I have made payment for flight booking from Delhi to nagpur on 25 sept ... payment deducted but no reply from goibibo nor they having proper customer care for domestic flight booking ...

Help me please...I don't know why goibibo is doing such frauds .my family members also got upset that I used such a fraud application .

      I booked my room on 25 September 2021 night. Money was deducted and Goibibo also shared room detail invoice on mail Id and also on whatsapp number. But, Next when I arrived at hotel they denied for booking. After discussing with customer care, I asked to refund money and cancel room. Then, I paid money by card to hotel.

      4 days was gone, but till now I haven't received any refund and any inquiry call from Goibibo side as well as hotel side.

      All documents attached. You can also check same.

        I have now submitted numerous feedbacks and I still haven't received any response from your end and this shows the patetic service your company provides. We have been cheated and we are not getting appropriate support. Kindly read this feedback and please get back to me so that I can explain the bad situation I was in this morning after the property owner denied our check-in. Please show some humanity towards us and kindly get back to me by call or email.

                      Amount deducted from account but no booking was made

                      I was trying to book airline ticket but due to some reason the payment was declined. But after sometime automatically amount of Rs. 12068 has been deducted from my bank account and no sms or mail or booking has been done.

                      Date- 25th Sept, 2021

                      I want my full money back in my account number as soon as possible. This type of inconvenience is highly looked down upon....

                          I had received an email on 28th March 2021 that a refund amount of Rs. 7914 has been processed and will reflect in the Goibibo wallet.
                          The amount is still not reflecting in the wallet. Even the trip is not showing in my goibibo account under cancelled trip.
                          Also, the total amount paid for the tickets was Rs. 16662.
                          I want the full refund of my tickets.
                          I have attached all the related documents for the reference.

                            I booked jet airways flight in april 2019 however it was cancelled by their end still money not refunded.
                            Whenever I call cust care they say refund is in process.
                            DOES IT TAKE 2.5 years to refund 3.5k?

                              The issue that I have experienced was:
                              I booked a hotel from Goibibo on 23/09/2021 from 25th Sep to 26-Sep-21. The amount got deducted from my account however i didn't received any confirmation. I have connected with hotel and he too has not received any booking on my name.
                              I tried to contact Goibibo helpdesk with multiple channels without any success.

                                On 22nd September I tried booking train ticket from Nizamabad to vishakhapatnam and paid 514 through SBI net banking . My money has been deducted but ticket has not confirmed and refund is also not processed. Please look into this issue and refund my whole amount as soon as possible and later I got mail saying "we noticed that your payment failed for this Transaction/Booking id TRNAG2LGS55LKG while trying to make a booking on Goibibo.com from NZB-VSKP train on 25th September 2021"

                                    After 1 years and 6 months, I received an SMS from Goibibo on 21/09/2021 @3:21pm that my refund of booking-id GOFLD77EFB[protected], INR 3974.00 has been credited to your Goibibo Wallet.

                                    When logged into my Goibibo account, there was no credit of INR 3974.00

                                    Even gobibo portal is showing the refund has been credited to Credit Shel but actually not.

                                      Due to covid situation flight tickets were cancelled by Indigo and amount was also returned to goibibo, but no steps were taken by goibibo company. The worst part of this company is that not a single contact number is in working condition. Why this company doesn't work like a professional company. Customer care is also at 0 level. Any many incidents have been reported like this where this company has earned the name " A big scam".I have read in many reviews.

                                      I am attaching both the tickets details here so that the amount can be get back.
                                      If it won't happen I will highlight this matter through social media.
