I am writing to you to raise an issue about: Flights
The issue that I have experienced was:
I made a flight booking to USA on Jan 7, 2020 for travel on Apr 01, 2020. But due to COVID19 the flight was cancelled and I requested a refund for the same. I checked with Qatar Airways they informed me that the refund was already sent to goibibo.com. So when I raised the refund request, goibibo.com accepted the request and they promised to refund the money to my bank account and got the bank details from me. But later on they said they can refund the amount only as GOCASH in my account which can be used for future bookings. This was acknowledged on Nov 3, 2020 by email from goibibo.com.
Since then I have made numerous calls to goibibo but I am yet to receive my refund.
