I made a UPI Payment of 14959 for my booking through Scan and Pay from my ICICI bank IBiz application. My account has been debited about 30 minutes ago but the booking page didn't update and I have not received any message or email of confirmation. I am not showing any upcoming booking on the portal. Could you please provide a resolution asap?...

I paid for a hotel booking on Goibibo through Mobikwik. Amount was deducted from my account and it was a successful transaction from mobikwik side. But I have not recieved any booking confirmation. Neither I can reach Goibibo through customer support. Amount should be transferred back through original mode of payment to account. I reached Mobikwik and they said transaction was successful from their side.

I have booked flight tickets thru goibibo. The flight got cancelled however i did not received the full refund of the paid amount. Please see below the flight details:

Flight booking done for 08th April 2020 from Goa to Jaipur (PNR 6E-381) nd due to covid flights are cancelled on its own and no refund is initiated yet, no call centre numbers are working and no repose from emails too..

I just booked hotel Fern, Udaipur, from 21/7/21 to 22/7/21 and paid by debit card. After some time, your site showed booking cancelled and zero refund. I didn't cancel that. What's this nonsense going on. Kindly see into it ASAP, and either refund full amount or continue booking. Fern, Udaipur saying no booking received. So where is that money....

It is brought to your notice that ON[protected] I have tried to book an air ticket from Bengaluru to New Delhi from the website - sky scanner- goibibo.
During the booking process the money of Rs. 6794/- has been deducted/ debited from my bank account vide reference id[protected] to IBIBO WEB PVT LTD but I have not received the air ticket in my mail. (screenshot for payment attached).

With reference to your Booking ID GOFLI8E62C[protected], my refund of Rs 9970 is been pending from Dec 2019 and no revert from the company, surprisingly they dont have grievance desk or Number. i can write a mail but any sr citizen who's refund is pending and dont have email where will they go ? i urge to take up this matter strongly and get me my refund back....

I have completed the payment for a hotel booking and the transaction is completed form my side but the goibibo app doesn't shows any booking of the paid transaction.

I had book a flight from Paris to Munich and Munich to Mumbai from Goibibo and the flight was cancelled due to lockdown and the plane did not take off. At first, we were informed that refund will be granted but its been more than a year no refund has been given untill now. I have also sent them a legal notice but they did not respond to the legal notice. I am attaching the ticket in here....

Please refer to above booking id Go Air flight PNR ZEE94H was cancelled due to lockdown and refund amount has initiated by Go Air in last month of March 2021. I have also raised so many times to Goibibo executive for processing of refund the money to my account immediately. But result is zero. There is problem of communication with Goibibo because no any customer no. is active and no person of Goibibo respond of my email then how complaint...

I had booked Flight ticket last year ( 27/01/2020 ) from your portal for SpiceJet ( PNR Z8VEMF ) however due to Covid issue i could not use the same .
After waiting for almost an year & following up with Spice jet they had transferred the refund back to Goibibo .
Then i started following up with Goibibo team for which they were supposed to refund me my booking amount by mid of Jun 21 as per their mail communication with me ....

I was donating money 250 on impactguru fb link, but by doing bank transfer I automatically got IBIBO WEB PVT LTD name and account no in my Union bank tranfer transation and I thought as it was payment link of impactguru I proceed to transaction and it got debited.

No money received by impactguru and my transaction is showing to be debited for IBIBO WEB PVT LTD.

I have booked a flight from Bengaluru to kuwait via dubai with Emirates flight on 7/03/2020, i have been waiting for long time then they have processed refund to an invalid account, so that i have received the refund....
