I was booking train from Lucknow to Ahmedabad and payment done through gpay, money got deducted from my account and booking not confirmed, worst thing is that it's not showing in my booking (my trips) and luckily I had screenshot booking id and transaction details for proof. Please check and immediately return my money. Refund my money it's more than 24hrs. And there is no customer service number or email just 24*7 support stupid app which is not showing my Booking for train I booked, refund my money. Pathetic Goibibo. Looting people's hard earned money

I filed a complaint against goibibo, I chargeback them by filling out a form called chargeback which you will get from your bank from where payment got deducted mine was pnb so i wrote pnb and told them that I would like to chargeback goibibo, after complaining I got refund with five working days.

        Worst experience for booking flight via Goibibo, my flight got canceled and Goibibo team didn't provide refund for the same. For forever, status will show as refund request in progress and didn't receive approval from Airline while as per Airline they already provided refund comments to them.

        Worst part is none of their customer care number is reachable. Also they never respond to emails as well. Worst worst experience with Goibibo.

        Please don't book their flights with them, in case of flight cancelation, they won't provide any refund.

          We booked Kencha’s resort gokarna karnataka India on goibibo. The description was nowhere near given on the website. The road to the resort was like a trench. And there was no one at the resort. We were stranded in the middle of nowhere without any customer service number of goibibo.

              Round Trip FlightBooking ID - GOFLDMT2A[protected].

              ISSUE NO 1:

              With ref to above flight details post cancellation of airline of my flights Goibibo didnt refund the full invoice amount and kept the cash in their wallet under my account with out my consent.
              Total invoice amt : Rs.4, 985 & money kept in the go ibibo wallet is INR. 4, 525
              This made me helpless to use their horrible customer care service again to use that case which I don't want to. Hence I need the full refund back to account or card of the original transaction.
              I raised case number RES7256352 yesterday. No response yet from them. Also contacted customer care number & wrote to their email ID. NO response yet.

              ISSUE NO 2 :
              For each transactions on a mandatory basis Goibibo forcefully charges certain amount in the same of "charity". There is no information where this charity goes or as a paying customer we dont received any receipt for that chariy.
              This is another bluff go ibibo is playing with the customer.
              A charity should always be optional NOT to be charged forcefully.

                Hi Team,

                I tried to delete my Goibibo account by looking into the account but couldn't find an option 'to delete'. Why doesn't Goibibo have an option to delete while every other site does.
                This is very annoying so please help me out. I would be very pleased if you could delete it permanently for me. Kindly do the needful.

                  Sir.
                  On 24/06/2021 i lost ₹500 (Transaction id : S[protected] from my federal bank account. The money deducted by "IBIBO WEB PRIVATE LTD.
                  Then when i contacted my bank customer care team. I came to know that i had used the same payment gateway to add money in airtel thanks app.
                  Yes. I had used Airtel thanks on june 2020. Then i stoped using it becouse of i ported my sim card.
                  After 1 year since i used airtel thanks app. The 500 rupees deducted.
                  This is absolutely a fraud transaction
                  So please kindly refund the amount

                    I have booked flight last year 10th march 2020 tuesday from dammam to chennai. The flight was non operation at that time due to COVID and i didnt travelled or boarded. When i check with customer care they said im eligible for the refund and we can be process after one year only. and after a year i raised a complaint and i checked with OMAN air office also they told im eligible for refund as flight was non operation and told me to contact the travel agent and now i have tried 1000 times to contact GOIBIBO na they not responding and now they removed call or support option from the app. the money i spent is 12, 705 rupees. Kindly help me out please .

                      I booked a international flight ticket from goibibo from Vancouver, Canada to Delhi, India for 1st april, 2020 of Air Canada, but due to complete lockdown in india the flight was cancelled.I requested a complete refund through email and in response they told me that a complete refund will be made within 30 working days. After that when i checked their customer care executives were not available due to lockdown. Now they don’t have any data on their application regarding my booking. Its been more than 1 year now. I still have there email in which they agreed to refund but the refund for nearly Rs.43000 is still pending.

                        I booked fight from Goibibo for Chandigarh to Bangalore for 30 April 2021, however there was lockdown so I opted for open ticket and reschedule flight on 18 Jun 2021. unfortunately flight was cancelled from vistara end and when I talked with them then they told me that they will full refund my money by agent (Goibibo). when I checked on Goibibo they are showing refund will be credited by 07 jul to 11 July 2021. Today I called vistara customer care they told me that your refund was already transferred to agent Goibibo on 05 July 2021. however when I am calling Goibibo customer care and i am getting message as

                        Dear Asheesh,

                        Thank you for calling us for *refund related information* for your Cancelled Flight booking.

                        Your Flight Booking was Cancelled on 11 Jun and there is *no refund* applicable on your booking.

                        Pathetic service by Goibibo. I almost booked every flight by this site but now I am realising that these are only thugs. I lost my hard earn 9000 and still no response from customer.

                        please book your flight directly from airlines site.

                            My money got deducted but ticket did not get booked by Goibibo.I haven’t received any email regarding refund.When I called my bank to check regarding my refund status, the bank told us that Goibibo has claimed the amount as ticket got booked.
                            This so pathetic service I have ever received by any apps. I am not able to reach out to customer care number as all the number which was provided by Goibibo is invalid

                              Dear Sir,

                              This is with reference to my visit on 3rd July 2021, I have booked a hotel booking " IRCTC guest House" for 6 bed rooms having complimentary breakfast via booking reference "HTLEAZM5H3" for one complete day worth Rs. 2719.

                              The above booking confirmed by Ibibo team also. All booking vouchers and SMS has been received to me.

                              During my visit when I am going to stay their no official at the IRCTC counters and some cleaning staff informed us that hotel is closed since last year due to COVID 19 pendamic.

                              I am totally susprised and confused that:
                              1. How can Ibibo booked this hotel and taken money where hotel itself is closed since last 1 year.
                              2. No phone call please picked by any official and customer care executive at that time.
                              3. Me and my whole family are so harrased due to this fraud by go Ibibo.
                              4. Not only this I am also surprised that go ibibo team has given me official messages and whatapp regarding feedback of your services which we have not taken at all.
                              5. Due to this cheat and fraud, I have to book another hotel and do expense on fooding worth Rs. 7000 approx.

                              I want clarification on this cheat which has done by go ibibo team on me and my family.

                              Want all my money refund from goibibo:
                              1. Rs. 2719 which was taken from me for no service provided.
                              2. Rs. 7000 which I have incurrent in replacement of your cheat.
                              3. Rs. 10000 for harrassment of mine and my family with your third class and cheated service.

                              Hope I will receive quick reply on the cheat and company will penalise all official who have included in this trap of fraud.

                                I booked two flights tickets via you, however both the flights got cancelled and my entire amount is blocked in your wallet. I called to your customer care so many times and still no action taken. Also you people have deducted 1200 INR from my booking amount whereas flight was cancelled by airline. I urge you to refund my entire booking amount to my bank account else I will be forced to take legal action for harassment and blocking my funds also from so many days funds are lying with you. Call me immediately else I will post all this on social media so that everyone will come to know how pathetic you people are and the company. Do the needful immediately and also reverse charges of 1200 for flight cancellation to avoid any legal action from my side.

                                  This is reading refund of cancelled booking ID - GOFLDANDFC01C[protected] from Bangalore to Mumbai and I have received the message that you have refunded Rs 4, 836 to my goibibo GoCash.But it is not reflected in my goibibo GoCash balance. Kindly transfer the refunded amount Rs 4836/= to my bank account. If you don't resolve my issue, I will have to approach consumer forum. kindly find attached file for your reference

                                      I made a bus booking for 22nd June 2021 from kadipur to delhi of rupees 1950, the bus operator called me in morning and told that you bus is cancelled, we will initiate refund as soon as possible, the goibibo has given the date of refund from 29th june- 1st July 2021 but still they haven't processed my refund in my upi, and their customer support isn't there instead of that both which provides same link for every problem, I can't talk to even goibibo customer support. Pathetic. Bus operator has cancelled that process and I have even gotten mail from them for cancellation but goibibo is not initiating the deducted amount.
