I BOOKED HOTEL FROM GOIBIBO IN PUDUCHERRY FROM 4TH SEPTEMBER TO 6TH SEPTEMBER 2021 BUT DUE TO SOME EMERGENCY I HAD TO MODIFY MY BOOKING AND MODIFIED IT FROM 4TH SEP 2021 TO 5THSEP 2021 .. Respected sir/madam,
Myself Neha Gedam, i booked a room in bagdogra with goibibo booking id HTLMW65RV4 and PNR no. [protected]. After checking in into the room 1 of the staff misbehaved with us, i was in an intimate condition with my husband in the room and suddenly their staff entered into our room using another room key. After this inappropriate behaviour of their staff we checked out of the hotel right after 1 hour of checking in....

This is for the booking ID from bangalore to ooty. I did a payment of 9289 instead of 6431, I was asked by goibibo to pay the full amount of 9289 to the driver and they will issue my refund in 48 hours. It's been more than 72 hrs, can this be looked on priority? Vendor gave lame reasons of 600(road tax) + 250 get extra for the charges he took from

Us. Please help me on this...

Please resolve my problem

On 23 June I have done a payment of rs. 940 for my examination form through internet banking but the fees does not reached to the university. The reference no. Is[protected].

The money has been deducted from account with the transaction id [protected] (SBI) while booking hotel rooms for two days 27th July to 29th July 2021 in Hotel Trimoorti, Kolkata. But no valid PNR was shared and no confirmation email or page were not generated. So I had to book a new one causing me lots of inconvenience lately with a possibility of losing money. There is no facility to even speak with customer executive. Worst merchandise...

I had booked a flight ticket on 27th Jul 2021 from Male to trivandrum on 12th Aug 2021, but I didn't receive the ticket copy in my mail, amount debited from my account.

Refund not credited to the accounts

Due to cancellation of flight from Mumbai to Chennai and as per the invoice and mail of Goibibo, I was supposed to received the sum of Rs. 4, 712/- (RRN Number VMBK[protected]) to my Mobikwik accounts by 13th July. However, till date have not received the refund. I am trying to speak with customer care representative on toll free number but was not able to speak. Request you to please refund the said amount at the earliest.

Complain about double booking

Address:SREEDALAM, MRA78A. GURUVAYOOR

8th March, I had styed in the hotel, but I had a double booking by mistake and paid the amount to GOIBIBO, who's customer service executive reconfirmed the re-impartment. But till date (28th July 2021) the amount or credit note hasn't received to my mail id [protected]@gmail.com or my phone number [protected]....

Payment deduction

I made two bookings on 23rd of June 2021. One booking at 6:35 pm of amount 1350 and second booking at 11:51 pm of amount 1048 at clarion in at Zirakpur. Amount of second booking has deducted from my account but I haven't got any booking confirmation. You customer excutive has given assurance That payment will refund after 48hours + 3 days but it's more then one monthi haven't received my payment yet. I am continuously calling your customer...

Money deducted but not added to beneficiary account.

I was trying to add balance to my amazon pay balance on 17/7/21 through net banking. The money was deducted from my account and went to Ibibo Web Private Ltd. It was not received by Amazon. Pls refund my amount as soon as possible....

Blocked my refund amount

In 2020 I had booked a flight from Delhi to madurai having I'd no. GOFLDANDD[protected].

Unfortunately flight had cancelle due to corona restrictions.

After some days I had called airlines and they had told me that we have refund your full amount to goibibo.

Then I contacted goibibo customer care they had transfer my refund to goibibo wallet.

But now I want to transfer my money...

My flight ticket PNR NO. S2J54Z my refund amount transfer to original payment for upi the amount not transfer to my account it says 5 to 7 days to transfer but it completes 70days what I can do....

Money deducted 3 times but got nothing

Date of Incident: 23rd July, 2021.
Booking the Indigo flight from Pune to Ranchi via Hyderabad.
The flight from Pune to Hyderabad is : 6E-6747
and from Hyderabad to Ranchi is: 6E-981
