    I have a done car insurance premium renewal for Magnum honda and it dorected me to IBIBO .Transaction happened succesfully and I received sms from the bank confirming my money debited from the account. Insurance company is telling they havenot got the amount. Kindly check and refund the amount.

      We had booked a tickrt from Jakarta to Mumbai n back through goibibo. However the carrier had stopped services and ticket was canceled..

        Dear Sir, Madam,

        On[protected] I was scheduled to fly with Lufthansa airline from France to Chennai . This concerned flight PNR number is 'STFEDZ'. This flight was cancelled by Lufthansa airline due to the coronavirus.

        I herewith request you to remit Rs.51, 597 within 7 days to my account number: [protected], account holder as V Rajesh with payment reference Refund ticket.

        If my request does not result in payment of the above-mentioned compensation amount, I will submit my complaint to the relevant supervisory authority and will take legal action if necessary.

          Hi,
          I had made a hotel booking on 15th October 2021, and paid via UPI. I cancelled the booking on the same day, and I got a RRN number to track the refund. But I still haven't received the refund. I don't know what to do with that number.
          Please share the email address/customer care number where I can take this up.

          We are (t.ganesh prabhu and an ex service man) went to write some railway exam in Cuttack for that I (ganesh) booked a room with 2395/- for 4 days...hotel shakti Oyo 4851 what ibibo suggest to me on 10 june...but when we reach they didn't gave check in...they said they were stopped online booking from past 2months...after that we contact device support ...they told about refund credit in my a/c on 28 june.we cancelled..it is already 30days over i already sent my bank statement also on 8th july after asked by some sevice represent...today 13 July even i didn't get one pinny into my account...my refund.             Planned a trip to Kodaikanal, with my family along with brothers family. Booked two room through Goibibo. Booking accepted and amount also been paid. After reaching there, in hotel reception, it has been told that no bookings happened as such and all the rooms are already full. The hotel name is mount park, Kodaikanal. Then the guy said many bookings are happening in similar way, as we had tie ups with OYO and now due to some issue, we are not in the deal, but still OYO is making bookings for our hotel. Surprisingly, we made booking through Goibibo and seems they have some tie up with OYO.

            There was no proper answer from OYO or from the hotel Mount park. Then Goibibo said, we can not do anything we will cancel the booking and if required you can book some other hotel and this money will be back in 7 working days. They said just sorry for this. It was peak time as three days continuous holiday and we are with our family without clueless. Worst scenario, OYO and goibibo are not properly organized and simply creating a mess and the hotel guy did not responded properly at all after some time.

            Then after half a day we managed to get a hotel out of the city with higher cost.

              I have booked train ticket from your website from Rajahmundry to Chennai on 6th October for 15th October 2021. I have paid the amount but the ticket got cancelled by the company. I have received a mail saying I will receive the refund amount in 3days. Its been almost a month now and I neither received the amount nor did I hear from them.
              This is awful on their side. They make customers spend more time on writing to them and asking for the refund of the cancellation tickets. No method that they tell us to follow works.
              I am annoyed by their response. The link they have shared didn't show any information related to my booking. Then how can I raise a complaint? I have been spending every single day trying to contact them but none of their numbers are working.

              Its been 12days that I have posted the complaint and I didnot receive any information from Goibibo. I couldn't be able to connect to them either to their phone number or mail.

                Money got deducted for fight booking from Jabalpur to Pune but no PNR, No email no message was sent on respective phones. Please help me get my money back from scammers. It is sickening how these people are scamming customers.

                  I M tried to booking a Hotel (Fabhotel Alchemy Creek-Goa) from GoIbibo. The Hotel was not booked, the money however was deducted. not booking id created nor confirmation has received.

                  Not sure what to here. The whole company feels like a big scam. They have given absolutely no option to contact them.

                  1) There is no way to contact the customer care.

                  2) There is no email address to contact either.

                  3) I tried calling [protected] which is directly connecting me to the airline customer care agent.

                  Hello, This side Rakesh here and today on January 09 2022 i tried to booked a Bus From VADODRA to HYDERABAD and after entering each information regarding Travel booking when i choose the payment option it showed me a notification You have not selected the seat while rupees 2835 deducted from my SBI Credit card and showing ticket not booked. I think this type of error really unbearable. Please take this issue as in serious mode and refund my amount ASAP directly in my Credit card ending with 6111 which used regarding booking. For

                    Your none of customer care no are active and recording says they are not valid. So which no i should call?

                    I had made a booking for Mumbai to ahmedabad for 21dt November. There was error in name of passenger and i called airlines directly they said as flight is more than 7 days late i can cancel and they will give full refund to travel agency. They did give full refund however you have send message that Goibigo will not give refund.

                        I booked a bus ticket from Pratapgarh to Ajmer for 27 Oct 2021.
                        Money deducted received PNR no through message but booking not showing in GOIBIBO app .
                        Useless customer care executives. No one telling about the status of my booking.
                        Pathetic experience. Utterly disappointed.

                            My friend tried booking a train ticket from GoIbibo. The ticket was not booked, the money however was deducted. It's already been 20 day and no refund has been made.

                            Not sure what to here. The whole company feels like a big scam. They have given absolutely no option to contact them.

                            1) There is no way to contact the customer care.

                            2) There is no email address to contact either.

                            3) I tried calling [protected] which is directly connecting me to the airline customer care agent. The agent says that there should be an IVR which allows me to contact the agent who handles the issues related to train bookings. But that is not happening.

                                I was taken vrl bus booking from koppal to banagalor on 6th of october . as per info from gogibio it was confirm .. When I went to vrl pickup point and ask for seat they said seat was not been allocated to gogibio .. You connect to gogibio.. That was the mean movement along with my family you see the pain ... Till the date gogibio not evan return my booking mony as well travel is showing as per gogibi sit travel completed ...

                                  Hello,

                                  I have booked a vistara flight through goibibo from Delhi to London.While booking I forgot to select the student category, however I will be traveling on student visa

                                  Could you kindly help in getting the extra 23 kg bag allowance.I have checked with Vistara customer care and according to them if goibibo updates the number of bags in the ticket, they will allow.

                                  I have already contacted goibibo customer care and shared my booking reference

                                      I opened mail account (M. [protected]@ibibo.com) in ibibo and that mail id i given in my fb account and some other websites.. And now my fb account got blocked and fb team send a mail to my ibibo mail to unlock my fb. But i am unable to open my ibibo mail ad also cant find the website where have to login for mail. So i request you to please help me to open my ibibo mail once.
