I was booked a bus ticket from Kadipur up to Delhi in the RS Yadav.

Ticket is not generated after amout deducted. No sms or email found regarding booking and also not showing any details on goibibo application. Tried to get information from your customer care via Twitter. They replied to refund the amount in 7- 10 days. So I booked again in the same bus and for the same seat.

Now they are saying that we send the sms and email that I never found, could not refund the amount.

    I had booked bus ticket from GoIbibo App. My journey date was 07/05/2021 from Jodhpur to Ahmedabad. I opted to buy the ticket with future offers i.e. Travel Passes/Coupons for future use for getting discount of Rs.50 and Rs.25 on ticket booking of Bus and Train respectively. I bought these Travel Passes / Coupons (6 coupons valid for 4 months) for which I paid Rs.99 instantly by adding with my booking for journey of 07/05/2021. I was charged Rs.99 but I did not find any Travel Passes/Coupon in my account to be used for future bookings. Kindly refund Rs.99 or issue travel passes / coupons with revised validity as per your offer / scheme, so that I can use these immediately. I tried to contact customer service phone numbers but none of the number could be connected.

      I have booked my flight on FLEXI PLUS plan in Goibibo.
      I have rescheduled my flight from 8th May to 2nd May and later from 2nd may to 3rd July.

      I have received a refund of 1600 for the first time which I rescheduled from 8th May to 2rd May which is processed on 19th April 2021.

      But the refund which was processed on 25th April 2021 I did not receive the refund yet.
      But when I checked with indigo they informed me that they have processed a refund of amount 11, 260.00 .

      There is no customer care in Goibibo or no email where I can raise refund request.

      Please process my refund as soon as possible.

        I had booked a flight for April 2020 through Goibibo which I had to cancel due to the pandemic.
        I used the app in May 2021 to request that the money be transferred to my bank. It says that the refund request has been created and the money would be transferred in 7-10 business days. However, 7-10 business days have long gone but I have still not received my money. They don’t mention anything else after that and there seems to be no other way to contact them.

          My mail id is [protected]@gmail.com, and when i lost my previous phone i had logged in using mobile number, now i would like to use my previous account to see my previous trips, and there is literally no way that i can login using my mail id, and also there is no customer support option in app or in website, there is no chat option except the chat bot which either gives info or gives contacts for the booking, i would like to either merge my accounts or atleast i would like to recover my previous account, and it would be really helpful if you guys provide any customer care with agents, not just info, inside the app or website, so that we dont need to come all the way here for each complaint. please help me recover my account.

            It’s been quite a while and your customer service representatives have been equivocating the issue rather than giving a straight answer and doing the needful .

              I reschedule my flight on 28th of may 2021 but due to some network error it shows transaction failed. So I reschedule my flight again by paying the same amount again. Now the Bank customer support says it already sent to GOIBIBO... Please contact with them.

                I am yet to receive my refund for the cancelled tickets for 11th May 2020. I was informed in December 2020 that the amount will be refunded within 45 days but it has been over 6 months now but I haven't received the refund.

                  I have made the payment of Rs 48896/- and have got the refund of Rs. 29205/-.
                  Why airline has charged the cancellation fee of Rs.14034/-?
                  The flight was cancelled by the airline. As per the DGCA, the flights cancelled during lockdown will be refunded in full amount.

                  I have contacted Air India support I see that there is a major discrepancy in the amount refunded.
                  There two passengers in this ticket, They had provided the amount for each passenger they have provided.
                  It is Rs: 23, 499 INR for each passenger i.e total of 47000 INR .
                  They haven't charged money in the name of Airline cancellation fee as mentioned by Goibibo in Refund breakup INR 14, 034.

                  Please look into this. They had mentioned in the call they said It was cancellation from the Airline not from the Passenger nor myself.

                    I made a booking from goibibo today. Goibibo Id:HTLA5LDBE4. My booking confirmation was not generated and my account has been debited with the amount of Rs 4596. Status of my payment is failed. When will i get my money back ?

                      I was trying to book a hotel via the goibibo application. My UPI transaction was failed but the amount got deducted from my account. The bank says the amount has been issued from their end and i should contact the merchant. There is no where on the application of goibibo where they have provided any space for complaint or queries. I am not able to talk to any customer care executive as they only have robots working. I have attached screenshot of my transaction, please provide me with my refund ASAP.

                        Consequent upon cancellation of international flight . booked through Goibibo on 12 march 2021, from delhi to toronto for etihad airline .
                        i submitted cancellation request to goibibo and refund on 29th march 2021 and i got mail that refund request has been raised with etihad airlines but status show response awaited .
                        i contacted etihad customer care . they told me that they have not received any refund request from goibibo yet.
                        please expedite at the earliest . i tried to contact your customer care, but they are nor picking up the call . and my refund is held up.

                            Goibibo doesn't process for refund till customer starts follow up. I have two tickets for which flight was cancelled by Air India. Goibibo intially showed a message displaying refund will be processed within 7 to 21 days but now its showing 180 days as air india does not respond to goibibo. Air india says refund process from their end is 7 to 21 days.

                            There is no follow up from GOIBIBO with AIR India.

                            This is with reference to your GOFLDMT[protected] and GOFLDMTAND[protected]

                            7 days back i called Air india and inquired for refund process for which they said refund request was not raised till date by goibibo (status on 30th May 2021)

                            Now 5 months completed but there is no positive response from Goibibo

                              Good Evening!

                              I hope you are doing well in this Covid pandemic situation.

                              Myself is Ayush Agarwal, working as a Consultant in Tata Consultancy Services - currently deputed in JAPAN(Tokyo). (Ccing my bother Kushagra as well, who is also following up on this matter)

                              I am writing this email to you in reference to the harassment I am facing for my Air India travel E-Ticket No.[protected]From Tokyo to Delhi roundtrip).

                              Issue - Air India and Go-IBIBO did not inform me before cancelling my Ticket even until the day before my travel.

                              Issue Background -

                              I have booked my above mentioned Air India E-Ticket via Go-IBIBO in January 2020. (Attached the ticket for your reference - old confirmed ticket.pdf)
                              But due to pandemic situation, the flights were postponed and my travel could not happen last year.

                              Air India did not do any refund last year for this ticket and it was put on hold for the future re-scheduling, making it valid until Dec 2021.

                              Air India has also instructed that for all the future re-scheduling/ticket changes I should contact Air India directly over email/call and they will release the updated ticket and confirm the booking.

                              Considering the ticket was on hold since last year, I have decided to travel this year in May, so I have called them in April 2021 to confirm the travel dates from 31st of May - 10th of July 2021.

                              Air India has then released the new itinerary receipt for me with the same E-ticket id[protected] but updated travel dates (Departure from Tokyo on 31st of May - Return to Tokyo on 10th of July 2021). (Attached this itinerary with the email for your reference - Updated Itinerary Receipt.pdf)

                              Post this confirmation, I have made my travel plans like getting the leaves approval from my company and the customer in Japan and then taking the RT-PCR Test just before my travel date(as per the guidelines needs to be taken within 72 hours before the day of travel).

                              Now on 29th of May evening, I was trying to Web-checkin through Air India website (https://icheck.sita.aero/iCheckWebAI/), for my travel ticket[protected], but it was not accepting it and stating that ‘it could not find the booking’.
                              Hence I have emailed to Air India ([protected]@airindia.co.jp, [protected]@airindia.in) same day about this issue, so that they fix it and I can get my seat number (to be filled in self declaration form on Air Suvidha).

                              On Sunday morning i.e. 30th of May, I got the response from Air India that there is no reservation with my name on this flight of 31st of May. And the ticket status is marked as REFUNDED in their system.
                              So the ticket is equivalent to closed/cancelled at Air India side and I can not travel on 31st May on that ticket[protected].

                              The question from my side was I have never asked them for any refund neither did they inform me anything about it until I have emailed them on 29th May for Web-Checkin.
                              So their response was that it must have been requested by Go-IBIBO, so I should contact Go-IBIBO for this as Air India did not do anything wrong.

                              Now when it comes to Go-IBIBO - neither their customer care phone numbers and neither their customer care Email address was working when I have tried on 30th May. So then I have used Twitter to reach out to them to help me and sought out this matter so that I can travel on 31st of May.

                              But nothing was concluded even until the midnight of 30th of May as they both were busy blaming each other rather than helping me out.Hence I had to buy a new ticket(which was more expensive) for the same flight at the airport in Tokyo on 31st of May just before my flight. I could afford to buy only one way ticket for now as it was very expensive.(attached it for your reference - New Ticket booked at airport.pdf).

                              Now I am able to finally reach to India but I have not yet booked the return ticket for 10th of July considering it very expensive. Hence, I am expecting that either Air India or Go-IBIBO should book it for me or they should bear the fare difference between old and new ticket.

                              Concerns -

                              1 How can a airline or the agent(go-ibibo) change the ticket status at their end without the consent from the passenger ?

                              2 Why no-one has informed me about my ticket cancellation even until the last moment.

                              3 I have suffered both mentally and financially due to their irresponsible behavior and mistakes.

                              Request -

                              1 Request you to please help me in getting the 100% refund for my old ticket ?
                              2 Request you to please help me in getting the fare difference compensation between the old and new flight tickets.

                                  I have ordered 3 AC from this website through 2 different orders. Order
                                  11291080 and Order 11301080 after talking on their helpline numbers
                                  [protected] and [protected].
                                  I made 2 payments from my Union Bank
                                  netbanking account S85655096 Rs.22941.90 S85746167 Rs.48178.80
                                  After that I got the order confirmation email and next day I got order
                                  processing email.
                                  They promised that they will deliver my product in next
                                  5days but they did not deliver it. When I asked them to cancel my order and
                                  refund, they started making false commitments that you will get an email
                                  confirmation for the refund but nothing happened. Later when I Google
                                  about the name Rajdhani Tools, it appeared to be an offline shop. I called
                                  on the contact number provided on google and got to know that these
                                  online people started a Fake website due to which the original shop owner is also very disturbed as he is getting calls from random people. So
                                  basically they have used the name of this offline shop in Anand Parbat and
                                  starting cheating people via online shopping website.

                                  I would request you to please refund my payment made to this false website.

                                    I booked Srilankan airlines on 21-March-2020 from the Goibibo platform and booking details are mentioned below:-

                                    Flight- Riyadh(Saudi Arabia) to Chennai (India)

                                    And due to the covid19 outbreak and lockdown implementation worldwide, my ticked which was confirmed got canceled and since then I have requested a refund and I have not yet received it and when I trying to contact goibibo support center and they are not available.
                                    Their app shows that Srilankan airlines have some financial issues, but I contacted Sri Lankan airlines and they told me that I need to contact the agent who is goibibo for the refund. please look into the issue and solve it as soon as possible.

                                      My wife and I travelled to the US in March and could not use the return trip scheduled for April 2020 due to restrictions in international flight during the pandemic. The booking from Washington IAD to Nagpur, India, on Qatar Airways, through Goibibo. Booking reference -NJL6LC. Qatar Airways have informed that the refund will be done through the travel agency.

                                      E-ticket nos: 157-[protected] & 157-[protected]. These were refundable tickets.

                                      You are requested to kindly refund the amount at the earliest.
