Refund initiated on 4th of Nov still it’s not credited to my credit card. I have call goibibo customer care multiple times they told me it will credit to my credit card within 5-7 days means within 15th now it’s almost 17 days I have to go to consumer forum. Being a old customer it’s really a pathetic experience

    I have been using goibibo account since many years. But now I unable to login as Indian mobile number is discontinued as not using more. Now I am trying to login with email but that option either not working or Goibibo has no more access provide to users to login with email. I had so many bookings before using my account and want to continue the same account. I have non indian mobile number that doesn't work for goibibo but at least there should be access with email. It's really weird. Please help out me on that. Password reset also not available on website

      I have booked a ticket from banglore to Goa of bus. The payment have been deducted but no ticket received. I couldn’t go with the bus. In the app no booking is being displaying. It was of today, 13 December 2021.

            I was book an air ticket under pnr no.NSZTFB from delhi to dimapur on 22 dec 2020 for journey on 1 jan 2021 but due operational reasons the indigo airlines cancelled my ticket from delhi to kolkata. Four months is going to be passed but my money rs.4630/- has not yet been refunded to my account.

                Not yet received any amount and message,

                I Tweet them on Twitter and they reply to "send my mobile number and email. They will resolve shortly"

                i also just don't know what to do now, If you got any response, please let me know

                    I have booked oy oyo 15939 talwarkar's serene resort with Goibibo IDHTLDVAG8RP4J5EMW .PNR[protected].

                    It was a booking for two rooms with children.When I reached there first they told us that we don't have a deluxe room, (actually the hotel had given the room to someone else at higher charges. due to peak season of diwali ) can you please check in in standard room.As it was remote location at mahabaleshwar, we agreed.So after a while when we go to room the owner told us that you have booking with double charges for lower room.We argued that it can't possible.He told us, he don't know anything and told us to pay double charges for booking.And put our bags outside the room.(even without our permission and when ladies and children were in the room.the waiter just came and pick our bags)

                    When I complained about it in goibibo.they told us to that i will get callback in few minutes but the call came back after 1.5 hours When I have already left.the lady from goibibo told us hotel is undergoing maintenance work.(I actually seen that no maintenance work were going on and they were giving room but just at higher charges due to season of diwali) the lady from goibibo first told me to check in in other hotel but i was not in a position to go here and there with family.they refunded me and gave me voucher of 1000.

                    But Do you think it is worth it? What should I do with that hotel voucher? Do i Book hotel again for such a bad experience again when goibibo doesn't have any control over their hotel partner.When I book on goibibo, I should have surety of getting room and not be harassed like this even if it is peak season or not

                      I was in midst of booking flight from Mumbai to Mangalore for 23rd December 2021. However the transaction got deducted on 4th November but there was no email or message from ibibo on the same. Attached is the transaction done.

                      Requesting quick revert so that I can get the ticket in same rates and not higher rates please.

                      Haven’t received any call or refund. And not sure when this issue will get resolved. Hopefully get the ticket in the same price as booked.
                      I haven’t received till now. What if I don’t get a ticket of the same price. Please help.

                        We had our tickets booked for Air India flight from LHR to ATQ on 1st Feb 2020, which was cancelled by the airline .Its been 9 months since we have raised the refund request with GoIbibo and still have not received the refund.

                        I have tried calling goibibo customer care numerous times. However, I am not able to get a response on the status of the refund and why is it taking so long when the Airline takes only 7 days to process the refund.

                        I have dropped many emails to [protected]@goibibo.com but haven’t got any response. Its a customer experience of the Worst quality and i feel cheated. I dont think i would recommend anybody for any services through GoIbibo.

                            I had booked a hotel for 5th and 6th November 2021 in Goa.The Hotel called and said that they had to cancel my stay due to maintenance happening. I spoke to Triaha from Goibbo and she said that the hotel cannot do this and did an alternate booking at another hotel for these dates. When i reached the hotel after travelling from Bombay i was told at the hotel that there was no booking on my name. I tried reaching your agents and everyime i spoke to them they put me on hold and disconnected the call. I spoke to Yahavi, Rishabh, Bismaya and Manoj. After speaking to so many of them my issue was not resolved and it literally took me 2 hours and i was waiting outside the hotel with my luggage.

                            Finally i spoke to Bidya and she said that there cannot be any alternate replacement done and instead they would do a refund. I was left stranded in the middle of the street from nowhere. None of your agents let me speak to the manager. Infact Bidya said that she would call me back or I would get a call from her manager but none of this happened. I was also feeling giddy after travelling and had to face so much of trouble.

                            I should have been informed on earlier on the 2nd Nov itself that I didn’t have a booking. Instead your agent Trisha insisted that she would make an alternate booking instead of refunding the amount on the 2 Nov 2021. I trusted your company service simply and I am extremely upset with this behaviour. Kindly refund the amount to me asap.
                            I will surely strongly recommend people not to use your website for any bookings.

                            Hope some action is taken against this.Also expecting a call from your end to speak to you in more details regarding this issue.

                              I have opened mail account (brijendra.[protected]@ibibo.com ) in ibibo.com to create facebook account.
                              Now i am not able to recover and login my facebook account as my password is incorrect and the recovery otp and password is being send on my ibibo mail id which is not available any more and can't be found.
                              Kindly help me to login my facebook account on priority basis as i don't want to loose my account.

                                  On 4th October 2021 the Company withdrew Rs. 35, 628 from my Union Bank account with out my authorization .
                                  I have not availed any services from the Company as such this unauthorized withdrawal from my bank account using ePAY amounts to fraud.

                                    I have booked a train ticket( details are mentioned in attached files)... I had to cancelled it due to some mistake in booking.
                                    Goibibo promised me to get instant refund in wallet. As I was booking the ticket I requested to make refund in my wallet... But more than 24 hours has been passed but no refund is made in my account. Please make refund as soon as possible and if I failed to book the ticket then I will be irreparable loss to me and the whole responsibility will be of Goibibo

                                      I had made payment of Rs. 2758 using AMAZON pay at the payment on 01 Nov 2021 for booking of Bus.
                                      The amount got deducted from my bank account.
                                      The app completed the payment successfully and the money was sent to the UPI ID: goibibo.in @icici
                                      But the payment page did not update even after waiting for10 hours
                                      The booking is not being shown in my goibibo account so there is no way to manage it.
                                      I tried to contact Goibibo's customer care via call & email but none of the phone numbers worked and nobody replied back to my email.
                                      Please help
