I on 3rd March 2021 made a payment of Rs 1, 35, 989/- from my Union Bank Account through net banking. The amount instead went to IBIBO WEB PVT LTD. I had visited DELL's official webiste to make the payment which took me to their gateway. The payment got through and money got deducted from my account.

The problem is Dell's Service provider RP tech never received the payment. Dell also is acting fishy. It clearly seems like a case of fraud.

Many similar cases against IBIBO WEB PVT LTD are visible on many forums on the internet.

    I booked a flight on 11th April, 2020 but due to covid it was cancelled so I asked them for refund they didn't say anything and and now after one year on 9th march I got an email from airlines that they have initiated my refund to agencies from where I've booked and total amount was ₹2484 but on 17 th Goibibo initiated my refund of ₹84.
    I want my full amount of ₹2484 that airlines have given to them. They are fraud and not giving me my money back. Even there's no way to contact them all numbers are fake emails never responded by them, I'm trapped.

      I booked my flight ticket for 16 February 2021(from Dehradun to Pune ). While booking the flight I selected a seat from Dehradun to Delhi. But I didn't select a seat from Delhi to Pune and the ticket was booked. But later on, I tried to select a seat(from goibibo add-on service) from Delhi to Pune and it deducted money( RS.561) from my account but seat not confirmed. I tried two times and money deducted two times from my account. It showed me the message.
      "We are sorry! Your add-ons could not be booked due to a technical failure."
      Then I confirmed my seat from the Spicejet helpline number.

      I tried to contact goibibo but there is no way to contact goibibo customer care executive so I am feeling very helpless.
      Please someone help!

      I have attached the ticket and detail of my transaction and an image of the error message which I got.

        I did booking from Credit card and it got confirmed and money got deducted 3105/-

        As only payment got deducted, but no confirmation ticket so didn't received any booking ID also

            Sir still it's pending there's not responding
            I had paid Rs. 649/- through VI app to recharge my mobile no. By using union bank netbanking but it was redirected to ibibo web pvt ltd. Transaction ID for which was S96687255 ref. No. Was[protected]. Please refund my amount.

            This is my humble request to you to resolve this matter on priority.

                We have been waiting for this refund for a very long time but nothing has been done about our long pending query. We have got our bookings cancelled from the airline directly and they have also refunded on time. This being a COVID 19 booking and that too the travelers are very senior citizens, the airline has done their duty promptly. But you have no right to retain their amount . Least we expect is respond to our queries and refund back to our account held on file. But you have just kept quiet . Please call us back on top priority or send us a mail if you require any clarifications. We want you to refund this amount immediately so that the senior citizens travelers do not feel that they have been cheated by you.

                COVID19 refund still not received from GoIbibo, even after so many reminders. We have cancelled the booking directly from the airline and they have refunded, but our money is stuck with Goibibo. They do not have any sympathy to return back the money of senior citizens who were the travellers.

                    This is regarding my AIR INDIA flight booking for travel on March 25, 2020 from Surat to New Delhi with booking reference: AI/ZB1FL and PNR No. ZB1FL for passengers:
                    1. Mrs. Neeru Dhingra
                    2. Mrs. Meenakshi Dhingra
                    3. Miss Kritika Dhingra
                    4. Master Daksh Dhingra
                    (Booking done from Goibibo A/c linked to VRINDA DHINGRA- [protected]@gmail.com)

                    The flight was announced cancelled by the Airlines due to CoVID-19 and I was assured a refund. On contacting GOIBIBO in June-July, I was told that GOIBIBO is working with the Airlines and soon update the policy on the website/app.
                    Later on, I saw the booking got vanished from "My Bookings" Tab on my Account. On trying several communications, I did not get a reply from Goibibo regarding this.
                    My another booking with GOIBIBO for travel date March 27, 2020 was also cancelled and got refunded in the form of GOCASH on January 21, 2021. Several emails have been done but I have got no reply from Goibibo on this. The advisory from AIR INDIA and also as released by the Supreme Court assures full refund. Kindly help me with my refund of Rs 7292/- pending with GOIBIBO.

                      In second booking I did booking from Google pay QR code and it got confirmed and money got deducted 3369/- again.

                        I make online payment to close bajaj Finance personal loan account. Amount got deducted from Union bank account on 8/3/2021 with reference ID[protected] and credited to IBIBO account. But transaction shown as failed in Bajaj and have not received refund from IBIBO. Pls look in to and refund amount.

                          I bought a AA ticket through Goibibo in the month of Oct 20. Just Before date of travel AA informed me that They would not be able to board me for US due to Covid Protocols. I asked Goibibo to give me a refund. They informed me that AA is not giving any refund so they are unable to do the same. I check with AA and they confirmed that a full refund has been given to the Booking Agent( goibibo). It has been more than 2 months I have written to Goibibo but so far no reply nor any refund has been given to me. The above reference is the reference given by Goibibo since I lodged a complain with them. If all the details are needed I can produce the same

                              I have been running behind both goibibo and Airindia for the refund of my covid cancelled tickets from nearly 1 year (10 months). i have made the booking on 20 May 2020 and trying to reach different teams with the refund, but in vain.

                                This flight was cancelled due to Covid situation and inspite of Goibibo got refund from Airlines Goibibo is not giving me refund . I tried to contact Goibibo but just get recorded and automated messages saying refund is under process since 27 th November 2020 .
                                I once again request that somebody should call me on my registered mobile no [protected] and try to understand my issue .
                                This one is my last warning and I will contact consumer court for compensation of mental harassment for not responding me along with my refund amount .

                                  Dear Sir/ Madam,
                                  This phishing scam happened me, I had texted the goibibo's customer care through facebook messenger regarding issue about the refund and they(scammer)send me this message,
                                  "Dear customer please send your phone number our customer service will contact you shortly
                                  this is Goibibo's 'daram'."
                                  After that, I gave my son's number because I was busy at the time. What happens is this...
                                  They ask me to download Goibibo official app and then a screen sharing app through which you're phone's screen and the scammer is connected. They've use this App "TeamViewer Quick support" to connect and see your screens. They sent you a request through the screen sharing app and after you've accept their request they can see everything in your phone's/laptop's screen. Then they ask me to put the card details in save card option in the profile section of the Goibibo App and then an amount of 1 rs is cut of directly to save the card which goes directly to their verification and then once that's done they sent otp in your sms app and then when an otp comes in they use it to take the money... lost my Rs.50000 rupees from his account..
                                  I've also put up a complaint to cyber cell as well.
                                  This is the number the scammer used as Goibibo customer care number"+[protected]". and goibibo Facebook and messenger, Please report any suspicious calls you receive.

                                  Sir/ madam kindly solve this issue as soon as possible and return my money.

                                    I have booked a ticket on 13.03.2020 for travelling from Brahmapur, Orissa to Kolkata on 13.03.2021. The bus was supposed to start from Brahmapur at 6 p.m. from its boarding point from Haldiapadar Bus Stop. I have reached the board point before the scheduled time and received a call from the service operator confirming that the bus is on its way and will reach soon at the boarding point. After five minutes I received another call intimating that there was a breakdown of the bus at Palasa and the trip is cancelled. I have booked the ticket at a exorbitant price of Rs. 4198.95 as compared to a normal ticket price of Rs. 800 to Rs. 1000 (charged by other operators) to ensure that the journey is hassle free and to get a better service from the operator. Since only two tickets were booked for the trip, the operator cancelled the bus on the disguise of bus breakdown. I have asked for photo of bus breakdown but not provided with the same. They have cheated me and did not bother to make any alternative arrangement wasting my time. I had a urgent business meeting which has to be cancelled too as a huge cost. They should have made alternative arrangement to avoid the loss of time incurred.

                                      1. We booked flight tickets from Tokyo (NRT) to Chennai (MAA) on 20/Feb/2020 in Goibibo website. Airlines belongs to *Malaysian Airlines MH-71*( Tokyo to Kuala Lumpur)
                                      Connecting flight
                                      *Malaysian Airlines MH- 182*(Kuala Lumpur-Chennai) Lumpur-Chennai)
                                      Travellers details as below
                                      Passenger1 : Phani Sri Deepthi Vedantham ( E-ticket 232-[protected]and PNR TUATVBJ96)
                                      Passenger2: Venkata Hanumath Sesha Krishna Teja Paruchuri (E-ticket 232-[protected] and PNR TUATVBJ96)

                                      2. On March all flights cancelled due to Covid19 and airlines agreed for refund.

                                      3. We followup multiple times to Goibibo and requested for refund but they are not responding properly

                                      4. Everytime they are giving false promises like that
                                      Can get refund in 30 days, and after 30 days again when we get back to them, again answered that needs to wait for 45-60 days, after that 90 days. Now it's almost completed 365 days also buy still they didn't refund it.

                                      5. Every time we need to make international call to them and call needs to be hold on 2 hrs to connect with Goibibo team, after connected they simply replied " Not yet confirmed please wait for 24 hrs and call us back" ...

                                      6. Every time they repeats same and wasting our time, money. The main painful is they are not responding properly. They don't have proper communication chanel, we can't communicate them via mails, and Gia webchat it's useless information by assistant, for calls too hectic task. On these many worst things went we called simply says please wait for 24 hrs... From last March they are giving same answer and making us fools by giving the false promises.

                                      Kindly consider it and act on it. Please justify me.
