When purchasing the Samsung mobile phone, the payment of rupees 10999 was deducted but transaction failed. The amount was credited to Ibibo Web Pvt Ltd. The transaction was done through net banking of union bank. Please request you to refund the amount as early as possible....

We booked a hotel in pahalgam on 6th march 2021. Hotel staff denied checkin for goibibo confirmed us of refund.!
But till date there is no reply from them and no refund has been provided.!...

We have made payment of Rs.23, 954.00 on 15 Feb 2021 to BANDHAN (Kirloskar Oil Engines Limited) for 3 years AMC charges from my Union bank using link provided by the company via email. We processed payment through the link, here amount has been deducted from the account but the payment got a msg that IBIBO WEB PVT LTD RECEIVED THE SAME AMOUNT.

Due to amount transferred in a wrong account, we asking for the refund the amount...

Pnr booked with goibibo for which spicejet has refunded the money to goibibo but goibibo is not refunding the same to me..we have relatives working with spicejet who has confirmed that the money has been transferred to goibibo

I booked INDIGo flight on 04 March 2021 from GUWAHATI to KOCHI through your mobile app and I paid amount Rs 14235 through PHONEPE. But didn't get ticket and amount has been deducted from my account and I have not got refund yet. Kindly do the needful at the earliest.

This is pathetic that, Goibibo has removed all its toll free/paid numbers to connect with them, . Not sure what you are trying to achieve here. This is just not acceptable as your help page is worst. I need immediate support now....

I had booked one ticket through IBIBO on 25th January vide IBIBO Invoice number G06AI21I01490198 in the name of MR. PRANATOSH PATRA Travelling from Kolkata - Mumbai via GoAir 514. The total amount paid for this booking was Rs. 7150.00.

Due to Covid my flight bookings L6GWYC (for 22nd april), Q3C1KL (for 13th april) and C4N84C (for 22nd april) were cancelled, but I haven’t yet received the refund amount of 15, 286.

There is no customer care agent number that can respond properly.

Please take proper action as this is not acceptable....

i had booked a round trip flight connecting pune and kannur.
due to lockdown i cancelled it.The refund i suppose to get was 6419 INR. The booking id is GOMUPKGINTAND90D1C52. The app is showing refund is credited in account but i didn't recieved it yet....

Reminder 1: Complaint is regarding the non refund of cancelled train.
Train tickets are booked through goibibo of train NDLS MAS SPL - 02434 Nagpur-Chennai with its PNR No - [protected] on 29/01/2021.
This train is already cancelled by indian railway before its date of journey and got the msg from IRCTC to collect the refund from where it was booked.
