1. We booked flight tickets from Tokyo (NRT) to Chennai (MAA) on 20/Feb/2020 in Goibibo website. Airlines belongs to *Malaysian Airlines MH-71*( Tokyo to Kuala Lumpur)

Passenger1 : Phani Sri Deepthi Vedantham ( E-ticket 232-[protected]and PNR TUATVBJ96)
Passenger2: Venkata Hanumath Sesha Krishna Teja Paruchuri (E-ticket 232-[protected] and PNR TUATVBJ96)
2. On March all flights cancelled due to Covid19 and airlines agreed for refund.
3. We followup multiple times to Goibibo and requested for refund but they are not responding properly
4. Everytime they are giving false promises like that
Can get refund in 30 days, and after 30 days again when we get back to them, again answered that needs to wait for 45-60 days, after that 90 days. Now it's almost completed 365 days also buy still they didn't refund it.
5. Every time we need to make international call to them and call needs to be hold on 2 hrs to connect with Goibibo team, after connected they simply replied " Not yet confirmed please wait for 24 hrs and call us back" ...
6. Every time they repeats same and wasting our time, money. The main painful is they are not responding properly. They don't have proper communication chanel, we can't communicate them via mails, and Gia webchat it's useless information by assistant, for calls too hectic task. On these many worst things went we called simply says please wait for 24 hrs... From last March they are giving same answer and making us fools by giving the false promises.
Kindly consider it and act on it. Please justify me.
