I ve booked bus from bangalore to tadepalligudem, that bus got broke down near kolar, Karnataka, trying to reach goibibo for refund amount, sadly they dont have better customer service chat or number like swiggy does. and their 24x7 customer service is just a link that never works.

i used to be regular Goibibo user, seems i have to find a better alternative for bookings that who provide service, atleast who can afford a customer service line or chat.

wasted my time and money.

its funny, normal food delivery apps providing service better than an international flight/Bus/taxis etc booking agency like goibibo.

      I had a booking for 2 days at Nikita residency Goa .Which was refundable on go Ibibo.Its status is the same since cancellation.I am not getting any update on my money.When will I get my refund.They do not have any customer support at all.who can return my money.My cancellation id is HTAZY3KKL31.While cancellation it showed free cancellation until 28 March but now it shows your booking was not refundable .There are clearly eating up peoples money.Bloody Frauds

        I had booked two flight tickets for my mom with PNRs ZQJJ7E and WIMY6M for travel during which lockdown happened. The airline Indigo claims to have sent the complete refund to gobibo which is the travel agent through which the ticket was booked on kotak app with which goibibo has tie up with.

        I have neither received any credit shell nor any refund upto date .

          I booked a bus journey online through goibibo.com for a bus from Bengaluru to Coimbatore. However, when I reached the tour operators office, i was told that the journey has been cancelled and I shall receive a refund from goibibo.com.

          I have not received the refund till now. The journey is showing as completed in the website. The customer service number does not have any option to raise a complaint.

          They are cheating people

            Plan. They have asked to make payment online through there portal. Payment of Rs.50000/- where debited from my account, but when I checked payment way made to IBIBO WEB PVT LTD. ICICI PRUDENTIAL claim they have not the payment yet.

            Transaction for INR|50000.0 to IBIBO WEB PVT LTD has been completed successfully with reference id[protected].

              Dear /Sir,

              Last year i have booked air ticket with them of go air, but due to lockdown that was cancelled, In march 2020 goair refunded my money to go ibibo. But they are not refunding my money. they are non contactable. I request to take proper legal action against them. I am attaching the cancellation invoice for your reference.

                My flights of PNR CFCI3X and UHUYNH got cancelled last year in Mar 2020. To this extent, Credit Shell is available, but non-stop Spice jet flights are not available for same journey to make use of my credit shell. Therefore, I request for a refund to my bank account. Please do needful.

                      I have booked a flight ticket from goa-hubili, and I have paid through amazon pay app the upi payment is successful but after entering in goibibo app it have show that the transaction have been failed.After that I have checked in goibibo app there no bookings in mytrips.After that I have booked another ticket.

                        I want a GST price breakdown for my booking ID- GOFLDMTB22D[protected], PNR number- KEY8UD.

                        For passenger aastha Kaushik only to submit in office for reimbursement. Originally the booking was made for two people but I want only single person price breakdown.

                        Please I've contacted SpiceJet also several times but they say because of special fare booking price breakdown information is not available to them.

                        I've also emailed and called at least 10 times repectively but all your communication routes are unserviceable. Please please help.

                          I am not getting any response from goibibo customer care on my refund.

                          Due to cancellation of flight due to lock down we had credit shell of 10, 370 Rs which are not able to utilize or refund since we booked that ticket as guest or using email id and not through mobile number and now system is completely linked with mobile number which were used at the time of Booking

                          i am approaching customer care team but they asking for mobile number so seems like they are not understanding the problem and when i asked them to redirect to existing booking team they always disconnect the call.

                              Hi, I booked two bus tickets of Shivam Travels from Katra, Jammu & Kashmir to Amritsar, Punjab on March 6, 2021. The has to be departures at 10:30 pm and I arrived at the boarding point at 8:30pm and just to confirm the location I called the boarding manager and I got replied that the bus has cancelled its Journey for today and ask me to cancel the booking. I am really shocked and have to suffer all night there. I just cancel the booking and got notification of refund to be processed. It's about 18 days and still didn't get my refund. There is no customer support number to contact with. Kindly help me to get my refund.

                                Hi,

                                On 22/03/2021 I booked a hotel at Tirupati in "Mamata Residency'' through your Mobile apps. But the problem is booking amount Rs.1, 465.00 has deducted from my Kotak Bank savings account. Till now I didn't get any confirmation from IBIBO GROUP Gurgaon, only I got a deduction mail from the side of Kotak Bank.

                                Last two days I trayed to communicate with Goibibo Customar Care but all the customer care numbers are not working and its only ivr based. There is no one, one can talk to. Then send a mail to [protected]@ibibogroup.com from there also I didn't get any response. That's the reason I keep a Complain Here.

                                So I am requesting after checking the truth of my problem, the money should be refunded to my Bank Account.

                                  I have made 2 bill payments to my vodafone number through the Vi mobile app.
                                  Both the payments failed on the same day. I have waited for 10-15 days as the money takes about 7 business days to return. After which i have not received the payment from the bank and neither vodafone.
                                  When i checked my bank statement, the payment gateways is IBIBO WEB PVT LTD
                                  There are 2 transaction id's for the payments[protected] &
