo.com regarding order/services or refund details against the transaction.

            As per our records, the transaction identifier is:[protected].

            Transaction I'd is - INB/[protected].PAYU.IN.

            Kindly refund my money back. Booking confirmation is not done and It is not showing in my trips as well in goibibo account. I have no other option to contact as well to customer care of Goibibo.

              I have booked my flight in May 2020 from Mumbai to chennai which got cancelled and I recieved a credit shell from goibibo.Later now on 9th feb 2022, I was trying to book a ticket for me from Delhi to Mumbai for 22nd Feb 2022 evening flight, but I was not able to use credit shell amount.I contacted customer executive named Vickey Aithani who was helping me with my booking.He asked me for the details of flight that was to be booked and I mailed him the details in the format he asked for. Later he sent me the link for the payment of difference amount of the ticket and I paid Rs 134/- via that link.He told me that he will update backend team and I will recieve the ticket within 6 hours.I recieved a ticket next morning but eventually he booked a wrong ticket for me.I had requested an evening 06:25pm flight and he booked the morning 06:20am flight on 13th feb 2022.Since then I am continuously contacting goibibo but not getting any kind of help for the mistake done from your side

                I booked hotel from goibibo on 13th feb and booking is not confirmed but the amount is deducated from my account and i said customer care but they tell me my refund is get back in my ac in 72 hour and its 42 hours i am still waiting for my refund, and when i call customer care tgey didnt give any response, plz give me my refund plz

                  I am writing this regarding the issue which i am facing with goibibo,
                  so i was booking the flight ticket from portblair to new delhi ( connecting flight) on 11, 02, 2022 around 11 pm for 13/03/2022 on goibibo portal, i completed the details part and then i proceeded for the payment option and i paid through paytm( upi reference no[protected], amount paid was Rs.13, 641 at 11.22 pm after that i waited for the confirmation but there was no updation regarding my booking anywhere either on portal, sms or mail.

                  As explained my first concern is whether my flight is booked or not since it was an emergency matter and need prompt response regarding the same.

                  Since i was very excited regarding the goibibo offers and ease o[censored]se and services as heard from others but in reality what i have faced is the worst experience in my life and there is no valid contact details where i can contact with customer care and discuss my issue to find the resolution for this.

                    Sir, I had cancelled my reservation on 20 Dec 2021 and I was told the money would be refunded by 30th December. On app it shows the money has been refunded but it doesn't show in my UPI account. The money has not been received. Help please

                          I tried book bus ticket from Goibibo, and its deducted amount 1890rs from hdfc bank, transaction succesful, but i did not recieve my bus ticketS and, from the goibibo site there is showing no such booking happen in last 10 hours from my mobile number.                               I booked two flight tickets from your booking service. One for me and the other for my colleague. I had to cancel both the tickets due to certain reasons. I got a confirmation email regarding the same, but didn't get my refund transferred into my bank account.I want the money as soon as possible.Kindly do the needful as soon as possible.

                                  I booked Indigo flight from Goibibo. PNR KPDYVA.
                                  Booking id : GOFLDMTANDADCE[protected]
                                  It was cancelled from Indigo side and I got a call for refund. As stated Indigo has generated refund of Rs 7746 to goibibo but I received only 6922.
                                  I was told I will get back all the amount.
                                  Goibibo is taking up lots of service charge which they are not refunding.

                                    I paid a sum of Rs.1200.00 online on the dishtv website on 02.01.2022 towards the 3 months Subscription through my banker Union Bank of India in online banking. Although I paid the subscription to dish Tv and money was debited from my banker., the amount is credited in Ibibo Web Private Ltd., and the Dish tv is expressing that money has not been received by them( mercantile).I request you to kindly reverse the transaction or refund the AMOUNT IMMEDIATELY.I am unable to subscribe to the dish tv further owing to the loss of faith now.

Once i tried with extra amount for date change. Is it some kind of joke going on? How can the date automatically change twice?? That too on the same day..                                         Hello Team,

                                        I have try to book train ticket from goibibo on 2nd Feb, payment done by UPI Citi bank, amount got deducted from my bank but ticket not booked some webpage error occurred after amount debited. Tried so many ways to approach goibibo helpdesk but there no option to approach goibibo neither calls nor emails. Can't expect this type of bad service form Goibibo.
