I am karthik Villalan, customer of Goibibo for years but I'm totally disappointed by the service now, I booked my train from Allepy to Chennai The PNR [protected], Alappuzha railway station to Chennai Central which got cancelled due to flood in Kerala, I haven't got my refund yet. It was more than a week and still I haven't got any confirmation from Goibibo side but I was informed by IRCTC to collect my refund from my partner app. The main issue is I could not find any support feature to enquiry regarding this in their webb/app. So please kindly see to this issues and guide me through.

            Goibibo Has Charged Me Cancellation Charges For My Airfare Which Was Cancelled And There Was No Cancellation Fee Charged By AirAsia Airlines . AirAsia Has Paid Rs. 26843/- In Full But Goibibo Is Not Paying.
            They Are Not Answering To Emails, Nor Is Their Customer Service Worth Calling. No One To Answer The Call.
            As Per Airlines Rules, There Is No Airline Cancellation Charges But Still Goibibo Is Charging The Amount. It Was Advised By The Government That No Charges Should Be Cut As The Flight Was Cancelled due To COVID By The Airlines Itself.
            I Want My Money Back From Them.
            Please Help

                  Hi,
                  I have booked the tickets of GoFirst airlines from goibibo of PNR LYCK9D for travel dates Nov 1 ( Bng to IDR) and return Nov 7 (IDR to Bng) but the airlines cancelled my flight. So goibibo assured me with 100% refund for the same with process time of 30 days from the time when I reported the flight cancellation by airlines to goibibo on 23 Oct 2021.
                  But today I received the refund of only INR 1977 out of total INR 6507 I have paid. This is a fraud and loot of my money by Goibibo since they have committed me a 100% refund when the airlines have canceled the flight.

                  I have raised the same concern with Goibibo 2 times through there customer care and web portal but they either are delaying to respond or not responding. Please help.

                  I have also contacted airlines they said they have already released INR 2711 and today they have released the remaining amount; still Goibibo has not given me the full amount. That's the clear fraud by goibibo.

                    Had booked cab on goibibo one month in advance from banglore airport to chinnapanhalli for 14th Nov. 2021. on my arrival in Banglore airport, i was shared cab no in my whatsapp messag. to my surprise, i was asked bydriver to board on another cab for which there was no official written confirmation in any form (SMS/whatsaap/email). later when i reached out to customer care, they said they will share in email new correct details. Again they shared wrong cab number, due to which, i denied boarding the cab as i had no official written proof and it would have question of security for me and my family members.

                    After 1 and half hour of back and forth call with their customer care, i was told to take any other cab and later they will refund the amount. Now after 1 week, i was told that they can't help. They seems to be cheat company and being managed bynunprofessionally manged folks. can you please get me some help from this cheat goibibo company? i will put my feedback on each and every forum for this cheat goibibo comany so that it help other customers. Thanks

                      Yesterday I.e 20/11/2021 I have booked an Bus ticket from Dehradun to Bareilly in the name of Akanksha Upadhayay travelling from UPSRTC JANRATH Departure timings 7 :00 AM .The ticket was booked from Goibibo application

                      An amount of Rs 770/- has also been paid but no ticket was received on registered Email though the amount got deducted from my account
                      I have attached an screen shot of the showing ticket booked
                      Request you to urgently look into this and urgently solve it

                        Hi Team,

                        I have booked my air ticket on 09/11/2021 from Chennai to Birmingham for 26th Dec 2021 through Goibibo
                        Booking Id: GOFLIMTANDC534D[protected]

                        I have cancelled the ticket after confirming with customer care on the cancellation policy within 24 hours of the date of booking. And I have been informed that my refund will be processed within 5 - 12 working days once airline has processed the refund.

                        I have also checked with concern airline and they have informed me that refund has already been processed for the same and money has been sent back to the agent.

                        I tried reaching the Goibibo customer care from last week and not able to speak to the operator. Also there is no proper email facilities to enquire about the refund.

                        Kindly help me get my refund amount mentioned in the app as soon as possible.

                          Hi Team,

                          I have booked a hotel from your website yesterday i.e. 17th Nov 21 in Ahmedabad for my stay from 19th Nov to 20th Nov through UPI SCAN payment mode on your website.

                          Amount of Rs.1367 has been deducted from account and has been credited in GoIbibo account (as per my bank).

                          however i am not able to see any booking in my account and neither received any communication about the booking on my phone / email.

                          HDFC Account no. where money got credited (ending with) - 4076

                          please resolve the same ASAP.

                            Goibibo confirmed that we can reschedule the flight when situation is back to normal but we kept calling from last year and still we don't have any answers. We have sent infinite emails and called them but they couldn't help. Newzealand airlines confirmed that they have returned the money to Goibibo. But we still don't have any update on the status.

                              Dear Sir/madam,
                              I tried booking ticket for my son as per following details.
                              Name : Anmol Chopra, Male/26Yrs
                              Sector : Silchar to Mumbai Via Calcutta, Patna
                              Date of Journey : 19/11/2021
                              Date of Booking : 16/11/2021 between 8PM to 10 PM
                              First Instance : While making the payment I used my ICICI Card ending with 1006. The message flashed : Please download Android Web View App to complete the transaction but the app started showing timer and prompted for cancellation and I clicked and message displayed that your transaction has been cancelled.
                              Second time tried to download the Android App and it was shown that App already exists. So I tried once again to book the ticket once again same message appeared and the system showed Oops some glitch appeared, transaction cancelled.
                              I stopped trying and booked the ticket from my Yatra account and got the confirmed ticket also.
                              Now to my surprise I got message that my booking has been confirmed on Goibibo and the amount also deducted from my card twice for the same passenger, same sector and same date but different flights.
                              Now I have three tickets and I tried to go to your website to check the tickets but system was not showing anything flashing error Some Technical Glitch, Please try after some time.
                              I contacted on Whats Up number but once again automated message I am not able to serve you please goto self service part on website on App.
                              Once again I contacted on your customer care land line by 10PM. The call was transferred to customer care specialist but kept waiting for 15 minutes and no body responded.
                              My Booking Ids : GOFLDMTAND7B[protected] amount 9354.00, time 8 PM.
                              GOFLDMTAND8D8C[protected] amount 6883.00, time 8:10PM
                              It will be great if you can help me to cancel these tickets and make full refund because this problem happened due to technical glitch in your App and Website so the customer should not be taxed for this.
                              I am a reggular traveller and still have multiple upcoming trips for my family during 11Dec21 to 20Dec21. In case if the amount got lapsed then am sure I will never book tickets on your site for my company as well as personal trips. Am quite depressed since yesterday due to this as nobody tries to help despite phone calls, mails and messages from your side except automated messages.
                              Request you to kindly help me in this matter.

                                I had made payment of Rs. 3043 using UPI at the payment page on 17 Nov 2021 for flight booking.
                                The amount got deducted from my bank account using Google pay app.
                                The app completed the payment successfully and the money was sent to the Ibibo group Pvt limited
                                But the payment page did not update even after waiting for 10 mins.
                                The booking is not being shown in my goibibo account so there is no way to manage it. My ICICI Bank confirmed that the money was successfully sent to goibibo. Please help me to get back the refund as soon as possible.

                                    I had made payment of Rs. 8975 using UPI at the payment page on 16th November, 2021 at 09:27 PM approximately for booking of a flight from Kolkata to Jodhpur.
                                    The amount got deducted from my bank account using BHIM app.
                                    The app completed the payment successfully and the money was sent to the UPI ID: [protected]@hdfcbank.
                                    But the payment page did not update even after waiting for 10 mins.
                                    The booking is not being shown in my goibibo account so there is no way to manage it.
                                    I tried to contact Goibibo's customer care via call & email but none of the phone numbers worked and nobody replied back to my email.
                                    I have texted in facebook messenger also but no response from there end.

                                    The transaction reference number is[protected]

                                        I have booked tickets through Goibibo for Pune to Srinagar (5th November)There was Pune airport issue so we have canceled tickets through customer care and on call customer executive said they will refund full amount but now they are saying they will not refund the full amount they are saying they committed any thing so we ask to them share call record with us for our satisfaction but they are not sharing any thing and directly closed the issue
