Dear Sir,

I wish to inform you that I have booked 4 tickets by Flight No.6E-7191, vide PNR No.IR 5PYK for the Journey on 07.12.2021 from Chennai to Tuticorin for the family members of my daughter arriving from Canada for a short visit to India.

It so happened that at the Boarding point in Canada they were held up for want of E-Pass and as a result they could not commence their journey. Subsequently I was left with no other option but to cancel the flight ticket from Chennai to Tuticorin and conveyed to your office at 7.30 A.M on 06.12.2021 for the Flight starting on 07.12.2021 at 09.20 A.M.This was well within the stipulated time of 24 hours in advance.

In Spite of the fact that I have communicated well in advance you have refunded only Rs.3438/- instead of the entire amount of Rs.18, 000/- which is quite unjustified and against all established rules and regulations. Kindly bestow your best interest and immediately recredit the entire amount and render Justice,

    Double payment deducted for single ticket. I book seat no. 18, i paid it via phonepay, money was deducted but ticket was pending. It told me wait for 2 days until we resolve the issue. I called my bus office to ask if ticket is book on my name. He denied. So as i was in hurry to travel same night, i booked another ticket which got confirmed, money deducted. 2 days later it sent me msg that my money has been transferred to merchants/receivers account. So i called my bus office if they got money. They're saying you did it online so money must he gone to goibibo not us. Please check and resolve the issue.

      I Have Booked One Hotel (HOTEL SRIKRISHNA INTERNATIONAL, Tarapith) Through Goibibo Of Transaction Amount Rs.5508 For Stay From 21-Nov-21 To 22-Nov-21, But Due To Some Covid Effected Of My Family Member, Am Unable To Go For The Trip As Isolation Required For Them. So, I Want To Cancel My Booking. As Per Their Policy I Can Cancel It Till 20 Nov 2021 11:59:00 AM (Free Cancellation I.E 100% Refund Of Booking Amount) But Unable To Do The Same As There Was Technical Glitches At Their Both Website And Mobile App Platform. I Tried To Contact Them Over Mail And Call But No Response Till Yet. Its My Serious Appeal To Take Necessary Step Against The Vendor And To Provide Me The Refund Of Entire Amount Of Rs.5508 At The Earliest As The Fraudulent Activities Done To Me By The Vendor. PFA Of All The Necessary Proof Of The Docs.

        This is Chandan Sharma, I have booked train tickets from Goibibo on 6th of November, from Vadodara to Jammu but unfortunately it got cancelled due to waitinglist in train,
        Now it is 6th of December and have not receive the refund yet.
        I need those money, please help
        I will not use Goibibo fro
        Next time, please return my money.

          Booking ID GOFLIMTB77E[protected]

          I booked this ticket (PNR-NJ83QT, Ticket number- 014-[protected]) for two passengers from a travel agent in India.
          I actually canceled the ticket for one person within 24hours and I got the refund back.

          For the other person, I canceled the ticket after some days. Basically, this is a non-refundable ticket. So I was told by Air Canada that I will receive a travel voucher for this ticket when i talked to their customer care. I informed the same to goibibo agent and they informed me that they created a ticket for the issue of a travel voucher.

          It's been almost 3 months but still, I have not received any travel voucher. I recently contacted Air Canada customer care and they informed me that the ticket is already refunded. I have not received anything on my end. Goibibo is also not reachable and they are not happy to provide any support on this. Please help me in this case by providing a refund.

            Amount deducted from Bank but confirmationation not received.
            I tried to booking a fligh from Goibibo. The Flight was not booked, the money however was deducted. not booking id created nor confirmation has received.

            Not sure what to here. The whole company feels like a big scam. They have given absolutely no option to contact them.

            1) There is no way to contact the customer care.

            2) There is no email address to contact either.

            3) I tried calling which is directly connecting me to the airline customer care agent.

                Booked 1 room in Hotels Himalaya for 14/12/21 on 05/12/21 5pm online (UPI) and money got deducted from my account but no booking confirmation receive.
                None of the customer care numbers work.
                not able to even ask for the problem to be resolved.

                  Rooms booked,amount deducted but no confirmation received

                  Booked 2 rooms in oriental hotels thanjavur for 05/12/21 on 04/12/21 9pm online and money got deducted from my account and no booking confirmation received....

                  Airlines cancelled the flight, then why Ibibo have deducted
                  convenience fees of Rs 460 m they should refund that as it was cancelled by Airlines not by self.

                    I booked a train ticket for Berhampur - Bhubaneswar on 24th Nov 2021 but somehow the booking got failed but the amount was deducted and today even after 10 days, I haven't yet got my refund but on the goibibo website it's showing that money has already been refunded. Kindly Look into the matter

                      1. I tried booking ticket from Singapore to Mumbai on 25th Aug 2021, however i got error that request cannot complete, so i tried booking ticket again immediately and second time it was success. However when i checked my account next day i found that the money was deducted 2 times from my account. when i checked on goibibo site i got 2 PNR for the same flight.
                      2. So i immediately start calling goibibo but none of their numbers were working except one that had only automated talking. this i tried atleast 1-2 weeks in vain.
                      3. Meanwhile i was trying to contact airindia as well and after so many tries they finally cancelled my ticket and informed that i will be getting full refund but goibibo need to contact their finance dept.
                      4. but i was not able to contact goibibo, i informed my relatives in india also tried to contact them but the same issue. we even tried to contact them through email.
                      5. Finally in Sep i was able to contact goinibo through Facebook messanger, and informed them about it. they informed me that there is no double payment received so informed me to contact bank.
                      i double confirmed on bank and the double amount was really deducted.
                      later goibibo accepted the double amount but they put all the rules from airline considering no mistake from their end, goibibo is not accepting their mistake from portal and no helpline support during that period.
                      6. Now goibibo telling me that you will get almost half of the payment returned, with no show charges etc.
                      7. i feel its a scam and need to be investigated. I need my full refund

                        Hello I am raising a issue regarding my 1st Goibibo bus journey Delhi - Haldwani, 3 December, Friday at 9:20 pm
                        One Way BusBooking ID - GOBUS217EDB9DFA. The bus driver denied me boarding the bus and was not present at the boarding point of Kashmiri Gate where it was supposed to be. Furthermore he called me multiple times in a very rude manner, misbehaved with me and said if you want to board the bus come to Mohannagar, Ghaziabad, which is very very far from my place.

                        Kindly look into the matter and provide my refund as soon as possible, seriously I went through a lot last night . I want immediate action regarding my complaint.

                          I tried to book four Indigo flight tickets from Chennai to Trivandrum on 2nd December . I provided all details and payment also done, but finally received an error message that 'Payment did not go through'. I want to get a confirmation on when my amount will be credited back.

                              Events:

                              Booked A bus ticket from red bus and paid them through UPI on 17 nov 2021.
                              INR: 1805
                              Ticket No: TQCD15866592
                              PNR No:[protected]

                              On ticket their were nothing mentioned about any taxation details.
                              I raised a concern to get GST invoice from red bus on 29 nov 2021

                              RedBus representative not leastning my concern and telling me to contact bus operator.
                              Also I contacted bus operator but he is saying to contact red bus.
                              The both orange travels and red bus is doing frauds and I think they do not pay taxes to govrnment that's why these companies are treating costumers like this
                              Kindly help me out.

                                  I have booked the hotel name is Ocean palm goa via goibibo for 30th November till 4th December 2021, I have reach the hotel on 30th nov around 5:30 pm but due to some reasons we have to left that hotel, we have asked goibibo team and hotel staff to cancel our booking and refund our amount but the hotel denies they said se could not return the amount, I have with me my 4 years old son and my husband, we were continuously requested hotel staff to please try to understand our situation but ms. Chattergee who was dealing with us said only 2 days will be refunded, but we asked them we stayed there only for 20 minutes so why you are giving the refund for 2 days .the goibibo team is doing nothing in this . After that hotel manager Mr. Geogre Thomas came, he was very arrogant person, said we will not refund the single amount, jisko jo karna h kar lo, jha complaint karni h kar lo, I don't care and ran away from that place. My family were harrassed by the hotel staff .we were new at this place, there was the time around 7o clock. We faced too much their,
                                  Request you to kindly listen to us and talk to the goibibo team and hotel ocean palm goa to refund our booking amounts and also pay to us for the trouble, problem and harrassment that we have faced.

                                    Its a kind request please solve my issue, i am not able to contact goibibo customare care after so much mail and calls,
                                    My flight was cancelled on 4th november 2021. I had contacted goibibo on the same day. My flight was delayed 6hrs it was showing on the app. But my flight was at right time . So, i could not catch it, because o[censored]r miss update and technical issue as said by your customer, they told me to solve my problem and give me full refund, byt there is not response till now. M actually fed. And i need my money back...

                                      I booked the Sleeper bus ticket form GOIBIBO website at[protected] worth Rs 2476.00 booking id is GOBUSba339be24c for date of Journey is[protected] Delhi to Azamgarh (UP) for celebrating holy festival at my home town. Bus operator details is Raghuvanshi Travels and GOIBIBO, This bus operator booked the ticket and deny at last moment of journey[protected] also which record i have. So seemed GOIBIBO doing the fraud of every customer.

                                      but at the last moment of travel bus operator has been change the bus and also sleeper class to Seater, alternate bus details is E BUS Services bus no UP 65 BT 8959. i locked the complain to GOIBIBO team on same time with all details that alternate bus is very pathetic and and his all seats having water locked, so Mr Gaurav (GoIBIBO emp) offer me only Rs 600 compensation that time, i denied for that. I said that time to him i want to take a hard action against the bus operator, so that they never did again such types of activities to anyone. i demand that time immediately blocked this operator on his website and refund my 50% ticket amount. he assured me they will provide me necessary solution for my 16 hours night pathetic journey max 72 hours only. but 8 days has been spent and not getting any proper solution as per promised. Now they forced me to settle is only refund Rs 800.00 which totally unethical and pathetic for using a such trusted brand like the GOIBIBO. it's better i purchased the ticket from directly to bus operator which is cheap also. But i chose it bcz i did't want to trouble any trust issue.

                                      Between the travel alternate bus crew members cut my trolley Bag and stolen my wife branded make kit worth Rs 4, 000. 00 from bus trunk. After reached the home when i saw then contact to bus operator E Bus India-([protected]/[protected]) bus no UP 65 BT 8959. but he is not supporting till yet, while I sent him images of my bag, but he said that on call I have 200 such call everyday do whatever you can. I also shared the same details to GOIBIBO team but now they totally deny they cant't help in this matter. FIR also register in UP Azamgarh P[protected] and in Delhi LR No: 255247/2020

                                      Now the GOIBIBO team supporting the bus operator and still sold still alternate Bus operator ticket on his platform. If customer cancelled the ticket at last moment then then the penalty amt is 90% but if operator doing the same and provide the pathetic service against the luxury class promised, then no one ready to help customer. GOIBIBO team just care now his profit margin they don't care the customer harassment.

                                      Would request you humbly to please investigate this case and give me the justice
