I have booked the ticket that was cancelled due to covid and the airline had given the credit shell to goibibo but when I book the ticket there is no option for credit shell and also goibibo has not provided the credit to my goibibo account

    After 21 days, Goibibo has not refunded my money of Rs. 870 and misguided everyday by different different persons. They have share a RN number for refund as a proof. But still the value is not reflected to my account. They told today that it is refundable. Then all things are false and what is this RRN number? Is they cheating with customer care and misguide us?

      I was trying to book hotel on 27th August and got redirected to the payment section where i chose debit card to complete the transaction. The amount worth 2392/- inr got debited immediately, however nothing happened on the Goibibo page and i didnt receive any message regarding booking confirmation.

      Since then, i have tried contacting the Goibibo customer service via phone and email, but there is no response. Sadly there is literally NO Goibibo customer care team!

      Please help me in getting my money back. Deeply disappointed with the company and its customer service !

        I was subscribed with ibibo.com and i had an email account with them. They discontinued their email service and hence my email account has also been discontinued. I want to complaint about my data lost which was stored in my emails, i also had some useful and important emails which was needed for future use.           Hello,
          On 5th March 2021, i had booked an Air India flight from bangalore to kolkatta. but i was not allowed to board the flight as i was not having RTPCR certificate which was made mandatory by the state and i was unaware about it. The airlines told that they will cancel the ticket from their end and initiate a full refund. they also gave me a receipt for as an acknowledgement copy. Hence i submitted the same in GOIBIBO app while doing the cancellation proceedings and was assured that by SEPT 6th the full amount will be credited back to my account. But today when i got a notification only Rs. 276 was initiated as a refund which is totally inconvenient. i would like to request you to kindly look into this and initiate the full refund which i was promised. even your customer service executive assured me that i would get the full refund on the mentioned date.

            I have booked the parveen travels bus through redbus on 19.08.2021 for the amount of 829.50 INR from Tiruchirappalli to Chennai. After I went into the bus only, I came to know that bus seats are dirty and some of the bus employees not wearing the mask too. During this pandemic situation, if they maintain the bus in a unhygienic way means, who will take responsible for our health? My health is literally affected because of their negligence. I have already escalated this issue to REDBUS Customer Service Agent and Consumer affairs. But Redbus agent keeps on supporting to the Parveen Travels and ignoring my health issue due to their business welfare. Moreover, they gave a remark to the CONSUMER AFFAIRS agent that they will not provide a full refund by mentioning in the CONSUMER AFFAIR Site itself. I need a Justice. I need amount that I lost because of their carelessness. Kindly take proper action against them else I will file a DEFAMATION SUIT against REDBUS in HIGH COURT, Chennai. Also, I will make a escalation in HUMAN RIGHTS COMMISSION too. If anything happens to me, REDBUS negligence should be the only responsible.

              I booked my flight ticket from Goibibo and it was cancelled by AirIndia and accordingly I submitted the refund request on GoIbibo website on 2nd Aug'21, still refund has not been processed, . i checked with the airlines but they said that it is pending on travel agent's end and it is not their purview.

              Please let me know the status of refund.

                Dear Sir

                The following booking was done by me for my stay at Delhi. I was calling the telephone number to contact the Hotel people but no response was received. However, I personally visited the place and surprisingly found that the hotel was in closed condition with a board hanging at front informing UNDER RENOVATION.

                This is quite unfortunate and I had faced very serious problems and mental stress as I had to run here and there for accommodation with baggage.

                Please update your records in the present Covid19 situation as to which hotels are opened and functioning.

                You are requested to arrange to refund the amount I paid immediately and confirm urgently.

                  I booked a hotel in Pune.When reached Hotel staff said there is no booking from IBIBO.My family n me got so furious and dissappointed for this kind o[censored]nprofessional behaviour by GOIBIBO team.I wasted my and my family time on travel ..wasted Fuel and at the most my birthday celebration got spoiled totally.

                  They asked for carry forward the paid amount for another booking but after some days on 25th july i emailed them and asked for REFUND but since then no action has been taken.

                    I booked two flight tickets from porbandar to ahmedabad on 16th of august the amount from my bank account was deducted however I didn't get any tickets from goibibo neither it was booked with the airlines...So I had to cancel my trip ...Moreover i didn't got any refund till today...

                      We have booked the the ticket online in British airways on 27th July 2021 and departure date was 7th Aug 2021for rupees 54, 479/- We have cancelled the ticket on 4th Aug 2021, 3 days prior to booking date. we got below response

                      With reference to your Hyderabad-New York flight (Booking ID GOFLIMTD6D3B[protected]), we regret to inform that request for full refund has been denied by airline, with reason: Airline has issued a travel voucher against your pnr.

                      When we contacted British airlines, they suggested us to contact Goibibo.
                      Request to refund the amount at earliest.

                        Myself laxman I have booked the vrl bus from bailhongal to bangalore by my mob no [protected] while my transaction was successful but i haven't received any confirmation message from goibibo. I have tried to book it again but again the same problem accured I have lost 1400rs(700+700) please help me to get refund.

                                  I would like to inform you that I had booked 4 tickets from Mumbai to Varanasi for travelling dated[protected] vide Ticket Nos[protected]/28/29/30) through Goibibo on dated[protected]. But we can not travel due to country Lock-down for Covid-19.

                                  I had have re-scheduled the same tickets to go from AIR INDIA office for travelling dated[protected].

                                      I Booked a ticket from bhagalput to patna on 21/12/2020 but the bookinng was not successful though the Rs 674 deducted from wallet and never came back.I Tried reaching them but it was not a worthy till date i have not received my money.

And through 24/7 go support and help it was showing booking in process till I tweeted on Twitter about this concern.I had paid for this booking on 16/8/2021 for 17/8/2021 to 19/8/2021, and still there is no refund and any contact by your side
