Dear Sir,

Following flight tickets were booked through GoIbibo web portal :

Airlines : SpiceJet
PNR - PD7ETG
Date of journey - 03.04.2020
From : Kolkata To: Pune

PNR - PYQ77Z
Date of journey - 04.05.2020
From : Pune To : Kolkata

Due to Covid lockdown by Govt. of India, the flights were cancelled. The booking amount was credited to a credit shell for fresh booking till 31st March 2021. As per the regulations, if the credit shell amount could not be used in the above mentioned time frame, refund of the money will be processed. I have not used the credit shell amount till now. I have been requesting to refund my money. Please be informed that till now I have not received my money. The airlines SpiceJet has confirmed that entire amount has been refunded to the agency account (goibibo), however, GoIbibo has not refunded my money.

Please help me to get my refund.

      On 24th July 2021, two transactions have been done with Goibibo of Rs. 1000 each., this was regarding flight seat booking but the flight got canceled but above amount which was deducted still not received the refund of it..

        I made a Hotel Booking for Dwarka - I reached a little early and waited for 2 hours since checkin time was late - the hotelier was so rude and unprofessional - he just talked so badly and treated as if he is pitying us - we walked out wandering on streets and booked another hotel paying twice what we paid in goibibo - I immediately contacted goibibo but they were so disappointing- they didn’t care and still they don’t reply and say it’s on hotel - so that means hotel can do whatever they wish - then where is customer here ? I will not leave this - I will even donate the money but this is not done - I will escalate everywhere

          I have booked hotel in Mussorie for 3 nights on 18th sep 2021. Amount is debited from my account but booking is not done. I haven't got any mail or message from Goibibo regarding booking.

          When I click on my Trips it is showing :

          Something Went Wrong

          We have faced a minor glitch.

          This happens due to an intermittent error or connection issues. We request you to please retry. In case of repeated error, please call us at[protected].

          When I call on this number, there is no response.
          Please resolve my issue asap. My mob no. is [protected]

              Today (18 sep 2021) I tried to book my indigo flight from jodhpur to bangaluru (6E 6033) dated 26 Sep 2021, for this I completed all necessary steps on goibibo application and then I did payment of 5498₹ from my UPI.

              My payment is deducted completely but my ticket is not booked.

              So I want to take my whole payment back as refund

                I have booked flight Delhi to kozhikode through the app after money is debited from a/c but the ticket is not received and process of payment shows cancel the payment. Goibibo travel agent didn't refund the money and money is credited in their A/c as per bank statement says, the amount is credited to their bank and they didn't issue for refund to recipient A/c. They says it takes 7 working days to refund the amount till now, I didn't get any refund from their side.

                      I recently was booking an flight from Chandigarh to Mumbai for 5th September by the Name of Annu and made the payment using the QR code.

                      The payment of Rs. 7872 was deducted from the bank account but there was no notification on the website regarding confirmation of booking.

                      Since it was urgent, I went ahead with another booking.

                      I have been trying to reach out to GoIbibo but there is no revert, neither they have sent me a confirmation of booking nor anything on refund of the amount.

                      I reached out to HDFC they highlighted the amount has been credited to the vendor account.

                      Please help me on the solution of the mentioned problem.

                              I have booked a flight ticket for spicejet(SG756) 15.09.2021 from Patna to Pune. And I got an email from spicejet about my flight being delayed and I have booked a direct flight. They changed it with a connecting flight and changed the date also. Instead of 15.06.2021 they revised it on 16.09.2021 and please solve my issue. I want a direct flight. Also i want to mention one more thing that these details are not showing on my goibibo application.

                                I was trying to buy flight tickets on 11sep and got redirected to the payment section where i chose UPI and then used phone pay to complete the transaction. The amount worth 7981/- inr got debited immediately, however nothing happened on the Goibibo page and i didnt receive any message regarding booking confirmation.

                                I have booked ticket for bangalore to kolkata on 25h september as money got deducted, but didn't got any confirmation mail Or booking id/pnr.
                                Please look into these and resolve these issue asap.

                                  Sir/Madam,
                                  I had booked two tickets through Go Ibibo app from on SpiceJet 438 flight for Mumbai-Gorakhpur sector of 30th March 2020. This Flight was cancelled under Lockdown orders by Central Govt. Travelling was banned during the Corona Pandemic Period from March 23, 2020, onwards.
                                  I tried to cancel these tickets through the App but could not be cancelled due to refusal from SpiceJet Airline for longer period.
                                  I communicated with the Spice Jet Airline who on my request Cancelled the ticket PNR IGFDJX and refunded the amount of Rs. 5356/- on 14th April 2021 & ticket PNR EHHIGE and refunded the amount of Rs. 5356/- on 26th April 2021. This refunded amount was received by Go Ibibo and shown in the APP.
                                  The APP showed that Rs. 5356/- in each case was received and has been processed in Goibibo goCash o[censored]ser (me); However, my gocash balance was not added with these amounts of Rs. 5356/- both times. My goCash account is NIL even now.
                                  I have tried to transfer these refunds to original payment mode using the option of “TRANSFER REFUND” shown in the APP under My TRIPS Section. It never worked. Every time I was directed to CHAT session. In Chat session too I received only one reply for all my queries to resolve through My Trip section using the APP.
                                  I tried to reach Customer Care No but many times I could not connect to it and on the occasions It was connected I was answered by machine who advised me to resolve it through APP.
                                  So, the fact is that I have not received the refund of the Cancelled Tickets even after 16 months.
                                  In the circumstances stated above I request you to kindly Refund me the amounts of two cancelled tickets without any further delay.

                                    We had booked a flight ticket from goibibo from Bangalore to bali, travel date is 10 may, due to covid restrictions, flight got cancelled and we have not got refund for our ticket. My friends also booked the same flight on same date as we were going in group and both of them got the refund amount.

                                      I have booked the ticket on the 6th of Sep 2021 from my Goibibo app from my Kanpur to Delhi to Sai Anand Bus, after doing all the process, I had done the payment through phone pay. Then money was deducted but I didn't get any of the ticket on my mail, app, SMS or anywhere. Then I had to purchase the ticket manually from the BUS DEPOT. I need refund and there is customer care available of Goibibo. I didn't receive my money back.
