This is reading refund of cancelled booking ID - GOFLDANDFC01C[protected] from Bangalore to Mumbai and I have received the message that you have refunded Rs 4, 836 to my goibibo GoCash.But it is not reflected in my goibibo GoCash balance. Kindly transfer the refunded amount Rs 4836/= to my bank account. If you don't resolve my issue, I will have to approach consumer forum. kindly find attached file for your reference

      I made a bus booking for 22nd June 2021 from kadipur to delhi of rupees 1950, the bus operator called me in morning and told that you bus is cancelled, we will initiate refund as soon as possible, the goibibo has given the date of refund from 29th june- 1st July 2021 but still they haven't processed my refund in my upi, and their customer support isn't there instead of that both which provides same link for every problem, I can't talk to even goibibo customer support. Pathetic. Bus operator has cancelled that process and I have even gotten mail from them for cancellation but goibibo is not initiating the deducted amount.

        My ticket got cancelled by airlines and money was credited as gocash to my goibibo account. I had asked for transfer of money to my credit card account on 17th June 2021. In my goibibo account it has been debited but not credited to my credit card account till now. Worst part is there is no help from the company. Tried customer care no., sent email also but no resolution till now.

        Hi,

        Please refer to above PNR my flight was cancelled by airlines. Refund processed by goibibo was:

        5384/- (got credited to credit card)
        4489/- (got it as gocash) - this amount i had asked for transfer to credit card account on 17th June, which was debited from gocash. Till now i have not received the refund in my account.

        Request to check and confirm by when it will be credited to my account.

          I cancelled one personal Air ticket (passenger Name: Sunita Kumawat) of flight from Jaipur to Trichy (Via Bangalore) dated 05/05/2021. Booking ID GOFLDMTANDC[protected]PNR- MJDHRP) • Booked on 04 May 2021.
          For booking of above ticket I paid Rs 6171/- from my debit card State Bank of India(************9298)₹ 6171/- and Rs 4535/- from my GOCASH. (Total Rs 10706/- ).

          After cancellation Rs 10406/- refund initiated by your company.
          I got Rs 4535/- back in my Gocash account but remaining amount of Rs 6071/- still not credited in my SBI bank account.
          I followed-up matter on your customer care on dated 13th and 19th June’21 but still it is pending.

              Hello,
              I am your regular customer. I have some unpleasant experience of your service this time. I have received Invoice of INR 17979.46 but From bank I have been got debit of INR 18077. Why is this difference in the invoice amount.
              Another thing I come to know at property that they are giving bookings at very low cost INR 1800 including breakfast and dinner for the same room and GO IBIBO charged me INR 3012.
              There is whooping difference of INR 1212 per night.
              This much over charge is completely not acceptable. I also need refund for this over charge. I understand there is some commission but the charge to me is very high. Please look in this matter urgently and solve.

                This is in regards to my air ticket cancellation as airline cancelled the plane so I want full refund for the same, I did not wanted to cancle but it's airline who cancelled the flight, so how can goibio charge me 900 rs as convince and cancellation fee as I have been getting full refund from Indigo airlines.

                      My flight tickets got cancelled by the airline due to covid, however Goibibo is yet to process my full refund. Despite numerous followups the only response i keep getting is that their team is working on the same. But no final resolution has been provided to me till now.
                      The flight was booked for Apr20, and the airlines cancelled the ticket around Dec20 and i am assuming they would have provided the refund to Goibibo already, which they have not passed to us.
                      Even after highlighting my vows in facebook the company has made no effort to provide me with a resolution.

                          It is to inform you that I had booked an air ticket on Indigo flight No.6E2265 from Delhi to Kolkata and 6E331 from Kolkata to Dimapur on 22 Dec 2020 for journey on 01/01/2021 and 2/01/2021 respectively. But unfortunately flight No. 6E2265 from Delhi to Kolkata was cancelled by the airline due to operational reasons. Accordingly, I had to cancel my air tickets issued against PNR No. NSZTFB but refund of Rs.4630.00 has not yet been received even after lapse of 6 months.

                            I book the round trip flight ticket with Booking ID No : GOFLIMTAND70BE[protected] on 16/06/2021and my calling no [protected] for the amount of 1, 40, 950rs same the payment has been debited from my account and booking was not issued so when i called customer care they said booking not issued on there website they did not refund my complete payment one way ticket payment they refund me after cancellation charges amount of 699rs only 62, 291 I received remaining balance amount 78, 659rs they are not refunding me so I want to take strict action against this fraud company want my money back

                                Hello Sir/Madam,

                                Date of incident: 23/04/2019.

                                I had booked a KLM /Jet airways flight from Munich to Bangalore and return on 24th May 2019 and 9th June 2019 respectively.
                                I was asked by Jet airways to cancel the flight onward and backward journey as Jet airways is cancelling all the flights and I will get my refund back.

                                Msg received from JetAir:

                                "Dear Guest, we regret to inform that your flight 9W236 09Jun19 from BLR to AMS is cancelled due to operational reasons. We regret the inconvenience. For tickets booked on our website, mobile app or via our Contact Centre, please click bit.ly/9Wsupport to request for a refund. For tickets booked through travel agents, kindly connect with your travel agent for refunds."

                                Hence I cancelled and asked Goibibo to refund my money.

                                Since past 2 months, Goibibo is telling me that the refund from Jet airways is pending and I need to wait for more time (they are not clear on the timeline).

                                However I called up Jet airways on their customer support and Jet airways has told me that the ticket booking documentation is under KLM and they cannot reimburse any money.

                                While Goibibo tells me that Jet airways must refund the money and not KLM.
                                Since I have paid my money to Goibibo, I expect Goibibo to refund back my money.

                                    I have booked Malindo airlines flights from Denpasar Bali to Bangalore via Kuala Lumpur on 3rd May2020. But the flights got cancelled due to Covid19 lockdown.                                       I booked my flight on 3rd june 2020 from mumbai to lucknow but I got cancelled because of the tsunami and when asked for the refund they said the they don't have control over refund and it will be given by the vistara flight itself. today when I called vistara people they said that they have refunded the full amount but the amount which I got was 249 but my flight was for almost 7 thousand rupees. and now nobody from goibibo is picking up my call or anything.

                                        I had booked a flight in 2020(Feb), but due to this pandemic the flight got cancelled and they have credited my money in goibibo wallet in apr 2021, where I could use that money.
                                        There's an option withdrawal to bank account nd I have done that on apr 16 2021, where they didn't ask my account details r anything else and when I am done with that I just got a msg like withdrawn to bank, I don't know to whom they have withdrawn .
                                        So created a reimbursement request on apr 16, but till now I use to get like "we r on working it".l tried calling them many times, but there's no option of talking with them and the same gets repeated like we have created request.
                                        All of my friends, who have booked flight in some other Online travel booking brands have received their refund amount directly to their bank account.
                                        I really fed up with these guys.They Atleast don't respond to the customers.
