This is regarding my AIR INDIA flight booking for travel on March 25, 2020 from Surat to New Delhi with booking reference: AI/ZB1FL and PNR No. ZB1FL for passengers:

3. Miss Kritika Dhingra
4. Master Daksh Dhingra

The flight was announced cancelled by the Airlines...

I did booking for flight- mumbai to vizag on 9th March 2021

In first booking I used UPI Google pay, my money got diducted 3369/- but ticket didn't get confirmed.

In second booking I did booking from Google pay QR code and it got confirmed and money got deducted 3369/- again.

As only payment got deducted, but...

I make online payment to close bajaj Finance personal loan account. Amount got deducted from Union bank account on 8/3/2021 with reference ID[protected] and credited to IBIBO account. But transaction shown as failed in Bajaj and have not received refund from IBIBO. Pls look in to and refund amount....

I bought a AA ticket through Goibibo in the month of Oct 20. Just Before date of travel AA informed me that They would not be able to board me for US due to Covid Protocols. I asked Goibibo to give me a refund. They informed me that AA is not giving any refund so they are unable to do the same. I check with AA and they confirmed that a full refund has been given to the Booking Agent( goibibo). It has been more than 2 months I have written...

I am suppose to get a refund of 2205 for the ticket booked for 9th may2020. now from last 1and half month Goibibo people just sending me mails stating fund already processed and check with bank. even today on 16th march got a mail from Goibibo saying check with bank after 8 th march...

I have been running behind both goibibo and Airindia for the refund of my covid cancelled tickets from nearly 1 year (10 months). i have made the booking on 20 May 2020 and trying to reach different teams with the refund, but in vain....

This flight was cancelled due to Covid situation and inspite of Goibibo got refund from Airlines Goibibo is not giving me refund . I tried to contact Goibibo but just get recorded and automated messages saying refund is under process since 27 th November 2020 .
I once again request that somebody should call me on my registered mobile no [protected] and try to understand my issue . br...

This phishing scam happened me, I had texted the goibibo's customer care through facebook messenger regarding issue about the refund and they(scammer)send me this message,
"Dear customer please send your phone number our customer service will contact you shortly
this is Goibibo's 'daram'."
After that, I gave my son's number because I was busy at the time. What happens is this...

This is reference to my Booking through goibibo to Port Blair journey from Delhi dated 17.03.2020 -23.02.2020 vide PNR No. TNSE8K and ULI1GT .

Brief history

We have booked above flight on dated 28.02.2020 for 8 persons
2. On 11.03.2020 cancellation made through your website of 4 persons out of 8 persons

3. refund of Rs. 16280/- +30068/- received by us of 4 persons

I have completed the transaction and the amount has been deducted but goibibo shows booking not completed. UPI transaction id is 77879302...

Dear sir,

We have made payment of Rs.5900 on 28 Feb 2021 to L.I.C H.F.L for Reduce Home EMI from L.I.C H.F.L web page We processed payment through the web page, here amount has been deducted from the account but the payment got a msg that IBIBO WEB PVT LTD RECEIVED THE SAME AMOUNT.

Due to amount transferred in a wrong account, we asking for the refund the amount in our account as per below details :

Complain Details- Flight rescheduled by 2.40 Hrs . Departure time from Ranchi was 13.25Hr and the same is rescheduled to 10.45 Hrs. Submitted request for full refund against rescheduling of flight. Goibibo refused for the same ....

When making the transaction through Samsung website, the payment has been successfully debited from the bank amount. but transaction failed.
The amount has been credited to IBIBO WEB PVT LTD. Please request you to refund the amount....
