I booked tickets on 29 th sep 2021 by goibibo but my money is deducted from my card 5 times but my ticket not genrated every time I waited for some days to return back in my account still 10 days passed but my money not credited back so I tried to contact them through mail and by call but they are not respond any where no one is there to resolve my issue so I want to file a complaint for this issue and I want my money back from goibibo this money is precious for me coz I dnt HV job I lost my job during covid time so please help me out

    I'd called to the customer service centre for the information of refund. As per the track status available on goibibo app, the amount is credited but I didn't recieved any amount.
    Since the date of booking was 28th September, 2021 and journey date was 20th Oct, 2021. How much time will you take to refund that amount?? Your service is very slow. Plz refund it asap.

      Hi,

      I sent mail to Goibibo for deletion of my account on 28th Feb 2021 due to security reasn.
      No action was taken by Goibibo.

      Now I am receiving mail about ticket cancellation which I did not book : Refund Status for booking GOFLD6B0E[protected]

      This is might be someone using my account maliciously or fraud purpose.

      It is Goibibo's responsibility to protect customer data and Goibibo is responsible for any fraud with my mail ID/Phone No.

      Please delete any account with my mail ID or Phone No.

      Goibibo, please confirm if this is your official customer care phone no.
      If yes, its very unprofessional behavior and if Not, this is a spam caller.

        Cancelled a hotel booking on 20th of September which I booked for 22/09/21 using their app . I was promised complete refund of the amount ( ₹3157 ) by 27-29 September if I cancelled the above mentioned booking anytime before 21st September 2021 . Today is 7/10/21 and despite repeated complaints on their customer service number, no solution has been provided . They gave me a transaction ID which I was told to follow up with the bank, however the bank said that they can't do anything with the transaction ID and they haven't received any refund from goibibo. At present goibibo refund team isn't answering my calls, texts on whatsapp or emails.

            On 30 SEP I booked a train ticket from varanasi to secunderabad junction and WHILE iam doing payment, due to some network issues the ticket is cancelled but the payment [6, 211] is debited from my account and credited in goibibo account but ticket is not booked.
            THE PAYMENT IS DONE FROM GOOGLE PAY.
            Present 05/10/2003 till now the payment is not refunded,
            so iam requesting a refund as fast as you can,
            so kindly solve my issue,

            I posted a complaint on 5th of October
            Since 18 days there is no reply from goibibo.
            Sir please resolve my issue as early as possible
            It is a matter of thousands of rupees
            If there is no reply I gonna take legal action

              So I booked a hotel via goibibo hotel booking services it was a prepaid booking of rs 929
              But when I approach hotel for check-in they denied checking so I raise a complaint to customer care services of Ibibo group they cancelled my booking and promised refund of my given amount
              But it's been 2 weeks I haven't been received my refund yet even after confirmation of amount being credited in my amount from their side
              And now when I am trying to contact their customer care services again for my refund they are not responding to me I am a regular customer of Ibibo group still they are behaving like this
              I think they are not trustworthy and stable with thier business policies

                I've booked Kerala Tickets from Chandigarh. My departure flight is Indigo and my Return Flight is Vistara. This option is suggested to me by Goibibo platform itself. Due to Covid; Indigo canceled their flights for my departure and gave a refund for the same. But Goibibo charged double the convenience fees for the same. Vistara didn't cancel the flights so I see no option than to postpone by flights. Vistara gave me the option to keep my ticket OPEN till 30th Sept. I've opted for that plan with the thought to utilize my money that time. Covid cases kept on increasing in Kerala and most of the states in Kerala are under lockdown. I requested Vistara and Goibibo multiple times to either increase time for OPEN ticket or at least give me a refund. Airlines refused for refund and Goibibo refused to help on this matter. I see no other option than to apply for any possbible tax refunds on the flights. I have requested the same in Vistara and they processed the refund of approx. Rs. 590 per passenger. Today I got call from Goibibio and they said they will have cancellation charges of approx Rs. 550 per passenger so any refund won't be possible. I suffered loss of approx Rs. 40, 000 in this entire booking and Goibibio didn't cooperate in this whole matter. Their support team is pathetic and I told them to at least find some resolution for the same but they are good for nothing. I won't recommend anyone to opt Goibibo as their travel partner and won't even recommend to opt Vistara for any flight bookings. I'm pretty sure lot of people had similar experiences so feel free to share their experiences aswel.

                  I have booked room for 7th check in and 8th check out but after booking it is reflecting the same day check in and check out.This is absurd and want reason why this booking changed and I can't contact customer service. I am unable to modify my booking also as while going to payment page it throwing error while confirm pay. Your application is having bug .

                    This is regarding the booking on Goibibo.com, I made last night on 3rd Oct. 2021, for 11th Nov. 2021. On confirmation I checked that it has picked a date of 4th Nov. 2021 instead of 11th Nov. 2021 as the booking date.

                    I called Goibibo customer care no. exactly within 5 mins and was told by Mr. Ayush that the booking will be cancelled and the entire amount will be refunded back to be within 14 working days.

                    I have got no confirmation email or SMS regarding the same due to which I am writing this email.

                    I would request you to please cancel my booking for the 4th Nov. from Mumbai to Delhi on Vistara.

                          Booked flight tickets on 1st October 2021 and got redirected to the payment section where i chose UPI and then used net banking to complete the transaction. The amount worth 11114/- inr got debited immediately, however nothing happened on the Goibibo page and i didnt receive any message regarding booking confirmation.

                          Since then, i have tried contacting the Goibibo customer service via phone and email, but there is no response. Sadly there is literally NO Goibibo customer care team!

                          I have also checked with my bank and Google pay; they have clearly mentioned that this is a merchant issue and that it should be resolved by Goibibo.

                          Please help me in getting my money back. Deeply disappointed with the company and its customer service !

                                  I booked my room on 25 September 2021 night. Money was deducted and Goibibo also shared room detail invoice on mail Id and also on whatsapp number. But, Next when I arrived at hotel they denied for booking. After discussing with customer care, I asked to refund money and cancel room. Then, I paid money by card to hotel.

                                  4 days was gone, but till now I haven't received any refund and any inquiry call from Goibibo side as well as hotel side.

We have been cheated and we are not getting appropriate support.
