I booked two flight tickets from porbandar to ahmedabad on 16th of august the amount from my bank account was deducted however I didn't get any tickets from goibibo neither it was booked with the airlines...So I had to cancel my trip ...Moreover i didn't got any refund till today...
Kindly check and initiate for the refund of the amount...

    We have booked the the ticket online in British airways on 27th July 2021 and departure date was 7th Aug 2021for rupees 54, 479/- We have cancelled the ticket on 4th Aug 2021, 3 days prior to booking date. we got below response

    With reference to your Hyderabad-New York flight (Booking ID GOFLIMTD6D3B[protected]), we regret to inform that request for full refund has been denied by airline, with reason: Airline has issued a travel voucher against your pnr.

    When we contacted British airlines, they suggested us to contact Goibibo.
    Request to refund the amount at earliest.

      Myself laxman I have booked the vrl bus from bailhongal to bangalore by my mob no [protected] while my transaction was successful but i haven't received any confirmation message from goibibo. I have tried to book it again but again the same problem accured I have lost 1400rs(700+700) please help me to get refund.

        I have booked my 2 with Name Vinay Dangwal and + 1 with contact no [protected] ticket on 20th August 2021 midnight with collect ID HDFB3D6EF8427A9419F897F3530BF44AB54 and transaction ID T2108200101556692511436 and UTR[protected] is successfully completed but ticket not booked and goibibo said try to another payment method and my money is deducted from my account and still its not refunded

            The pandemic cancellation flight refund pending for months with no resolution.

            refund processed by Airlines but not to customers by GOIBIBO despite multiple discussions though they confirmed they got the amount from Airlines. Refund is INR. 4909 still unable to transfer to my wallet or to my bank account

            Chasing since Jan 2020 still no resolution for GOibibo

              I booked flight ticket from delhi to mumbai and paid through UPI. My payment has been deducted but no confirmation on transaction.

                I would like to inform you that I had booked 4 tickets from Mumbai to Varanasi for travelling dated[protected] vide Ticket Nos[protected]/28/29/30) through Goibibo on dated[protected]. But we can not travel due to country Lock-down for Covid-19.

                I had have re-scheduled the same tickets to go from AIR INDIA office for travelling dated[protected].

                But you have cancelled my all 4 tickets on dated[protected] vide your Invoice No.G06AI22I00159440 for Rs.17356/- and you have sent an email at my registered email : [protected]@gmail.com that I will receive my refund amount next 3 working days.

                I would like to inform you that I am still not receive my money till date.

                    I Booked a ticket from bhagalput to patna on 21/12/2020 but the bookinng was not successful though the Rs 674 deducted from wallet and never came back.I Tried reaching them but it was not a worthy till date i have not received my money.

                      Booking I’d- HTLQX66XRP
                      I paid for a hotel booking which was not confirmed but my money for INR 3485 was deducted. And through 24/7 go support and help it was showing booking in process till I tweeted on Twitter about this concern.I had paid for this booking on 16/8/2021 for 17/8/2021 to 19/8/2021, and still there is no refund and any contact by your side

                        but 1248/- rs is debited in my bank statement.Pls find attached but no service received from your group hotel.

                        I suffered a financial loss as well as mentally harrased by this invalid transaction which was done from your android application.

                          I mamta Choudhary On July 31st, 2021 Tried booking a Train ticket from Darbhanga to New Delhi (DBG NDLS SPL- 02565) after doing Payment the ticket did not got booked but, amount of ₹5335 got deducted from my bank account. Then after i tried contacting the Goibibo team for the same but i didn't got any sort of resolution from their side, they keep telling me that I'll get my refund in 7 - 10 working Days but now It has been 20 days and I didn't got my money back. I have written number of mails but, did not got any response from their side.

                          Therefore I'm requesting you to please look into this and help me out, I'll be very glad if you do look into it.

                                I have booked a ticket from Delhi to USA via UAE. The routes they have provided in UAE is not possible during pandemic. They are landing us in Sharjah and then from there, we have to mange ourselves to Dubai. From DUbai bus stop, they are taking to Abu Dhabi via bus to pick our flight to USA (through Etihad). Due to strict pandemic rules in UAE, this is not possible.

                                Now, when we are cancelling the ticket it shows the refund of ~Rs10500/-. The original ticket is of ~Rs65000. They are providing no refund for Etihad airways. But as the Etihad airways tells only 10% of the fare is the cancellation fee.

                                There are no customer executive number provided from Ibibo to have a call. This is like robbing in the pandemic.

                                - Talked to Vistara, who is taking us from Delhi to Sharjah, the cost of the ticket is ~Rs20000/-. Vistara is charging on Rs3150/- for the cancellation. Thus, we are liable for ~Rs16500/- refund. But still, GoIbibo is refunding only ~Rs10000/-.
                                - GoIbibo is showing Etihad ticket is non-refundable but the flight is cancellation policy of charging AED350 (~Rs8000)

                                        I have been waiting for the refund for this booking GOFLI[protected] more than a year and 6 months.

                                        When checked with jet airways, it is confirmed that ibibo is refunded for my ticket number.

                                        Please treat this as urgent in this crisis situation as this will help for our medical need. Kindly do necessary actions to get the refund soon
