The above booking was refunded to goibibo last uear in jul/aug 2020 by the LOT polish airlines. However goibibo has not refunded me the money even after 10 months . This is contempt of supreme court ruling dated 01 oct 2020. Their license should be cancelled and penalised along with refund....

Due to covid, My port blair to ahmedabad flight cancelled by government and indigo credited refund amount to goibibo on October 2020 but still i am not received my amount in my Bank or goibibo account.

Goibibo mention in site, amount credited but mention wrong details on site and all customer service are close since last one year.

i want to get amount in my bank account or goibibo account asap.

I have booked a round trip flight through Goibibo. GoAir cancelled the return flight saying "This change is due to issues beyond our control". GoAir has refunded the amount to the Goibibo. But Goibibo has not refunded the amount neither in wallet nor in my bank account. Total amount needs to refunded after all deduction is Rs.2991. My booking id is GOFLDMT[protected][protected]. It's already been more than a week.

I have booked a round trip flight through Goibibo. But due to the covid, flight got cancelled. My airlines refunded entire amount to the Goibibo. But Goibibo has not refunded the amount neither in wallet nor in my bank account. Total amount needs to refunded after all deduction is Rs.14770. My booking id is GOFLDMTAND3168E[protected]. It's already been more than 1month....

Still no solution provided by Goibibi. Very unprofessional. Not a single customer care number functional. My refund is pending still march 2020. No update n no follow up also. Plz call at [protected]. Email : ryan.[protected]@gmail.com.

Siri have booked the flight ticket with IndiGo pnr SEHJYB for which the flight got cancelled and they refund the amount 8904/ on[protected].
The said amount lies with goibibo till date.
They are not crediting the amount in my account
Kindly take action as I need this money urgently...

I have booked Train ticket through your portal for your reference sharing you the register mobile no [protected] Train cancelled from IRCTC so how come my ticket not canceled and amount not refunded...

I am unable to delete my account of goibibo. Neither the app nor, the website provides options for the same. Also on customer care only options of booking are available. i need to delete the account as i am not going to be using the services any longer....

I have aN Indigo flight that I had booked though goibibo and then rescheduled using the same platform. Pnr: KRYH6R

the recharge was not successful and I have not received back the AMOUNT so far.

I have booked a ticket from Bhubaneswar to New Delhi for 27 February 2021. I canceled the ticket due to some medical emergencies. Goibibo called me and said that after submitting the medical report, they will refund the full ticket amount. However it's already more than 3 months, but they are denying to refund. I asked them if you are not able to refund on medical grounds (Rs. 16421), then refund my basic amount which...

Twice I attempted to make a booking for a bus trip from Anand to Jamkhambhalia using GOIBIBO. Both the times the amount of Rs.260 was deducted from my bank account but the ticket wasn’t issued. The error displayed was “we haven’t got the payment from your bank”. There are no options provided to contact GOIBIBO. On the net the customer service numbers provided are not operational....

My flight was cancelled and Airline refund the money to Goibibo on 09 Mar 21 but Goibibo haven’t refund that money in my account and I calling them since April, every time they say someone will contact you within 48hrs but no one contacted me yet....

Hi, As intimated earlier so many times, no any amount has transected in my given bank account till now, although according to goibibo app/portal, partial amount of Rs.20648.00 has been transected on 5th May 2020, but according to the bank statement of my account, no any such amount had been credited to my account. Your customer care no.is not working and we are unable to talk or connect to any person of Goibibo. My remaining amount of rs.21920.00...

It's been a long time refund request raised on 30th April 2021 still there is no update from Goibibo side. Not even able to get connected to customer service. What is the status of my refund ? Why it is still pending? Why airline not yet approved? Flight is cancelled by Airlines only . We are suffering because of that.

Even not able to get connected with goibibo. Pathetic service or can call 0 service...

The Goibibo Team changed by themselves the e-mail ID so that I would not get any refund and also not to ask any question in this matter. I also attached herewith the Payment from my Credit card to Ibibo OR Goibibo. The company also gave false statement that " REFUND REQUEST IN PROCESS
If claim is approved, Expect refund by 21 Feb - 08 Mar".
They changed my e-mail so that the process to refund the amount would be unsettled. This...

I had booked an airticket under PNR L6CRVL through goibibo. The carrier Spicejet has already confirmed refunding the amount to the agent. Goibibo has not still refunded the amount to me. None of its helplines work and there is no way to contact them. Seems another cheating business. Hope someone intervenes and refund the amount due to me....

The flight ticket #607-[protected] booked through Goibibo had been cancelled due to Covid 19 last year and got messages from Goibibo that I would get the refund amount by Feb 21-March 8, 2021.
But it is unfortunate that after passing about 3 months I did not get any refund from Goibibo yet.
