I booked my room on 25 September 2021 night. Money was deducted and Goibibo also shared room detail invoice on mail Id and also on whatsapp number. But, Next when I arrived at hotel they denied for booking. After discussing with customer care, I asked to refund money and cancel room. Then, I paid money by card to hotel.
4 days was gone, but till now I haven't received any refund and any inquiry call from Goibibo side as well as hotel side.
