I had booked via United Delhi-SFO-LAX-SFO-Delhi for departure 16 Nov and return 23 Nov. Since Goibibo representative was not responding on phone I cancelled the ticket directly with United on or around 14th November. I later informed Goibibo who accepted the cancellation and informed me that they are seeking refund from United. To date (7/6/21) I have not received the refund neither do I know the status.

    PNR number KRE17B booked from IBIBO. it has been cancelled & the refund has been processed by the airline (INDIGO). However, the refund money yet not credited into my account. Tried contacting the ibibo customer care but unable to reach them.

    Can you please look into it & resolve it!

      I have booked my flight ticket on last year and due to covid that flighy got cancelled and i have applied for refund of money...as GOIBIBI mentioned that refund date is on feb 2021 and till now i didnt received any refund or mail regarding that...and 2 days back i mailed them regarding refund and they have replied that problem is on their side as they have some problem in their payment gateway and they asked me to submit new bank details so they can initiate again...and today i got mail that im not applicable for refund because of policy...and they senr some invoice showing that it is invalid...i even sent them all my documents including bank statements and tickets...
      please find all the documents attached and help me to get my refund back

        The above booking was refunded to goibibo last uear in jul/aug 2020 by the LOT polish airlines. However goibibo has not refunded me the money even after 10 months . This is contempt of supreme court ruling dated 01 oct 2020. Their license should be cancelled and penalised along with refund.

        goibibo should be taken a legal action...for many people they didnt refund their money...this is a type of official scam nowadays...supreme court needs to take a legal action against them.

          Due to covid, My port blair to ahmedabad flight cancelled by government and indigo credited refund amount to goibibo on October 2020 but still i am not received my amount in my Bank or goibibo account.

          Goibibo mention in site, amount credited but mention wrong details on site and all customer service are close since last one year.

          i want to get amount in my bank account or goibibo account asap.

            I have booked a round trip flight through Goibibo. GoAir cancelled the return flight saying "This change is due to issues beyond our control". GoAir has refunded the amount to the Goibibo. But Goibibo has not refunded the amount neither in wallet nor in my bank account. Total amount needs to refunded after all deduction is Rs.2991. My booking id is GOFLDMT[protected][protected]. It's already been more than a week.

            Surprisingly there is no customer care phone number or email address mentioned anywhere on Goibibo Web site or Mobile App.

            Surely henceforth will NOT GO WITH GOIBIBO :-(

                  Siri have booked the flight ticket with IndiGo pnr SEHJYB for which the flight got cancelled and they refund the amount 8904/ on[protected].
                  The said amount lies with goibibo till date.
                  They are not crediting the amount in my account
                  Kindly take action as I need this money urgently

                        I am unable to delete my account of goibibo. Neither the app nor, the website provides options for the same. Also on customer care only options of booking are available. i need to delete the account as i am not going to be using the services any longer.

                          I have aN Indigo flight that I had booked though goibibo and then rescheduled using the same platform. Pnr: KRYH6R

                          Date flight was rescheduled: 11th May, 2021

                          However, the refund amount of Rs 1740 was never credited to my account. All I have is an email with subject: "Reference No.[protected] : GOFLDMTANDC[protected]".

                          Screen shot if the conversation with support team of goibibo and confirmation that I am eligible for the refund is attached. Also attaching the latest follow up email where I am not receiving any respobse in this.

                              Not refunding after cancellation of flight ticket

                              I have booked a ticket from Bhubaneswar to New Delhi for 27 February 2021. I canceled the ticket due to some medical emergencies. Goibibo called me and said that after submitting the medical report, they will refund the full ticket amount. However it's already more than 3 months, but they are denying to refund.                               Twice I attempted to make a booking for a bus trip from Anand to Jamkhambhalia using GOIBIBO. Both the times the amount of Rs.260 was deducted from my bank account but the ticket wasn’t issued. The error displayed was “we haven’t got the payment from your bank”. There are no options provided to contact GOIBIBO. On the net the customer service numbers provided are not operational.

                                My flight was cancelled and Airline refund the money to Goibibo on 09 Mar 21 but Goibibo haven’t refund that money in my account and I calling them since April, every time they say someone will contact you within 48hrs but no one contacted me yet.

                                    Hi, As intimated earlier so many times, no any amount has transected in my given bank account till now, although according to goibibo app/portal, partial amount of Rs.20648.00 has been transected on 5th May 2020, but according to the bank statement of my account, no any such amount had been credited to my account. Your customer care no.is not working and we are unable to talk or connect to any person of Goibibo. My remaining amount of rs.21920.00 is also pending at your end. This is my mony you hold it since last one year. This is the major mis management. So you are requested to return my money ( total rs. 42568.00) in my bank account that is already verified by you. All contact no. available at voibibo website is out of order, what is this behaviour with costumers? I am very disappointed with goibibo services.                                       Dear Sir,

                                      It's been a long time refund request raised on 30th April 2021 still there is no update from Goibibo side. Not even able to get connected to customer service. What is the status of my refund ? Why it is still pending? Why airline not yet approved? Flight is cancelled by Airlines only . We are suffering because of that.

                                      Even not able to get connected with goibibo. Pathetic service or can call 0 service they r providing . No one talk or call to solve my problem. They r running fraud company I think. Spice jet confirmed me that they refunded my money still goibibo not paying me the same.
