I have a pending refund for a ticket book, it was for may 2020. i have been running after goibibo almost everyday and provided all the required details but still seems goibibo is not bothered to refund my money. as per their request i have shared my bank statement 10 times and they people stops reverting after that. i am not sure what needs to be done.

    Dear sir / Mam,
    This is vinay Rai from Guwahati I am your existing customer .
    Sir I was trying to book a flight on 01.05.2021 from Guwahati to Patna in SpiceJet Which cost Rs 4295 something rupess .
    Sir my concern is that they ticket was not booked but money was deducted from my account. After that I was talk to Axis Bank customer care service, they suggest me your money was transferred successful to the merchant Account with PRN NO. [protected].
    Sir m very confused, whom to contact for the same.
    I request you to plz check my problem and kindly revert back possible.

      Tried booking a flight from delhi to Hyderabad from GOIBIBO on 15th April 2021. Money deducted from my account but the ticket was not booked. There is no details provided by GOIBIBO regarding the unsuccessful transaction (i.e non booked ticket reference number, any transaction number of money deduction etc) in addition to this there is no direct contact option available to connect with GOIBIBO customer care representatives. Whenever trying to call customer care number automatic teller machine are asking for booking number which i dont have because you (GOIBIBO) didn't provide any number.
      You are a cheat company who deducted my 5000+ money and didn't replying me back.

          An amount of Rs6731 was debited to our Union Bank account on 26.04.2021 with transaction ID[protected] which was paid to Ibibo Web Pvt Ltd for beneficiary Policybazaar.com. This payment has not been received by the beneficiary. Pl revert back the amount asap..

            With regards to my ticket with reference no. DMEJ3A, Indigo has cancelled my booking and has refunded an amount of rs 3562 to Ibibo group. Attached is the screenshot. But as per Goibibo the amount refundable is only rs 182. I want to know the reason of discrepancy

              GoAir has already made the payment for my flight booking with PNR: DETRUE in the month of January itself but GoIbibo has still not further processed that amount to my bank account. Nobody picks up their customer care numbers and the same with their customer care email.

                Dear Sir,
                Made a booking from Jharsuguda to Hyderbad with the booking id – GOFLDMTAND0813A[protected] for 03rd May 2021. I cancelled my booking on 12 April 2021 and requested for refund.

                I was told to get a refund for INR 3869/- after reduction of all cancellations charges and I was told to get the amount in my bank account in 14 days time but now it has been 19 days and I haven’t got my refund. I tried to call & mail customer service but not response. It only shows the refund amount but don’t have any answer about when the refund will be made. I want my refund as soon as possible and revert me with it.

                    Hii,
                    This is Subodha Kant Panigrahy, recently I have traveled from Delhi to pakyong with my family as per attached flight ticket (PNR No. Y545TE)

                    During web checkin through your link provided in Apps. Many deducted five times due to technical issues and web checkin not completed. However, amount not credited yet.
                    Biggest problem is that we are not able to contact your customer care executive and the useless link you have provided for chatting is just wasting our times.

                    Request you please refund my deducted money. I'm using goibibo since 2014, if such problems/poor service will continue, I am going to uninstelled your apps.

                      I had booked flight for Kullu from Mumbai via Chandigarh (goibibo booking id GOMUPKG2306C[protected]. First flight was Mumbai-Chandigarh (Go Air/PNR no I86YUZ) and other one was Chandigarh-Kullu (Air India/ PNR no Y2965). Both filghts were cancelled due to lockdown due to COVID-19. I got refund for first flight by Go Air. However refund for second flight by Air India is pending ( E-ticket no 098-[protected]/85). I have tried to cantact goibibo for same several times. But they are not responding to my emails. When I have contacted Air India, they told me that cancellation required to done by travel agent. I am not able to contact goibibo customer support and they're not responding to my any mail. Please help me to get refund. It is hard earned money.

                        My PNR is E2T1XL, I have received partial refund of Rs 5172 and the balance of Rs 8840 is pending from Goibibo's end, I also had words with GoAir, they said the refund was initiated and paid to Goibibo on 25th March 2021 from their end but the amount is not credited in my GoIbibo wallet nor my bank account, it's been more than a month now still the amount is not received. I have also trying to reach Goibibo's customer support but it can not be reached.

                        Goibibo's are not responding to my emails and calls.

                        Kindly do the needful as soon as possible.

                          MY PNR is E2T1XL, I have received partial refund amount of Rs 5172 and the balance refund of Rs 8840 is pending from Goibibo's end, I also had words with Go Air, they said the refund was initiated on 25th March 2021 from their end but the amount is not credited in my goibibo wallet, it's more then one month and till now the amount is not credited.

                          Please take the necessary action on this and do the needful as early as possible.

                                  Our flight got canceled by the airline and we have requested a refund. Goibibo says they have refunded but I haven't received any refund in my bank account. I have contacted the bank and they suggested contacting Goibibo support. After so many tries contacting them via their app, web, and call, I'm unable to connect since the refund status is a success from their side.
                                  Requesting Goibio to look into this issue and provide me with the resolution.

                                    Above 4 booking are hotel booking which I asked goibibo team to coordinate with hotel for refund. This booking are of June 2020 but due to lockdown I ammended booking date to June 2021. But still country is not open for tourism and won't be till jun-july. So we request team to go ahead with refund process. I raise this concern on 28 march 2021 and it been almost one month and I don't see any update/response from them.                                     I didn't hear anything from goibibo yet. I also tried to submit refund request again from their self support portal but it takes me to blank page where I cannot do anything.just check screenshot.

Also i am not able to login in APP with Mobile number and Password. They have remove password login from app. It been more than 1 month still struggling to get refund.

                                      Hello I booked a flight ticket from Bangalore to Goa and it was cancelled by airlines and airlines agreed to refund me the full amount but Goibibo charged me convenience fee and they charged me 2000 for a cancelled ticket. Goibibo is cheating the customers like anything and they don't even a proper customer care or contact number. Very worst service and I need my full money to be refunded immediately.
