I have booked a flight ticket for spicejet(SG756) 15.09.2021 from Patna to Pune. And I got an email from spicejet about my flight being delayed and I have booked a direct flight. They changed it with a connecting flight and changed the date also. Instead of 15.06.2021 they revised it on 16.09.2021 and please solve my issue. I want a direct flight. Also i want to mention one more thing that these details are not showing on my goibibo application.

    I was trying to buy flight tickets on 11sep and got redirected to the payment section where i chose UPI and then used phone pay to complete the transaction. The amount worth 7981/- inr got debited immediately, however nothing happened on the Goibibo page and i didnt receive any message regarding booking confirmation.

    Dear sir,
    I have booked ticket for bangalore to kolkata on 25h september as money got deducted, but didn't got any confirmation mail Or booking id/pnr.
    Please look into these and resolve these issue asap.

      Sir/Madam,
      I had booked two tickets through Go Ibibo app from on SpiceJet 438 flight for Mumbai-Gorakhpur sector of 30th March 2020. This Flight was cancelled under Lockdown orders by Central Govt. Travelling was banned during the Corona Pandemic Period from March 23, 2020, onwards.
      I tried to cancel these tickets through the App but could not be cancelled due to refusal from SpiceJet Airline for longer period.
      I communicated with the Spice Jet Airline who on my request Cancelled the ticket PNR IGFDJX and refunded the amount of Rs. 5356/- on 14th April 2021 & ticket PNR EHHIGE and refunded the amount of Rs. 5356/- on 26th April 2021. This refunded amount was received by Go Ibibo and shown in the APP.
      The APP showed that Rs. 5356/- in each case was received and has been processed in Goibibo goCash o[censored]ser (me); However, my gocash balance was not added with these amounts of Rs. 5356/- both times. My goCash account is NIL even now.
      I have tried to transfer these refunds to original payment mode using the option of “TRANSFER REFUND” shown in the APP under My TRIPS Section. It never worked. Every time I was directed to CHAT session. In Chat session too I received only one reply for all my queries to resolve through My Trip section using the APP.
      I tried to reach Customer Care No but many times I could not connect to it and on the occasions It was connected I was answered by machine who advised me to resolve it through APP.
      So, the fact is that I have not received the refund of the Cancelled Tickets even after 16 months.
      In the circumstances stated above I request you to kindly Refund me the amounts of two cancelled tickets without any further delay.

        We had booked a flight ticket from goibibo from Bangalore to bali, travel date is 10 may, due to covid restrictions, flight got cancelled and we have not got refund for our ticket. My friends also booked the same flight on same date as we were going in group and both of them got the refund amount.

          I have booked the ticket on the 6th of Sep 2021 from my Goibibo app from my Kanpur to Delhi to Sai Anand Bus, after doing all the process, I had done the payment through phone pay. Then money was deducted but I didn't get any of the ticket on my mail, app, SMS or anywhere. Then I had to purchase the ticket manually from the BUS DEPOT. I need refund and there is customer care available of Goibibo. I didn't receive my money back.

            Need refund for failed booking

            Overall very bad experience. I booked club room for 4 days from 31st Aug to 4th September. After checkin, there was bad smell in bathroom. I tried to stay there and called for room freshner. But within half hr, condition became same. I request to change the room. After half an hour, they shifted in other room. That room was also problematic. After some time, I got to know that refrigerator and one AC were not working. In the morning at the time of bath, I found that shower was also not working. One service man came and try to resolve the issue but I again request to change the room. after some time, they asked to change the room. Before changing the room, I checked and found that they were allocating small room. I became angry and request to change the room according to my booking.After long time wait, they alot a good room which was actually club room.

            In the club room, generally fruits are also provided but in room there was no fruits. I asked about it and they replied that they are not providing due to COVID which was not a genuine reason.

            Food quality was also bad. Breakfast service was very pathetic. No manager came for any feedback. On third day, one manager came as about experience. Then I explained all these things.

            Overall I am not happy and very bad experience.Staaf is not good in dining. In future I will not prefer to stay there.

            I posted my comments on goibibo portal which was already published. I was expecting a call from goibibo team to know about my concern. But nobody call me.

            I was trying to connect with customer care to explain all these things. I connected on 6th sep 2021 evening and one executive reacted very rudely. He said that for any problem call on same time and cut my call when I was explaining my problem. Many times customer care call does connect.

            Very bad experience with Fern and goibibo. I wasted my money.

            I want return my money. I faced lot of issues in this stay. I couldn't connect in my official meeting due to this room problems.

            Kindly refund my trip amount and take the necessary action against your caller executive and hotel staff.

            Dear team,

            I did not get any update about my complaint. I received one call from Goibibo, Mr Rahul Khanna told that Goibibo wants to refund the money. He provided some steps to redeem the voucher which was provided by him. When I tried to redeem those coupons then I realised that this is fraud call.

            When I explained the steps to him then he told that to redeem the voucher 20000 amount is mandatory to maintain in the account. He guided me second step through Google pay where he suggested to add his account details which was illogical.

            If goibibo wants to refund the amount they can refund the amount in same source which is used at the time of payment.

            Kindly take the necessary action.

                  Booked a bust ticket from Aligarh to Noida
                  Bus Date- 4th sept, 2021
                  BusTime - 12:59pm - 16:00pm

                  I have paid the bus fare to goIBIBO through net banking amount i.e. Rs. 268
                  But till now i have not received any mail or confirmation regarding the same.
                  My goibibo account is from no. [protected] with the name of Sanidhya Kulshreshtha. i tried contacting customer but there is no as such team.

                  i request you to refund my money back in my account.

                  and the booking is showing from the link that is sent by 24*7 customer support but not in my account.

                        I booked the hotel yesterday (1st Sep 2021) with the confirmation against free cancellation. Here below is the goibibo whatsapp message of booking confirmation with detail of free cancellation timelines

                        Today because of a sudden change in plan, I cancelled by booking with the intent of 100% return of my booking amount prior to the defined timelines.
                        I got the cancellation confirmation again on whatsapp but with no refund message. Here attached below is the detail for your reference:

                        This is a clear case of breach of faith.

                        Would request for immediate corrective action otherwise I need to escalate to high authorities & govt machinery.

                              Some people are came to our house on 01.09.2021 as they are booked our house for rent basis through go ibibo on payment of Rs.9000/- nearly. but it is our own house and our family has staying in this house. in this regard the hosted mr.Swagath we discuses to him he is very rude and answering questions and he cut the call. next we call him but he is not pick the call

                                  I made a booking on 20th Aug 21 through Go Ibibo for trip from Pune to Nagpur vide G8241 dated 25th Aug. The flight was cancelled by airlines -Go Air and the airline- Go air sent the refund . THE REFUND was sent to Go Ibibo on 24th Aug 21 . Go Ibibo did not inform on 25th Aug 21 and nor did call about it . I finally got the email on 29th Aug 21 from Go Ibibo on the refund - but to mu dismay it was transferred to wallet -Go Cash and not to the credit card account no ending with 6509 (State Bank of India) through which I had made the booking . I am now struggling to the amount transferred from the wallet to the credit card account no- ending with 6509. Firstly, I never authorised Go air to move the refund received to the wallet and to process the transfer from wallet to my credit card account- the website is not allowing it. This is cheating and robbery by Go- Ibibo and such a harassement. I would want the consumer forum to take cogniozance and initiate action.

                                    I had tried to book Hotel reservation on 1:36 pm -August 28. After booking, amount of Rs.14492 was debited from my account through UPI transaction. Also in goibibo app after debit of fund, booking details were not displayed . After a while, no confirmation on booking details was received and the app was still loading. So I tried to return back to the main menu in Go ibibo app and at that time I had taken a screenshot of payment reference id. There after when I tried to check the booking details no booking confirmation was displayed in the app and some error was popping up. Then I updated the goibibo app. Still no details of hotel booking were visible in the app and I haven't received any confirmation to my mobile number or email.
                                    In between I lose Rs.14492/- from my Account and no money got refunded to my account for the error happened in Goibibo app.
                                    I had shared all proofs to [protected]@goibibo.com and tried to inform the same to goibibo customer care. I found there is no customer care team to respond to the query. No one to answer to the customers query.

                                      I have booked CABS from Jaipur to Ajmer on 18th June 2021 and 17th July 2021 which I had to cancel. The refund for these were never processed and website says it has been credited to my account. No money was received as refund and even after sharing the statements multiple times which clearly shows that the refund is not received, there is no action from Goibibo team. I have followed up with the Bank and they clearly state that no transaction of refund is initiated from Goibibo. Its the responsibility of Goibibo to safely return the money of customers.
