Airline refunded my money to goibibo group but goibibo not refund my money back. I have proof of these things do some big action to this fraud company

    I booked a flight of indigo airlines( Del to Nag) from goibibo app, the flight got cancelled on the day of departure and no other arrangements were made. The total amount I paid was 3273. I requested a refund for flight cancellation as the flight was cancelled by the airlines due to operational issues. The refund amount I received is rs 109. Even though it was the airline who cancelled the flight.
    Ibibo Group / Goibibo customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
    I still have not received the refund yet.

      I booked 2 rooms in a Hotel in Shimla from 23rd Jan 2022 to 24th Jan 2022. I reached there in the evening and the Hotel Manager (Torrentium Lodge) asked he is not having any room available as the already residing customers continued their trip. I called Goibibo Customer Support and one of their executives told us that he will talk to the Hotel Manager and will let us know and this took him nearly 2 hours. And after two hours he told us that the Shimla is packed full with tourists and he is not able to find any hotel nearby then at 10 pm at night he told us to move 25 km from the original place where we booked and we asked him that its heavy snow on the way and accommodate us in a nearby hotel. And then he confirmed automatically to a hotel and said he couldn't refund us the amount and we were stuck in the snow in the middle of the night and were not able to reach the hotel. And after that, I called their customer care support again to give us the refund, and then the executive told us that we are working on providing you with the refund amount and will call and confirm in another 45 minutes and nobody called. I am really unhelpful about the incident. Provide me with a refund.

        Please find attached herewith screen shot of the canceled flight Refund of Rs. 3088, Message from Goibibo. As per Goibibo confirmation, the refund processed on 24 December and will be reflected after 11 Jan 2022.As of today (Monday, 24th Jan 2022) No refund has been credited to my bank account with SBI. As confirmed by bank, RRN No.[protected] digit) does not exist in the system.

        Sir, I had cancelled my reservation booking on 14 Dec 2021 (Booking Ref. GOFLDMTF51A[protected]) and I received email that the money would be refunded by 31st December 2021 -11 Jan 2022. On app it shows the refund processed. RRN Number is 11 digit and it is INVALID(RRN No. is always 12 digit). This is shear cheating. The money has not been received inspite of repeated requests.

        On 24th January I filed complint about Ibibo not refunding the amount of Rs 3088 for cancelled ticket which was due on 11th January 2022.
        ibibo sent a RRN (11 digit) which is not valid. Only query fro Ibibo was asking my mobile number. My mobile number and email address and the refund reference of Ibibo was furnished, But no response from Ibibo

          Bus was cancelled by traveler due to lockdown. However App is still showing as journey completed. Kindly arrange for full refund

              The ticket was canceled well in advance during December 2021. As per mail received, from ibibo, the refund foe ₹3088 is processed and refund awaited since 11 January 2022.
              Ibibo has given wrong RRN number(11 digit).
              But RRN number is 12 digit as per SBI .

                I have been trying to get into contact with the people but their cell service is just the worst.they are moving us around in circles and just keeping us on hold.I want to upgrade my flight to a student baggage allowance and discount .Goibio is always on the front when they want sales but they aren't helping the customers at all.

                  I have booked zero date change fee flight, when I tried to change date it is showing 2500 fare increased when actual fare is lesser or same in the goibibo site, this is a fraud to take money from customer without any reason, flight fare same or lesser, zero date change fee then why they are charging on what basis this fraud is done to take money from customer which is very unethical.

                    There is a full refund for tickets when we are unable to travel if we are tested positive. Myself and my elder child tested positive and I had raised a refund request. But, they processed it as a normal cancellation and refunded less than 3% of the total booking amount.

                    I was able to reach the customer care only once and he said they did not receive the test reports and asked me to mail them. I did. But after that, I am not able to reach any executive. The automated voice just asks me to proceed through the link provided and cuts the call.

                          I booked hotel mango q through goibibo on 20th jan 2022.
                          Checked in at 1 pm. Room no. 302 3rd floor
                          a) bath tub out of order and no hot water available
                          b) tv not at all working
                          c) ext. no. 512 For reaching receptionist were wrong
                          Then they changed my room into room no.202 around 3 pm where tv working.
                          But still there is no. Hot water available and bath tub also not at all working.
                          I was completely tiered on that time.

                              I have booked flight for 5th November 2021 on 15 October 2021 on Goibibo site but not received the ticket or PNR number from them or the airline.

                              Goibibo said the PNR Failed as per attachment but not refunded the amount even after 3 months.

                              Reason for no refund from Goibibo:

                              Your refund application for Failed sent is still pending approval. As per the airline, delay is due to limited staffing during these unprecedented times.

                                  First of all you should provide with customer care no. and email id for complaints. As a customer we dont have a place to complain or speak to . You guys just have whats app that too you cant write there just reply to the fixed format messages.

                                  Due to reschedule of Air India flight by 24 hours, i have cancelled the flight on 15th jan 2022 and asked for the refund from goibibo .I have called the airlines on 15th Jan 2022 for the refund and they confirmed that they have passed comment on the pnr stating that due to reschedule of flight from their end they have given me 100 percent refund on my cancellation and shall be collected from travel agent i.e Goibibo Again to reconfirm i called back the airline on 17th or 18th of January 2022 and got to know that still my tickets are not cancelled from goibibo end . i request you to look into the matter and proceed with my refund

                                    Dear Sir/Madam,

                                    My wife and I, both tested positive on 12.01.2022 and 06.01.2022 respectively and because of this, we could not travelled in our flight which was booked from goibibo and was scheduled on 16.01.2022. After cancellation, from Airline I have received a refund of INR 2518. However, Goibibo refunded me only INR 618.

                                    Goibibo should understand that due to Covid only we were unable to board flight. In this regard, we request to refund all the amount which was received from Airlines. Please see the screen shots for reference.
