    I have booked a flight ticket from goa-hubili, and I have paid through amazon pay app the upi payment is successful but after entering in goibibo app it have show that the transaction have been failed.After that I have checked in goibibo app there no bookings in mytrips.After that I have booked another ticket.

      I want a GST price breakdown for my booking ID- GOFLDMTB22D[protected], PNR number- KEY8UD.

      For passenger aastha Kaushik only to submit in office for reimbursement. Originally the booking was made for two people but I want only single person price breakdown.

      Please I've contacted SpiceJet also several times but they say because of special fare booking price breakdown information is not available to them.

      I've also emailed and called at least 10 times repectively but all your communication routes are unserviceable. Please please help.

        I am not getting any response from goibibo customer care on my refund.

        Due to cancellation of flight due to lock down we had credit shell of 10, 370 Rs which are not able to utilize or refund since we booked that ticket as guest or using email id and not through mobile number and now system is completely linked with mobile number which were used at the time of Booking

        i am approaching customer care team but they asking for mobile number so seems like they are not understanding the problem and when i asked them to redirect to existing booking team they always disconnect the call.

          This is gyanaranjan roul on 19march am booked a tickt on goibibo then the paymnet page comes in i paid the amount 7551 for the flighr from bhubaneswar to rajshtan but the paymets get succesfull and the ticket not getting booked. its gonna 5 days lets still am not getting my money back fromthe ibibo team.

            Hi, I booked two bus tickets of Shivam Travels from Katra, Jammu & Kashmir to Amritsar, Punjab on March 6, 2021. The has to be departures at 10:30 pm and I arrived at the boarding point at 8:30pm and just to confirm the location I called the boarding manager and I got replied that the bus has cancelled its Journey for today and ask me to cancel the booking. I am really shocked and have to suffer all night there. I just cancel the booking and got notification of refund to be processed. It's about 18 days and still didn't get my refund. There is no customer support number to contact with. Kindly help me to get my refund.

              Hi,

              On 22/03/2021 I booked a hotel at Tirupati in "Mamata Residency'' through your Mobile apps. But the problem is booking amount Rs.1, 465.00 has deducted from my Kotak Bank savings account. Till now I didn't get any confirmation from IBIBO GROUP Gurgaon, only I got a deduction mail from the side of Kotak Bank.

              Last two days I trayed to communicate with Goibibo Customar Care but all the customer care numbers are not working and its only ivr based. There is no one, one can talk to. Then send a mail to [protected]@ibibogroup.com from there also I didn't get any response. That's the reason I keep a Complain Here.

              So I am requesting after checking the truth of my problem, the money should be refunded to my Bank Account.

                I have made 2 bill payments to my vodafone number through the Vi mobile app.
                Both the payments failed on the same day. I have waited for 10-15 days as the money takes about 7 business days to return. After which i have not received the payment from the bank and neither vodafone.
                When i checked my bank statement, the payment gateways is IBIBO WEB PVT LTD
                There are 2 transaction id's for the payments[protected] &
                [protected].

                          On 15th march 2021 i try to book flight ticket for ahmedabad to hyderabad round trip which cost rs 25230/-. For this money was deducted from my bank account.But i was not redirected to the confirmation page and i got the message of your payment did not go through with goibibo reference id to this payment failure is "GOFLDMTMOB4A0F[protected]". And it also shows try and rebook. So i rebook the tickets and my second transaction was successful. Yet i didn't get refund of amount deducted for first fail transaction. I tried to contact goibibo customer care through tollfree numbers, emails website, applicatin but was not able to contct any one. Even i raise a complaint through mail 2 times. But didnt get any response. 5 to 7 working days is already over and i dont know how to contact them. Very very bad service provider.

                            This is Ramsevak Sharma here. I am writing you regarding my flight booking from Delhi to Ahmedabad (PNR:NF7VMA) for travelling date 31-March- 2021. I want to reschedule it now from Gwalior to Bangalore for travelling date on 31-March-2021. I have raised complained many timed but did not got any positive feedback from Goibibo team yet. As I need to travel by this 31-March. Kindly considered my request on priority and do the needful action. As no contact no is working and Goibibo app experience is too bad for such support.

                              I on 3rd March 2021 made a payment of Rs 1, 35, 989/- from my Union Bank Account through net banking. The amount instead went to IBIBO WEB PVT LTD. I had visited DELL's official webiste to make the payment which took me to their gateway. The payment got through and money got deducted from my account.

                              The problem is Dell's Service provider RP tech never received the payment. Dell also is acting fishy. It clearly seems like a case of fraud.

                              Many similar cases against IBIBO WEB PVT LTD are visible on many forums on the internet.

                                I booked a flight on 11th April, 2020 but due to covid it was cancelled so I asked them for refund they didn't say anything and and now after one year on 9th march I got an email from airlines that they have initiated my refund to agencies from where I've booked and total amount was ₹2484 but on 17 th Goibibo initiated my refund of ₹84.
                                I want my full amount of ₹2484 that airlines have given to them. They are fraud and not giving me my money back. Even there's no way to contact them all numbers are fake emails never responded by them, I'm trapped.

                                  I booked my flight ticket for 16 February 2021(from Dehradun to Pune ). While booking the flight I selected a seat from Dehradun to Delhi. But I didn't select a seat from Delhi to Pune and the ticket was booked. But later on, I tried to select a seat(from goibibo add-on service) from Delhi to Pune and it deducted money( RS.561) from my account but seat not confirmed. I tried two times and money deducted two times from my account. It showed me the message.
                                  "We are sorry! Your add-ons could not be booked due to a technical failure."
                                  Then I confirmed my seat from the Spicejet helpline number.

                                  I tried to contact goibibo but there is no way to contact goibibo customer care executive so I am feeling very helpless.
                                  Please someone help!

                                        I had paid Rs. 649/- through VI app to recharge my mobile no. By using union bank netbanking but it was redirected to ibibo web pvt ltd. Transaction ID for which was S96687255 ref. No. Was[protected]. Please refund my amount.

                                        This is my humble request to you to resolve this matter on priority.
