Dear team,
please tell me the problem is going on i am asking for my refund for last 40 days but no one in the goibibo is concerned about my refund.
Everytime a false promise made by goibibo team but and after waiting for 48 hours no concern person will initiate it for refund its the way goibibo works and where is my refund i want a complete clarification why my refund is not debited in my accounts...
i am literally fedup false promises if i wont get a update then i Am sorry i have to suit a case in consumer court

      On date 14 September I booked 2 ticket from Guwahati to Delhi of date 01 November. I got only one ticket confirmation in the name of Ravindra Kumar, not confirmed or message about Prashant sahu named ticked that I booked . I talk to Paytm but they said payment done talk to your marchent . No response from goibibo yet no call, no meesage, no mail id what I do 2 months gone no refund done

        I'm cancelled on going flight ticket from goibibo, refund amount shows that it will credit to wallets instantly but now my wallet show's nothing event it was not opening too.

          I had booked a train ticket to Delhi with PNR: [protected], due to some issue, I had to cancel that ticket. Atter cancellation when I IRCTC site I mentioned that the refund was made to IBIBO GROUP PRIVATE LIMITED with
          Reference No[protected]. But the amount was not credited to my wallet or the source bank account. There is no record or history in the app that I booked the ticket. Please look into this.

            I was doing web check-in on 10th Dec 2021 at 3:52 pm for my Shirdi to Delhi Flight on 12 Dec 2021 2:30 pm. Money got deducted from my account but web check-in could not get completed.               Hello sir, I'm penugula sunny. I have booked a train ticket and cancelled last month. But it's almost near to a month my refund amount still not credited. I can't even make a mail for their customer support. They are fraud useless team. Charging high rates. Cheaters. Please 🙏 make my refund back. I'll add the proofs in photos. They are showing that they credited amount and making fools.

                We had booked the below Air India flights for travel in 2020 on Goibibo, but due to the Covid-19 travel ban, our flights were cancelled and we haven't received the refunds yet from the airlines (Air India) or the booking partner (Goibibo)

                Goibibo had confirmed on the attached email that they have initiated the refund with the airlines. However, we haven't heard back from Goibibo even after multiple follow-ups.

                Also have attached the ticket invoices received via Goibibo

                We need your help to get our refunds of Rs.52, 339/- credited to us as it has been almost 2 years since the flights were cancelled.

                  1. I have cancelled the hotel booking on 10th November 2021.
                  2. The part amount credited to credit card and part amount is credited to Goibibo wallet Rs. 27882.
                  3. The same day i have been transfred the wallet amount Rs. 27801 to bank my account which i gave the bank details on the application itself.
                  4. The mail says that amount will be credited your accont 3-12 working days.
                  5. Still i didn't get the amount to my bank account. I have raised this cencern many times to Goibibo customer care. but they didn't evan call me back. Everytime they are saying that i have to wait for 24 to 48 hours. But i didn't recived any calls from the refund team. Without inform me the service ticket closed by themself.

                    My name is Pushkar Nath Kachroo - 79 years old. I am regular customer of GoiBibo. I made a booking with Go Ibibo on 13th Feb 2020. We were supposed to fly to Srinagar on 17th March 2020 but due to Covid 19 our flight got cancelled. I have spoken to the airline and they amount has been refunded by Airline to Goibibo but Goibibo has still not credited the refund into my account. However the Goibibo website shows that refund has been processed on 19th Jan 2021 but nothing has been paid till now. I have ben trying to reach them but they are not available anywhere. I would request you please look into this matter and help to stop this harassment to an senior citizen. Thank you in advance.

                    To Whom So ever this may concern

                    I have posted my complaint on December 9th and till now my complaint has not been resolved. I am pretty surprised how GoIbibo can keep my money. Airlines has refunded entire money to GoIbibo when flight cancelled but they are not paying my money back. It has been over 18 months now.

                    They are doing new bookings but they are not willing to settle previous pending issues. I am very hopeful that my problem will be resolved on this forum. Goibibo should pay my pending amount + interest on my money.

                    It seems I am begging for my own money. I have posted the complaint on Dec 9th and till now I am waiting for the feedback. GoIbibo owe me money, they have got refund from Airline. I don't understand why don't they pay me my money.

                      I'm writing to make a complaint against Goibibo that has not processed my refund of approx 50, 000 for a flight ticket with the booking id as NDCUMKUBT and PNR-U4FVHD.

                      They continue to diver emails and calls, and also are not put up within their registered headquarters or updated details to avoid customer queries or complaints whilst continuing to provide service.

                      I would like to request for my refund to be processed.

                        I tried to book a Hotel (The Fern Residency, Udaipur) from Goibibo. The Hotel was not booked, the money however was deducted. not booking id created nor confirmation has received. I

                        Not sure what to here. The whole company feels like a big scam. They have given absolutely no option to contact them.

                        1) There is no way to contact the customer care.

                        2) There is no email address to contact either.

                        I've attached my payment reference number in the attachment and what it showed on my screen when I completed the payment.

                          Bus ticket booked from Jaipur to Dehradun India on 16th Oct 2021.
                          The bus was cancelled and the the Boarding Point Manager refunded the money to Goibibo.
                          Goibibo was supposed to transfer the money back to my account. But they didn't

                            I booked and then rescheduled my flight by goibibo ...they charged me the more amount for the time I choose but have given me different time which I haven't choosen. Now no one is there to help no customer care number nothing... don't know what to do I spent about 10100 now they bare demanding 6000 more ...and fault is from there side

                              Hotel Rejected the bookings - Goibibo - The Mount View (Gulmarg)

                              Hi,

                              I booked a hotel in Gulmarg "The Mount View" on 08/12/2021.
                              Upon booking, I received my booking details on Whatsapp with instructions to contact the property(Hotel) directly for updates. I called the hotel and the hotel person Mr. Imran said the booking has been REJECTED by him as the deal is not feasible to him and asked me to contact GoIbibo to Cancel my booking as it's of no use.

                                Dear Sir,

                                I wish to inform you that I have booked 4 tickets by Flight No.6E-7191, vide PNR No.IR 5PYK for the Journey on 07.12.2021 from Chennai to Tuticorin for the family members of my daughter arriving from Canada for a short visit to India.

                                It so happened that at the Boarding point in Canada they were held up for want of E-Pass and as a result they could not commence their journey. Subsequently I was left with no other option but to cancel the flight ticket from Chennai to Tuticorin and conveyed to your office at 7.30 A.M on 06.12.2021 for the Flight starting on 07.12.2021 at 09.20 A.M.This was well within the stipulated time of 24 hours in advance.

                                In Spite of the fact that I have communicated well in advance you have refunded only Rs.3438/- instead of the entire amount of Rs.18, 000/- which is quite unjustified and against all established rules and regulations. Kindly bestow your best interest and immediately recredit the entire amount and render Justice,

                                  Double payment deducted for single ticket. I book seat no. 18, i paid it via phonepay, money was deducted but ticket was pending. It told me wait for 2 days until we resolve the issue. I called my bus office to ask if ticket is book on my name. He denied. So as i was in hurry to travel same night, i booked another ticket which got confirmed, money deducted. 2 days later it sent me msg that my money has been transferred to merchants/receivers account. So i called my bus office if they got money. They're saying you did it online so money must he gone to goibibo not us. Please check and resolve the issue.

                                    I Have Booked One Hotel (HOTEL SRIKRISHNA INTERNATIONAL, Tarapith) Through Goibibo Of Transaction Amount Rs.5508 For Stay From 21-Nov-21 To 22-Nov-21, But Due To Some Covid Effected Of My Family Member, Am Unable To Go For The Trip As Isolation Required For Them. So, I Want To Cancel My Booking. As Per Their Policy I Can Cancel It Till 20 Nov 2021 11:59:00 AM (Free Cancellation I.E 100% Refund Of Booking Amount) But Unable To Do The Same As There Was Technical Glitches At Their Both Website And Mobile App Platform. I Tried To Contact Them Over Mail And Call But No Response Till Yet. Its My Serious Appeal To Take Necessary Step Against The Vendor And To Provide Me The Refund Of Entire Amount Of Rs.5508 At The Earliest As The Fraudulent Activities Done To Me By The Vendor. PFA Of All The Necessary Proof Of The Docs.
