In March last year, flights were cancelled all across India. The airline (Air India) agreed to refund the money. They returned it to the Ibibo Group. The Ibibo Group however, are not refunding the money and are trying to delay any sort of conclusion to the issue.
Additionally, they are falsely advertising. On their website, they accept international numbers for booking the flight, but they only accept Indian numbers for entering the customer portal. They have not mentioned this anywhere. I only found this out because I have been trying to get a refund for 14 months now.
They keep sending a link to their customer portal even after I have told them at least 8 times that it doesn't work for international numbers. Their page wont let me enter my email so I cant login that way either.
I just want a refund for my flight.
