My mail id is [protected]@gmail.com, and when i lost my previous phone i had logged in using mobile number, now i would like to use my previous account to see my previous trips, and there is literally no way that i can login using my mail id, and also there is no customer support option in app or in website, there is no chat option except the chat bot which either gives info or gives contacts for the booking, i would like to either merge my accounts or atleast i would like to recover my previous account, and it would be really helpful if you guys provide any customer care with agents, not just info, inside the app or website, so that we dont need to come all the way here for each complaint. please help me recover my account.
