Before lockdown i cut 3 train ticket through goibibo apps. But my ticket is cancelled for lockdown. Irctc is refund the money to goibibo but goibibo is not sent refund money in my account....

Due to Covid pandemic I was given refund for cancelation of two flights by the respective airlines for tickets booked through goibibo app.
Goibibo had updated the first refund which I had used up to buy a ticket and had completed the travel on 8 Feb 2021.

In March last year, flights were cancelled all across India. The airline (Air India) agreed to refund the money. They returned it to the Ibibo Group. The Ibibo Group however, are not refunding the money and are trying to delay any sort of conclusion to the issue.

Additionally, they are falsely advertising. On their website, they accept international numbers for booking the flight, but they only accept Indian numbers for entering...
