Hello,
I have completed the payment for a hotel booking and the transaction is completed form my side but the goibibo app doesn't shows any booking of the paid transaction.

Please find the attached screenshot for your reference of the completed transaction.

Would like to talk with your customer care executive as soon as possible to resolve this problem form your side.

    I had book a flight from Paris to Munich and Munich to Mumbai from Goibibo and the flight was cancelled due to lockdown and the plane did not take off. At first, we were informed that refund will be granted but its been more than a year no refund has been given untill now. I have also sent them a legal notice but they did not respond to the legal notice. I am attaching the ticket in here.

        Please refer to above booking id Go Air flight PNR ZEE94H was cancelled due to lockdown and refund amount has initiated by Go Air in last month of March 2021. I have also raised so many times to Goibibo executive for processing of refund the money to my account immediately. But result is zero. There is problem of communication with Goibibo because no any customer no. is active and no person of Goibibo respond of my email then how complaint may raise.
        Thus it is requested to you please arrange to transfer the amount in my bank account as soon as possible and intimate me on my email id. singhp.b.[protected]@gmail.com

          I had booked Flight ticket last year ( 27/01/2020 ) from your portal for SpiceJet ( PNR Z8VEMF ) however due to Covid issue i could not use the same .
          After waiting for almost an year & following up with Spice jet they had transferred the refund back to Goibibo .
          Then i started following up with Goibibo team for which they were supposed to refund me my booking amount by mid of Jun 21 as per their mail communication with me .
          Now they have generated the refund Invoice ( GOFLDMOB[protected] Dated 27/5/21 ) but unable to transfer the money back to my account stating that they are unable to transfer the refund through the Gateway from where i booked the tickets & to receive my refund i need to update my details on the link given in that particular mail body . To my surprise that link is not taking me anywhere even if i try to login with the same mobile or Email id from which i have been communicated with Goibibo & also the same mail id was registered while booking .
          I therefor request you to arrange the call back from Goibibo to verify & transfer the Refund to my account or send me the link ( which should work ) from which i need to update the required details so that you can transfer the amount .

            The flight not in in operational from delhi to kolkata through Flight PNR T5CRUV dated 10th April 2020. The Go Air already reimbursed to goibibo, but goibibo did not repay me to SBI account.

            I am continuous perusing you and your team but failed to get my refund Rs.2645/- till date. The payment not received in original payment mode PAYPAL, whereas you send last 3 times.               Hi,
              I was donating money 250 on impactguru fb link, but by doing bank transfer I automatically got IBIBO WEB PVT LTD name and account no in my Union bank tranfer transation and I thought as it was payment link of impactguru I proceed to transaction and it got debited.

              No money received by impactguru and my transaction is showing to be debited for IBIBO WEB PVT LTD.
              Please refund my money back as I found it fraud.

                    I was booking train from Lucknow to Ahmedabad and payment done through gpay, money got deducted from my account and booking not confirmed, worst thing is that it's not showing in my booking (my trips) and luckily I had screenshot booking id and transaction details for proof. Please check and immediately return my money. Refund my money it's more than 24hrs. And there is no customer service number or email just 24*7 support stupid app which is not showing my Booking for train I booked, refund my money. Pathetic Goibibo. Looting people's hard earned money

                    I filed a complaint against goibibo, I chargeback them by filling out a form called chargeback which you will get from your bank from where payment got deducted mine was pnb so i wrote pnb and told them that I would like to chargeback goibibo, after complaining I got refund with five working days.

                          Worst experience for booking flight via Goibibo, my flight got canceled and Goibibo team didn't provide refund for the same. For forever, status will show as refund request in progress and didn't receive approval from Airline while as per Airline they already provided refund comments to them.

                          Worst part is none of their customer care number is reachable. Also they never respond to emails as well. Worst worst experience with Goibibo.

                          Please don't book their flights with them, in case of flight cancelation, they won't provide any refund.

                            We booked Kencha’s resort gokarna karnataka India on goibibo. The description was nowhere near given on the website. The road to the resort was like a trench. And there was no one at the resort. We were stranded in the middle of nowhere without any customer service number of goibibo.

                                Round Trip FlightBooking ID - GOFLDMT2A[protected].

                                ISSUE NO 1:

                                With ref to above flight details post cancellation of airline of my flights Goibibo didnt refund the full invoice amount and kept the cash in their wallet under my account with out my consent.
                                Total invoice amt : Rs.4, 985 & money kept in the go ibibo wallet is INR. 4, 525
                                This made me helpless to use their horrible customer care service again to use that case which I don't want to. Hence I need the full refund back to account or card of the original transaction.
                                I raised case number RES7256352 yesterday. No response yet from them. Also contacted customer care number & wrote to their email ID. NO response yet.

                                ISSUE NO 2 :
                                For each transactions on a mandatory basis Goibibo forcefully charges certain amount in the same of "charity". There is no information where this charity goes or as a paying customer we dont received any receipt for that chariy.
                                This is another bluff go ibibo is playing with the customer.
                                A charity should always be optional NOT to be charged forcefully.

                                  I tried to delete my Goibibo account by looking into the account but couldn't find an option 'to delete'. Why doesn't Goibibo have an option to delete while every other site does.
                                  This is very annoying so please help me out. I would be very pleased if you could delete it permanently for me. Kindly do the needful.

                                    On 24/06/2021 i lost ₹500 (Transaction id : S[protected] from my federal bank account. The money deducted by "IBIBO WEB PRIVATE LTD.
                                    Then when i contacted my bank customer care team. I came to know that i had used the same payment gateway to add money in airtel thanks app.
                                    Yes. I had used Airtel thanks on june 2020. Then i stoped using it becouse of i ported my sim card.
                                    After 1 year since i used airtel thanks app. The 500 rupees deducted.
                                    This is absolutely a fraud transaction
                                    So please kindly refund the amount

                                      I have booked flight last year 10th march 2020 tuesday from dammam to chennai. The flight was non operation at that time due to COVID and i didnt travelled or boarded. When i check with customer care they said im eligible for the refund and we can be process after one year only. and after a year i raised a complaint and i checked with OMAN air office also they told im eligible for refund as flight was non operation and told me to contact the travel agent and now i have tried 1000 times to contact GOIBIBO na they not responding and now they removed call or support option from the app. the money i spent is 12, 705 rupees. Kindly help me out please .
