I've booked indigo airlines for 4th oct 2021 but I've cancelled it within one hour . Indigo has refunded my money but goibibo mailed me zero refund. Customer care is not reachable

    Money deducted but NO booking

    I was trying to buy flight tickets on 15th August and got redirected to the payment section where i chose UPI and then used Google Pay to complete the transaction. The amount worth 12443/- inr got debited immediately, however nothing happened on the Goibibo page and i didnt receive any message regarding booking confirmation.

    Since then, i have tried contacting the Goibibo customer service via phone and email, but there is no...

    I tried to book flight ticket on 11th Aug 2021 from vtz to ccu but booking was failed and amount 9147rs debited from my account and till not refunded I tired to call customer service again and again no proper response .please help me to refund my amount

      I booked a flight ticket from the GOIBIBO site, the booking procedure went fine, i submitted all my details, the payment also got deducted from my account, to [protected]@icici, but neither did i receive any confirmation or the PNR status of my ticket. I have tried reaching them through emails and the helpline number but nothing works, its a robot generated mail, which is of no help. Contacted the airline authorities as well, but they say they havent received any booking. The flight i booked was from bhubaneswar to delhi, through indigo airlines, flight number :6E 2256, The UPI transaction ID was:[protected]

        I want to unsubscribe from GoIbibo's promotional SMS, but there's is no way to do it. They don't have a support email id, nor do they connect you to a customer service agent on their Customer Care number.
        I never signed up for their promotional SMSs.

        The following link of Goibibo's website shows that they don't want to give people a way to unsubscribe from their "Promotional SMS harassment" lists. In the following link, they said "We're still working on the feature" that would allow customers to unsubscribe from their promotional SMS lists, but the interesting fact is that this was said by them on "Tue, 21 Apr, 2015". That's right, 2015!!!

            I was trying to book my ticket for 20 Aug 2021 from Bangalore to Gwalior through goibibo app but the payment was declined twice.

            The money has been deducted twice from the bank but the ticket was not issued.

            Its been 7 days now but the refund has not been issued.

              My registered mobile number is [protected]. Recently I rescheduled my flight from HYDERABAD TO MANGALORE flight from 22.08.2021 to 23.08.2021. At my surprise, the rescheduling charges are equal to the flight booking charges. It is not fair on your part. Please review my fare. Anyway that seat will be allotted to some one else later. Then i have to get rescheduled at very convenient rates. Not equal to the flight charges again.

                I got message that my flight was cancelled and immediately I had raised complaint with airline dept. Airline was cancelled and initiatied full refund but from your side amount was not released I need full refund immediately it's a humble request. Flight was cancelled by airline because due to some technical issue. I had cancelled on 21july and not updates got from your end. I'll take strict action on it

                      Hello Team,

                      I booked one ticket on 10th Aug for my friend - Gyan chand for 11-Aug at morning time. on 10-Aug, my friend got email on 10-Aug around evening wherein stated that ' we received your refund request confirmation on which we are being worked upon it'. we are surprised that as we did not raise such request of refund or cancel ticket of 11-Aug. I spent my full day to connect at your customer care number to get resolve this issue and finally, I got connected with your customer care team member - Akash and Aman. Akash told me that he raised ticket on your behalf to resolve this issue and your booking (PNR - J588x) would be confirmed. He would call me after two hours but I did not receive any call. After that I did call again and got connected with Aman, who took more than one hour and 30 mins and then said at 10PM that your ticket has been cancelled. Now you have to book new ticket. I was quite upset by giving such bad services. I booked ticket with only option of connecting flight for my friend at last movement where I paid excess amount (Approx. 8161) and flight duration was around 7 hours because of ticket booking in short span of time. I am quite frustrated to get such services from Goibibo where I spent full day (10-Aug). My request you to please refund both ticket (1st ticket amt is 6277 and 2nd ticket amt is 8161). please response me on my email id: [protected]@gmail.com along with sms at this no. [protected]. Expecting to get positive response very soon. Thank you for kind support.

                        I have raised a complaint about the same and have sent an email. But there was no response from your side. As my bank server was down an amount of ₹1019 was debited from my account. The trasaction i made was not shown on the goibibo site as it shown the trasaction was failed but later the amount have been debited from my account. As i contacted the bank for the same they asked to contact merchant. The trasaction id and the statement from the bank are attached herewith. You can transfer my money back through google pay or by bank transfer the details are given below

                          I have booked my bus ticket in Rathimeena travels from goibibo app on August 1st for travel on August 11th morning 6am from Chidambaram to Chennai. And I tried to cancel my booking in goibibo app but I can't able to cancel it so I have called customer support In that I can't get to talk with any customer service person instead GIA chat there, I cancelled the tickets through that automated chat on August 3rd it said you will receive message regarding penalty charges but I didn't get any confirmation message on my cancellation.I have checked the same tickets in goibibo it was shown as available so I thought tickets were cancelled and I have waited till 7 days after my cancellation but I didn't get any refund money. In goibibo app it is showing as completed trip. I don't know what they are doing with that app. Very much disappointed. App isn't working properly, no proper customer support. Completely waste!!!

                                    I had booked flight for travel from Pune to Bangalore and from Bangalore to

                                    Mangalore on 24th June 2021, as both flight booked through Go Ibibo (Spicejet flight number SG 3008 was cancelled by Spicejet also AIr Asia flight
                                    (dated 24th June 2021) vide PNR ICRG7T. Air Asia Flight booked vide T1WYSJ and both

                                    flights were cancelled by airline I am supposed to get full refund and for that I

                                    called customer care and was assured for full refund 2 months ago and to my utter

                                    surprise I have not been given full refund and on inquiry with the respective airline (Air Asia and Spice jet) I was told the refund is already sent to Go Ibibo so it means Go Ibibo despite assurance did not pay me full refund despite several request (by speaking to customer care representative.
                                    I am trying to call customer care number displayed on Go Ibibo website but the numbers are not functional.
                                    As I am Medical Doctor and due to COVID pandemic we Doctors faced an uphill task of taking care of patients on top of this the unethical approach of company like Go Ibibo is too disturbing is causing unnecessary mental agony.
