My flight ticket PNR NO. S2J54Z my refund amount transfer to original payment for upi the amount not transfer to my account it says 5 to 7 days to transfer but it completes 70days what I can do.

      Date of Incident: 23rd July, 2021.
      Booking the Indigo flight from Pune to Ranchi via Hyderabad.
      The flight from Pune to Hyderabad is : 6E-6747
      and from Hyderabad to Ranchi is: 6E-981

      I made payment 3 times but did not get any tickets. The money is deducted. I made payments through PhonePe and the transaction id are:

      I also got booking id 2 times. They are:

      GOFLDMTAND5B[protected]

      I did not get a booking id 3rd time

      I later booked the same seat in the same flight through debit card.

                I made a UPI Payment of 14959 for my booking through Scan and Pay from my ICICI bank IBiz application. My account has been debited about 30 minutes ago but the booking page didn't update and I have not received any message or email of confirmation. I am not showing any upcoming booking on the portal. Could you please provide a resolution asap?

                  I paid for a hotel booking on Goibibo through Mobikwik. Amount was deducted from my account and it was a successful transaction from mobikwik side. But I have not recieved any booking confirmation. Neither I can reach Goibibo through customer support. Amount should be transferred back through original mode of payment to account. I reached Mobikwik and they said transaction was successful from their side.

                        I just booked hotel Fern, Udaipur, from 21/7/21 to 22/7/21 and paid by debit card. After some time, your site showed booking cancelled and zero refund. I didn't cancel that. What's this nonsense going on. Kindly see into it ASAP, and either refund full amount or continue booking. Fern, Udaipur saying no booking received. So where is that money.

                                I had book a flight from Paris to Munich and Munich to Mumbai from Goibibo and the flight was cancelled due to lockdown and the plane did not take off. At first, we were informed that refund will be granted but its been more than a year no refund has been given untill now. I have also sent them a legal notice but they did not respond to the legal notice. I am attaching the ticket in here.

                                    Please refer to above booking id Go Air flight PNR ZEE94H was cancelled due to lockdown and refund amount has initiated by Go Air in last month of March 2021. I have also raised so many times to Goibibo executive for processing of refund the money to my account immediately. But result is zero. There is problem of communication with Goibibo because no any customer no. is active and no person of Goibibo respond of my email then how complaint may raise.

                                      I had booked Flight ticket last year ( 27/01/2020 ) from your portal for SpiceJet ( PNR Z8VEMF ) however due to Covid issue i could not use the same .
                                      After waiting for almost an year & following up with Spice jet they had transferred the refund back to Goibibo .
                                      Then i started following up with Goibibo team for which they were supposed to refund me my booking amount by mid of Jun 21 as per their mail communication with me .
                                      Now they have generated the refund Invoice ( GOFLDMOB[protected] Dated 27/5/21 ) but unable to transfer the money back to my account stating that they are unable to transfer the refund through the Gateway from where i booked the tickets & to receive my refund i need to update my details on the link given in that particular mail body . To my surprise that link is not taking me anywhere even if i try to login with the same mobile or Email id from which i have been communicated with Goibibo & also the same mail id was registered while booking .
                                      I therefor request you to arrange the call back from Goibibo to verify & transfer the Refund to my account or send me the link ( which should work ) from which i need to update the required details so that you can transfer the amount .
                                      Now they have generated the refund Invoice ( GOFLDMOB[protected] Dated 27/5/21 ) but unable to transfer the money back to my account stating that
