My 2 flights were cancelled due to COVID-19 and I have still not received any refund. The website says refund has been completed but there is no money in my goCash account. I have been constantly trying to speak to human executive but have failed each time. I have mailed them, messaged them, called them, posted on all social media platforms, still I haven't received any reply.

    There is no possible way to contact Goibibo. My flight has been changed by the airlines to a different time of. I have been wanting to contact any customer service provider to guide me through for a change to a different flight, it’s impossible to connect to any customer service executive for the change of my flight. It’s the worst service ever provided by any travel agent and I’ll make sure I won’t ever book again.
    My flight’s time has been changed and I wish to board another flight. There is no such provision what so ever.
    The airline also mentions 3 baggage and my flight ticket only mentions 2. I have been wanting to email them which also has been impossible as there is no customer mail service either.

      Dear Sir / Madam,

      I am writing to you to raise an issue about: Flights

      The issue that I have experienced was: We had our booking of 3 tickets from Delhi to Doha on 17th March 2020 and 28th March 2020. Then there was advisory from qatar country that indian flights not allowed. We checked with Goibibo and post their confirmation over a mail for full refund we said yes for cancellation of ticket. But when when refund was received it wasn't full. Out of approx 42000 only 17000 was received stating cancellation charges have been deducted by Goibibo and Air India. I followed up with Air India as well but they said I need to connect with Goibibo agent as they have issued ticket. Goibibo denied for full refund even when we gave the reference of mail and chat and audio call which is recorded in call center at their end. I also wrote to civil aviation grievances and revert is awaited. Hoping this platform can help me as no email id is available to connect to Goibibo.

      It occurred on: 15/03/2020

      I want my full refund as per confirmation given by Goibibo while cancelling the tickets. 25000 rs to be refunded back in my account.

      I look forward to your prompt response on this matter. I would like to keep a complete record of my case, so please reply back via this email account.

        I had booked my parents flight (KLM airlines) from Delhi to phoenix throughout Amsterdam dated 08.05.2020 through GOIBIBO (PNR - KO54KX). The flight was cancelled by airlines due to COVID. I had raised a refund request dated 11.04.2020. I was told by goibibo customer care that I am eligible for full refund and same will be processed in 60days. After 60days, when I talked to customer care, i was told that my request wasn't raised with airlines, and it will take another 90days for refund. I talked to KLM airlines and I was told that I need to talk to travel agent for refund, they can only process the travel voucher. I received the travel voucher from KLM airlines. In January 2021, I called KLM airlines again and I was told that airlines has advices all its travel agent that airlines can process refund in lieu of travel voucher given travel agent raise a request with them. I had to follow goibibo for another 2 month to get the RA raised. Finally RA was raised dated 19.04.2021 and I was told (in mail) that refund will take another 90days for process. Now when I am calling goibibo dated 03.08.2021(100 days after RA is raised). They are saying it will take another 180 days. This is mentally harassing for me and my family. I am in dire need of this money.
        Please help. This company is growing by doing these kind of scams and fraud

          I booked air tickets on 15th Feb, 2019 for Jet Airlines via Goibio.

          PNR-HQGSUL
          Booking ID-TUA24H5CK

          Its been 30 months now and they are not refunding amount.

          Total amount I paid = Rs. 1, 20, 112

          I followed multiple times but no action taken on it from Goibibo. It clearly seems that they are not interested in refunding the amount.

          Kindly help.

            I have booked the flight ticket on June 11th, 2021 which was later on canceled by airline company. They have refunded the money to Goibibo but Goibibo not refunded the same to my account.

              Today I tried booking 4 flight tickets through GOIBIBO . Money from my account was debited, but no ticket was issued. I am running pillar to post to find out what happened. None of the phone numbers are working, the emails to their customer care is returning as undelivered .

              Looks like I am being scammed by Goibibo...

              Paid an amount of Rs.8341 as fees to IIM Kozhikode via their website using IBIBO web pvt ltd gateway. The amount got deducted from the UBI account and has not reached the IIM account. The transaction happened on 16th July 2021. The money has not been reversed to my account as well.

              Refund the amount to my bank.

                I booked a flight and selected an Add-On of 5 kg extra baggage for which I needed to pay 2000 as per the airline website, however, Goibibo has charged me 2500 for the same.

                  I paid money through Goibibo for flight ticket booking in May-2021, for flight dated 2-Jul-2021. Flight got cancelled by airlines. GoAir, Airline took time to refund money. Finally, they refunded on 23-Jul-2021. Now, Goibibo says that they will refund money by 29-Aug-2021. This seems big time scam. This should be investigated by government as well.

                    I have booked spicejet flight from PATNA to Mumbai on 10th July and the flight date was 29th July 2021 with amount of 5072 rs. The flight got non-operational on that day. I was checked with customer support and she has assured I'll get full refund but in my goibibo account it's showing ₹ 1, 263 refund will be credited. My flight PNR number was DYG1JM. Please refund me my full amount. This is the customer care ticket id . "Our Agent Prachi has CLOSED your issue/query regarding Schedule Change for your Flight, 29 Jul 21 [ticket ID:[protected]]". I have attached call recording where she has assured me I will get full refund of money.

                    Similar thing happened to us in March 2020, where agent assured of full refund but only some amount was refunded. Please post your comment once full refund is made.

                      Respected Sir/Madam,

                      I had booked a gofirst flight from Pune to Bangalore on the 6th of July 2021, which was set to depart on the 9th of july 2021 which was cancelled by the airlines.
                      I had requested for a refund on the same and have not received a refund to this date.
                      I have raised a complaint on this and yet nothing has been done.
                      Attached to this complaint are the screenshots which contain the PNR and flight details along with a cancelation message from the airline itself.

                        I BOOKED HOTEL FROM GOIBIBO IN PUDUCHERRY FROM 4TH SEPTEMBER TO 6TH SEPTEMBER 2021 BUT DUE TO SOME EMERGENCY I HAD TO MODIFY MY BOOKING AND MODIFIED IT FROM 4TH SEP 2021 TO 5THSEP 2021 .. THERE WAS FREE CANCELLATION/MODIFICATION SO RS 886 WERE TO BE REFUNDED TO MY UPI ACCOUNT THAT I MODIFIED ON 7TH OF JULY.. ON APP IT SHOWS THAT REFUND WAS CREDITED TO MY ACCOUNT ( EXPECTED BY 15-19 JULY) BUT NOT EVEN A SINGLE PENNY WAS CREDITED BACK TO MY ACCOUNT.                         please help as its already been 27 days or say month .

                        goibibo is worst . not even refunding my amount and their customer service is poor as the person cannot connect with them.

                          Respected sir/madam,
                          Myself Neha Gedam, i booked a room in bagdogra with goibibo booking id HTLMW65RV4 and PNR no. [protected]. After checking in into the room 1 of the staff misbehaved with us, i was in an intimate condition with my husband in the room and suddenly their staff entered into our room using another room key. After this inappropriate behaviour of their staff we checked out of the hotel right after 1 hour of checking in.
                          We booked room in another hotel thereafter.
                          In such case i want to raise a refund request from goibibo as we didn't stayed and cancelled our stay.
                          I want to request the goibibo management to please look into the matter and kindly do the needful and refund the booking amount.

                            This is for the booking ID from bangalore to ooty. I did a payment of 9289 instead of 6431, I was asked by goibibo to pay the full amount of 9289 to the driver and they will issue my refund in 48 hours. It's been more than 72 hrs, can this be looked on priority? Vendor gave lame reasons of 600(road tax) + 250 get extra for the charges he took from

                            Us. Please help me on this

                                The money has been deducted from account with the transaction id [protected] (SBI) while booking hotel rooms for two days 27th July to 29th July 2021 in Hotel Trimoorti, Kolkata. But no valid PNR was shared and no confirmation email or page were not generated. So I had to book a new one causing me lots of inconvenience lately with a possibility of losing money. There is no facility to even speak with customer executive. Worst merchandise I have ever come across. I have spoken with SBI and have been informed that the transaction was successful and so I need to take up the matter with the merchant, Goibibo. Please solve this and refund the successfully transferred amount Rs. 3012 to me. Thank you.

                                    Due to cancellation of flight from Mumbai to Chennai and as per the invoice and mail of Goibibo, I was supposed to received the sum of Rs. 4, 712/- (RRN Number VMBK[protected]) to my Mobikwik accounts by 13th July. However, till date have not received the refund. I am trying to speak with customer care representative on toll free number but was not able to speak. Request you to please refund the said amount at the earliest.

                                      This is in regard to booking id: TUAKDW33W
                                      PNR: XUMBUR

                                      On 19/04/19, I received a call regarding the cancellation of all my Jet Airways bookings dated 12/7/19 and 22/8/19 and they ensured I shall receive full refund.

                                      I am writing this mail to get an update about the refund for my cancelled tickets as it has been more than 2 year and I haven't received a single penny. How much more time will it take to process the refund?

                                      I hope you will process my request as soon as possible
