    Hi, As intimated earlier so many times, no any amount has transected in my given bank account till now, although according to goibibo app/portal, partial amount of Rs.20648.00 has been transected on 5th May 2020, but according to the bank statement of my account, no any such amount had been credited to my account. Your customer care no.is not working and we are unable to talk or connect to any person of Goibibo. My remaining amount of rs.21920.00 is also pending at your end. This is my mony you hold it since last one year. This is the major mis management. So you are requested to return my money ( total rs. 42568.00) in my bank account that is already verified by you. All contact no. available at voibibo website is out of order, what is this behaviour with costumers? I am very disappointed with goibibo services. Statement of your portal is attached for your reference...

      Dear Sir,

      It's been a long time refund request raised on 30th April 2021 still there is no update from Goibibo side. Not even able to get connected to customer service. What is the status of my refund ? Why it is still pending? Why airline not yet approved? Flight is cancelled by Airlines only . We are suffering because of that.

      Even not able to get connected with goibibo. Pathetic service or can call 0 service they r providing . No one talk or call to solve my problem. They r running fraud company I think. Spice jet confirmed me that they refunded my money still goibibo not paying me the same.

        The Goibibo Team changed by themselves the e-mail ID so that I would not get any refund and also not to ask any question in this matter. I also attached herewith the Payment from my Credit card to Ibibo OR Goibibo. The company also gave false statement that " REFUND REQUEST IN PROCESS
        If claim is approved, Expect refund by 21 Feb - 08 Mar".
        They changed my e-mail so that the process to refund the amount would be unsettled. This is a kind of a big SCAM.

          I had booked an airticket under PNR L6CRVL through goibibo. The carrier Spicejet has already confirmed refunding the amount to the agent. Goibibo has not still refunded the amount to me. None of its helplines work and there is no way to contact them. Seems another cheating business. Hope someone intervenes and refund the amount due to me.

            Dear Sir,
            The flight ticket #607-[protected] booked through Goibibo had been cancelled due to Covid 19 last year and got messages from Goibibo that I would get the refund amount by Feb 21-March 8, 2021.
            But it is unfortunate that after passing about 3 months I did not get any refund from Goibibo yet.

                Before lockdown i cut 3 train ticket through goibibo apps. But my ticket is cancelled for lockdown. Irctc is refund the money to goibibo but goibibo is not sent refund money in my account.

                      Due to Covid pandemic I was given refund for cancelation of two flights by the respective airlines for tickets booked through goibibo app.
                      Goibibo had updated the first refund which I had used up to buy a ticket and had completed the travel on 8 Feb 2021.
                      I was given the second refund on March 23, 2021 and shockingly Goibibo has adjusted the refund with my ticked purchased on Feb 8.
                      I had sent several mails and have been trying to contact them on their customer care number and also chat site but Goibibo is not Answering my concern. I am wanting to know where my first refund amount has gone if my 2nd refund amount was adjusted with my ticket fare on Feb 8, 2021.

                          In March last year, flights were cancelled all across India. The airline (Air India) agreed to refund the money. They returned it to the Ibibo Group. The Ibibo Group however, are not refunding the money and are trying to delay any sort of conclusion to the issue.

                          Additionally, they are falsely advertising. On their website, they accept international numbers for booking the flight, but they only accept Indian numbers for entering the customer portal. They have not mentioned this anywhere. I only found this out because I have been trying to get a refund for 14 months now.

                          They keep sending a link to their customer portal even after I have told them at least 8 times that it doesn't work for international numbers. Their page wont let me enter my email so I cant login that way either.

                          I just want a refund for my flight.

                            My pnr - e3n1qi go air from delhi to nagpur
                            bookig date: 23/june/2020

                            i booked flight through go ibibo, later flight got cancelled and as i contacted with go air, they informed that they refunded the amount to go ibibo in march 2021.

                            I tried to contact go ibibo but i did not got any response, calls not connected and no data showing on thier apps.

                            Please do needful as soon as possible.

                                Why all seats are paid one ? In other apps we have options for either free seats or auto selection. The app is worst need multiple clicks to go forward

                                      Now I processed refund only for one booking the other booking is still pending. that also with deducting convenience fees. The flight cancelled by spicejet itself still charging fees for that.

                                        Hello Team,

                                        This is regarding my travel booking corresponding to id GOFLMT[protected].
                                        I booked my ticket from Chennai to Delhi and along with that, paid for a cab via Gosafe. It was prepaid and the information showed that i would get the cab hassle free on airport.
                                        After the booking, app showed only my ticket booking and cab showed
                                        "Visit after 30 min".
                                        The status stayed same even after I landed on Delhi Airport.
                                        It was a horrible experience and i never expected this from an esteemed company like goibibo.
                                        I want action on the same. Else I'll make sure to never use goibibo again and convey my feedback to my friends as well.
                                        I had to look for cabs on airport till agra. Had no clue about my prepaid booking. There was no communication on cab booking from your end, even if it was cancelled, you should have informed.

                                        I hope to hear back from you soon.
