Hi, As intimated earlier so many times, no any amount has transected in my given bank account till now, although according to goibibo app/portal, partial amount of Rs.20648.00 has been transected on 5th May 2020, but according to the bank statement of my account, no any such amount had been credited to my account. Your customer care no.is not working and we are unable to talk or connect to any person of Goibibo. My remaining amount of rs.21920.00 is also pending at your end. This is my mony you hold it since last one year. This is the major mis management. So you are requested to return my money ( total rs. 42568.00) in my bank account that is already verified by you. All contact no. available at voibibo website is out of order, what is this behaviour with costumers? I am very disappointed with goibibo services.
